He used to come to many contests accompanied by the great Estonia bodybuilders:

Pavel Kosenko and Aleksejev in the front.

Alexejev was third at 2005 WFF Amateur World in Vilnius.

He is a very big bodybuilder now! I saw his pictures!

Alexejev has a successful private business and he has a good future as a bodybuilder now!

President WFF Estonia Pavel Kosenko and one of the founders of WFF in Russia Igor Cvetkov (1996):

For many years Igor Cvetkov was the president WABBA Russia. To have the officially registered national federation you are to have registered 50 regional federations. In Russia it is difficult to do.
But Igor Cvetkov did it and have registered the National Russia Bodybuilding Federetion.
With the athletes of this federation he participated in 1998 WFF World Championship in Palanga (Lithuania). This was his first WFF step.
Playing the democracy inside the Russia federation caused many fights for the leadership and Igor went away.
After a few years brake he is back to WFF again.

Igor Cvetkov and Pavel Kosenko do work good. They are good organizers. East Europe knows them very well!

WFF has not so much information about bodybuilding and fitness in Philippines.
Once after the split of the national IFBB in 1997 Philippines were participating in Greece.
This is all.

Unfortuntely Lou Zwick (USA) lost his positions in Germany and is not organizing contests any more.

This Italian guy spent many years in Canada. 2002 was the only one year of his participation. He became 2002 WFF Amateur World Champion (Extreme Fitness) and stopped his participation.
