It was confirmed during the 2013 WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Council meeting that was held last week in Slovakia Brusno Kupele resort, that the 2014 WFF-WBBF Amateur Europe Championship will be held in May, 2014 in Tallinn City, Estonia.

Najstarszy tradycyjny konkurs o nazwie "AMBER PRIX INTERNATIONAL" będzie tym razem organizowany na Łotwie, a miastem które ugości ten wspaniały konkurs który trwa nie ustanie od ponad 45 lat ,będzie tym razem Miasto Ryga znajdującym się nad samym brzegiem zatoki Ryskiej.
Międzynarodowa Rada Wykonawcza zgodziła się na organizację tych zawodów w tym mieście.

Also they promissed not to do this illegal action in the future again.
Long before the WFF-WBBF International registered at the State Patent Office as Trade Marks many Bodybuilding and Fitness sport names and ideas. Among them the „Amber Prix International“ too. Also, for example, the National Lithuania IFBB Logo is registered at the State Patent Office and belongs as property to the WFF-WBBF International. In 1987 the National federation IFBB Lithuania asked our permittion to use this logo and we agreed positivelly.
NEW GREAT FITNESS PROJECT STARTS IN LITHUANIA.
When anybody knows well about the WFF-WBBF International activities, there is no doubt why this great unique fitness project starts in Lithuania. Today the organizers confront the huge tremendous work: dialogues with all National Televissions, Newspapers, Magazines and Sponsors.
Soon the participans of this huge Project will be chosen at the main Lithuania Cities. The preparation work for the coming Event will go on for several months.
Developing the Project all participants will have two times for two weeks lasting Preparation Campus which will be organized in the famous resorts of the World‘s exotic Countries.
The directly live televized Project will be crowned in 2014 with a big Show at the main Lithuania Capital Vilnius Stage Arena. Among lots of Awards and Prizes the Winner will get a 30 000 Euro Check.

Right now the President WFF-WBBF International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS payed a visit to the General Director of the Lithuania State National Governmental Television AUDRIUS SIAURUSEVICIUS.
During the meeting the common future work on the coming Project was spoken over and the next working meeting was set at the National Television Headquarters in August 2013.

The President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) Region West Ukraine VASILIJ BESPALENKO informed, that after he visited the City Major ANDREJ SADOVYJ (голова львовской городской рады Андрiй Садовий) Administration the date and the venue of the 2014 „WFF-WBBF Europe Grand Prix“ was set. The „WFF-WBBF Europe Grand Prix“ will be held in May 2014 in the City Of Lvov, Ukraine.
2013 „WFF-WBBF UKRAINE CUP OPEN“.
The President WFF-WBBF Region West Ukraine VASILIJ BESPALENKO informed, taht the International Contest 2013 „WFF-WBBF Ukraine Cup Open“ will be hels in the Lvov City on September 28 (Saturday).
BACKGROUND.
During the Official Vosit to Ukraine the Lvov City Stavropigion University Science Council meeting the Lvov City Stavropigion University presented to the President WFF-WBBF International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Honorable Academic „University Science Doctor‘s“ Degree (Doctor Honoris Causa, Doctor of Sciences, DSc., June 14, 2013, Lvov City Stavropigion University Science Council).
Also during the Lvov City Stavropigion University Science Council meeting was announced that the Lvov City Stavropigion University Bodybuilding and Fitness Caphedra was been established.
Then the President WFF-WBBF Region West Ukraine VASILIJ BESPALENKO was appointed to lead the Lvov City Stavropigion University Bodybuilding and Fitness Caphedra.
UKRAINE BODYBUILDING PIONEER VASILIJ BESPALENKO.
VASILIJ BESPALENKO is the first known Ukraine participating Internatiional Bodybuilding Athlete (from 1973). During the prohibition of bodybuilding sport in the Socialist Countries VASILIJ BESPALENKO was brave enough to come to Klaipeda (Lithuania) and participate at the Worlds Oldest Traditional Bodybuilding „Amber Prix International“ Contests (1968-2013) that were regularly organized by EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. At those times the „Amber Prix International“ Competitions were the unofficial Bodybuilding Championship of the USSR and the World Championship of the Socialist Countries as well in fact. And this fact was officially recognized by the USSR Sport Ministry (Goskomsport) when later the USSR Sport Ministry started to present the Highest „USSR Sport Master“ Degrees for the „Amber Prix International“ Champions.
When the times of bodybuilding prohibition in the Socialist Countries were over the above mentioned Ukrainian VASILIJ BESPALENKO was the first Official President National Bodybuilding Federation Ukraine, recognized by Ukraine State Sport Ministry (1986-1990).
From now led by VASILIJ BESPALENKO the Lvov City Stavropigion University Bodybuilding and Fitness Caphedra will prepare highest level Bodybuilding and Fitness trainers and teachers for the Ukraine State.

