The oppinion of the High respected Asia Sport Official, President ABBF:
„The IFBB could not stomach our success at the Asianlevel so they tried to destabilise the ABBF by suspending us on grounds that do not even hold good“, says Osama Al Shafar.
"There is no international federation governing the Asian Bodybuilding Federation (ABBF) and as far as we know the International Federation of Bodybuilders (IFBB) is not even recognised or registered," Osama Al Shafar, ABBF President told Gulf News.
"To be recognised, you have to be registered. If the IFBB was registered, then everyone would have recognised them. Maybe, when they register themselves as a body, member countries will recognise them.
"The International Olympic Committee (IOC) recognises the ABBF.
"The IFBB keeps sending threatening letters to Arab countries telling them that if they compete or attend meetings with the ABBF, they risk the chance of being suspended for life. How can they do this? They are not recognised themselves, and in addition, they have a big case pending against them and their authority to govern the sport," charged Al Shafar.
"The IFBB office in Madrid run by Rafael Santoja [IFBB president] looks more like a small grocery store."
"Our lawyers have found out that the IFBB is not even a registered body and hence the question of them not recognising the ABBF does not arise," he noted.
"They are trying to find fault with us because of the case we've filed against them in London. They've gone crazy," Al Shafar fumed.

Dear. Mr. William Tierney,
Please see my reply to your email dated 22.07.2009, and I hope I get the answer of my question. I should not respond to your e-mail, but my conduct, personality, speciality and ethics allow me to respond. You must know that I am an Executive Vice President for ABBF, which recognized by OCA, and I have no more link with IFBB.I respect any decision from OCA, and not from IFBB.
As you mentioned, the IFBB is a Signatory to the WADA Code and, through its anti-doping rules, conforms to the Code.
Sorry to tell you that you wrong, and the IFBB is not following the WADA Anti-Doping Rules, because:
1. Why IFBB hide the doping result of Jose Santos from Brazil. Please see Mr. Tony blinn e-mail to Rafael.
2. Why you do random doping test of top sex by testing 2 only in each category – you must test top three, the medalist and then random for the others in each category, you are doing this during in the IFBB world Men's Bodybuilding Championship, do you know why? I will answer you to reduce your positive cases.
3. Why IFBB did not ask for “B” samples, when the Tunisia laboratory rejected the 2 samples due to the quantity of urine in “A” was not sufficient to analyze, due to a serious mistake which IFBB Medical Committee made. In spite that the ABBF do the top six doping test which means that in each championship 54 will be tested, and all athletes must be tested 4 weeks of the championship, and they must show the doping certificate on the Weighing –In day, NOW TELL ME WHO IS FOLLOWING THE WADA RULES IFBB, or ABBF?
4. Why IFBB medical team don’t know the amount of urine to be collected in each bottle “A” & “B”, as per the WADA rules the "A" sample bottle must contain minimum 50 ml and "B" sample bottle 25 ml. IFBB medical committee team make a big nad serious mistake, and violate the WADA doping rules during the 62nd IFBB Men’s Bodybuilding Championship in Bahrain on 6th of November 2008.
5. If you are following the WADA rules, why you reduced the suspension of 2 athletes from QATAR (Ali Tabrizi, and Kamal Abdulsalam) in the year of 2003 from 2 years to 9 months, and with the penalty of 10.000 US $ per each,
CAN YOU EXPLAIN TO ME ABOUT THIS SERIOUS VIOLATION, AND BASED ON WHICH ARTICLES IN THE IFBB DOIPNT RULES AND WADA RULES.
6. Again you reduced the life banned of on the above athlete ( Kamal ) from life banned to 8 month in order to participate in 2008 IFBB Championship. Again can you explain to me in which constitution and article this action written in which IFBB had taken its action upon? THIS IS AGIANST THE WADA RULES, AND VERY SERIOUS VIOLATION.
7. What action IFBB had taken against Egypt Bodybuilding Federation:
• Violated doping from the year of 2000 – 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 World Games, and IFBB World Championship, 2006, 2007, and 2008. They failed 9 years continues doping test. WHAT ACTION IFBB TAKEN, SORY TO TELL YOU NOTHING, BECAUSE IFBB TAKING EGYPT SIDE. WHY???????????
• Egypt athlete Yousry Al Sayed was tested positive in the year of 2002 in IFBB championship in Cairo – Egypt ( 1ST Offence ). Then tested positive in the year of 2005 in World Games in Dasburg – Germany ( 2nd Offence ), and how come he participated in the 41st IFBB World Men’s Bodybuilding Championship in Check Republic. He supposed to be banned for life. How come he participated in this event, and again he tested positive ( 3rd Offence ). CAN YOU EXPLAIN TO ME IN WHICH CONSTITUTION AND WHICH ARTICLES SUCH RULES WILL ALLOW HIM TO PARTICIPATE? ONLY IN CORPORATUION CONSTITUTION.
THIS IS THE MOST SERIOUS DOPING VIOALTION WHICH IFBB
