WORLD BODYBUILDING ANNIVERSARY.
In 2015 the World‘s Oldest Traditional Bodybuilding Contest „Amber Prix International“ (международный турнир «Янтарный приз») is celebrating it‘s 48-th anniversary (1968-2015).
For long tome the „Amber Prix International“ was the unofficial USSR Bodybuilding Championship, later recognized by the USSR Sport Ministry, Goskomsport. Also for many years the „Amber Prix International“ was the unofficial World Champiosnhip of the Socialist Countries. No other International Traditional Bodybuilding Contest of such level was organized in any other Socialist Country.
ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MODERN BODYBUILDING.
Crowning it‘s 50 years of International Bodybuilding activities, the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) goes on working on the Global Bodybuilding Project - the „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“.
WORLD BODYBUILDING LEGEND.
WFF-WBBF International presents the World Bodybuilding Legend and the two times Vice Champion of the „Amber Prix International“ (1986, 1987). This is the Heavyweight Bodybuilder SERGEJ ZAICEV (Сергей Зайцев, Moscow-Saratov, Russia).

Today the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International unites National Federations from 122 Countries that represent all Continents.
Every year the WFF-WBBF International holds over 60 International Events World Wide.
On November 29, 2015 the successful WFF-WBBF Asia and National WFF-WBBF India Championship were held in Patiala, India.
Before this LALIT SONI has been nominated to the high Position of the President National Federation WFF-WBBF India.

2015 was an extraordinary year for the World Bodybuilding. In 2015 the International Sport Society was celebrating the World‘s Oldest Traditional Bodybuilding Contest „Amber Prix International“ (международный турнир „Янтарный приз», “Gintarinio prizo” turnyras) 48-th anniversary (1968-2015).
In 2015 the International Sport Society was celebrating the 117-th anniversary of the first bodybuilding contest ever (held in 1898 in England and Russia). Also in 1898 in England the first Bodybuilding „Health and Strenght“ Magazine has been started to issue and it is issued until now by ROY EDWARDS (UK).
In 2015 the International Sport Society was celebrating the 87-th anniversary of female fitness. It is connected with the famous BRONE‘s DUBAR regular trainings and participation in New York City in 1928. We are glad to state that the Americans started collecting additional historic information about BRONE DUBAR for the coming „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“. BRONE DUBAR with her family emigrated from Lithuania to the USA right before the First World War.
WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA.
Crowning it‘s 50 years of International Bodybuilding activities, the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) works on the unique Global Bodybuilding Project - the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ («Энциклопедия мирового культуризма»). The Encyclopedia Project works are led by the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS.
Until now nobody even tried to work on such a huge International Project. To be frank, only few people can do it. There were attempts to name some works „Encyclopedia“ too, but that were not Encyclopedias of Bodybuilding Sport in real (as Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s „Encyclopedia“ which was written about himself in person mostly). Every Encyclopedia covers much wider basic things.
Our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ is based on the fivety years collected Archives of the WFF-WBBF International, the Archivic Documents presented to us by the Owner and the President of WABBA SERGE NUBRET (France), the Heads of the UK Public Club NABBA OSCAR HEIDENSTAM (England) and IVAN DUNBAR (Ireland), the Owners and Heads of the IFBB Commercial Company BEN WEIDER (Canada), PAUL CHUA (Singapore), ALEX BAUER (Austria), JOSE PARDO HIDALGO (Spain).
Starting with EUGENY SANDOW our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ covers the period of over 100 years time. It presents over 2000 known Bodybuilding Sport personalities who were very important for the World Bodybuilding Sport during the last Century. Important - all these 2000 Bodybuilding Persons are representing all historically known traditional International Bodybuilding Federations.
Our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ will be published in various popular languages, including the Chinese language.
WORLD BODYBUILDING LEGEND.
Among many other bodybuilders the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ mentions a World Bodybuilding Legend EDMUNDAS REPSYS (Эдмундас Репшис, Klaipeda, Lithuania). Along with numerous winnings of International and National Competitions EDMUNDAS REPSYS was the World‘s Oldest Bodybuilding Traditional „Amber Prix International“ Contest Champion (1991).

