INDIA BODYBUILDING HEROE LIFE STORY.
Anand Arnold, who hasn’t let his disability hold him back, is all set to represent India at Mr World 2017, which will be organised by World Fitness Federation (WFF) and World Body Building Federation (WBBF).

29-year-old Anand will compete for the title under wheelchair bodybuilding category, to be held from October 14 to 17 at Lithuania.

But the journey to Mr World was not a cake walk for him. Anand started bodybuilding at the age of 13 and within few months managed to develop spectacular physique. He started participating in local bodybuilding competitions and won his first title Mr Golden Ludhiana the same year.

He was doing great and by the time he turned 15, his physique became a topic of conversation among top bodybuilders. But one day he experienced extreme pain in his lower body and was later diagnosed with lower spinal chord cancer.

2016. INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES THE PRESENTATION OF DOCTOR’S DEGREE TO A KNOWN UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR.

EUROPEAN UNION OFFICIALLY RERISTERED INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY.

As You know the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Federation works since 1968 (soon all of us will celebrate the 50-th aniversary!). Today the WFF-WBBF unites 125 Country-Members from All Continets and it holds over 60 annual International Events Worldwide.

Now the WFF-WBBF International presents a new Global Sport Educational Institution – the INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY (Международный Университет Спорта). The ISU is registered in the EU.

THE IDEA TO ORGANIZE INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY COMES FROM INOC.

Three years ago the idea to organize the INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY came from INOC (International Non Olympic Committee). Then communicating actively with the INOC and the University of the INOC the WFF-WBBF International made this unbelievably brave decision.

Again this proves that the WFF-WBBF is the today’s International Bodybuilding Leader as nobody in the World did it before us.

EUROPEAN UNION OFFICIALLY REGISTERED INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY.

Some time ago in European Union the International Sport University (ISU) was officially registered. According the Constitution the ISU will work in all World‘s Countries. At this moment only some formalities left, like making the Official Flag of the University, etc..

PREPARATION INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY TEACHING PROGRAMMES STARTED.

A number of the preliminary talks of the International Sport University studying programmes for it‘s students were made. The known sport studies specialists from veriuos countries took part in the mentioned talks. It was decided to prepare the studying programmes untij June 2016. Then these University programmes will be discussed, corrected, accepted and translated to various languages.

ADMINISTRATION OF INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY.

Some days ago the administration structure of the International Sport University was discussed over. The ISU administration will be the same as it is at any Institution of the High Education. The ruling administration will be led by the Rector, Pro-Rectors and Deans of the International Sport University. The teaching and scientific fields will be led by Professors, Docens and Teachers-Lecturers.

STUDENTS OF INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY WILL SEEK UNIVERSITY DIPLOMA.

Studies at the International Sport University are open to everybody. To receive the ISU University Diploma students must pass all necessary examinations and practical works. All is done according the University teaching Programmes and the Study Specialization students have chosen. Nothing new. All is common to any Institution of High Education. Also ISU students will have possibilities to study „on-line“ and „off-line“.

At the same time the USU will continue thirty years lasting International Trainer‘s Seminar work. As usual the Seminar attendants will receive International Trainer‘s Certificate which opens the doors for them to get a Gym Trainer‘s work. During thirty years with such International Trainer‘s Certificated Trainers are working in more than twenty Countries World Wide.

COMMON WORK WITH UNIVERSITIES OF OTHER COUNTRIES.

Some time ago the President of the International Sport University DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS visited Russia and spoke with the representatives of the Moscow State University. ISU agreed to use Moscow University teaching programs in it’s work. Only ISU has to develop them to the necessary requirements and translate to the English language. ISU plans to start the student teaching process in September 2016. Besides Moscow ISU already received preliminary suggestions of the common work from the State Universities of Dehli (India), Dubai (UAE), Ottava (Canada) and Tehran (Iran).

INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY WILL HAVE IT’S COLLEGE.

Just before the start of the International Sport University studies it was decided to set the International Sport College too. ISU College will have a more narrow program of studies and will represent the education level between known the Secondary and High Educational Institutions.

INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY AND UNESCO.

