2019. MEET CONTEMPORARY ACTIVE WORLD BODYBUILDING LEADERS.
ARTICLE IS TO PRESENT THE PERSON TO THE INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC SOCIETY.
LALIT KUMAR SONI.
Lalit Kumar Soni was born in India Punjab state Ludhiana city in 1980. Lalit Soni studied commerce (2002) and physical education (2005) at the Punjab University.
Started with the position of the Vice President National WFF-WBBF federation India (since 2010) and the President National WFF-WBBF federation India (since 2015) and Vice President WFF-WBBF Asia (since 2016) today Lalit Soni is at the position of the Vice President World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation (since 2017).
Historically no profit seeking organization of the WFF-WBBF International works from 1968. Today the federation unites members of 134 countries that represent all continents. The federation is the only one in the world to work for official sport of bodybuilding and fitness. Seeking the popularization of sport during this period of time WFF-WBBF communicated with a number of the National Olympic Committees and National Sport Ministries. For the work done it was accepted at the Parliaments and Governments of a number of countries and received recognition of the Roman Pope during the official meeting at the Headquarters of the State Vatican (2011). In 2017 the WFF-WBBF International work was televised on the Global television CNN.
Every year WFF-WBBF organizes over 60 International events in various countries, among them competitions for fit-kids from six year’s age and disabled athletes. In the latest years Lalit Soni is the organizer of a number traditional contests in Asia region.
Lalit Soni is the Director of the teaching programmes at the I.S.U. International Sports University (since 2015). To spread qualified knowledge for many students of sport the university was registered in the European Union by the initiative of the WFF-WBBF International. Today it is associated member of the UNESCO at the UN (since 2017).
Running a number of commercial companies Lalit Soni is a successful businessman. Based in Ludhiana the companies of Lalit Soni are busy in various fields of business, among them in metal products, textile, food, supplements, fitness gyms, modelling business  and some other.
Lalit Soni is the President of the “Regina Welfare Cancer Association International” (since 2018). The association is busy to give psychological treatment for the persons with cancer illness and the family members of those persons.

LITHUANIA HELD INTERNATIONAL FITNESS AND BODYBUILDING TRAINERS  AND WELLNESS COACH SEMINAR.
2019 Seminar was held in the Lithuanian Klaipeda City „Ibis Styles Klaipeda Aurora“ Hotel (Nemuno Str. 51) Conference Hall on January 27 (Sunday). The usual International Trainer‘s Seminar was held by the in European Union registered International Sport University (I.S.U.) that is recognized by the UNESCO at the UN and  under support of the WFF-WBBF-WPSF International.
The programme of the Seminar will be more wide as the usual seminar questions and it was added with a number of specific food and diet subtilities.
SEMINAR LECTURERS AND PARTICIPANTS.
At the 2019 seminat lectures were given by. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS, EUGENIJUS VIZBARAS  and DEIMANTE RAPALYTE. At the seminar participated high specialists of their kind of activities and famous trainers as VYTAUTAS MIKUCKIS, ARMANDAS PIKELIS  and RAMUNAS SENDRIUS.
UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL TRAINER‘S CERTIFICATE.
According to the registered ISU University Programme and the USU Statute the Seminar attendants for  one year time received the International Trainer‘s Certificate with the qualification – Fitness and Bodybuilding and Powerlifting Trainer and Wellness Coach.
SEMINAR ACADEMIC HOURS WILL BE ACCEPTED TO PROLONG TRAINER‘S LICENSES.
For a number of seminar attendants is important, that our seminar academic hours were accepted to prolong trainer‘s licenses which were given to trainers by other Governmental or Social Institutions before.

On January 30 – February 4, 2019 the  Rector of  the ISU (International Sport University) DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS payed official visit to Ukraine.
WORK PLANNED.
During the official visit the meetings with the Rector of the oldest Ukraine University Professor DSc. YAROSLAV KMIT (профессор Др.  ЯРОСЛАВ КМИТ) were organized.
The preliminary work was done by the Professor of four Ukraine Universities VASILIJ BESPALENKO (профессор четырёх украинских университетов ВАСИЛЬ БЕСПАЛЕНКО).