At the end of September, 2013 the International President of the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS payed the Official Visit to the Ukraine City Lvov.
Having beautiful historic background and nice history rich with the original architectual monuments and buildings Lvov with it‘s 1 000 000 Cityzen is a real old European City.
2014. WFF-WBBF PRO WORLD GRAND PRIX.
During the Official Visit to the City Lvov the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS at the Municipal Lvov City Headquarters had the Official Meeting with the City Major ANDREJ SADOVYJ (голова львовской городской рады Андрiй Садовий).
Also at the meeting were present the Chairman Administration City Lvov ANDRIJ MOSKALENKO (Андрiй Москаленко), the Chairman of the City Social and Sport Affairs, the Chairman of the City Foreign Affiars and the President WFF-WBBF Region West Ukraine VASILIJ BESPALENKO.
The questions of the common future work in total fitness and Professional sport were spoken over and the preparation of the huge WFF-WBBF International Event in the City of Lvov started.
Among the questions spoken was a great International Sport Project. This is the coming in June the „2014 WFF-WBBF World Pro Grand Prix“ with the cash awards of 20 000 US dollars (City Lvov, Ukraine). The preliminary work goes on.

In 2012 President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS payed official visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran. Then the Oficial Meeting at the National Olympic Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran had been organized.
During the 2013 WFF-WBBF World Amateur Championship the high representative Ministry Sport Iran came to Slovakia. The coming 2014 WFF-WBBF „Persian Gulf“ Pro World Championship was discussed over with the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and the President WFF-WBBF Asia ALIREZA RASA (Iran).

First the organizers planned to organize the WFF-WBBF „Persian Gulf“ Pro World Championship on December 8, 2013. But under their request the contest was posponed to another date – May 23, 2014.

OFFICIAL MEETING.
On November 25, 2013 the International President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation, 115 Countries from all Continents, over 60 anual International Events World Wide) DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS had a meeting and discussion with the highest representatives Government India.
GLOBAL PROJECT.
During the meeting with the highest representatives Government India the International President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS spoke on the global Project of the development of bodybuilding in India and Asia.
The plan is to set the WFF-WBBF International Headquarters in Dehli, India. The Headquarters will work on organizing a number of greatest WFF-WBBF International and Pro Bodybuilding Events in India, uniting India bodybuilders under the activities WFF-WBBF Federation, supporting sport and fitness in India and Asia as well.
To start the mentioned Project the Official Visit of the International President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to India is planned.

WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International organizes over 60 International Events in various countries every year.
It was decided to unite two Pro Events next year – the 2014 WFF-WBBF Pro Wold Cup (20 000 US dollars, May 16-18, Saratov, Russia) and the 2014 WFF-WBBF „Persian Gulf“ Pro World Championship (40 000 US dollars, May 22-26, Kish Island Resort, Iran).
The organizers will pay air tickets and hotels for the Professional Bodybuilders. Now we are setting the possibilities to cover additional costs for the Pro Participants in order to go direct from Russia to Iran.
Also Pro Bodybuilders can chotose and participate at only one of these mentioned Pro Events if they wish so.

President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) Russia ANDREJ BASOV and the ex-Deputy-Governor State Tver and today a successfull businessman and former WFF-WBBF Pro World Champion DMITRIJ CIZOV set the date of the coming 2014 WFF-WBBF Pro Europe Championship.
2014 WFF-WBBF Pro Europe Championship (15 000 US dollars) will be held on May 11 in the Russia City Tver.