Working with the Universities of the neighbour countries, the International Sport University (ISU, International Sport University) aims to work together with the UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization). Due to this the Official Meeting of the President USU DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS with the UNESCO representatives is planned at the end of 2016. At the same time DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS is the President WFF-WBBF International (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation).
UNESCO is the Organization of the Unated Nations that works on Education, Scientific and Culture programmes. UNESCO is set in 1945 to develop Education, Scientific and Culture programmes among different Nations. Today UNESCO unotes over 200 Nations. The Headquarters of the UNESCO are in Paris (France). The regional work is fullfilled by it‘s 60 departments World Wide.
UNESCO is the World's main organization to develop physical education and sport.
Among the multiple UNESCO supported scientific programmes are also the ones the ISU works on.

INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES THE PRESENTATION OF DOCTOR’S DEGREE TO A KNOWN UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR.

Council of the International Sport University discusses the possibility to present the Doctor’s degree (Doctor Honoris Causa) to a known Tehran University Professor REZA BAGHERZADEH (Islamic Republic of Iran).

In October, 2016 during the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) World AM and Pro Championships the Chairman Prliament Republic Slovakia Mgr. Art. ANDREJ HRNCIAR (Andrej Hrnčiar) has sent His welcome to the WFF-WBBF International. Also Mgr. Art. ANDREJ HRNCIAR awarded with Honour Diploma the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS „For World Wide Fitness and Bodybuilding Development on the Occassion of the World Championship in Fitness and Bodybuilding“

2013. PRESIDENT PARLIAMENT SLOVAKIA.
With the official congratulations Vice President Parliament Republic Slovakia JAN FIGEL was present at the 2013 WFF-WBBF World Amateur Championship in Brusno.
After the WFF-WBBF International Himna was played, the Vice President Parliament Republic Slovakia JAN FIGEL awarded the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS with the Silver Medal of the Parliament Republic Slovakia and the Parliament Diploma of Honour.
„DIPLOMA OF HONOUR to the President of the Global Federation of WBBF and WFF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS for his lifetime contribution to fitness and bodybuilding and promotion of the sport between youth and physically disabled people around the world“.

2013 OFFICIAL VISIT TO PARLIAMENT.
During the visit to the 2013 WFF-WBBF World Amateur Championship in Brusno Kupele resort the Vice President Parliament Republic Slovakia JAN FIGEL invited the International President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to pay the Official Visit to the Parliament Republic Slovakia.
Right after the World Championship in Brusno the International President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS came to the Slovakia Capital City Bratislava where the Official Meeting at the Headquarters Parliament Republic Slovakia was payed.
During the meeting in the Parliament a number of important National and International sport and fitness questions were discussed and spoken over.

2013. AWARD FROM GOVERNMENT REPUBLIC SLOVAKIA.
VICE PRIME MINISTER SLOVAKIA AWARDS.
Representing the Government Republic Slovakia on the occasion of the 2013 WFF-WBBF World Amateur Championship the Vice Prime Minister Republic Slovakia LUBOMIR VAZNY awarded the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS with the Diploma of Honour.

2012. PREVIOUS OFFICIAL MEETING.
Also we would like to underline that the 2012 WFF-WBBF World Amateur Championship was organized under the supervision and support of the Prime Minister Republic Slovakia ROBERT FICO.
In 2012 also right after the the World Championship the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS came to Bratislava where the Official Meeting at the Headquarters Prime Minister Republic Slovakia was payed. Then the the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was awarded by the Diploma of Honour of the Prime Minister Republic Slovakia.

On October 26, 2016 Russia Governmental TV „Rossija 24“ (авторская передача «Дежурная часть») presented a detailed report about how in a short time died three IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) Russia bodybuilders from City St. Peterburg (http://namtv.ru/video/vesti-dezhurnaya-chast-26-10-2016/).
The above mentioned televission spoke about doping and illegal doping business, about illnesses and sane people. TV did not forget even bodybuilding „mutants“...

NO MORE MENEY FROM SPORT MINISTRY.
One day before this on the same TV spoke Russia IFBB President. He told that he has no money for doping control. Russia Sport Ministry stopped financing IFBB federation. Also he spoke that one doping test costs 500 dollars.

