2017. SOMETIMES CONTESTS HAVE INTERESTING DETAILS. MOTOCYCLE FOR OVER ALL WINNER. On April 29, 2017 in Ludhiana (India) the 4-th WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) Asia Championship and India Nationals will be organized by the Head Organizer LALIT SONI. It is announced, thet the Over All Winner will receive a real new motocycle. CARS OF THE CZECH IFBB In 1996 Czech IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) organized International Contests in Prague and Brno. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS by the organizers was invited as a guest there. There was a new car to be presented to the Over All Winner. The fight among the participating bodybuilders was between the 1996 IFBB Over All World Junior Champion from Germany and the local bodybuilder. Though the German heavyweight athlete was better, the Czech judges announced the winner is the local one. Trainer of the National Team Germany was in panic about this. Then DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS insisted to make one more judging and comparisions of those two athletes. Again the judges proclaimed the winner the local bodybuilder. Their argument was: anyway the German bodybuilder can not pass the country border with this car (Republic of Czech was not a EU member then)... LIES FOR THE ATHLETES. CARS FOR THE WINNERS IN LITHUANIA. Some years ago a Kaunas city organizer announced that the Over All Winner and the best bodybuilder of his competition will receive a car as a prize. Nice! Many famous athletes were interested to compete then. After the contest everybody learned, that the car was not a new one. To say more – the owner of this car was the contest organizer himself! To say more – the “judges decided”, that the best athlete was the organizer himself and that his own car will belong as a prize for him. By the way, this contest organizer in June organizes the Europe Championship in Kaunas. CARPETS FOR THE WINNERS. In 1990 the IFBB International Contest was organized in Russia Ufa City by ALTAF GALEJEV. The organizers announced the prize for the Over All Winner will be a new carpet. At this contest participated a number of socialist countries and Germany with USA as well. Germans brought a good team with the 1990 IFBB Over All World Champion FRANK HILLEBRAND. Again, the winner became a local bodybuilder. Trainer of the National Team Germany was in panic saying: “We do not need the carpet, we want fair judging. What I will say in Germany about this?”. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS insisted on another judging and comparisons of the athletes. Finally the winner was proclaimed FRANK HILLEBRANDT and the local athlete had to give the carpet back…

2017. GRAEME LANCEFIELD RUINS NABBA. NABBA WANTS TO REMOVE GRAEME LANCEFIELD. Some time ago the International President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS received a letter from the UK. The NABBA-International Chairman, 5 times Over All Pro „Universe“ Champion EDDIE ELWOOD writes, that NABBA (National Amateur Body Building Association) International wants to remove GRAEME LANCEFIELD from the NABBA organization. NABBA Leaders and Chairmen NABBA Australia do not agree with the work done by GRAEME LANCEFIELD and all of them aim to get rid of him. Hiding himself under „NABBA“ name, last three years GRAEME LANCEFIELD represents the unreal WFF federation. REMOVING GRAEME LANCEFIELD, NABBA ASKS WFF-WBBF TO HELP THEM GIVING JURIDICAL AND HISTORICAL WFF DOCUMENTS. It is clear that WFF of GRAEME LANCEFIELD has no juridical and historical proof of the WFF-International they are trying to represent. He even does not have any idea of it as he used to write and to sign false documents. All documents and materials of WFF-International are at the historical archieves of the International WFF-WBBF Headquarters in Lithuania. The NABBA Chairman EDDIE ELWOOD states, that DSc. Today the International Federation WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) unites 128 Country-Members from all Continents. Every year WFF-WBBF holds over 60 International Events in various Countries. CNN NEWS ON THE WFF-WBBF UNIVERSE. Some time ago CNN (Cable News Network) television made a special report on the WFF-WBBF events that were held in Klaipeda (Lithuania) in May, 2017. Before this the WFF-WBBF International had a number of reports on other International Television Companies, such as „Eurosport“, „Sky News“ and many national televisions of various countries through the World. WFF-WBBF ALWAYS WAS NON KOMMERCIAL SPORT ORGANIZATION. During the fivety years of it‘s activities the WFF-WBBF always kept on the real sport side. Though there were various political and economical dificulties, the federation never stopped working on (read historical articles on the International Site www.wff.lt). WFF-WBBF athletes always had possibilities to seek the highest titles at the International recognized official contests. Historic statistics prove the WFF-WBBF is a prestigeous International Federation among all federations. One can organize several successfull competitions, but it is not the same as the fivety years of serious stable work. The power of the WFF-WBBF – fivety years of constant International Sport work. Today the valuables of the mankind changed. For most people money means everything. No morality, only money and lies. The 3000 years lasting Bible Concept of Ruling Menkind is close to the end. Today most of International Sport Organizations are commercial. Even WADA (World Anti Doping Agency) seeks profit and this is the reason that not every International Sport Organization can join WADA. Such mentioned above organizations proclame commerce, not sport. It is a theater of absurd now and we were writing about this many times before. WFF-WBBF will remain conservative and it will not follow other commercial sport organizations. WFF-WBBF will remain on the real sport side and this is our priority. In difference to other organizations WFF-WBBF collaborates with the recognized International Sport Institutions, National Governmental Structures and representatives of all religions. All of them notice and valuate the WFF-WBBF activities. We see the WFF-WBBF as a strong friendly unit and this is our power.