Being the World‘s Leader of the Official Sport of Bodybuilding and Fitness the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Federation is working over the „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“ and it writes the historical Article - revue of the World‘s Bodybuilding Sport.
The International Bodybuilding Organizations and the Countries that were and still are really important for the Official International Bodybuilding Sport will be covered in this Article. You know that many of so called „International federations“ just fool the public as they are not official and play no role for the Official Sport in real.

Working on the above mentioned materials the WFF-WBBF International prepares analytical revue of the bodybuilding sport in Belgium. The revue will include the history of bodybuilding in Belgium, most important sportsmen and sport organizers of all times.
Few or us know that at the definite period of time Belgium bodybuilding played such a very important role for the International Sport. We will tell this strory.
The similar historic revues are already done about the bodybuilding sport in USA, UK, France, Scandinavia Countries, Belarus, Ukraine and Estonia.

JULIAN BLOMMAERT. President IFBB Europe (1988), organizer of the International Contests (until 1971 he was one of the over 200 bodybuilding contest organizers), the first Vice President International IFBB, from the fiveties until the seventies of the last Century Secretary Belgium National Bodybuilding Federation.
JACQUES BLOMMAERT. Chairman International IFBB Judges Council (1988), organizer of the International Contests (until 1971 he was one of the over 200 bodybuilding contest organizers), from the fiveties until the seventies of the last Century Vice President Belgium National Bodybuilding Federation.

WFF-WBBF IN BELGIUM.
During the last twenty years athletes of Belgium participate at the WFF-WBBF International events. The greatest achevements received the Over All National Belgium Championship Winner KING IZOGIE. In 2011-2013 KING IZOGIE was in top three at the WFF-WBBF Amateur World Championship and World Cup and that opened him the doors of the WFF-WBBF Pro Division.
In 2013 uniting Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg a famous Belgium athlete Maud DESCHEEMAEKER registered the United WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) Benelux Federation and become the first President of this organization.
ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MODERN BODYBUILDING.
Crowning it‘s 50 years of International Bodybuilding activities, the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) works on the unique Global Bodybuilding Project - the „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“ («Энциклопедия современного культуризма»). Until now nuobody even tried to work on such a huge Project. To be frank, only few people can do it. There were attempts to name some works „Encyclopedia“ too, but that were not Encyclopedias of Bodybuilding Sport in real (as Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s „Encyclopedia“ written about himself in person mostly). Every Encyclopedia covers much wider things.
Our „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“ is based on the fivety years collected Archives of the WFF-WBBF International, the Archivic Documents presented to us by the Owner and the President of WABBA SERGE NUBRET (France), the Heads of the UK Public Club NABBA OSCAR HEIDENSTAM (England) and IVAN DUNBAR (Ireland), the Owners and Heads of the IFBB Commercial Company BEN WEIDER (Canada), PAUL CHUA (Singapore), ALEX BAUER (Austria), JOSE PARDO HIDALGO (Spain).
Starting with EUGENY SANDOW our „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“ covers the period of over 100 years time. It presents over 1000 known Bodybuildings Sport personalities who were very important for the World Bodybuilding Sport during the last Century. All these 1000 Bodybuilding Persons are representing all historically known traditional International Bodybuilding Federations.
Our „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“ will be published in various popular languages, including the Chinese language.
DOCTOR OF BODYBUILDING SCIENCES.
After the evaluation of the International work done by the President WFF-WBBF International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Lvov City Stavropigion University (started it‘s history in 1788) presented EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Honorable Academic „University Science Doctor‘s“ Degree (Doctor Honoris Causa, Doctor of Sciences, DSc).
And this is the Highest Academic Degree and this is already the actual International Bodybuilding Sport HISTORY.
EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS is one of those who work very hard on the „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“.