2015 WFF-WBBF ASIA AND INDIA CHAMPIONSHIP.
OFFICIAL VISIT OF THE INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT TO INDIA.
On November 29, 2015 the third WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) Asia and the annual WFF-WBBF India National Championships were held in Patiala, India. The over all winners were: Mr. Asia Over All Winner PRADEEP DAHIYA (City Dehli, India) and Mr. India Over All Winner RAJ SAHU (Santokhgarh, India).
Valuable prizes for the Competitors were given: Golden Rings for the Category Champions, Cash Money for Top Three in Every Category, a Silver Coin for Each Competitor and many other different Awards. Total 7 000 US Dollars.
Also a number of International Press Conferences were hold in Delhi, Ludhiana and Aurangabad.
To support the National Federation WFF-WBBF India (Elected National President WFF-WBBF India LALIT SONI) the International President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was on his sixth Official Visit to India and he was present at all mentioned Events.
2015 INDIA DELHI PRESS CONFERENCE OF WFF-WBBF.
BRICS CHAMPIONSHIP ON THE WAY.
On the occasion of the Official Visit of the International WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to India on November 27, 2015 the International Press Conference was held in Delhi. India Polititians, Businessmen, TV and Press Representatives were present at the Conference.
Among the VIP Quests were President State University of Delhi MANOJ CHOUDHARY, President Triveni Memorial Foundation BHUMIKA BAKSHI, WFF-WBBF India National President LALIT SONI, WFF-WBBF Official in Delhi SHIVAM CHOPRA.
At the Conference the activities of the WFF-WBBF International were presented to media. Also important plans of the future work were spoken. Among them was the planned 2016 WFF-WBBF BRICS (BRICS is the acronym for an association of five major emerging national economies: Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) Championship that will be held in India.
2015 AURANGABAD PRESS CONFERENCE.
IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL ROLE OF INDIA.
On the occasion of the Official Visit of the International WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to India on November 28, 2015 the International Press Conference was held in Aurangabad (State Haryana).
Representatives of Bodybuilding of various India Sates came to participate at this Event too.
The Conference was organized by the President WFF-WBBF India LALIT SONI and the WFF-WBBF Official in Haryana State PAVINDER SHARMA.
At the Conference the activities of the WFF-WBBF International were presented to media. Also important plans of the future work were spoken. Among them was the planned 2016 WFF-WBBF BRICS (BRICS is the acronym for an association of five major emerging national economies: Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) Championship that will be held in India.2016 BRICS CHAMPIONSHIP.
The new International Organization of BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) appeared in the World. In the 2016 BRICS’s Chairman leadership goes to India.
During the Official Visit of the International President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to India the International Federation received a proposal of India political participants in BRICS to organize the first BRICS Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship in India.
The preparations for this Mega-International Events started. This International Contest will be organized by supervision of Governments of the BRICS Countries.
2016. WFF-WBBF AVON WORLD GRAND PRIX.
INDIA WILL ORGANIZE A GREAT INTERNATIONAL EVENT IN LUDHIANA.
During the Official Visit of the International WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to India was decided to organize the “WFF-WBBF Avon World Grand Prix” on March 18-20, 2016 in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
The International President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS together with the National President WFF-WBBF India LALIT SONI participated at a number of meetings to prepare the coming 2016 “WFF-WBBF Avon World Grand Prix”.
Both visited the Headquarters AVON and spoke with the AVON M.D ONKAR PAHWA AND RISHI PAHWA. Preparation started.

Starting with EUGENY SANDOW our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ covers the period of over 100 years time. It presents over 2000 known Bodybuilding Sport personalities who were very important for the World Bodybuilding Sport during the last Century. Important - all these 2000 Bodybuilding Persons are representing all historically known traditional International Bodybuilding Federations.
Our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ will be published in various popular languages, including the Chinese language.

AGAIN WFF-WBBF TAKES INTERNATIONAL SPORT INITIATIVE.
As You know the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Federation works since 1968 (soon all of us will celebrate the 50-th aniversary!). Today the WFF-WBBF unites 123 Country-Members from All Continets and it holds over 60 annual International Events Worldwide.
Now the WFF-WBBF International presents a new Global Sport Educational Institution – the INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY (Международный Университет Спорта). The ISU is registered in the EU.
THE IDEA TO ORGANIZE INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY COMES FROM INOC.
Three years ago the idea to organize the INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY came from INOC (International Non Olympic Committee). Then communicating actively with the INOC and the University of the INOC the WFF-WBBF International made this unbelievably brave decision.
Again this proves that the WFF-WBBF is the today’s International Bodybuilding Leader as nobody in the World did it before us.
EUROPEAN UNION OFFICIALLY RERISTERED INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY.
Today European Union officially registered International Sport University (ISU). According the Constitution the ISU will work in all World‘s Countries. At this moment only some formalities left, like making the Official Flag of the University, etc..

