WORLD BODYBUILDING HEROES. CESLAV TAMULEVICH.
Today we can not speak about bodybuilding in the Socialist Countries not mentioning CESLAV TAMULEVICH. For twenty years his personal influence to bodybuilding was evident.
CESLAV TAMULEVICH was one of bodybuilding pioneers in the Socialist World. He was a talanted trainer who training other athletes before giving them suggestions did many experiments on himself. Also he participated himself at nearly all first U.S.S.R. bodybuilding competitions. CESLAV TAMULEVICH was the founder and the Chairman of the famous „Vilnius Bodybuilding School“ (1965-1995) which was for many years the U.S.S.R. bodybuilding leader. The school gave direct and real way to develop bodybuilding in the U.S.S.R..
When we speak about any classic bodybuilding school in any of the Socialist Countries we mwan that „Vilnius Bodybuilding School“ was the only one of that kind. We may try to mention the „Sandow“ bodybuilding school in Chechoslovakian Marianske Lazne led by LUDEK NOSEK until now. Beu this shoon had no great international level bodybuilders except ALOIS PEK.
In 1974 at the U.S.S.R. Contest „Georg Tenno Memorial“ („Georgo Tenno Memorialas“, «Мемориал Георга Тенно») representatives of the „Vilnius Bodybuilding School“ took all first places. The contest was organized by the „Soul of Estonia Bodybuilding“ INNAR MARDO (Иннар Мардо). At tah competition only Estonian OLEV ANNUS won this hight category against Russian VLADIMIR DUBININ (Владимир Дубинин). Then the Over All Champion became a student of CESLAV TAMULEVICH PRANAS MURAUSKAS (Пранас Мураускас). CESLAV TAMULEVICH trained many famous U.S.S.R. bodybuilders and most of them participated at the historical „Amber Prix International“ (1968-2020) „Gintarinis prizas“, „Янтарный приз») bodybuilding contest.
INTERNATIONAL AWARD REACHED IT‘S HEROE.
On September 28, 2020 at the Headquarters of the Parliament Republic Lithuania for the social work done CESLAV TAMULEVICH was announced about the Great International Award. Right after it the delegates of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International Federation (World Fitness federation, World Body Building Federation) left the Parliament to present CESLAV TAMULEVICH the International Honour Silver Medal. For many years on CESLAV TAMULEVICH lives and is under the doctor‘s care in a small city hospital.

WE WILL SHOW HIDDEN FACTS ABOUT A.A.U., I.F.B.B. AND N.A.B.B.A..
Since 2012 the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) works on the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ which will cover the period of the last 130 years. Until now nobody even tried to do this. The Encyclopedia will be Published in four languages in the nearest future. There will be much shocking information that will forse everybody to look upon history of the World Bodybuilding in different angle. Ok, let anybody try to prove their historical truth as we do prove our. In various languages we are studying historic materials. There we found unbelievable stories about the World‘s history of bodybuilding. Everywhere with some exceptions we found lies. It is possible to understand when new „leaders“ want to rise themselves by diminishing the previous ones. Often the new ones even do not mention the previous leaders at all. We do work very seriously, but it takes so much time. We think that our book will change totally all previously written „histories“ and „stories„ of bodybuilding sport.