CNN is one of the World‘s most important International News Television Companies. We do not remember that CNN ever reported about bodybuilding sport before. Positively reported... We are proud that the report was about the WFF-WBBF International Events, that had happened in Lithuania, European Union. CHAIRMAN STATE POLICE DEPARTMENT WON PRO EUROPE IN KLAIPEDA. Official Site of the Ministry Inner Affairs of the Republic Lithuania informs, taht the Chairman State Police department ASTA BUTKUTE became WFF-WBBF Pro Europe Champion in Klaipeda. “Policijos departamentas prie Lietuvos Respublikos VRM informuoja: Klaipėdos policijos pareigūnė – triskart fitneso čempionė! Klaipėdos policijos bendruomenę vėl pradžiugino Operatyvaus valdymo skyriaus pareigūnės Astos Butkutės sporto pasiekimai. Gegužės pabaigoje Klaipėdoje vykusiame Europos fitneso profesionalų ir mėgėjų „Gintarinės taurės" 50-ajame čempionate kolegė savo kategorijoje (moterų iki 168 cm ūgio) užėmė net tris pirmąsias WFF-WBBF federacijos skiriamas vietas. Ji tapo profesionalų, mėgėjų ir absoliučia Lietuvos čempione.
Pareigūnė, pasakodama apie varžybas, buvo tikroje euforijoje. Ji minėjo nepaprastą dalyvių gausą, didžiulę konkurenciją, bet akcentavo šios sporto bendruomenės narių draugiškumą. „Merginos ir vyrukai susirinko iš 20 Europos šalių. Moterų dalyvavo virš pusantro šimto. Visa viena diena skiriama raumenų apžiūrai. Demonstruoti įtemptus raumenis yra sunkiau nei plušėti treniruotėje. Ne veltui šios sporto šakos atstovai turi vien pozavimo treniruotę. Gali turėti tinkamus vienus ar kitus raumenis, bet, jei negalėsi bent vieno iš jų parodyti čempionato metu, apie taurę - pamiršk", - pasakojo A. Butkutė.
Be to, ji kalbėjo ir apie mitybos ypatumus. Tinkamas maistas, pasak fitneso čempionės, toks pat svarbus kaip sportas. Formai gauti dvi savaites iki varžybų galimi tik keturi produktai: vandenyje be druskos virta vištiena, kiaušinių baltymai (vien jie, be trynio), graikiškas jogurtas ir pati liesiausia varškė. Maža to, tris paskutines dienas negeriamas net vanduo, tik gurkštelima kavos ir lyžtelima šokolado.
Atkakli pareigūnė nelaiko savo pasiruošimo čempionatams kokiais nors sunkumais. Ji sakė tuo gyvenanti, dėkojo treneriams Editai ir Ramūnui Sendriams, minėjo pati jau treniravusi merginą, kuri savo svorio kategorijoje irgi pasiekė labai aukštą rezultatą.

2017. WFF-WBBF INTERNATIONAL SEEMS TO BE THE HIGHEST JUDGE TO OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS. NABBA ASKS TO MAKE THE QUESTION CLEAR AND LEGAL AGAIN. Today the International Federation WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) Headquarters received a call and a letter from the National President NABBA-WFF Slovakia ARPAD MESTER. Representing a number of NABBA-WFF Countries, ARPAD MESTER asked the WFF-WBBF International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS for juridical International assistance and here we present it. In 1988 President and Owner of the IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) International BEN WEIDER (Canada) asked the WFF-WBBF International President for juridical assistance in the Socialist Countries and he received it. In 1999 President of NABBA-International IVAN DUNBAR (Ireland) fighted against the intrigues of the the false Chairman of the NABBA-International JOE LOPEZ (Australia). IVAN DUNBAR asked the WFF-WBBF International President for juridical International assistance and he received it. By the way, the situation today is nearly the same – NABBA – fights with another Australian GRAEME LANCEFIELD. In 2003 Chairman IFBB Pro Division WAYNE DE MILIA (USA) asked the WFF-WBBF International President for juridical International assistance and he received it. In 2009 Vice President IFBB-International PAUL CHUA (Singapore) and the Lower of the IFBB-International ALEX BAUER (Austria) asked the WFF-WBBF International President for juridical International assistance too and both received it. In 2016 the President NABBA-WFF USA and a famous IFBB Pro EDDIE ROBINSON asked the WFF-WBBF International President for juridical assistance too and he received it. My name is Edmundas Daubaras, Doctor Honoris Causa, President of the International Sport University (I.S.U.), President of the World Fitness Federation (WFF), President of the World Body Building Federation (WBBF), and international journalist. After graduating from the Vilnius’ Vytautas the Great University in the specialties of philology and law, I was presented by the Lvov Stavropigeon University with the highest academic degree of the Doctor Honoris Causa in 2012. I received many awards during the decades of my work, some of which include the Honor Medal of the „Order of Christ“ (2017, Ukraine) for the International work, the Medaglia Ufficiale di Pontificato di Sua Santita Benedetto XVI (2011, Vatican) for confronting the communist regime, the St. Nicholas the Wonderworker Silver-Gold Medal (2010, Portugal) for the ideas uniting world’s religions, and the Order of Auseklis (2009, Latvia) for International sport development. In 2008, together with the Governor of the State of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, I was included to the Honor Book of the Kingdom of Denmark and I also received the John Grimek Premium (2005, Italy).