2016. HOW WE STARTED INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY.
WFF-WBBF INTERNATIONAL INVITED BY INTERNATIONAL NON-OLYMPIC COMMITTEE.
In 2014 the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International was invited by he International Non-Olympic Committee – INOC. The INOC invites Application from IFs- International Sports Federations (Non-Olympic Sports) to become Member of World second largest sports organization after Olympic.
So the WFF-WBBF International received invitation to join the activities of the INOU (International Non-Olympic University). INOU invites WFF-WBBF International to introduce their sport courses under INOU platform. The main purpose of the collaboration is to develop sports and sports research community to drive right
path and get recognized certification.
INOU appreciates WFF-WBBF efforts and require positive response for collaboration.
WFF-WBBF INTERNATIONAL.
Working from 1968 the WFF-WBBF International is the officially registered International No Profit Organization. Sterted it‘s activities nearly 50 years ago the WFF-WBBF International today unites National organizations from 123 Countries representing all Continents. WFF-WBBF International organizes over 60 anual International Events World Wide.
During the last 20 years the WFF-WBBF International holds annual International Trainer‘s and Judges Seminar, presenting the International Qualification Certificates to the participants.
Working with the INOU the WFF-WBBF International could have some better possibilities.
NEXT JURIDICAL STEPS.
Represented by the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the WFF-WBBF International started juridic and financial dialogue and discussion with the INOC and the INOU.
For the very start we wanted to know some juridical questions:
1. Where and when the INOC was registered by Law (Registration Certificate)
2. What is the juridical background of the INOC activities (the INOC Statute or the Constitution registered by Law).
After the necessary juridical documents of the the INOC and the INOU will be presented to the WFF-WBBF International , then the actual worl starts.
UNSERIOUS ANSWER.
After a long and problematic dialigue with the INOC and the INOU we learned only one thing: these Institutions are registered in India (!!!!!) and they work having no Constitution. That means, that everything can be changed in five minutes. It is so unserious.....
IDEA OF INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY.
Basing on the written above the WFF-WBBF International started working on organizing and registering the International Sport University (ISU). On February 5, 2016 the International Sport University was registered in the European Union. We go on working for the huge future possibilities for the Trainer‘s and Athletes World Wide.

RUSSIAN PROS ARE CONSTANT LOOSERS AND HAVE NO CHANCES.
During the last years at the Pro Contests organized by the private Commercial Companies of the IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) and NPC (National Phisyque Committee) all participating talanted Russian Pros are of zero value as Athletes. Nobody cares of them. Nuobody notices them. Nuobody needs them. First of all we have in our mind Russia Giants SERGEJ SHELESTOV, ALEKSANDR FIODOROV and belarussian ALEKSEJ SHABUNIA.
PRO BODYBUILDING CARNAVALS GO THROUGH THE WORLD.
In October 2016 in Klaipeda (Lithuania) the real Professional Sport Event will be held – the 13-th traditional WFF-WBBF (World Fitnes Federation, World Body Building Federation) Pro World Championship „Amber Prix OLYMPIA“. Best World Pro Bodybuilders will fight for the real highest prestigeous places at the Real Pro Sport Contest.
Bodybuilding fans really love their Great Idols, but they seldom think of the basic things, that do matter for the official sport.
For the last two decades and especially during the last running years the best World Professional Bodybuilders use to participate at the Pro Contests in the USA and sometimes in Europe and only very few of them understand why a new Professional commer if he is not representing a well known International Commercial Company never wins at these Pro Events.
First of all look at the basics. All Pro Events in the USA and in Europe are organized by a definite Private Commercial Company and this every Company looks for the profit of this activity. It is Always business and never sport. Every Pro Event has it‘s definite private Owner who makes business of it. Today even the names of the Pro Events have no more connections with official sport as the competitions are called „festival“, „messe“, „carnaval“ or another „classic“ activity.
Most if not all of these Commercial Companies use to buy bodybuilders to advertize their products. These Companies are interested in High Placings of the Bodybuilders they own as they represent their business and their goods and products. Do You think these businessmen really throw away these huge sums of money they declare in the beautiful bodybuilding magazines? Nover! These Private Commercial Companies via Contracts and via other ways use to buy places for the Pros they own and this makes all Pro Shows like a theater and not a as real sport competition. All this is well played as in a real drama theater. Finally all businessmen are satisfied as every of them know the price they payed for the place at a Pro Event. Only the naive bodybuilders who worked hard to come to their long dreamed Pro Contest can not understand why they have lost. Busines is always first. Just pay and You are the Pro Champion in this commercial theater show. It seems today that the only one being legal no profit International Sport Organization of this kind the WFF-WBBF (World Fitnes Federation, World Body Building Federation) International cares for the development of bodybuilding in the respected recognozed real sport movement.