BODYBUILDING SPORT AND COMMERCIAL FESTIVALS.
We will mention several USA Presidents that influenced International bodybuilding movement. Also we will speak about the Royal Family of the Great Britain and other noticable polititians who were connected with bodybuilding. We will separate official bodybuilding sport from commercial bodybuilding festivals and then the World bodybuilding history will look compleatelly diferent.
America.
Today the history of bodybuilding presented in the USA and in the World at leats is not correct. This way in the USA are forgotten the real American historic heroes of our sport. But these forgotten heroes of the USA bodybuilding were accepted at the White House by three USA Presidents! Everybody reads only the unreal history of the commercial „WEIDER‘s Empire“. This is very bad... It is humoristic to see their materials when even the pictures of famous bodybuilders are developed so that anybody can not see the name and logo of other federation.
Europe.
Let us speak about the Europe. Comparing with the N.A.B.B.A. (National Amateur Body Building Association) nothing historically important happened in Europe. And again – N.A.B.B.A. after the death of their Leader OSCAR HEIDENSTAM last thirty years had no other real head of this level. It is the reason that today N.A.B.B.A. is not noticable and it is behind the other International organizations.
N.A.B.B.A. also has „unspoken stories“. When we started writing about the 1947-1950 hisotories, N.A.B.B.A. started speaking some truth about this periodo f her history.
Another World.
This was a Picture of the „Western“ World. But there was another World, the „Socialist“ one. The Socialist World was nothing diferent of the „Western“ one. For seventy years both „Worlds“ were didvided by the „Iron Wall“ and lived separate life. Sport too. In the „Western“ World nobody could get the information about the Socialist bodybuilding. It was and it is of no interest for them. But if somebody did not hear about Australia – this does not mean that Australia is not egzisting. The situation in the history of bodybuilding of the Socialist World is the same. Today much false information is presented in public. We will not discuss here about the poor „poets“ who sing the unreal songs about the „WEIDER Empire“. Just to start – five members of the 1968 historic U.S.S.R. bodybuilding Council are forgotten. And it was the first International Bodybuilding Federation in the Socialis World. And it was even two years before the I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders) International Federation was officially created at the International Congress in Belgrade (Yugoslavia). At the same time new „leaders“ are telling lies about their participation in the historic events, such as one from Tiumen and another from Sankt Peterburg (both Russian). But on April 22, 1988 by the special order for „unfair financial behaviour“ the U.S.S.R. Sport Ministry (Goskomsport) kicked away this Tiumen „leader“ from the U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding federation. Again articles are written, books issued about these false leaders and their false stories.
We will do our best to refresh the memories and to cover all important historic matters.