Free from politics and open to all religions, the World Fitness Federation and the World Body Building Federation run their history from 1968. During the last thirty years, the above mentioned federations were growing rapidly and today they unite 128 country members from all continents. The most active countries are Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Russia, Germany, Poland, Benelux and the Baltic States, India and Japan. Different from other private companies and organizations, our federations are social non-profit unions. The official WFF and WBBF International page online, www.wff.lt, attracts lots of visitors every day as no other sport organization in the world seeks official sport development.
Since 1989, the WFF and WBBF has been issuing the Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding magazine in various languages and spreading them free of charge in the countries that are members of the WFF and WBBF. Also the mentioned magazines are spread during the world’s most important international contests worldwide.
In order to continue developing the international sport and helping people and sportsmen gain wider knowledge, we opened and registered the International Sport University (I.S.U.) in the EU in 2016. In 2017 the I.S.U. professors started giving teaching seminars and lectures in the Republic of South Africa, Russian Federation, Baltic States and India.
Despite the WFF and WBBF being free of politics, politicians of many countries acknowledge our work and support our international activities. Among those who have supported us are: Professor Alfred Gerstl (President of the Parliament of the Republic of Austria), Robert Fico (Prime minister of the Slovak Republic), Gediminas Kirkilas (Prime minister of the Republic of Lithuania 2006-2008), and Algirdas Butkevicius (Prime minister of the Republic of Lithuania 2012-2016). Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania voted to finance one of the world‘s oldest traditional WFF and WBBF contests, „Amber Prix International“, and organized a number of official meetings with the chairmen of the WFF and WBBF International.
Every year, the WFF and WBBF organize around sixty international events in various countries. The work of the WFF and WBBF International involves various activities, such as disabled sport, the Fit-kid sport starting from 6 years of age, power fitness, model fitness, aerobic fitness, and traditional bodybuilding. The WFF-WBBF pays great attention to the division of working with disabled sportsmen.
On June 22, 2017 the WFF-WBBF International Headquarters received a letter from Slovakia. President NABBA-WFF Slovakia Arpad Mester asked the International President WFF-WBBF to present the official statement about the work and participation of Aleksandra Rapajic Milosevic and the mentioned above Arpad Mester at the WFF-WBBF International. This is to certify that Arpad Mester has never served as an official or participated as an athlete at the WFF-WBBF International. This is to certify that Aleksandra Rapajic Milosevic joined WFF-WBBF International in 2006 at the World Amateur Championship in Russia. From this time and until October 2016 Aleksandra Rapajic Milosevic was serving as the National President WFF-WBBF Serbia. She participated herself as an amateur and professional athlete and also led the National Team Serbia at multiple WFF-WBBF International Events.

2017. FIFTY YEARS OF THE WFF-WBBF INTERNATIONAL. V.I.P. INTERNATIONAL PERSON. In 2017 WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation)International celebrates the 50-th anniversary of it‘s activities. At the same time the World bodybuilding history starts with the first ever known bodybuilder EUGENE SANDOW (UK, 1898) and the first fitness athlete BRONE DUBAR (USA, 1927). We will run over the 120 World Body Building History and mention some very important facts and persons. WORLD RECORD. In 2005 WFF-WBBF organized World Championship in Vilnius (Lithuania). During one day in Vilnius Congress Palace participating 742 Athletes make until now unbeatable World Record of the number of any World Championship participants ever. At this contest the Over All Champions were presented by the International Company “Fabricant” with the exclusive GENUINE ORIGINAL DIAMONDS.

2017. PRO DIVISION FOR DISABLED SPORTSMEN. WFF-WBBF DISABLED SPORT DIVISION. After the 1998 International Congress in Palanga (Lithuania) the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International started working seriously with the Disabled Sportsmen. Then the first International Champions became GARIB JOUNIS (Holland), TORSTEN PETERSEN (Denmark), ALEKSANDR KOROLIOV (Estonia) and SERGEJ BEGLIK (Lithuania). The Lithuanian SERGEJ BEGLIK has won all Official Competitions possible: World and Europe Championship and the “Universe”. Later the Great Respectful International World and Continent Champions were the following WFF-WBBF Disabled Athletes: MICKAEL LOUVEL (France), PETER SMIT (Republic South Africa), TOLGA MURAT BALIKCI (Turkey), DIAN MICHAILOV (Bulgaria), ANASTASIA BELKOVSKAJA (Russia), GUSTAVO RODRIGUES (Brazil), KAROL MILEWSKI and MARIUSZ KRZYSTOF KUPCZAK (both Poland), ALEKSANDR GOLUB, NIAS IZMAILOV, OLEG ABORNEV, OLEG PILECKIJ, ALEKSANDR ROSSOMAKIN (all Ukraine), RAVINDER SINGH, ANAND ARNOLD (India), ALEKSEJS PETKEVICS (Latvia), VIKTOR TOPOL, NIKOLAJ MIRONOV, GENADIJ ZAMETASHKIN, KAROLIS STONCIUS, ARTURAS BOLYCEVAS (all Lithuania). PRO DIVISION FOR DISABLED SPORTSMEN. WFF-WBBF International Executive Council decided to establish the new Pro Disabled Sport Division. There will be two Categories: the Pro Wheel-Chair Disabled Category and the Pro General Disabled Category. Athletes covering the WFF-WBBF Professional Sport requirements already at the 2016 WFF-WBBF World pro Championship „Amber Prix OLYMPIA“ received the prestigeous WFF-WBBF Pro Card and started participating at the WFF-WBBF Pro Contests.

