No problems - WFF has everything.
Dors anybody heard of the Registration Certificate, Constitution and Judging Rules of IBFA? Or Ivan Dunbar's NABBA? Or Klaus Hoffmann's organization?
Every page should be stamped (sealed). What kind of stamp Biagio has? The one from his post office?
This is the way of being legal and being not!
In the cases as this one with Bulgaria all is understandable. Only WFF-International covers the reguirements of any State Ministeries.
Everything is the same in my country too!
Being legal and official has the same requirements and conditions in all countries.
For years some individulas were fooling people ans calling themselses as international sport organizations.
No matter how they call themselves! No matter how they call their contests!
In reality they are just a few private persons.
In our country we can survive going the official way only!
This means we are with WFF-International forever!