54 years working W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International is directly connected with the „Amber Prix International“ («Янтарный приз», „Gintarinia prizas“, 1968-2020) contest. „Amber Prix International“ is one of the World‘s oldest traditional historic competition still organized in Lithuania. The value of the „Amber Prix International“ was alvays evident and always many known sport organizers of various Countries use to be present there.
It happened so that through all history of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. good relations of the International W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and the historic leaders of the all main traditional International Bodybuilding organizations were in the background. And that were the Owner and the President of International I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders) BEN WEIDER, the President of N.A.B.B.A. (National Amateur Body Building Association) OSCAR HEIDENSTAM, the President of W.A.B.B.A. (World Amateur Body Building Association) International SERGE NUBRET.
There were momonts in the history of the World Bodybuilding when the International leaders connected DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS for friendly assistance.
In 1970 at the I.F.B.B. Belgrade (Yugoslavia) International Conmgress SERGE NUBRET was appointed to the position of the I.F.B.B. Vice President. In 1976 SERGE NUBRET set another International organization of W.A.B.B.A. as he explains „to fight with the I.F.B.B.“. Then the conflict between BEN WEIDER and SERGE NUBRET reached the highest point in the Court then in 1985 SERGE NUBRET sent to DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS twenty pages of the confident I.F.B.B. documents asking to support him. That was very personal information about BEN WEIDER and we never published this anywhere.
The IFBB International and the I.F.B.B. U.S.S.R. (established in 1987) as well always were suffering of inside intriques and conflicts. First let us remember the famous weightlifting Olympic Champion JURIJ VLASOV (Юрий Власов) and how badly he was treated when he was elected to the position of the President of the U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Federation. In 1991 President of the U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Federation VASILIJ CHAIKOVSKI (Василий Чайковский) was removed from his position by VLADIMIR DUBININ (Владимир Дубинин). Feeling frustrated of this unfair action VASILIJ CHAIKOVSKIJ immediatelly came to Lithuania. He was looking for support of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS in his relations with BEN WEIDER.
Fifteen years ago understanding that International Bodybuilding Sport is in awful situation WEIDER brothers JOE and BEN sold their magazines and „Olympia“ Contest and got rid of the I.F.B.B.. After this WAYNE DE MILIA was dismissed from the position of the Director of the I.F.B.B. Professional League. Until that he run this position for many years. Then in 2006 WAYNE DE MILIA established his own organization „Pro Division Inc.“ and addressed DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to support him. From that time we have heard nothing about „Pro Division Inc.“.
Fighting in between in 2009 and in 2015 I.F.B.B. split two times. First I.F.B.B. was divided between Assistant of BEN WEIDER Spanish RAFAEL SANTONJA and the I.F.B.B. Vice President PAUL CHUA from Singapore. At taht moment PAUL CHUA was supported only by Asia and Arab Countries. Then PAUL CHUA and Sheikh of UAE AL SHAFAR came to London (U.K.) to fight with RAFAEL SANTONJA in the Court. PAUL CHUA addressed DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to support him, but DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS could not come to London as there was European Championship in Lithuania at that time. Also PAUL CHUA and Sheikh AL SHAFAR could not come to Lithuania as they had no E.U. visas. The deal was closed. Some time leter PAUL CHUA and the I.F.B.B. Lower ALEX BAUER (Austria) sent 600 pages of I.F.B.B. juridical and financial documents and asked to publish them. We did it as they asked.
Some years ago Australian GRAEME LANCEFIELD established his W.F.F. federation. He started collecting N.A.B.B.A. athletes to his own contests using the N.A.B.B.A. name. N.A.B.B.A. leaders were angry about this. Then in 2018 the President of the N.A.B.B.A. U.S.A. and a famous I.F.B.B. professional bodybuilder EDDIE ROBINSON adressed DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to support N.A.B.B.A. in fighting against unfair behaviour of GRAEME LANCEFIELD. After this GRAEME LANCEFIELD continued acting against N.A.B.B.A.. At the beginning of 2020 the President N.A.B.B.A. International and a famus U.K. Professional bodybuilder ED ELWOOD asked DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to support N.A.B.B.A. against GRAEME LANCEFIELD again. To help N.A.B.B.A. we wrote and published a thorough article about this.
Diferent of other International Bodybuilding Organizations today W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. seeks huge aims to make bodybuilding recognized and respected. Our sport besame so much commercial that today we are the only ones to fulfill the old dreams of BEN WEIDER.

BEGINNING OF COMMUNICATION WITH SLOVAKIA GOVERNMENTAL INSTITUTIONS.
The friendship with the highest Government Institutions of the Republic Slovakia started in 2009. Then in historical Brusno Kupele resort under the initiative of Slovakia Mecenat STEFAN HRCKA the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International was organizing the traditional „Mr. Universe“ contest. To take part as the V.I.P. Guest at the competition came the former Prime Minister of the Republic Slovakia VLADIMIR MECIAR. A Parliament Member and the Head of the Jouth and Sport Committee of the Government Republic Slovakia DUSAN GALIS came to congratulate the contest organizers. DUSAN GALIS brought the letter of the Prime Minister Republic Slovakia ROBERT FICO to the International President W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. In this letter the Prime Minister was thanking the International Federation for the high International activities in Slovakia. Also the Prime Minister ROBERT FICO invited the President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to visit the Headquarters of the Government Republic Slovakia in Bratislava and to meet him there.

After the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International Himna was played, the Vice President Parliament Republic Slovakia JAN FIGEL (Podpredseda vlady Slovenskej Republiki) awarded the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS with the Silver Medal of the Parliament Republic Slovakia and the Parliament Diploma of Honour.
„DIPLOMA OF HONOUR to the President of the Global Federation of W.B.B.F. and W.F.F. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS for his lifetime contribution to fitness and bodybuilding and promotion of the sport between youth and physically disabled people around the world“.