WORLD‘S BODYBUILDING HISTORY. REMEMBER IT. BEN WEIDER. HOW IT WAS IN REAL PREAMBULA. The authors of this historical article do not seek to present the chronological events. Our ai mis to underline the most important historical International bodybuilding moments. The chronological history of our sport was presented in various languaages earlier in the 28-th issue of the International magazine „Sport of fitness and bodybuilding“ (2008) and at the International Site www.wff.lt . In 1986 the former WABBA (World Amateur Body Building Association) President and owner SERGE NUBRET sent to the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS his own archeives that were very usefull. BEN WEIDER. HOW IT WAS IN REAL As any history, the World Bodybuilding History was too much complicated. Somebody knows something, most do not know anything. Our 120 years lasting sport history used to be presented in many different ways. During the last fivety years International President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness federation, World Body Building Federation) DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS personally took part at many most important International historic bodybuilding events. At many of them DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was not only a participant, but even many of these events had happened under his initiative.
During all his active life in sport DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was always in good friendly relations with the International Bodybuilding Top Personalities: BEN WEIDER (Canada), WAYNE DE MILIA (USA), PAMELA KAGAN (Canada), PAUL CHUA (Singapore), SERGE NUBRET, AKLI CHABENI (both France), OSCAR HEIDENSTAM, IVAN DUNBAR (both UK), VOJTECH FIALA (Czechoslovakia). During a long period of time to set some definite questions the Owner and the life President of the IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) BEN WEIDER many times used to ask DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to meet his assistant RAFAEL SANTONJA. Even today EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS communicates with nearly all International bodybuilding leaders who play important role in the official World‘s sport movement.
Personal relations of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS with BEN WEIDER always had and still have big historical value. Due to these relations DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was always in the centre of important International activities. These relations with BEN WEIDER gave him opportunity to get the information that others could not get. This gave the possibility for DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to influence many important International bodybuilding events. Rich WFF-WBBF archieves prove decades lasting relations, personal meetings and correspondence with BEN WEIDER.
BEN WEIDER in his private magazines many times published materials sent by DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. Much attention in Weider‘s magazines had been given for even now one of the World‘s oldest still runnig International „Amber Prix International“ Contest (1968-2017, „Gintarinis prizas“, „Янтарныйприз»). For many years „Amber Prix International“ was the unofficial bodybuilding championship of the USSR (for many years bodybuilding was prohibited in the USSR, Union Soviet Socialist Republics). For most time of the history of „Amber Prix International“ DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was the main organizer of this event. And still he is (under the WFF-WBBF). Evaluating the importance of the „Amber Prix International“ a number of times BEN WEIDER sent his own signed Diplomas for the „Amber Prix International“ champions. It was BEN WEIDER to press Vice President IFBB International PAUL CHUA and President IFBB Israel ASHER FRIG to send their teams to Klaipeda (Lithuania) to participate at the „Amber Prix International“. It was BEN WERDER to give the order for his Spanish assistant RAFAEL SANTONJA to host „Amber Prix International“ Champions at the IFBB Mediteranian Contest held in Marocco (see letters of BEN WEIDER, http://www.wff.lt, read forum). Finally relations between DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and BEN WEIDER reached such a level, that BEN WEIDER asked to stop discussing and making decissions via correspondence and to start to settle all important questions at the common private meetings. During a definite period of time a number of meetings of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and BEN WEIDER were held – in Leningrad, Moscow (USSR, Russia), in Paris (France), in Kuala Lampur (Malaysia), in New York (USA). DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was always a personal guest of BEN WEIDER. BEN WEIDER had been ready to meet DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS at any possible time even postponing his other works and duties (see letters of BEN WEIDER). The top culmination of the common relations was when both decided to set a Joint-Venture Company (protocol of intentions, November 25, 1990, Helmsley Palace, New Yourk, USA, archieves WFF-WBBF International).