DID ,BY NOT TAKE ANY ACTION WHICH IS AGAINST THE WADA
RULES.
8. Why you removed the suspension of Qatar Bodybuilding Federation, and it was approved by your president Rafael Santonja in ABBF Congress in China in the month of August 2007, and he ( IFBB President ) supported ABBF decision very highly. For your kind information all of these DOCUMENTED. Not only this the IFBB President approved ABBF decision in IFBB Congress in the same year ( October 2007 ) in Jeju - Korea in IFBB Congress, and IFBB send the Qatar team back, and did not allow them to participate in the championship.
WHY IFBB DID NOT ALLOW THE QATAR TEAM TO PARTICIPATE IN 61st IFBB MEN'S BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIP IN JEJU IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2007, AND IFBB SEND THE QATAR TEAM BACK TO THEIR COUNTRY. CAN YOU ASNWER THIS QUESTION, WHY YOU SEND THE TEAM BACK? AND WHY IN THE YEAR OF 2008 AFTER THE QATAR PRESIDENT WITH ADEL FAHEEM WENT TO MADRID AND MET RAFAEL SANTONJA, THEN HE ( RAFAEL ) REMOVED ALL THE SUSPENSION, IT IS A BIG QUESTION MARKS ? Yes I was the chairman of the hearing committee for the 3 athletes from China Hong Kong, and with my committee , WE GAVE OVER PROPOSAL TO ABBF PRESIDENT IN 2005, JUST PROPOSAL, AND WE DID NOT TOOK ANY ACTION, WE FOUND THAT THEY ARE NOT CRIMINALS, AND WE DID NOT BY PASS THE LAW. BUT IFBB DID WHEN HE ALLOWED QATAR ATHLETE KAMAL ABDULSALAM TO PARTICPATE IN IFBB EVENT WHILE UNDER SUSPENSION, WHY IFBB DID NOT ASK ABBF, AND IFBB PRESIDENT WAS FULLY AWARE OF THIS ATHELETE. NOT ONLY THIS IN DECEMBER 2007, HE PARTICIPATED IN UNSANCTIONED CHAMPIONSHIP IN USA, AND MR. DOUGLESS THE PRESIDENT OF THAILAND BODYBUILDING FEDEARTION WROTE SEVERAL LETTERS TO RAFAEL SANTONJA – IFBB PRESIDENT ABOUT THIS SERIOUS ISSUE BUT TILL DATED HE IS QUITE AND DID NOT ANSWER MR. DOUGLESS. AND YOU ARE ASKING ME WHY I WAS SILENT WHEN THE HONG KONG ATHELTE PARTICIPATED IN 2005 IN IFBB CHAMPIONSHIP WHILE UNDR SUSPENTION. FOR YOUR KIND INFORAMTION, I DID NOT ATTEN THIS CHAMPIONSHIP, AND HOW CAN I KNOW HE PARTICIPATED. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF IFBB TO CHECK THE POSITIVE CASES IN ALL INTERCONTINENATL FEDEERATION AND MONITORING THEM. IT IS IFBB MISTAKE IF HE WAS ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE, AND THIS MEAN THAT YOUR MEDICAL TEAM IS NOT QUALIFIED, AND IFBB DON’T FOLLOW THE DOPING RULES. ALL OF THE INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION MONITORING DOPING EXCEPT IFBB, ANDWHY NOT IFBB, THE ANSWER IS VEERY SIMPLE, BECAUSE IT IS A CORPORATION AND NOT FEDERATION, AND NOT REDGSTERED AS FEDERATION, AND NOT RECOGNIZED BY IOC. THEREFORE VIOLATE THE DOPING AND WADA RULES. TO PROVE THAT IFBB IS VIOLATING THE DOPING AND NOT FOLLOWING THE WAD ANTI-DOPING RULES, PLEASE SE THE BELOW, AN EMAIL FRO MR. Dear Mr. Hussain
I am not surprised that Mr. Adel Fahim of Egypt the President of the African Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation a known tyrant and dictator is proclaiming himself as the LIFE PRESIDENT OF THE AFRICAN BODYBUILDING AND FITNESS FEDERATION.
This man is thick skin and at many of the World Championships, he misbehaved and lowered his dignity. He screams like an ape and dance and shout only for his Egyptian athletes to win. Where is the decorum or respect of this man?????
Never have I seen or witnessed Adel Fahim congratulating or speaking highly of any other African countries. Just peep at his Annual Reports..nothing but himself and his Egyptian athletes. No publicity given to other African nations, there are many good and clean (no doping) bodybuilders but he chose to publicise the doping athletes of Egypt. His good friend Rafael always praise his job and say Adel did this and that...but he never said that Egypt committed the highest number of DOPING VIOLATIONS in the history of bodybuilding under the IFBB competitions.
Can Rafael let us know about Africa's activities and what Adel has done for them? Did Adel travel throughout Africa and promote bodybuilding or just holding on to the position and does nothing since he is a LIFE PRESIDENT. He should be in Timbuktu..
We do not see any continental championships in Africa...unlike Asia we organise every year. Instead of taking care of his continent, Adel is interfering together with his buddy Rafael to rape Asia of its wealth. Rafael and Adel will not succeed in Asia. They lost the battle in Arungabad, India and this will go in HISTORY. Aren't they ashamed??? WE HAVE MORE NEWS ON THIS SOON, THEY CHEATED USING INDIAN OFFICIALS TO CARRY PLACARDS OF OTHER NATIONS...WE HAVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS.
I salute you for the intelligent questions but don't expect any reply from them. There are hundreds of questions unanswered and they know it will crop up at the Congress and they live in fear.
DOPING violations ...my GOD so many and they are CHEATING, COVER-UP and DAMAGING the image of Bodybuilding. The IFBB is not a clean organisation, they have more skeletons in the cupboard.
Let's wait and watch their monkey tactics....more stories on the way....