During the visit to the 2013 W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. World Amateur Championship in Brusno Kupele resort the Vice President Parliament Republic Slovakia JAN FIGEL invited the International President W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to pay the Official Visit to the Parliament Republic Slovakia.
Right after the World Championship in Brusno the International President W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS came to the Slovakia Capital City Bratislava where the Official Meeting at the Headquarters Parliament Republic Slovakia was payed.
During the meeting in the Parliament a number of important National and International sport and fitness questions were discussed and spoken over.

Representing the Government Republic Slovakia on the occasion of the 2013 W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. World Amateur Championship the Vice Prime Minister Republic Slovakia LUBOMIR VAZNY awarded the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS with the Slovakia Parliament Diploma of Honour.

Also we would like to underline that the 2012 W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. World Amateur Championship was organized under the supervision and support of the Prime Minister Republic Slovakia REBERT FICO.
In 2012 also right after the the World Championship the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS came to Bratislava where the Official Meeting at the Headquarters Prime Minister Republic Slovakia was payed. Then the the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was awarded by the Diploma of Honour of the Prime Minister Republic Slovakia.

GEORG TENNO – ESTONIA HEROE OF SOVIET TIMES.
SOCIALIST WORLD BODYBUILDING HISTORY.
In the sixties of the last century the greatest bodybuilding propaganda in the U.S.S.R. was made by the Estonian weightlifter GEORG TENNO (Георгий Тэнно). GEORG TENNO was a former navy officer and participant of the Second World War. In 1948 due to a false accusement of spying against the U.S.S.R. GEORG TENNO was arrested and sentenced to eight years imprisonment. It happened that GEORG TENNO was placed in the same prison cell together with the U.S.S.R. disident ALEKSANDR SOLZHENITSYN (Александр Солженицын). During the imprisonment GEORG TENNO made five unsuccessfull attempts to run away. There is a story about GEORG TENNO in the famous book of ALEKSANDR SOLZHENITSYN „Arkhipelag Gulag“ named „The Runaway“ “ («Убежденный беглец»). About GEORG TENNO ALEKSANDR SOLZHENITSYN wrote: „He was the most stronger and the most brave of us...“. In 1970 Nobel Committee awarded ALEKSANDR SOLZHENITSYN with the Nobel Prize in Literature.
Ending the fifties of the last century GEORGIJ TENNO was released from the prison. He started working at the U.S.S.R. Institute of Scientific Studies of the Physical Culture (В.Н.И.И.Ф.К., Всесоюзный научно исследовательский институт физической культуры).
GEORG TENNO первый в С.С.С.Р. открыл для всех и культуризм, и атлетизм и гантельную гимнастику. Под страшной цензурой К.П.С.С. он находил возможность в 60-е годы двадцатого столетия написать, что занятия гантельной гимнастикой, штангой, блочными приспособлениями могут в короткий срок увеличить силу, и выносливость, приобрести атлетическую фигуру, исправить некоторые дефекты телосложения, приобрести здоровье. В журнале «Спортивная жизнь России» ему давали мало места для статей, комплексов, но и там он все-таки находил много поклонников, которые впоследствии и возродили атлетизм в России.
In 1968 GEORG TENNO published his book „The Athletism“ («Атлетизм»). At once it became very popular. The book was full of information: training methods, recupperation after workouts and various diets. At that time this was a unique information. Though GEORG TENNO did not speak about the sources of his knowlidge but it was evident he used various foreign literature. The work at the institute gave him such opportunities. After imprisonment GEORG TENNO knew very well all political moments and he was carefull. Due to this in his book he wrote that „bodybuilding is not to stay in fron of a mirror. Bodybuilding is to strenthen the muscles that will serve to the country“.
Once VLADIMIR CIUDINOV in the U.S.S.R. popular magazine „Sportivnaja žizn Rossii“ («Спортивная жизнь России») insisted that the U.S.S.R. system of physical culture should accept the bodybuilding methods developed by GEORG TENNO. He speaks how GEORG TENNO translated information from the „West“ literature. Often he just copied the methodical information. GEORG TENNO never saw any diference between the bodybuilding and the „athletism“. Also GEORG TENNO thought that „everybody for himself is the advicer and the trainer“.
Suddenly when the prosecution of bodybuilding started GEORG TENNO died in an accident. Who knows - maybe it was an accidental death.To remember GEORG TENNO Estonians started organizing the „Georg Tenno Memorial“ («Мемориал Георга Тенно») contest in 1971. Fourteen Memorials were organized until 1989. For long years of the bodybuilding prohibition and prosecution in the Socialist Countries „Georg Tenno Memorial“ and the historic „Amber Prix International“ („Gintarinis Prizas“, «Янтарный приз», 1968-2020) were the only one regular bodybuilding competitons in the Socialist Countries.