2014. The Congratulating Words of the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. Edmundas Daubaras.
We have been working much and achieved good positive results in 2013 again. I would like to underline tremendous work done by the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International VIP Officials Stefan Hrcka (Slovakia) and Aleksandr Nevsky, a famous Hollywood Actor and Producer called “Russia Schwarzenegger”, International Vice Presidents Andrej basov and Mikhail Dyakonov (both Russia), Continental Presidents Ali Reza Rasa (Iran), Vladimir Kurilcik (Belarus) and Jorge Cedale (Argentina).
Today the WFF-WBBF unites National Organizations from 115 Countries that represent all Continents.
In 2013 WFF-WBBF International organized over 60 various level competitions in various Countries. Among them the 45-th World’s Oldest Traditional Bodybuilding Contest “Amber Prix International” (Kaunas, Lithuania, 1968-2013). Great importance was of the World Amateur Championship and World Professional Championship “Amber Prix OLYMPIA” (20 000 US dollars, Brusno Kupele Resort, Slovakia).
Ending the year the WFF-WBBF International goes on working on the Unique Global Bodybuilding Project - „Encyclopedia of World‘s Modern Bodybuilding“ («Энциклопедию современного мирового культуризма»). That has been never done before by anyone else.
Both WFF-International and WBBF-International still are the only ones World Wide Officially Registered and really working International Non Profit Sport Organizations (Bodybuilding and Fitness).
Again in the 2013 activities of the WFF-WBBF International were evaluated positively: the Official Meetings at ther Parliament Russia Federation and the Parliament Republic Slovakia were held.
New ideas and tremendous work done for the International sport make the WFF and WBBF to be the today’s International Leaders in Bodybuilding and Fitness World Wide.
The WFF and WBBF do not live yesterday’s life. We have lots of new Global Bodybuilding Projects ahead.

Some time ago the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International was invited by he International Non-Olympic Committee – INOC. The INOC invites Application from IFs- International Sports Federations (Non-Olympic Sports) to become Member of World second largest sports organization after Olympic.
Today the WFF-WBBF International received invitation to join the activities of the INOU (International Non-Olympic University). INOU invites WFF-WBBF International to introduce their sport courses under INOU platform.
The main purpose of the collaboration is to develop sports and sports research community to drive right
path and get recognized certification.

WFF-WBBF INTERNATIONAL.
WFF-WBBF International is the officially registered International No Profit Organization. Sterted it‘s activities nearly 50 years ago the WFF-WBBF International today unites National organizations from 115 countries representing all Continents. WFF-WBBF International organizes over 60 anual International Events World Wide.
During the last 20 years the WFF-WBBF International holds anual International Trainer‘s and Judges Seminar, presenting the International Certificates to the participants.
Working with the INOU the WFF-WBBF International will have some better possibilities.
NEXT JURIDICAL STEPS.
Represented by the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the WFF-WBBF International started juridic and financial dialogue and discussion with the INOC and the INOU.
For the very start we would like to know some juridical questions:
1. Where and when the INOC was registered by Law (Registration Certificate)
2. What is the juridical background of the INOC activities (the INOC Statute or the Constitution registered by Law).
After the necessary juridical documents of the the INOC and the INOU will be presented to the WFF-WBBF International , then the actual worl starts.

LET US UNDERLINE HISTORIC, JURIDIC AND FINANCIAL SIDES.
There were many important happenings during the over 120 years lasting World‘s bodybuilding history. Many of them are proved by certain historical documents.
We have started working with the documents connected with the bodybuilding history in Belgium. We are to say now that it is very hard to isolate one country from another.
When we look upon Belgium bodybuilding through the whole International history, we can see a number of very important documents. These documents open for all of us not only historical bodybuilding matter, but also juridical and financial sides that are also important. Often these sides play the basic role in the history of the World‘s bodybuilding.
Using the rich Archieves of the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International we have chosen five historical documents that can apen eyes of all bodybuilders on many important underground bodybuilding historical, juridical and financial things:
- The letter of the first IFBB Vice President JULIAN BLOMMAERT (Belgium) to the Owner and the President of the IFBB Commercial Company BEN WEIDER (October 1, 1971)
- The letter of the second IFBB Vice President and the Owner and the President of WABBA SERGE NUBRET (France) to the Owner and the President of the IFBB Commercial Company BEN WEIDER (October 24, 1988)
- The letter of the Owner and the President of the IFBB Commercial Company RAFAEL SANTONJA to the IFBB Lower ALEX BAUER (Februery 17, 2009)
- The letter of the IFBB Lower ALEX BAUER (Austria) to the Owner and the President of the IFBB Commercial Company RAFAEL SANTONJA (March 20, 2009)