Dear Mr. William Tierney,
Please find the attached DOPING FPRMS for the European Women’s Bodybuilding, Fitness and Bodyfitness Championships 2004 (18th - 21st June 2004, Tavira/Portugal):
At the EBFF European Women’s Bodybuilding, Fitness and Bodyfitness Championships from 18th to 21st June 2004, discovered the following incident:
On 20th June 2004, the following athletes had undergone Anti-Doping-Controls by the IFBB:
Name Placing Country Category Sample Code No.
1 Marketa Hladikova 1 Czech Republic up to 52 kg 349120
2 Florina Visan 2 Romania up to 52 kg 330900
3 Monika Halajova 4 Slovakia up to 52 kg 330902
4 Darina Piznal 1 Poland up to 57 kg 349117
5 Antonia Carreras 2 Spain up to 57 kg 330889
6 Marina Nikotina 3 Russia up to 57 kg 330898
7 Angelika Leobardt 4 Germany over to 57 kg 349115
8 Agnieszka Anna Ryk 3 Poland over to 57 kg 330887
9 Alina Evelina Popa 2 Rumania over to 57 kg 330901
10 Aurelia Grozajova 1 Slovakia over to 57 kg 330903
11 Katarzyna Kozakiewicz 3 Poland up to 164 cm 349114
12 Katarina Verbovska 2 Slovakia up to 164 cm 349122
13 Diana Goytia 1 Germany up to 164 cm 330899
14 Martina Tarkova 2 Slovakia up to 158 cm 349119
15 Katrin Grosmann 3 Germany up to 158 cm 349121
16 Irina Khorkova 1 Russia up to 158 cm 349116
17 Petra Mertl 3 Czech Republic up to 164 cm 349118
18 Michala Spickova 1 Czech Republic up to 164 cm 330885
19 Maria Kirsh 2 Russia up to 164 cm 330897
20 Natalia Lenartova 1 Slovakia up to 160 cm 330886
21 Claudia Partenza 3 Italy up to 52 kg 330896
22 Dora Emese Szantai 3 Hungary up to 160 cm 330888
23 Nathalia Foreau 4 France up to 57 kg 349130
24 Âlena Svejdova 2 Czech Republic up to 160 cm 330904
25 Svetlana Kochkina 3 Russia up to 167 cm 330894
26 Silvia Malachovska 1 Slovakia up to 167 cm 330890
27 Jozsefne Gal 2 Hungary up to 167 cm 330892
28 Barbora Buncakova 2 Slovakia up to 167 cm 330895
29 Van Essen Gerda Sophi 3 Netherlands up to 167 cm 330891
30 Gabriela Kubesova 1 Czech Republic up to 167 cm 330893