No matter that later on DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS went his own way and started the WFF-WBBF International, no matter he stopped his official contacts with the IFBB, he has always been in friendly relations with BEN WEIDER. Even when DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was already leading WFF-WBBF International but keeping old common contacts BEN WEIDER used to send him the official IFBB magazines and materials (until BEN WEIDER stepped away and sold his private IFBB magazines in 2000). For quite a long period of time bodybuilding was prohibited in the USSR and in almost all Socialist Countries. For political reasons being as the „Western sport“ bodybuilding has never been supported in all socialist World. Everywhere gyms were closed, contests prohibited, sportsmen and organizers were prosecuted, media flew as maximum dirt as possible to bodybuilding. Under pressure of the Communist Party the Ministry of Sport of the USSR (Union Soviet Socialist Republics) issued a strict order against bodybuilding and this way they had a juridical law basis to follow bodybuilders. For many years of the prosecution of bodybuilding sport in the Sport Ministry (Goskomsport) was employed a former weightlifter E.MOROZ (later V.TAMARLAKOV). Both of them were responsible for controlling the bodybuilding in the USSR. A step below of them was another one representative - the Lithuanian ROMANAS KALINAUSKAS. Everybody was afrayed to fight or even to say a single word to stand for bodybuilding. As in such a wide territory nobody organized bodybuilding contetsts, but DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS dared to do it first with „Amber Prix International“ in Klaipeda (Lithuania). ROMANAS KALINAUSKAS and other high officials wanted to stop DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS saying that in case the new procecutions started they are not going to loose their Communist Party certificates and they will stay away from DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. Nevertheless DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS did not listen to them and did it on his own risk. The contest in Klaipeda took place, only the DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS played his game with the Sport Ministry and he had to make some artificial changes adding power exercises to the usual programme. Just after this DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS started active correspondence with the Sport Ministry of the USSR as well as with the main USSR political media: newspapers „Pravda“, „Izvestija“, „Soviet Sport“, which used to publishe awfull articles against bodybuilding (like „Trijanskij kon kulturizma“..). Then DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS wrote a number of articles protecting bodybuilding and started to collect signatures of known people to support these articles. It became a real pettition to unite people to protect bodybuilding sport (these historic materials are in the archieves of the WFF-WBBF International (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation). Then DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS on his risk went to Moscow to register and present these materials at the Headquarters of the Central Committe of the Communst Party of the USSR and the Ministry Council of the USSR. When back to Lithuania from Moscow DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS started to receive lots of calls from the Headquarters of the Central Committe of the Communst Party USSR. The discussion started. It was evident that some positive agreement may happen. That bothered Lithuanian Communist Leaders. Finally the telepfone of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was totally swiched off line and they invited DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to Klaipeda Headquarters asking to stop pushing the highest USSR officials. At the same time, though bodybuilding was a prohibited sport, they gave DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS permittion to organize anual „Amber Prix International“ (1968-2017, „Gintarinis prizas“, «Янтарныйприз») in Klaipeda. It is not a secret that for many years „Amber Prix International“ was the only one International bodybuilding contest in the Socialist World and until 1988 it was recognized and proclaimed as a not official Championship of the USSR. If not the „Amber Prix International“ nuobody knows what would have been the history of bodybuilding in the USSR and all Socialist World. Nobody knows how the Socialist bodybuilding sport would have met the first USA bodybuilders that came to the USSR under the leadership of the Owner and life President IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) BEN WEIDER. BEN WEIDER was an old personal friend of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. For many years they bogth had active correspondence, a number of mutual meetings in various countries. In 2017 the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) held the 50-th „Amber Prix International“ (1968 – 2017, „Gintarinis prizas“, „Янтарныйприз») Contest in Klaipeda (Republic Lithuania). Then the Global CNN television made a report about the WFF-WBBF International activities that have seen one billion (one milliard) people World Wide. Bodybuilding specialists and fans know very much about this World’s Oldest Historic Bodybuilding Competition. We were informing before, that for many years when Bodybuilding Sport was prohibited and prosecuted in the Socialist Countries (especially in the USSR), the “Amber Prix International” used to be the World Championship of the Socialist Countries, the unofficial Championship of the USSR. And later on this was recognized by the Sport Ministry (Goskomsport) of the USSR. Having in mind the high level of the “Amber Prix International” and it’s political value to the International Sport, various special services and secret structures use „to keep an eye“ and to follow the competition. The importance of the “Amber Prix International” proves the fact, that right after the “Perestrojka” began, the Ministry of Sport of the USSR started to give highest governmental honorable “Soviet Sport Master” (мастерспортаСССР) degrees and other privileges for the Champions of the “Amber Prix International”.
The 1981 “Amber Prix International” competition was exceptional in the Socialist State Politics. Then a Russian weightlifter E.MOROZ was responsible for the Bodybuilding Sport (атлетическая гимнастика) in the Ministry Sport USSR (ГоскомспортСССР). But the real working President Russia Bodybuilding organization was a Russia painting artist VLADIMIR SUBOV in fact. After the Russian Bodybuilder and the contemporary Russia National IFBB President VLADIMIR DUBININ (Владимир Дубинин) lost his titles against Estonian OLEV ANNUS and against Lithuanian PRANAS MURAUSKAS in 1974, VLADIMIR DUBININ was out of the our sport game for long thirteen years. After constant insistance of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and his personal invitation VLADIMIR DUBININ appeared in sport society again at the “Amber Prix International” in Klaipeda only in 1986.