In autumn 2019 the ISU plans to start in various languages University studies in Ukraine. In the coming studines will take part specialists and students of various countries.

On January 31, 2019 the International Conference „INDIA AND UKRAINE CULTURE DIALOGUE“ for  the International academic society was organized in the historical museum city Lvov. Academics, Doctors and Professors of Universities Switzerland, Poland, Ukraine and Lithuania participated at this conference. More details on the way.

HIGH AWARD.
During the International Academic Conference in Lvov the Rector of the International Sport University DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS received a high award. The Rector of the historically oldest Ukraine Stavropigion University Professor YAROSLAV KMIT awarded DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS for his huge International social activities with the highest University Award – the „ORDER OF MERIT“. Not long ago the same Order was presented to Kijev and Ukraine Patriarch Filaret (Патриарх Киевский и всея  Украины Филарет).

2019. INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT ARRIVED TO INDIA.
AVON. 2019 GREATEST BODYBUILDING CONTEST IN INDIA.
On the 26-th of  February, 2019 to set the actual working questions of the International Events  the International President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation)and the Rector of the ISU International Sport University  DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS arrived to India. The arranged progamme of the visit was very wide.
INTERNATIONAL EVENTS.
In March, 2019 two International events were held in India Cities of Ludhiana and Delhi. The first contest was organized by the famous India Company ”Avon”  in Ludhiana on March 1-3, 2019. The India WFF-WBBF National Championship was  held in Delhi on March 10, 2019.
INTERNATIONAL JUDGES.
A number of known International Judges arrived from European Countries to the contests in India. The judges were from Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus and Russia. In the main Judging Team were working OLEG LUNIN, SVETLANA  and NIKOLAJ VOROBJOV, ZINA USIKOVA. All costs spent by the arriving delegates were covered by the organizers: visas, transport, air tickets, hotels and food. Arrived judges at once started working. A number of meetings, consultations were made. Also the contest venue was inspected and culture programme for the judges organized.
MONEY PRIZES.
Together with standard prizes all first five places of each contest category winners got money prizes as well. Over all men category winner received  7500 US dollars and over all women category winner received 1200 US dollars. All competitors got hotel rooms and food free of charge.
AVON, GREATEST 2019 BODYBUILDING CONTEST IN INDIA.
On March 2-3, 2019 the AVON contest was held in Ludhiana City. Hundreds of India bodybuilders came to this prestigious event. The level of organizing team and participating athletes were of the highest International standards or even better. Any World championship organizers of any International federation can only dream of such an event. The venue place was full of spectators and journalists.
The VIP launge was full of Guests and among them were:
ONKAR SINGH PAHWA, the Owner Avon Cycle & Fitness Machines Pvt. Ltd.
SANTOSH MOTWANI, the director Avon Fitness Machines Pvt. Ltd.
VIJAI SAMPLA, the Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment in India
VIJAJ KUMAR CHOPRA, the Editor in Cheif for Punjab Kesari Print News Organization
SONI SOOD, a famous Bollywood Actor.
The organizers did it perfect with everything – free transport, food, drinks and much atthention to delegates, judges  and participants. The life of our sport is nicer and it is going on!
„EK AAS WOMEN HELPLINE (NGO). INDIA EXCEPTIONAL WOMEN VOLUNTEERS ASSOCIATION.
On March 6, 2019 India Exceptional Women Volunteers Association „EK AAS WOMEN HELPLINE (NGO)“ honoured and awarded a number of persons who are involved in social work. Among awarded persons were the International President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS, the Chairperson of the International REGINA Cancer Center REGINA DAUBARIENE. VISITING INDIA PARLIAMENT MEMBER‘S HEADQUARTERS
We have informed before, that during the WFF-WBBF Asia Championship in Ludhiana among a number of India famous polititians was present SARDAR RAVNEET BITTU, Member of the Parliament India Republic. This Highest Level Polititian of the India Republic invited the International President WFF-WBBF Federation DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  and the Vice President International  WFF-WBBF Federation LALIT SONI to visit him at his Headquarters. The Official Visit to meet the Polititian happened.
INDIA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.
On March 10, 2019 the WFF-WBBF India National Championship was held in Delhi. The winners:  the over all fitness model champion was Sameer Mittal and the over all bodybuilding champion was Dhruba Jyoti Tamuly. This contest was a selection trial to the official International contests in the European Union – in Lithuania (May 18-19, Klaipeda).
CULTURE PROGRAMME.
After competitions in Ludhiana and Delhi the organizers made a culture programme. First was visited the Delhi “Red Fort” and Minora. After it was Taj Mahal and the place of birth of Lord Krishna.
SPORT FESTIVAL „KAMILA LOHTIA COLLEGE ANNUAL ATHLETIC MEET“.
On February and March, 2019 the ISU International Sports University Chairmen DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and LALIT SONI as VIP Guests payed official visit to the  Kamla Lohtia Sanathan Dharam College of the Punjab University Chandigarh represented by Principal Dr. Shiv Mohan Sharma and a number of Professors. There was the opening ceremony of the annual sport‘s festival. Among VIP Guests was  SH. SURINDER DAWAR, Member Parliament, M.L.A. Ludhiana.