2016. IFBB CORRUPTION GOES ON.
IFBB OFFICIALS AGAIN ASK WFF-WBBF TO HELP THEM.
Several months ago we have spoken about the corruption in the National UK IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) Federation. Then several hundred UK IFBB Bodybuilders and Trainers united to fight against the currupted IFBB Leaders.
Some time ago the President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS received a letter from Egypt. The former IFBB vice president, the founder of the IFBB in Arab Countires and IFBB Africa TAREK EL GUINDY addressed the International WFF-WBBF President to help him with the Official IFBB documents that are hidden from him.
We would like to remind You that some time ago over 600 Official IFBB documents proving the IFBB corruption, lies and falsification were sent to the International WFF-WBBF President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS by the IFBB International Vice President PAUL CHUA and the IFBB International Lawer and IFBB Austria President ALEX BAUER. They asked the WFF-WBBF International to publish them. Also these documents were sent by them to the International Olympic Committee (IOC), all National Olympic Committees and International Anti Doping Agency WADA.

Dear Sirs , We have read your Article "2014. BODYBUILDERS DO NOT UNDERSTAND IFBB POLITICS." Through http://www.wff.lt/articles/989 and found it extremely interesting and revealing for a lot of information related to unanswered suspicious questions about the IFBB activities and its relationship with the Egyptian bodybuilding federation corruption.
In the past few years, we have noticed a lot of cover-ups activities conducted by IFBB officials to hide Egyptian body building team doping test results and over all real ranking, in fact they never reply to any questions raised by any person from Egypt to inquire about the results but the official Egyptian federation.
They even create new titles to create even more propaganda to the Egypt team as a favor to the loyal partner Mr. Adel Fahim. One of the visible reasons for this strange unprofessional unethical behavior are the Wieder Academy in Egypt that generate millions of USD in Fake training certification and programs that doesn't have any legal existence in Egypt although it generate millions of dollars.
Our main problem is that we cannot get the legal references from any source that could prove these unethical activities and cover-ups
We would appreciate if you would kindly send us all the legal references related to corruption between IFBB and the Egyptian BB federation that is visible to every one but no one can prove .
We would really appreciate if you could send us the formal legal references asap. We really believe that WFF will be the next official International fedration in Egypt.

2016. EDDIE ELLWOOD. THE QUESTION OF THE BEST UK PRO BODYBUILDER.
Today the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Headquarters received a letter from the Best UK Pro Bodybuilder, a famous Strongman EDDIE ELLWOOD. EDDIE ELLWOOD was asking to give him information about how and when DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and KLAUS HOFFMANN formed the WFF-WBBF International.