In 1981 just before the “Amber Prix International” the meeting of the USSR International Judges Council was held in Klaipeda. At this meeting participated DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS („Amber Prix International“ organizer), VLADIMIR SUBOV (representing Russia), ROMANAS KALINAUSKAS (representing USSR bodybuilding comission), ARKADIJ KASANSKIJ (representing Ukraine), INNAR MARDO (representing Estonia), ALEKSANDRAS NOVIKOVAS (representing Lithuania) and some other International level judges and organizers. The secretary of the USSR Bodybuilding Comission ROMANAS KALINAUSKAS told the judges that it is high time to change the USSR leading bodybuilder and to stop the successful career of Estonian athlete OLEV ANNUS. Many bodybuilders admired OLEV ANNUS and that was against USSR politics. At that time already twice winning the “Amber Prix International” (1978, 1979) and a number of International events in Poland, Hungary and Czechoslovakia OLEV ANNUS was the sole leader among bodybuilders of the Socialist Countries. Under the pressure of ROMANAS KALINAUSKAS the judges of the “Amber Prix International” did as he told them: OLEV ANNUS was not the winner. Due to this the Over All Winner’s Title at the 1981 “Amber Prix International” went to the Lithuanian Sportsman SAULIUS MISEVICIUS. OLEV ANNUS was in shock loosing the battle to the lower level athlete. He has written letters accusing the International Judges but the result was impossible to change.
In 2010 at the WFF-WBBF Amateur and Pro World Championship in Slovakia Brusno Kupele resort VLADIMIR SUBOV came there with the National Team Germany. Having possibilities to speak free now he explained the political situation of the 1981. VLADIMIR SUBOV told the organizers that the sport life of OLEV ANNUS was decided in Moscow long before he participated in Klaipeda at the 1981 “Amber Prix International”. Then the USSR Communist Party Central Committee ruled everything, sport too. Having information that OLEV ANNUS wants to leave the Soviet Union the USSR Communist Party Propaganda Council gave orders to the Sport Ministry of the USSR and E.MOROZ gave the same orders to ROMANAS KALINAUSKAS – get down the Estonian bodybuilder OLEV ANNUS. So using the Judges ROMANAS KALINAUSKAS did at the 1981 “Amber Prix International”. (to be continued)

During the life nearly everybody somehow is connected with Bodybuilding and Fitness.
Being the World‘s Leader of the Official Sport of Bodybuilding and Fitness the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Federation is working over the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ and it writes the historical Article - Revue of the World‘s Bodybuilding Sport. The International Bodybuilding Organizations and the Countries that were and still are really important for the Official International Bodybuilding Sport will be covered in this Article. You know that many of so called „International Federations“ just fool the public as they are not official by Law and play no role for the Official Sport in real. CZECH AND SLOVAK BODYBUILDING. ANALYTICAL REVUE.
Working on the above mentioned materials the WFF-WBBF International prepares analytical revue of the bodybuilding sport in Czech and Slovak Republics. The revue will include the history of bodybuilding in both Countries, most important sportsmen and sport organizers of all times. Few or us know that at the definite period of time Czechoslovakia bodybuilding has played such a very important role for the International Sport. We will cover the history and we will tell this strory.
The similar historic revues are already done about the bodybuilding sport in USA, UK, France, Scandinavia Countries, Belgium, India, Iran, Argentina, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine and Estonia. Still remaining only a few Countries. WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA
Crowning it‘s 50 years of International Bodybuilding activities, the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) works on the Unique Global Bodybuilding Project - the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ («Энциклопедия мирового культуризма»). Until now nobody even tried to work on such a huge International Project. To be frank, only few people can do it. There were attempts to name some works „Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ too, but that were not Encyclopedias of Bodybuilding Sport in real (as Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s „Modern Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ written about himself in person mostly). Every real Encyclopedia covers much wider things.
Our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ is based on the last fivety years collected Archives of the WFF-WBBF International, the Archivic Documents presented to us by the Owner and the President of WABBA (World Amateur Body Building Association) SERGE NUBRET (France), the Heads of the UK Public Club NABBA (National Amateur Body Building Association) OSCAR HEIDENSTAM (England) and IVAN DUNBAR (Ireland), the Owners and Heads of the IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) Commercial Company BEN WEIDER (Canada), PAUL CHUA (Singapore), ALEX BAUER (Austria), JOSE PARDO HIDALGO (Spain).
Starting with EUGENY SANDOW our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ covers the period of over 100 years time. It presents over 8000 known Bodybuildings Sport Personalities who were very important for the World Bodybuilding Sport during the last Century. All these 8000 Bodybuilding Persons are representing all historically known traditional International Bodybuilding Federations.
Our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ will be published in various popular languages, including the Chinese language. HIGHEST ACADEMIC DEGREE - DOCTOR OF BODYBUILDING SCIENCES.
in 2013 after the evaluation of the International work done by the President WFF-WBBF International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Lvov City Stavropigion University (started it‘s history in 1788) presented EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Honorable Academic „University Science Doctor‘s“ Degree (Doctor Honoris Causa, Doctor of Sciences, DSc).
And this is the Highest Academic Degree possible and this is already the actual International Bodybuilding Sport HISTORY.
DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS is one of those who work very hard on the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“.

