When all understood that all International Bodybuilding Organizations (Like IFBB, NABBA, WABBA etc...) are not registered by Law as International Non Profit Sport Organizations, the WFF started the registration process at once.
After successfull 1998 WFF World Championship in Lithuania, in 1999 the WFF-International Congress was held in Daugavpils (Latvia).
The Congress prepared the WFF Constitution for registration, accepted the Judging Criteria of WFF. Then the first and to this moment the only one World Wide officially registered International No Profit Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation appeared – World Fitness Federation.
The 2000 WFF Europe Championship was organized under the new requirements.

After visiting Lithuania a few days ago and her personal meeting with the WFF-WBBF International heads, today Miss SAWAKO IWAMOTO has been appointed as the temporary WFF-WBBF International Official in Japan.
Miss SAWAKO IWAMOTO already started collecting the National Teal Japan to participate at the 2009 WFF-WBBF World Championship:

Today in Vilnius and Trakai were meetings of WFF-WBBF leaders and specific officials where the 2010 EU projects were spoken over.
The WFF-WBBF will start the first 2010 EU project in November.

I want to personally congratulate you on your great magazine “Health & Health”. Over the years I have met in my productions such legends as: John Grimek, Steve Reeves, Bill Pearl, Reg Park, Dave Draper, Rachel McLish, Cory Everson, Arnold, Sergio “The Myth”, Mickey Hargitay, Serge & Jackie Nubret and hundreds of others icons in our industry. Most all have at one time expressed their admirations and love towards “Health & Strength magazine and its legacy.

Just now we arrived from the WFF-WBBF International contest held last weekend in Graz, Austria.
The contest was organized by the President Parliament Austria Professor ALFRED GERSTL and President WFF-WBBF Austria PETER PAPULA.
The famous USA IFBB Pro Competitor brought to the Organizers the congratulating letter of the Governor State California (USA) ARNOLD SCHWARCENEGGER.
At the same time a special ARNOLD’S gift to the President WFF-WBBF International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was presented by the Professor ALFRED GERSTL.
All delegates and participants of the event lived in the famous Graz hotel “Paradise”, where the ARNOLD’S SCHWARCENEGGER museum is placed.

In the beginning of October 2009 the President WFF-WBBF International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS visited Republic Estonia.
A number of official meetings and visits to the Parliament Republic Estonia, National Olympic Committee Estonia, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Culture were held.
At the same time important work visiting Tallinn City municipal officials and specific Estonia funds was done as well.
Estonia holds WFF-WBBF Amateur World Championship on November 20-22 in Tallinn.
The International President visited the palace and the hotels of the championship, spoke with the national sport organizers, trainers and leading sportsmen.

INNAR MARDO
Today in Tallinn (Estonia) IFBB holds the 4-th INNAR MARDO MEMORIAL contest.
INNAR MARDO was the greatest Estonia bodybuilding organizer ever, the real sport Personality to respect and remember.
Being in sport more than 30 years and understanding the big future problems in International Bodybuilding, INNAR MARDO left IFBB and started working with the WFF-WBBF federation (from 1996).
His decision is proved by his personal letters to the WFF-WBBF International.
He was the first Estonia WFF-WBBF President.
He participated with Estonia National Teams at various WFF-WBBF International contests.
Being the WFF-WBBF International Judge INNAR MARDO often judged the WFF-WBBF International Contests.
INNAR MARDO was one of the organizers of the 2001 WFF-WBBF Europe Championship that was held in Tallinn, Estonia.

Basing on these International Contests the only one in the World officially registered Social Non Profit International Sport Federation WFF (World Fitness Federation) was created. The WFF and WBBF today are the International Leaders of Bodybuilding and Fitness.
During this period the Champions of the “Amber Prix International” were the following Estonians: OLEV ANNUS, INDREK OTSUS, PAVEL KOSENKO, ALEKSANDR SEVCOV, OTT KIVIKAS, KOOVIT TAAVI. The Over All Winners of the “Amber Prix International” were OLEV ANNUS (1978, 1979) and ALEKSANDR SEVCOV (2006).

World Fitness Federation held the 2009 WFF-WBBF „Universe“ contest at City Brusno Kupele (November 7, Slovakia).
The President Government Jouth and Sport Committee and a Member Parliament Republic Slovakia Dusan Galis came to congratulate the participants and organizers of this important International Event.
Mr. Dusan Galis presented the congratulating letter of the Prime Minster Republic Slovakia Robert Fico to the President WFF-WBBF International Edmundas Daubaras.
The opening ceremony of the WFF-WBBF „Unverse“ was led by the former Prime Minister Republic Slovakia Vladimir Meciar.
In recognition of the great efforts to support the sport and fitness in the country and internationally the President WFF-WBBF International Edmundas Daubaras awarded with the genuine Gold Medal both Prime Ministers Republic Slovakia: Mr. Robert Fico and Mr. Vladimir Meciar.
Among the respectable audience present at the event were the Enviroment Minister Republic Slovakia Jozef Medved, vice President special police forces Slovakia Police General Mr. Jaroslav Ambros.