As you can see in total 30 anti-doping-tests were conducted. However only 15 samples were analysed in the laboratory in Seibersdorf/Austria. This fact can be seen from the attached 30 Doping Control Forms – interestingly the wife of Rafael Santonja, Nieves Lopez Cillanueva was the Doping Control officer in charge, and the fax of the WADA laboratory in Seibersdorf/Austria dated 21st June 2004 confirming the delivery of 15 competition samples only.
The question remains: where did the 15 other samples go? As far as informed that, Dr. Rafael Santonja advised to discard them.

Thus they were never analysed.
The following samples were received and analysed by the laboratory:
Code No. Name of athlete
330887 Agnieszka Anna Ryk
330901 Alina Evelina Popa
330903 Aurelia Grozajova

Dear Mr. William Teirney,
WHY IFFB TRIES TO HIDE AND REDUCE THE SUSPENSION OF BRAZILAIN ATHELTE JOSE CARLOS WHOM WAS TESTED POSITIVE IN 208 IFBB WORLD MEN'S BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIP IN BAHRAIN ON 6th OF NOVEMBER 2008.
Why Mr. Tony Blinn, Dr. Rafael, Prof. Mauricio, an Dr, Eduardo ( Medical Committee ) was trying to reduce the suspension to less than one year in order to be able to participate in 2009 IFBB World Men's Championship.
God is Great to expose your manipulating games, and if you ( IFBB ) don't follow the WADA Anti – Doping Rules, why you asked the others to follow doping rules, and why you suspended: Me, Mr. Husain Al Safar, Mr, Ameer Bayat - ( Hearing Committee Members ), Mr. Paul Chua, and Mr. Simon Chan, Your decision was based on what?.
AND
Why you kept Silent from the year 2005 till 2009, in spite ABBF already reported this issue to the IFBB President at that time Late Ben Weider, and his Executive Assistant Dr. Rafael was aware of it.
The following the e-mails between IFBB President, Tony Blinn, and Dr. Eduardo will proof that:" HOW THE IFBB PLAY GAMES WITH WADA ANTI-DOPING RULES" :
(1): TONY BLINN:
“Dear Rafael,
Further to my e-mail below, I should have mentioned that, at first glance, I'd pick option #1. I believe the IFBB Anti-Doping Committee is not empowered or authorized to make decisions that are outside the IFBB Anti-Doping Rules and WADA Code. This committee, in my opinion, must only operate within the narrow confines of the aforementioned Rules and WADC. To me, this is the proper and right thing to do.
The right to a constitutional appeal directly to the IFBB President is every member's right and, to allow this to go forward is to show how well our democracy works. Only the President should have the right to reduce Santos' suspension to a period other than what's called for in the Rules.
Therefore, I would suggest the following course of action:
1. Allow the hearing decision and two-year suspension from the ADC to stand as is.
2. Send this decision to Santos via Pagnani and advise 1) that Santos should immediately appeal to the President under article 20.1 of the IFBB Constitution, and 2) that Santos should ask for leniency and a reduction to one-year as fair and just compensation for the wrongful disqualification from the finals of the World Championships.
3. Advise Pagnani and Santos that the hearing decision is to remain confidential [will not be publicly released] pending his appeal decision.
4. This will give you some time to craft a written appeal decision.
Keep in mind that a one-year suspension would run from November 6, 2008 to November 5, 2009 inclusive. In Dubai, November 4 is the Weigh-in; November 5 is the Prejudging; November 6 is the Finals. Because his suspension must end in time for the Weigh-in, you could suspend him for "one year less a day".
I really believe that the appeal process is the best way to go”.
(2): TONY BLINN:
“Dear Rafael,
Given the unique circumstances, your "exception" is most welcome.
In my opinion, may I suggest we act as follows:
OPTION #1:
Apply the WADA Code and IFBB Anti-Doping Rules, suspend Santos for two years, advise him to appeal to the IFBB President (as is his constitutional right), strike an ad hoc appeal committee, which would overturn the hearing decision and render an appeal decision to reduce the suspension to one year.
OPTION #2:
Apply the WADA Code and IFBB Anti-Doping Rules in the hearing decision, state why he cannot succeed in his petition for relief under Articles 10.5.1 and 10.5.2 (the reason why should be obvious to all and I strongly believe we shouldn't play with this), but, when it comes to the suspension part of the decision, reduce the suspension to one year based on "exceptional circumstances". Of course, we will have to state what these circumstances are in a way that is acceptable from a "justice has been done" point of view.
I don't believe WADA would agree with such a decision; however, even more important than WADA, we have to do what's in the best interests of the IFBB first and foremost. And we all seem to agree that it's not in our best interests to suspend Mr. Santos for two years”.
(3): RAFAEL SANTOCHA:
“Dear Members of the Anti Doping Commission:
You know that you have my full respect and trust regarding your decisions, and that I never interfere on your efficient work.
Let me make an exception in the case of Jose Carlos Santos.
I think that everybody is sharing the same feelings.
I was specially moved reminding the previous misunderstanding in the Malaysia World Championships.
I believe it would be advisable to have a shorter period of suspension with a reinstatement test, or something similar.
I leave this in your capable hands, but I wished to share with you these feelings.
Best regards,
Rafael”
(4): EDUARDO HENRIQUE DE ROSE ESCRIBIÓ:
“You open the door for personal comments and I was considering to do one but, because it was a case of a Brazilian athlete, I was restraining myself to do it.
We have here an athlete that was many time World Champion, was also tested many times without any problem, and we never had a problem with him before. As a matter of fact, he had a problem with as, because the only time that we try to eliminate the athletes with adverse analytical results from Friday to Sunday, we disqualified him improperly, based in a preliminary report of the lab, that confess later on that a mistake was made.By this mysterious thing of the life, the lab was in Thailand, and with the disqualification of José Carlos, the Thai athlete won the Gold Medal in the category.
In my opinion, it is time to pay him back the mistake that was made, and to deduct some time of his sanction, enough to permit him to compete in Dubai, and to avoid a sad ending of a great athlete. My recommendations would be, for this reasons, to give him a sanction of one 18 months what would permit him to compete in the next World Championship.
Mr. William Teirney, can you explain the above for me if you don't mind.
Waiting for your kind reply.
Regards.