SOCIALIST COUNTRIES BODYBUILDING LITERATURE. Before the prohibition of bodybuilding in the middle of the sixties of the last century in all Socialist World Countries the only one regular magazine about bodybuilding sport was Polish „Sport Dla Wszystkich“. At that time Lithuanians presented the basics of bodybuilding in the magazine „The Student“(„Moksleivis“). Through the time of the prohibition of bodybuilding sport in the Socialist Countries nobody even dreamed about the bodybuilding literature. The exception was in Czechoslovakia Bratislava issued „Trener“ Magazine and the German DDR (Deutsches Demokratik Republik) Weight Lifting Magazine „The Weightlifter‘s Training“ ( „Schwer Atlet Training“) which started to publish some information about our sport. During this time DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS used to give articles and contest information for these Magazines. Also for BEN WEIDER‘S „Flex“ magazine. All magazines used to publishe the DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS given materials. First of all it was information from the World‘s Oldest Traditional Bodybuilding Contest, the only one anual International Bodybuilding Event in all Socialist Counties, the „Amber Prix International“ („Gintarinis prizas“, „Янтарныйприз», 1968-2017). The above mentioned Czechoslovakia „Trener“ Magazines were published by JOZEF MAZAK and later by MILAN PERDOCH. International WFF-WBBF worked and still works on the documents and various materials of World‘s Bodybuilding History. The WFF-WBBF „Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding“ Magazine started in English, Russian and Lithuanian languages in 1989. During this period of time the WFF-WBBF printed and spread through the World several millions copies of the Magazine. „Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding“ is awailable at the National WFF-WBBF federations in all 129 Country - members of the WFF-WBBF International as well as at the most important World‘s International Bodybuilding and Fitness Events.
Main articles of the „Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding“ Magazine were published in various Internet Pages, sport and public media, among them regularly in Spanish „Fitness Alive“ (Argentina, Magazine for South America and Spain), in German „Fitness News“ (Austria, Magazine for Germany, Austria and Switzerland), in English „Strenght and Health“ (UK, Magazine for England, Scotland and Ireland), in Russian „Zeleznyj Mir“ (Russia, for Russia and Post Soviet Russian Speaking Countries and etc..).
At the beginning a number of the WFF-WBBF Magazines were of methodical character. These Magazines were teaching the bodybuilders how to train from the primityve beginning to the Top Professional Level. Through decades the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS collected and translated materials and documents from different possible sources, analised, evaluated and systemized them and finally presented as methodical recommendations for the sportsmen. That were a number of popular International Seria Magazines under the titles like “ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER recommends”, “Training Programs of the World’s Best Bodybuilders”, “Bodybuilding Stars Recommend” etc..). Ending the 90-ties of the last century basing on these Magazines a number of new generations of bodybuilders were born and educated. Wishing to have these Magazines in their collections the libraries of a number of Countries addressed the International WFF-WBBF Headquarters (like German State Library of Leipzig, Germany).
Today the WFF-WBBF „Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding“ („Sportinis fitnesas ir kultūrizmas“, „Спортивныйфитнесикультуризм») magazine has only informative International character but this makes it to be even more important. The Magazine covers most important World‘s Bodybuilding and Fitness Events and it gives true situation of sport on Official International Level, sets the goals of the sport for the future. 2017. UNIQUE RECORD – PROFESSOR VASILIJ BESPALENKO PARTICIPATES 40 YEARS IN A ROW. REMEMBER BODYBUILDING LEGENDS. GET TO KNOW WORLD BODYBUILDING HISTORY. The 2017 is an extraordinary year for the World Bodybuilding. In 2017 the International Sport Society is celebrating the World‘s Oldest Historic Traditional Bodybuilding Contest „Amber Prix International“ (международный турнир „Янтарныйприз», tarptautinis “Gintarinio prizo” turnyras) 50-th anniversary (1968-2017). In 2017 the International Sport Society is celebrating the 120-th anniversary of the first bodybuilding contest ever (held in 1898 in England and Russia). Also in 1898 in England the first Bodybuilding „Health and Strenght“ Magazine has been started to issue and it is issued until now by ROY EDWARDS (UK). In 2017 the International Sport Society is celebrating the 90-th anniversary of female fitness sport. It is connected with the famous BRONE‘s DUBAR regular trainings and participation in the New York City in 1927 - 1930. We are glad to state that the Americans started collecting additional historic information about BRONE DUBAR for the coming „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“. Historically BRONE DUBAR with her family emigrated from Lithuania to the US right before the First World War. WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA. Crowning it‘s 50 years of International Bodybuilding activities, the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) works on the unique Global Bodybuilding Project - the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ («Энциклопедиямировогокультуризма», “Pasaulio kultūrizmo enciklopedija”). The Encyclopedia Project works are led by the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. Until now nobody even tried to work on such a huge International Project. To be frank, only few people can do it. There were attempts to name some works „Encyclopedia“ too, but that were not Encyclopedias of Bodybuilding Sport in real (for example, as Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s „Encyclopedia“ which he has written about himself in person mostly). Every Encyclopedia covers much wider basic things. Our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ is based on the fivety years collected Archives of the WFF-WBBF International, the Archivic Documents were presented to us by the Owner and