YAROSLAV KMIT the Honour membership Diploma - Certificate of the nearly eight hundred years old Stavropigia Society. VALERIJ KORESKOV received congratulations of lots of people and among them from the Major City Lvov ANDREJ SADOVOJ (Andriy Sadovyi).

WORLD BODYBUILDING HISTORY.
BODYBUILDING IN SOCIALIST WORLD. HISTORIC BOOK.
In the last period of tome International sport society started to be interested in the history of our sport. Some time ago the World learned about the first fitness athlete from the USA BRONE DUBAR (New York, 1927). The World learned about the various International Sport Organizations. Today a number of historical books and articles are published. Many of them are presenting not full and often incorrect information. For example, several years ago in Lithuania was issued a book “Lithuanian bodybuilding history” which carries facts that are not correct. Some time ago in Russia was issued a book about a famous Russia bodybuilder VLADIMIR DUBININ. For thirty  years VLADIMIR DUBININ  was the President of the National IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders)  Federation of  Russia. There are many not correct facts and interpretations on the history of the USSR bodybuilding in the book.
Until now nobody did a thorough analysis of our sport history and nobody ever underlined important facts for all World bodybuilding history.
In 2020 working more than fifty years the WFF-WBBF International (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation)  is planning to publish in various languages a historical book on the Bodybuilding in Socialist Countries. Remember – the Socialist World united half of the World Countries. It was living a separate individual life that was much different from the “Western” World. This book will be a part of our unique International project – the “World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia”.
PREPARED IN LITHUANIA, PRINTED IN INDIA.
The historical book on the Bodybuilding in Socialist Countries will be prepared in Lithuania and printed in India. At this work the I.S.U. International Sports University (www.isuniversity.lt ) is involved very much now. Since 2017 I.S.U. is associated member of the UNESCO at the United Nations (UN). Professors VASILIJ BESPALENKO (Ukraine), LALIT KUMAR SONI (India) and DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and World Bodybuilding Pioneer VALERIJ KORESKOV (Lithuania) are working in the project very much.

In February and March, 2020 the delegation of the I.S.U. International Sport University and the International WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) will pay official visit to India. A wide working programm is planned.
On March 4, 2020 the Great International Contest will be held in Delhi (India). That will be a contest for Amateur and Professional Athletes - the „2020 World AM and Pro Grand Prix India“.