1971 IFBB „“Universe“ was everything except a success... “.
After the 1971 NABBA „Universe“ „... the NABBA position has never been brighter. And let‘s admit it, a NABBA member (Arnold Schwarzenegger) won our „Universe“ (IFBB „Universe“ ) and in our „Universe“ was really nothing more to talk about. Look at the NABBA lineup: Dickerson, Oliva, pearl, Zane, Waller, Park etc.... this proves alone that the really world beaters of our game have more confidence in NABBA that in our IFBB. It hurts but it is the truth!”.
IFBB OFFICIAL SPEAKS - ARABS ARE NOT CIVILISED. THEY ARE ONLY DRESSED LIKE US!
“I have told You (to Ben Weider) many times, as well as I told to all IFBB directors I met since Belgrade that the communist, Middle East and orient people are the very end to our federation (to the IFBB). Crowning it‘s 50 years of International Bodybuilding activities, the WFF-WBBF works on the unique Global Bodybuilding Project - the „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“ («Энциклопедия современного культуризма»). Until now nuobody even tried to work on such a huge Project. To be frank, only few people can do it. There were attempts to name some works „Encyclopedia“ too, but that were not Encyclopedias of Bodybuilding Sport in real (as Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s „Encyclopedia“ written about himself in person mostly). Every Encyclopedia covers much wider things.
Our „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“ is based on the fivety years collected Archives of the WFF-WBBF International, the Archivic Documents presented to us by the Owner and the President of WABBA SERGE NUBRET (France), the Heads of the UK Public Club NABBA OSCAR HEIDENSTAM (England) and IVAN DUNBAR (Ireland), the Owners and Heads of the IFBB Commercial Company BEN WEIDER (Canada), PAUL CHUA (Singapore), ALEX BAUER (Austria), JOSE PARDO HIDALGO (Spain).
Starting with EUGENY SANDOW our „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“ covers the period of over 100 years time. It presents over 1000 known Bodybuildings Sport personalities who were very important for the World Bodybuilding Sport during the last Century. All these 1000 Bodybuilding Persons are representing all historically known traditional International Bodybuilding Federations.
Our „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“ will be published in various popular languages, including the Chinese language.
DOCTOR OF BODYBUILDING SCIENCES.
After the evaluation of the International work done by the President WFF-WBBF International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Lvov City Stavropigion University (started it‘s history in 1788) presented EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Honorable Academic „University Science Doctor‘s“ Degree (Doctor Honoris Causa, Doctor of Sciences, DSc).
And this is the Highest Academic Degree and this is already the actual International Bodybuilding Sport HISTORY.
EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS is one of those who work very hard on the „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“.

2014. SOON UK BODYBUILDERS WILL SHOW THEIR REAL POWER.
Portugeese ROB REINALDO (now living in the UK) ended the 2013 by winning a number of important International WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) Pro Contests. Through his wins becoming a very famous International Bodybuilder ROB REINALDO opened the future hirisons for many other UK bodybuilders.
The WFF-WBBF International Headquarters receives many letters from the UK. This is one of them:
„Hi Edmundas we have spoken before,just wanted to acknowledge you and say what a brilliant job you are doing in bodybuilding and to thank you for it. Rob has been singing your praises and telling me what a great guy you are. I hope to come to one of your shows next year and to meet you. I'm sure we will have a lot to talk about. 2014. WFF-WBBF EUROPE GRAND PRIX.
LVOV – LEOPOLIS - THE LION CITY.
At the end of Janueary 2014 the International President of the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS will pay the Official Visit to the Ukraine City Lvov.
Having beautiful historic background and nice history rich with the original architectual monuments and buildings Lvov with it‘s 1 000 000 Cityzen is a real old European City.
2014. WFF-WBBF EUROPE GRAND PRIX.
During the Official Visit to the City Lvov the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS at the Municipal Lvov City Headquarters will have the Official Meeting with the City Major ANDREJ SADOVYJ (голова львовской городской рады Андрiй Садовий).
Also at the meeting will be present the President WFF-WBBF Region West Ukraine VASILIJ BESPALENKO.
The questions of the common future work in total fitness and Professional sport will be spoken over and the preparation of the huge WFF-WBBF International Event in the City of Lvov started.
Among the questions spoken will be a great International Sport Project. This is the coming in June the „2014 WFF-WBBF Europe Pro Grand Prix“ (City Lvov, Ukraine). The preliminary work goes on.