Dear Colleagues in the ABBF
The IFBB is circulating a letter to all National Federations and Olympic Committees again which they wrote to the OCA.
As you are aware we are proceeding the Legal action against Mr. Rafael Santonja and the IFBB and our lawyers in London DLA Pipers are working on this.
The IFBB did not give any one of us the right to be heard and did not follow natural justice on human rights. Their final appeal is based on Article 20.1 which is total dictatorship in law. They are alleging that we were all suspended because of concealment of doping papers (Paul Chua, Hussain Alsaffar, Mohd. Abdulrahim Abdulla, Amir Bayat and Simon Chan) for the 2005 Doping cases. I was the Vice-President of the IFBB over 34 years and I know the rules and I did inform the IFBB about the positive cases. I will show you all the truth at the Congress in Pattaya. They are telling pack of lies as they are losing grip of their power not only in Asia but also in Europe and elsewhere. Their noses are bleeding on several Doping Violations committed by the IFBB.
They formed a NEW federation called "Asian Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation" (AFBF) at Aurangbad, India, and our federation is the Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (ABBF) which is recognised by the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA). The IFBB is naive and do not seem to differentiate between an official and a continental federation. The ABBF is led by MR. OSAMA AL SHAFFAR and they cannot simply tell the OCA that ABBF should not be recognised. They are dictating terms and they have no power or jurisdiction to do so.
We will proceed with our championships in Pattaya, Thailand and the Vice-President from OCA will be present to witness our competition and congress.
Do not worry too much about the IFBB lengthy letters. They have to look at their own back-yard on doping before they take on us. They always talk about WADA rules but we sent you several documents about their DOPING violation and there cannot be a double standard of rules for each country, person or continent. USA is a good example, they organise competitions ignoring the IFBB rules and yet the IFBB did not suspend them. The IFBB is nothing but a paper tiger trying to frighten us with words of threats and intimidation's.
Thank you and see you all in Pattaya. God Bless

Dear Colleagues,
I believe that TRUTH will ultimately prevail.
No system of dictatorship rules can subdue TRUTH for ever.
Please read the email below and click and enjoy reading about the IFBB notoriety on doping and cheating.
Go to the website of the Austrian Federation www.ifbb.at there you can find a folder named “Akte IFBB” (Akte is the german word for file). This folder contains all the documents you need to provide the authorities in your region with information about the shortcomings of the IFBB.
They have the cheek to write to several people in Asia but they never tell the truth about themselves.
They hide all doping cases and I did not know about all these cases of the European Championships as the former Vice-President of the IFBB.
Why they pick only on Asia?