the President of WABBA (World Amateur Body Building Association) SERGE NUBRET (France), the Heads of the UK Public Club NABBA (National Amateur Body Building Association) OSCAR HEIDENSTAM (England) and IVAN DUNBAR (Ireland), the Owners and Heads of the IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) Commercial Company BEN WEIDER (Canada), PAUL CHUA (Singapore), ALEX BAUER (Austria) and JOSE PARDO HIDALGO (Spain). Starting with EUGENE SANDOW our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ covers the period of over 120 years time. It presents over 9000 known International Bodybuilding Sport personalities who were very important for the World Bodybuilding Sport during the last Century. Important - all these 9000 Bodybuilding Persons are representing all historically known traditional International Bodybuilding Federations. Our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ will be published in various popular languages. WORLD BODYBUILDING LEGEND – PROFESSOR VASILIJ BESPALENKO. Ukraine Bodybuilding Legend Professor VASILIJ BESPALENKO (профессорВасилийБеспаленко, Lvov) takes a high place in the prestigeous World Ranking List among over eight thousand bodybuilders covering the period of time over one hundred twenty years. Professor VASILIJ BESPALENKO is the World‘s Oldest Historic Bodybuilding Traditional „Amber Prix International“ („Gintarinis prizas“, „Янтарныйприз», 1968-2017) Contest Champion, World and Europe Champion, multiple National Champion Ukraine. We should underline the unique bodybuilding sport record. Professor VASILIJ BESPALENKO started particiapting at the 1970 „Amber Prix International“ in Klaipeda (Lithuania) and participates until now. HONOUR PROFESSOR OF UNIVERSITY. On March 30, 2017 the oldest University of the Republic Ukraine – the Stavropigion University - represented by it’s Rector Professor DSc. JAROSLAV KMIT (ЯрославКмiт), presented the “Honour Professor” degree for the lecturer of four universities VASILIJ BESPALENKO. VASILIJ BESPALENKO is the pioneer of bodybuilding in Ukraine, a famous athlete and organizer. At the moment VASILIJ BESPALENKO works as the National President WFF-WBBF Ukraine.

During the last decades the International WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) writes a lot about the so called “International federations” that are not legal and work unofficial way. Athletes use to participate at such federations as most of them do not know the juridical truth.
On September 4, 2017 the Chairman of the Arab Physical Culture Federation (APCF, based in Beirut, Lebanon) Professor Dr. FAWZI KHODARI addressed the WFF-WBBF International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS, asking to join the WFF-WBBF activities.

My name is Edmundas Daubaras, Doctor Honoris Causa, President of the International Sport University (I.S.U.), President of the World Fitness Federation (WFF), President of the World Body Building Federation (WBBF), and international journalist. After graduating from the Vilnius’ Vytautas the Great University in the specialties of philology and law, I was presented by the Lvov Stavropigeon University with the highest academic degree of the Doctor Honoris Causa in 2012. I received many awards during the decades of my work, some of which include the Order of Christ (2017, Republic Ukraine), the Medaglia Ufficiale di Pontificato di Sua Santita Benedetto XVI (2011, Vatican) for confronting the communist regime, the St. Nicholas the Wonderworker Silver-Gold Medal (2010, Portugal) for the ideas uniting world’s religions, and the Order of Auseklis (2009, Latvia) for International sport development. In 2008, together with the Governor of the State of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, I was included to the Honour Book of the Kingdom of Denmark and I also received the John Grimek Premium (2005, Italy).
Free from politics and open to all religions, the World Fitness Federation and the World Body Building Federation run their history from 1968. During the last thirty years, the above mentioned federations were growing rapidly and today they unite 128 country members from all continents. The most active countries are Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Russia, Germany, Poland, Benelux and the Baltic States, India and Japan. Different from other private companies and organizations, our federations are social non-profit unions. The official WFF and WBBF International page online, www.wff.lt, attracts lots of visitors every day as no other sport organization in the world seeks official sport development.
Since 1989, the WFF and WBBF has been issuing the Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding magazine in various languages and spreading them free of charge in the countries that are members of the WFF and WBBF. Also the mentioned magazines are spread during the world’s most important international contests worldwide.
In order to continue developing the international sport and helping people and sportsmen gain wider knowledge, we opened and registered the International Sport University (I.S.U.) in the EU in 2016. In 2017 the I.S.U. professors will give teaching seminars and lectures in the Republic of South Africa, Russian Federation, Baltic States, India and Turkey.
Despite the WFF and WBBF being free of politics, politicians of many countries acknowledge our work and support our international activities. Among those who have supported us are: Professor Alfred Gerstl (President of the Parliament of the Republic of Austria), Robert Fico (Prime minister of the Slovak Republic), Gediminas Kirkilas (Prime minister of the Republic of Lithuania 2006-2008), and Algirdas Butkevicius (Prime minister of the Republic of Lithuania 2012-2016). Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania voted to finance one of the world‘s oldest traditional WFF and WBBF contests, „Amber Prix International“, and organized a number of official meetings with the chairmen of the WFF and WBBF International.
Every year, the WFF and WBBF organize around sixty international events in various countries. The work of the WFF and WBBF International involves various activities, such as disabled sport, the Fit-kid sport starting from 6 years of age, power fitness, model fitness, aerobic fitness, and traditional bodybuilding. The WFF-WBBF pays great attention to the division of working with disabled sportsmen.