At the end of January, 2020  the  Rector of  the I.S.U. (International Sport University) and President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and the Director of the ISU Teaching Programs and Vice President WFF-WBBF International LALIT KUMAR SONI were on official visit to Ukraine. In the short period of time a wide programme is set to do. At the common work participated represenatives of Ukraine, India, Israel, USA and Lithuania.
FIRST DAY OF VISIT. MEETING OUR MEMBER OLEKSANDR MIROSHNIKOV.
Additional to the above mentioned presons the delegation consisted of the four times Olympic Games medalist, one of the first East Europe bodybuilders, journalist, poet and writer VALERIJ KORESKOV and WFF-WBBF Official MSc. DARIUS DAUBARAS.
During the official visit to Ukraine the delegation had several meetings with  our organization member OLEKSANDR MIROSHNIKOV.
Some time ago OLEKSANDR MIROSHNIKOV was awarded with a number of honorary decorations of CARL FABERGE International Memorial Foundadion.
Impressed by works of ancient skifs and using jewelry technologies in stone processing OLEKSANDR MIROSHNIKOV developed his own unique creative line of working with stone and metal.
OLEKSANDR MIROSHNIKOV latest work is about the three original Diamand Orders of the Roman Pope John Paul II that soon will be presented to the Roman Pope Francis.
During the official visit the meetings with the Rector of the oldest Ukraine University Professor DSc. YAROSLAV KMIT (профессор Др.  ЯРОСЛАВ КМИТ) and  the Professor of four Ukraine Universities VASILIJ BESPALENKO (профессор четырёх украинских университетов ВАСИЛЬ БЕСПАЛЕНКО) were organized.
HONOUR PROFESSOR.
The International scientific conference was  organized in Lvov on January 25, 2020. Among other representatives of Ukraine academic society from Kijev, Lvov, Cerkasy, Ternopol, Luck were present: the Rector of the Lvov Stavropigion University JAROSLAV KMIT, Professor VASILIJ BESPALENKO, Professor TETIANA PAVELKO, DSc. OLEKSANDR MIROSHNIKOV, Professor Kijev ULS University IRINA KVASNICA, ISU Rector DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and many others.
For active International social work on January 25, 2020 under the decision of the Stavropigion University Council the rector of the University DSc. JAROSLAV KMIT presented the “Honour Professor’s” Degree to LALIT SONI.
OFFICIAL MEETING WITH MAYOR LVOV.
Beautiful finishing touch of the September Official Ukraine visit of the International WFF-WBBF Federation and the I.S.U. delegation was the Official Meeting with the Mayor City Lvov ANDRIY SADOVYI at the City Headquarters Palace.
UNESCO HONOUR DIPLOMA.
On January 25, 2020 during the International scientific conference in Lvov the Chairman Ukraine UNESCO (UNESCO at the United Nations) department JURIJ KARČINSKIJ was present. For the International social work JURIJ KARCINSKIJ awarded with the UNESCO Diplomas DSC. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS, Professor LALIT KUMAR SONI and famous Olympic Medalist VALERIJ KORESHKOV.
GREAT ATTENTION AND RESPECT. “DON QUIXOTE” WITH CITY MAYOR.
Beautiful finishing touch of the January, 2020 Official Ukraine visit of the International WFF-WBBF Federation and the I.S.U. delegation was the ballet. The Delegates were invited to the “Don Quixote” which was at the historic Habsburg Empire Opera Palace. We were pleasantly astonished to stay alone in the VIP box together with the Mayor City Lvov ANDRIJ SADOVYI and his wife EKATERINA.

GREAT HAPPENING FOR INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC SOCIETY.
On October 30, 2020 the  Rector of  the Associated Member of the U.N.E.S.C.O. the  I.S.U. (International Sport University) Professor DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS signed the strategic work contract with the Associated Member of the U.N.E.S.C.O. the oldest Ukraine University Stavropigion (represented by the Rector Professor DSc. YAROSLAV KMIT, профессор Др.  ЯРОСЛАВ КМИТ) and International Capital Company „NEPEK-PLUS“ (represented by the DSc. V.VASILENKO) and the Bulgaria Social College (represented by the Rector Professor V. ZHICEV IVANOV).
In the mentioned Project are involved Professors LALIT KUMAR SONI (India) and VASILIJ BESPALENKO and TETIANA PAVELKO (both from Ukraine).

2022. INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY (I.S.U.).
OFFICIAL VISIT TO INDIA.
On August 1-8, 2022 the Rector of the International Sport University (I.S.U.) DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was  on official visit to India.
OFFICIAL VISIT TO LUDHIANA STATE UNIVERSITY.
Under the preliminary agreement official visit to the Ludhiana State University was payed. I.S.U. Rector DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was assisted with the Pro Rector Professor LALIT KUMAR SONI.
DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS gave a lecture to the Ludhiana University students, answered to their questions and had adiscussion on future work with the Administration of the University including the Rector.