Algeria became the 137-th Country-Member of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International federation. W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. Algeria is led by SAID SAIDANI.
Every year the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International holds over 60 International Events World Wide.

WORLD BODYBUILDING HISTORY.
1989 „GEORG TENNO MEMORIAL WAS ORGANIZED BY DSC. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS.
Due to various reasons after 1987 traditional Estonia „Georg Tenno Memorial“ was stopped to organize. Previous Estonia bodybuilding organizers INNAR MARDO and PRANAS MICKEVICIUS left the sport.
TRADITIONAL ESTONIA BODYBUILDING CONTEST WAS ORGANIZED BY FOREIGNER.
Working in Tallinn for several months DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS initiated making „Georg Tenno Memorial“ competition again. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS met a fresh Estonia organizer and one of the „Amber Prix International“ Champions INDREK OTSUS. Estonians found the place for the contest and DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS collected International Teams. The contest was successful.

In 1991 by the efforts of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS our Bodybuilding Federation was officially registered in Lithuania. Then the Minister of Sport Lithuania ALGIRDAS RASLANAS helped in the registration. The registration of the Bodybuilding Federation was supported by the President of the National Olympic Committee (N.O.C.) of Lithuania ARTURAS POVILIUNAS.

OLEV ANNUS – WHAT IS IT?
Some time ago sport writer BAZAR KUSTANNUS wrote and issued a book about a well known former Estonia and Finland bodybuilder OLEV ANNUS. It is a pity we do not know this rear language and we can not read the original book… The short story about the book was published on the Lithuanian Site www.15min.lt. This story of OLEV ANNUS seems lacking many important details at least. We will present historical documents, facts and witnesses to make the story more close to reality.
Bodybuilder OLEV ANNUS grew in our eyes and we know very well how it was in real. There are many documents to prove this.
WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA.
Since 2012 the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International (World Body Building Federation, World Fitness Federation) works on the unique project – the “World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia” in various languages. In the second book we will publish detailed materials of the “Olev Annus” times. We will tell about the people who organized the first International Contest of OLEV ANNUS in Poland in 1979. We will tell about the people who organized that OLEV ANNUS lost his first place at the 1981 “Amber Prix International” in Klaipeda. People through the life of OLEV ANNUS can see the clear sport system in the Socialist World. That were the times when bodybuilding sport was prohibited and prosecuted in the Socialist Countries and the U.S.S.R..