349115 Angelika Leobardt
330888 Dora Emese Szantai (positive)
330891 Van Essen Gerda Sophia
330894 Svetlana Kochkina
349120 Marketa Hladikova
330902 Monika Halajova
330896 Claudia Partenza (positive)
330900 Florina Visan
349130 Nathalia Foreau (positive)
349117 Darina Piznal
330889 Antonia Carreras
330898 Marina Nikotina

The following samples were not analysed: Code No.: Name
349114 Katarzyna Kozakiewicz
349122 Katarina Verbovska
330899 Diana Goytia
349119 Martina Tarkova
349121 Katrin Grosmann
349116 Irina Khorkova
349118 Petra Mertl
330885 Michala Spickova
330897 Maria Kirsh
330886 Natalia Lenartova
330904 Âlena Svejdova
330890 Silvia Malachovska
330892 Jozsefne Gal
330895 Barbora Buncakova
330893 Gabriela Kubesova

That means that 15 Doping Control samples were not analysed but instead discarded – this under the full responsibility of Dr. Rafael Santonja and his wife Nieves Lopez Cillanueva the Doping Control officer in charge.
WADA, Must be informed About this serious Doping incident, and Who will take an action?
Mohamed.

William,
This is the pathetic AFBF competition under your IFBB.
I invite you to come to Pattaya and see for yourself our Asian Champions in action. In the 55kg. there is only one competitor and you made him the "Champion" . This is awful and disgraceful and a sham. You guys do not even know the rules. If there is only one competitor, the event should have been cancelled.
You and your IFBB FAILED in Aurangbad, India.
We have VIP Guests attending our competitions and you will be shocked when you see them at our events.
By the way, there were so many doping cases which your President concealed, like the 30 cases in the European Women's championships, only 15 were tested, what happened to the balance 15....are you going to suspend Nieves or Rafael? The Spanish bodybuilder was tested (4) FOUR times positive and yet he was allowed to participate. Where is your ANTI- DOPING PROGRAMME and where are your WADA RULES. This is your own rules.
Ain't you guys ashamed of all the doping incidents!!!!!!
The IFBB lost is credibility .....all these are being sent to the relevant authorities to expose you guys.......

Dear Rafael,
I have been going through my correspondence with you, most of which is sadly still unanswered, and I have come across a letter from you dated 13th Feb 2009, suspending one of my Thai athletes Khun Somsri Turinthaisong :
" Regarding your athlete Somsri Turinthaisong, yes, in fact, he was found positive in Manama, and informed accordingly that his suspension is on duty for two years. "
I refer to my letter to you dated Feb 13th 2009 where I mentioned that an athlete from Qatar, Kamal was not only found positive in Shanghai in Sept. 2007, but was also provided with forged documents from his association showing him to be negative ?? and you have ignored this matter.
As mentioned in my letter Kamal competed in Nov 2007, but no action has been taken ? this surely is a case of double standards ? Kamal should have received a lifetime suspension, you did not adhere to the WADA Rules.
The reason is best known to you after your visit to Qatar in December 2008.
It is also noted that you allowed your Spanish athlete who was tested positive on four different occasions to participate in several competitions and you did not suspend him for life..
You took 30 urine samples from the European Women's championships and tested only 15 athletes and concealed the balance of the 15 other athletes urine, why, and where were they kept ? You have breached the WADA rules on several occasions, and are still clinging on to your theory in alleging that Mr. Paul Chua concealed the doping results of the Asian Championships in 2005. You were not the President at that time, and we know that Mr. Chua sent all the reports to the IFBB in Canada.
This is a fantasy that you have created to tarnish Paul Chua.
As President of the Thailand Bodybuilding Association I invite you to attend our Congress and hear the truth which will be presented.
We understand that Qatar made a report against Mr. Chua in late December 2007 since the ABBF did not see fit to please the Qatar federation on the FORGERY OF DOPING DOCUMENTS. The Anti-corrupt agencies have checked on Mr Chua, and if he was corrupt, he would by now have been charged. He has the receipts and the Telegraphic Transfer Chits from the Hongkong federation directly transferred to the ABBF's account.
A person is innocent, until proven otherwise
You need to answer several letters on the JOINT DECLARATION which you signed with the late Ben Weider. Why does no one know about this secret deal of yours? In your case the $100,000.00 was transmitted into your company's account, can you show know where the money is now?
You stated that it was transferred to the IFBB's account in Spain, but investigation shows there is no IFBB registered in Spain, can you explain this ?
My association has now disregarded your suspension imposed on Khun Somsri as we are no longer part of the IFBB, and we will allow Khun Somsri to compete in Asian events.
I sincerely wish that I could come face to face with you, as I would like to question you on several matters, some personal,( though your Napoleon stature would prohibit this )
I will be surprised if I receive a reply to this e.mail, though it would be nice to think that you would be man enough to answer.
Douglas Latchford.