LITHUANIA HOLDS INTERNATIONAL FITNESS AND BODYBUILDING TRAINERS AND WELLNESS COACH SEMINAR.
OLD TRADITION.
Today the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International unites National Federations from 126 Countries that represent all Continents.
Every year the WFF-WBBF International holds over 60 International Events World Wide. Among tghem anual International Trainer‘s Seminar.
The first Bodybuilding Trainer‘s Seminar was held in Klaipeda (Lithuania) in 1986. Then representatives of Goskomsport (USSR Sport Ministry) took part at the Seminar.
2016 WFF-WBBF International Trainer‘s Seminar was held on January 30 in Klaipeda City (Lithuania). Trainers from Argentina, Estonia and Lithuania took part at the International Seminar.
With the Spanish speaking Argentina delegates was working one of the best Lithuania Spanish language specialists IGOR LARIONOV.

2017 SEMINAR.
2017 Seminar will be held in Lithuanian Klaipeda City on January 28. From this time the usual International Trainer‘s Seminar will be held by the in European Union registered International Sport University (I.S.U.) under support of the WFF-WBBF International.
The programme of the Seminar will be more wide as the usual questions will be added with a number of specific food and diet subtilities.
According to the registered ISU University Programme and the USU Statute the Seminar attendants for one year time will receive the International Trainer‘s Certificate with the qualification – Fitness and Bodybuilding Trainer and Wellness Coach.

2016. REPORT OF RUSSIA GOVERNMENTAL TV „Rossija 24“.
IN SHORT TIME DIE THREE IFBB BODYBUILDERS.
PRESS AND TV ATTACK BODYBUILDING.
On October 26, 2016 Russia Governmental TV „Rossija 24“ (авторская передача «Дежурная часть») presented a detailed report about how in a short time died three IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) Russia bodybuilders from City St. Peterburg (http://namtv.ru/video/vesti-dezhurnaya-chast-26-10-2016/).
The above mentioned televission spoke about doping and illegal doping business, about illnesses and sane people. TV did not forget even bodybuilding „mutants“...

NO MORE MENEY FROM SPORT MINISTRY.
One day before this on the same TV spoke Russia IFBB President. He told that he has no money for doping control. Russia Sport Ministry stopped financing IFBB federation. Also he spoke that one doping test costs 500 dollars.

WHY DO YOUNG ATHLETES DIE?
During the last twenty years we see more and more cases, when youg athletes die due to various reasons. Lithuania too. In 1996 one young Lithuania bodybuilder die in City Kaunas. The case was televised by National television very wodelly then. Then two young IFBB Lithuania bodybuilders die in 2000 and 2009. Then the press did not cover anything and everybody kept silence.
One of the reasons of such sad cases – bad quality of the „supplements“ these athletes have used. It is very polite to say „bad quality of „supplements“, as it is much worse in real.
Several years ago in Lithuania a number of bodybuilders got into hospital and were operated. They used the supplement stuff which was produced and sold by a known sport businessman from Daugavpils City (Latvia). And this business goes on as the business in general has no morality at all.

2016. WFF-WBBF ACTIVITIES IN AFRICA.
SOUTH AFRICA BODYBUILDER BECAME WORLD PRO CHAMPION.
WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International informes about the activities in Africa.
Some time ago the 2016 WFF-WBBF World Amateur and Pro Championship was held in Lithuania. Among Africa Contestants at the 27-th WFF-WBBF World AM Championship a Category Winner was El Hardi Zakaria (Marocco) and at the 13-th World Pro Championship „Amber Prix OLYMPIA“ the Champion in the Category Over 100 kgs. was JANNIE COETZEE (Republic South Africa).

REPUBLIC SOUTH AFRICA REFRESHED THE NATIONAL WFF-WBBF FEDERATION..
At the beginning of November, 2016 the Executive Council of the National WFF-WBBF Federation South Africa was refreshed:

OFFICIAL VISIT OF THE CHAIRMEN WFF-WBBF INTERNATIONAL TO SOUTH AFRICA HAS BEEN SET.
The Official Visit of the Charmen WFF-WBBF International to the Republic South Africa has been set. It will be held on the second half of January, 2017. During the visit the WFF-WBBF Leaders will meet Republic South Africa Governmental Officials, Sport Heads and Sportsmen. Also the International Press Conference will be organized as well as the special report on the National South Africa Television.

INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR OF JUDGES AND TRAINERS.
During the above mentioned official Visit of the Chairmen WFF-WBBF International to the Republic South Africa the International Seminar of Judges and Trainers will be organized too. The Event will be under suppervision of the International Sport University (I.S.U.) and the WFF-WBBF International.