STEPPING OFFICIAL WAY.
Today many members of the International Sport Society still do not know the World’s Bodybuilding History. They know it only from one side and it is only a half of it. For example, many times NABBA (National Amateur Body Building Association) Officials speaking about the WFF mention the year of the 1968. But only few of them know, that this is only because in 1968 we started organizing one of the World Oldest International Traditional Bodybuilding Contest “Amber Prix International” in Lithuania. Historically WFF starts it’s International activities in 1968. Having political and economical confrontation between the Western and the Eastern World the “Iron Wall” divided the World for decades. Then also for several decades the “Amber Prix International” became the unofficial World Championship of the Socialist World which by the number of the Countries and by the territory covered half of the World. Champions of the “Amber Prix International” were as good as the Champions of the Western World. The number of the participating Countries and participating Bodybuilders was the same in the both parts of the World. But in all Socialist Countries Bodybuilding was prohibited as sport. Always organizing the “Amber Prix International” we were in conflict confrontation with the Communist Regime and that was the reason that in 2011 Vatican named us the “Disidents” and presented Roman Pope’s Medal (see in various languages International Bodybuilding Site www.wff.lt, read Articles on the main page and forum topics “History of the World Bodybuilding. How it was in real” and “Encyclopedia of the World Bodybuilding”).
THE START.
In 1991 together with DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS (Republic Lithuania) KLAUS HOFFMANN (representing Germany) joined English Public Club named „NABBA UK“ (getting pressure of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the former President of NABBA-International and our friend IVAN DUNBAR declared, that NABBA UK is registered as “Public Club” and NABBA-International has no Official Registration by law. Still there is no officially registered International Sport Organization under the name „NABBA-International“).
Both DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and KLAUS HOFFMANN were working on developing fitness and Bodybuilding Internationally. At that time both of them did it through their International Events: DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS, representing the famous "Amber Prix International" and KLAUS HOFFMANN, representing "Miss Figure World Grand Prix" Contests.
Both DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and KLAUS HOFFMANN were working on developing fitness and Bodybuilding Internationally. At that time both of them did it through their International Events: DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS, representing the famous "Amber Prix International" and KLAUS HOFFMANN, representing "Miss Figure World Grand Prix" Contests.
In 1995 the great huge project of developing fitness World Wide started – that was the World Fitness Championships. And that was the idea of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and KLAUS HOFFMANN.
This new International Fitness Project was named "World Fitness Federation" (WFF).
1995 WFF INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS (La Valetta, Malta).
DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS (Lithuania), ANARGIROS TSOPOURIDIS (Greece), KLAUS HOFFMANN (Germany) decided to set a new International Fitness Federation (WFF) that will rule the Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding World Wide.
1996 WFF INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS (Stuttgart, Germany).
EXECUTIVE COUNCIL:
DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS (Lithuania), PETER PAPULA (Austria), ANARGIROS TSOPOURIDIS (Greece), KLAUS HOFFMANN (Germany) made the finishing touches setting the WFF-International and decided to organize the first WFF World Championship in Kaiserslautern (Germany).
1997 WFF INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS (Vilnius, Lithuania).
EXECUTIVE COUNCIL:
DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS (Lithuania), PETER PAPULA (Austria), ANARGIROS TSOPOURIDIS (Greece), KLAUS HOFFMANN (Germany) decided to organize WFF World Championship in Linz (Austria).
The new Aerobic Fitness Category was presented in Linz for the first time.
Though the International work was done, the International Contests were organized, but the highest level WFF reached in 1998 at the World Championships in Palanga (Lithuania).
That was really the first great common International Event.
1998 WFF World Championship was supported and sponsored by the Government
Lithuania. Minister of the Municipal Affairs KESTUTIS SKREBYS was the Head Organizing Committee then. The Event was supported by the Sport Ministry Republic Lithuania. It collected nearly two hundred athletes from twenty one Country.
The 1998 World Championship showed the wide possibilities in developing sport of
Fitness and Bodybuilding World Wide. At the same time some negative things were evident.
Among them was a big juridical problem in our activities – until this only legal work in post Soviet Countries is possible. Especially International work! We needed the legal Status of our activities.

Among them was a big juridical problem in our activities – until this only legal work in post Soviet Countries is possible. Especially International work! We needed the legal Status of our activities.
Otherwise the organization can not be supported by any Government, Public Organizations, reviewed by Press and Television, it can not be sponsored by great commercial firms.
Have a look: we call „International Sport Organization“ and finally there is no Registration, Seal, Bank Accounts and lots of other necessary official things. That was at least not serious and that was the difference from the "Western" sport organizations and today’s WFF-WBBF International (and still is!).
WFF had to get juridical registration as an International Sport Organization working World Wide.

The main question was to prepare the WFF International juridical registration.
KLAUS HOFFMANN told us that he had no interest in the Official Registration of WFF. Then the Congress decided that the registration of WFF-International will be performed by the "Amber Prix International” Executive Committee led by DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and with that way KLAUS HOFFMANN being aside of this process and being "out of the game".

In order not mix both International WFF Federations the Official WFF was called „WFF Eastern Hemisphere“ (President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS) and Not Official „WFF Southern Hemisphere“ (President KLAUS HOFFMANN).
In order to coordinate the common work of the both International Federations President of the registered Official WFF-International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was elected to the position of the Vice President of "WFF Southern Hemisphere" as well.

- The Official WFF-International organizes annual WFF Europe Championship and "Amber Prix International"
- The "WFF Southern Hemisphere" organizes annual WFF World Championship

The Congress underlined the support of the Governmental and Public Institutions of various Countries to the International activities of WFF. That proves that WFF has chosen right priorities.
After the meeting in Stuttgart (Germany) of the WFF President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS with the Owner and the President of „Fame“, „America Pageant“, „Muscle mania“ LOUIS CWICK (USA), became finally clear that all these American International Organizations are his private properties.