Be to, Indijoje vyko ypatingai silpnos ir menkos IFBB varžybos.
Visa Azija rugpjūčio viduryje susirinks į Tailandą, kur vyks IFBB priešų renginys. Tos Azijos šalys, kurios nedalyvaus Tailande, bus pasmerktos Azijos olimpinio komiteto ir diskvalifikuotos.
Ypatingai IFBB priešus palaiko Dubajaus šeichas, JAE ministras pirmininkas ir JAE vice prezidentas šeichas MOHAMADAS BIN RAŠIDAS AL MAKTUMAS (His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum). RAFAELIO SANTOCHOS IFBB neturi jokių šansų į pergalę.

„GULF NEWS“

I will ensure our integrity is kept intact - Al Shafar
Dubai: President of the ABBF Osama Al Shafar has maintained that he is willing to go any extent to ensure the integrity of the ABBF, its member nations and his officials is kept intact.
"At the moment they are having a Hearing Committee between the IFBB and Qatar to try and create a parallel federation for Asia. What support do they have? We have the backing of 33 of the 37 members registered with the ABBF. The five who are not with us are Qatar, Palestine, Sri Lanka, Japan and South Korea," Al Shafar said.
"The IFBB have sanctioned an Asian competition in Aurangabad, India, and I doubt they have a handful of athletes participating there. The actual Asian competition will be held next month. "Our plan of action is that we will have a meeting in Bangkok next month and we will see who is backing us and who is not. Whoever is absent will be suspended from the AFBB," Al Shafar said.
"We have the full support of the UAE National Olympic Committee and from the Dubai Government and His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai," Al Shafar said.
"Yousuf Al Serkal, Vice-President of the UAE National Olympic Committee (NOC) and Saeed Abdul Gaffar, the UAE NOC General-Secretary have done a good job in supporting us and showing the people that ABFF is still under our umbrella with me as its president. I don't know why the IFBB is trying to destabilise our organisation when we are elected members."

IFBB bodybuilding championship declared as null and void
Mumbai | Tuesday, Jul 28 2009 IST

The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) has declared bodybuilding championship and electoral Congress organised in Aurangabad by International Federation of Body Building and Fitness (IFBB) as 'null and void'. The 43rd Mr Asia championship was organised in Aurangabad by IFBB. On the second day of this event, Sanjay More was elected general Secretary of Asian federation. Amit Swami, Assistant Secretary General, Asian Body Building
Federation (ABBF) and Executive Director of Indian Body Building and Fitness Federation (IBBF) told UNI that he was opposing this championship right from the day of its announcement. ''The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) proved how our stand was correct and the organizers in Aurangabad (IFBB) are fake,'' he added.
A letter from OCA clearly stated that all the activities by IFBB and their group at Aurangabad are null and void. The letter clearly proves that ABBF under the leadership of Osama Alshafar (President) and Datuk Paul Chua (Secretary General) is the only recognized body by OCA and next Asian Beach Games (Bodybuilding) will be conducted under the patronage of the ABBF.
Amit Swami also alleged that majority of Asian countries had boycotted the Aurangabad event and they have sent their entries for real Asian Championship to be held at Pattaya (Thailand) from August 11 to 17 this year. This event will be organised by Thailand Bodybuilding Association with support of Thailand Olympic Committee and Sports Authority of Thailand under the patronage of ABBF. 34 Asian countries have already registered their final entries for this event.
He also alleged that the organizers of so-called Asian Bodybuilding Championship at Aurangabad had been misguided people and less then 10 countries participated in the event. They collected funds by saying 40 Asian countries will participate in the championship, then where are the other countries and their participants, Swami questioned. He reiterated that IFBB is registered as Business Corporation and also have VAT number. There are many irregularities in IFBB itself regarding their working and existence as a sports organisation.
He further told UNI that the Indian team selected for the Pattaya (Thailand) Asian Championship includes Daljit Singh (Punjab Police), Rahul Bhist (Uttra Khand), Mohammed Abdullah (Karnataka), Mohammed Illias (Chandigarh), Viney Pandey (Indian Railways) and Vijay Bhadur (Uttar Pardesh) in senior categories.
Contesters in Junior category includes Chandrajit Bora (Assam), Sujit Kumar (Assam) and B. Kadiravan (Pondichery).