A famous Lithuania journalist, writer and poet, the well known art photographer and „ bodybuilder of all times“ VALERIJ KORESKOV from Vilnius City spent all his life with sport. In January, 2020 for the huge social work he was awarded with the Honour Diploma of U.N.E.S.C.O..
AWARDED WITH INTERNATIONAL JOHN GRIMEK PREMIUM.
First time being 70 years old VALERIJ KORESKOV particiapted among senior athletes at the Olympic Games and at the Senior Europe Championship. Then in Italy VALERIJ KORESKOV was awarded with the International „John Grimek Award“. In 2005 the International „John Grimek Award“ was presented to the International W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International and a number of World Bodybuilding Legends was organized in the Palace of the Parliament Republic Lithuania on September 28, 2020.
HONOURED AND AWARDED WORLD BODYBUILDING LEGENDS.
During the Official Visit to the Parliament the Member of the Parliament Youth and Sport Commission GEDIMINAS VASILIAUSKAS was present at the event. Then a number of the World Bodybuilding Legends were honoured and awarded with the International Honour Silver Medal: VALERIJ KORESHKOV (Валерий Корешков), VYTAUTAS ZUMERIS, LEONAS PIVORIUNAS, VITALIJ ASOVSKIJ (Виталий Асовский) and CESLAV TAMULEVICH (Чеслав Тамулевич). A number of the Heads of the foreign delegations took part at the ceremony.
STUDENT OF FAMPOUS VILNIUS „VICTORIA“ GYM.
Fifty years ago the International W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS met VALERIJ KORESKOV at the famous Vilnius „Victoria“ gym. VALERIJ KORESKOV was attending this gym regularly, had all the time great shape but never took part at the competitions. At that time „Victoria“gym was run by the genious trainers CESLAV TAMULEVIC and VITALIJ ASOVSKIJ. Both trainers prepared a number of the unique and extremelly high level champions of the historic „Amber Prix International“ contest. At taht time many famous people attended „Victoria“ gym, among them the former Prime Minister Republic Lithuania GEDIMINAS KIRKILAS, the Head of the State Control Committee RISARDAS KRINICKIS. The specialists know very well that after the prohibition and prosecution of bodybuilding in the Socialist Countries the „Amber Prix International“ was recognized by the U.S.S.R. Sport Ministry (Goskomsport U.S.S.R.) as official U.S.S.R. bodybuilding Championaship. The Sport Ministry started presenting the high official „Sport Master“ names to the champions of the „Amber Prix International“. After the evaluating historic events of those years the specialists decided that the „Amber Prix International“ was the real World Championship of the Socialist Countries in fact. The political and social value, the level of the organizers, the level of participating athletes was exactly the same as it was at those years in the „Western“ World or even much better.
In 2011 during the Official Visit of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International delegatyion to the Vatican our activities during the socialist times were named as „disidentic“ towards the Communist Regime. For the work done in those years the President W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was awarded with the medal of the Roman Pope (Medaglia Ufficiale di Pontificato di Sua Santita Benedetto XVI, any interested may find articles and historic documents on Global Site www.wff.lt at the main page and in forum topics).
VALERIJ KORESKOV WILL SEEK OLYMPIC MEDALS.
Not long ago VALERIJ KORESKOV spoke with the Heads of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International. He is intending to seek the medals among senior athletes at the nearest Olympic Games.

1927 BRONE DAUBARAITE AND 1997 EDITA DAUBARAITE.
International sport society knows very well about the U.S.A. sportsman BRONE DAUBARAITE (Broné “Brownie” Dubar, 1906-1986 m.). Emigrated from Lithuania before the First World War she was the World’s First Fitness Athlete. At that time there was no bodybuilding and fitness sport and BRONE DAUBARAITE did not participate at the competitions. As many athletes and strongmen of her time she travelled though the World Countries and demonstrated her unique sport programs.
„EUROSPORT“ REPORTS ABOUT OVER ALL WORLD CHAMPION.
After seventy years in 1997 Lithuanian gymnastic athlete EDITA DAUBARAITE repeated her grandmother’s BORNE DAUBARAITE achievements. She became the over all World Fitness Champion. That was the first time when a representative from the previous socialist world won such a title. The event was televised by “Eurosport” television several times. Then “Eurosport” spoke much about the EDITA’S gymnastic abilities and International press wrote much about the Lithuanian sportsman. The Ministry of Sport Republic Lithuania started steps to present EDITA DAUBARAITE a high Governmental Award. Unfortunately intrigues did not let to happen this.
Later representing Post Socialist Countries Slovak MARIETA ZIGALOVA (Marieta Žigalova) and Polish ALEKSANDRA KOBIELAK became the Over All World Fitness Champions too. But it was later.
At this moment EDITA DAUBARAITE (Sendriene) leads the International Judges Committee of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) federation. She is the Director of the Administration of the International Sport University (I.S.U.).