Dopingo vartojimo nenustatyta.
Klausimas sudėtingas.
Reikia pinigų WADA (WADA - privati Kanados komercinė firma, kuri siekia pelno) mokesčiui vienkartiniam (apie 15 000 Lt) ir kasmetiniam (2000-3000 Lt).
Be to, kiekvienas testas kainuoja apie 800 Lt.

Ogi jokios reakcijos, ji net nebuvo paskelbta.

Dear Preseident Santonja,
Hope you are doing fine and have a good new year.
I would like to bring your attention to the doping offence of
bodybuilding in 2009 World Games in Kaohsiung.
Bodybuilding was the most serious event in doping offence in Kaohsiung
World Games. There are six bodybuilders comprised of three countries,
namely Brazil, Qatar, and Ukraine tested positive in doping. KOC and
Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee both received report from WADA about
this serious offence. Wada and World Games Association had also passed
this info to IFBB so far as I understand. However, it seems no
movement or action to be taken by IFBB to redress and correct the
result as far as everyone's concerned.
The gold medalist of 80kg category from Ukraine was tested positive
and therefore the silver medalist from Chinese Taipei should assume
the gold medal. This is very serious issue not only to this
bodybuilder but also to the whole country of Taiwan. The whole Taiwan
knows it and the whole bodybuilding world knows it too. I hope you can
take necessary action as soon as possible before it could become a
serious scandal in bodybuilding world.
I have waited so long but can't help writing you and ask you for the
correction. Taiwan and the whole bodybuilding world is all waiting
for your correction. Please do the required movement.
Sincerely Yours,
Jeng Liao

Ukrainos sportininkus WADA diskvalifikavo visam laikui:

Further to the announcement here by the International World Games Association (IWGA) of 16 September 20009 regarding violations of the Anti-Doping Rules at The World Games 2009 Kaohsiung, TPE, the IWGA Anti-Doping Panel decided on the following measures taken against the athletes concerned at its meeting on 26 October 2009 in Offenbach, GER:

--- Beila Balog, Ukraine, BodyBuilding, tested positive twice on various anabolics steriods, dueretics and SERMs, disqualification of his results at The World Games 2009 - incl. forfaiture of medals and prices and suspended permanently (ineligible for lifetime) from The World Games in view of the great number of forbidden substances found in his sample.

--- Istvan Bardosi, Hungary, Sumo, tested positive on masking agent/diuretic, disqualification of his results at The World Games 2009 - incl. forfaiture of medals and prices and payment of 3.000 euro to IWGA by his International Federation for the costs of handling the case.

--- Kamal Abdulsalam Abdulrahman, Qatar, BodyBuilding, tested positive on tamoxifen (SERMs), disqualification of his results at The World Games - incl. forfaiture of medals and prices

Dear Paul,
I hope this mail finds you happy and in good spirits as always.
It seems that the IFBB is doing nothing about the doping issues, we, New-Caledonia, had one positive case at our 2008 Nationals and this is a serious offence here at is is controlled by the ministry of youth and sports who conducts the testing, the results etc... There is a national doping commission who gave a 3 year ban to this athlete and notified the local committee and we of course notified the IFBB France and the SPBBF.
Right after that (about 2 months after) the same guy got caughted by customs trying to enter the country with a lot of anabolic drugs, causing him to be arrested etc...
Nevertheless, I just heard that he is beeing invited to compete in the next IFBB French Nationals and it is just now in the french muscle magazine advertised that this same guy will soon represent France in international IFBB competitions !!!
Just wanted you to know this one more story...
Kind regards my dear friend Paul
Patrick.