IN 1963 FIRST INTERNATIONAL BODYBUILDING ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED IN SOCIALIST WORLD.
In 1963 under the initiative of the F.I.H.C. (F.I.H., Federation Internationale Halterophile, later F.I.H.C., Federation Internationale Halterophile et Culturisme, later I.W.F., International Weightlifting Federation) in the U.S.S.R. was established first International Bodybuilding Organization (Общественный комитет атлетической гимнастики С.С.С.Р.). of the Socialist World. The U.S.S.R. Sport Ministry (Goskomsport, Госкомспорт С.С.С.Р.) appointed a known Russia weightlifter ROMAN MOROZ (Роман Мороз) as the President of this Organization.

Fifty years ago during the twenty years lasting prohibition and prosecution of bodybuilding in the USSR “Amber Prix International” was the only one Official International contest in Socialist World. Later USSR Ministry of Sport recognized “Amber Prix International” as being official USSR Championship and presented “USSR Sport Master” titles to the “Amber Prix International” champions.
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP OF SOCIALIST COUNTRIES.
In 1989 and 1990 together with the “Amber Prix International” official USSR Youth Championships were held in Klaipeda. Thirty years ago International specialists decided to call the “Amber Prix International” as the “World Championship of Socialist Countries”. For long time in so huge territory of the “Socialist World” there were no other regular International bodybuilding contest.
VATICAN BESSING AND MEDAL OF ROMAN POPE.
In 2011 during the official visit of the Chairmen of the WFF-WBBF the Vatican named us as “dissidents” towards the Communist regime and gave us Roman Pope’s Blessing and presented with the Roman Pope Medal.

PLANS FOR THE YEAR 2021.
W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. OFFICIAL INFORMATION.
As CORONA VIRUS is planned until May, 2021 (minimum) the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) will organize all main International competitions starting from June, 2021 till end of September, 2021.
Most important International Events are planned in Russia, India and Lithuania. On September 3-6 World and Europe Championships will take place in Klaipeda, Lithuania. Right after this the Official Meeting at Parliament Republic Lithuania is planned.
In most World Countries the new CORONA VIRUS will start in October, 2021. We have real Great Works to do for You and for the History of the World Bodybuilding.

WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA.
IN 1963 FIRST INTERNATIONAL BODYBUILDING ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED IN SOCIALIST WORLD.
In 1963 under direct influence American BOB HOFFMAN and British OSCAR STATE and the initiative of the F.I.H.C. (F.I.H., Federation Internationale Halterophile, later F.I.H.C., Federation Internationale Halterophile et Culturisme, later I.W.F., International Weightlifting Federation) in the U.S.S.R. was established first International Bodybuilding Organization (Общественный комитет атлетической гимнастики С.С.С.Р.). of the Socialist World. The U.S.S.R. Sport Ministry (Goskomsport, Госкомспорт С.С.С.Р.) appointed a known Russia weightlifter ROMAN MOROZ (Роман Мороз) as the President of this Organization. Tnen the U.S.S.R. was not ready to face this innovation and the new organization worked only formally.
Real bodybuilding started in 1968 when the another new Organization was created in Lithuania. Again the formal Chairman of the new Organization was the above mentioned ROMAN MOROZ. He was the man to connect bodybuilders with the Monistry of Sport of the U.S.S.R.. in real bodybuilding sport in the U.S.S.R. was governed by other people. That were the requirements of the „communist times and the communist regime“.