EUROPEAN UNION OFFICIALLY RERISTERED INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY.
As You know the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Federation works since 1968 (soon all of us will celebrate the 50-th aniversary!). Today the WFF-WBBF unites 123 Country-Members from All Continets and it holds over 60 annual International Events Worldwide.
Now the WFF-WBBF International presents a new Global Sport Educational Institution – the INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY (Международный Университет Спорта). The ISU is registered in the EU.
THE IDEA TO ORGANIZE INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY COMES FROM INOC.
Three years ago the idea to organize the INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY came from INOC (International Non Olympic Committee). Then communicating actively with the INOC and the University of the INOC the WFF-WBBF International made this unbelievably brave decision.
Again this proves that the WFF-WBBF is the today’s International Bodybuilding Leader as nobody in the World did it before us.
EUROPEAN UNION OFFICIALLY RERISTERED INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY.
Some time ago in European Union the International Sport University (ISU) was officially registered. According the Constitution the ISU will work in all World‘s Countries. At this moment only some formalities left, like making the Official Flag of the University, etc..
PREPARATION INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY TEACHING PROGRAMMES STARTED.
A number of the preliminary talks of the International Sport University studying programmes for it‘s students were made. The known sport studies specialists from veriuos countries took part in the mentioned talks. It was decided to prepare the studying programmes untij June 2016. Then these University programmes will be discussed, corrected, accepted and translated to various languages.
ADMINISTRATION OF INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY.
Some days ago the administration structure of the International Sport University was discussed over. The ISU administration will be the same as it is at any Institution of the High Education. The ruling administration will be led by the Rector, Pro-Rectors and Deans of the International Sport University. The teaching and scientific fields will be led by Professors, Docens and Teachers-Lecturers.
STUDENTS OF INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY WILL SEEK UNIVERSITY DIPLOMA.
Studies at the International Sport University are open to everybody. To receive the ISU University Diploma students must pass all necessary examinations and practical works. All is done according the University teaching Programmes and the Study Specialization students have chosen. Nothing new. All is common to any Institution of High Education. Also ISU students will have possibilities to study „on-line“ and „off-line“.
At the same time the USU will continue thirty years lasting International Trainer‘s Seminar work. As usual the Seminar attendants will receive International Trainer‘s Certificate which opens the doors for them to get a Gym Trainer‘s work. During thirty years with such International Trainer‘s Certificated Trainers are working in more than twenty Countries World Wide.
COMMON WORK WITH UNIVERSITIES OF OTHER COUNTRIES.
Some time ago the President of the International Sport University DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS visited Russia and spoke with the representatives of the Moscow State University. ISU agreed to use Moscow University teaching programs in it’s work. Only ISU has to develop them to the necessary requirements and translate to the English language. ISU plans to start the student teaching process in September 2016. Besides Moscow ISU already received preliminary suggestions of the common work from the State Universities of Dehli (India), Dubai (UAE), Ottava (Canada) and Tehran (Iran).
INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY WILL HAVE IT’S COLLEGE.
Just before the start of the International Sport University studies it was decided to set the International Sport College too. ISU College will have a more narrow program of studies and will represent the education level between known the Secondary and High Educational Institutions.
Along with the student‘s teaching the International Sport University (ISU) will do scietific works. This will be done under the quidance of the Scientific Council of the University. Several years ago the oldest Lvov Stavropigeon University presented to the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Highest Scietific Doctor‘s Degree (Doctor Honoris Causa). Now the President National Federation WFF-WBBF Ukraine VASILIJ BESPALENKO is on his way to get the High Scientific Academic Degree of the Candidate of the Doctor of Science.

[b][b]Today the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) [/b]International unites National Federations from 124 Countries that represent all Continents. Some time ago National Federation WFF-WBBF Algeria became the 124-th Country-Momber of the WFF-WBBF International. Every year the WFF-WBBF International holds over 60 International Events World Wide.[/b]
In June 2016 TIZI OUZOU has been nominated to the high Position of the President National Federation WFF-WBBF Algeria.

2016. WFF-WBBF INTERNATIONAL ENLARGED PROFESSIONAL DIVISION.
NEW CATEGORIES FOR PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES.
[b][b]It is already the second decade when the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) [/b]International organizes Competitions for Professional Bodybuilders. [/b]
Some time ago the WFF-WBBF Executive Concil decided to make the Pro Division much wider. We are preparing the refreshed Rules for Pros. New Categories will appear. The WFF – Aerobic Fitness, Model Fitness, Disabled Fitness. WBBF – Women Figure, Men‘s Phisyque, Disabled Bodybuilding and ususl Men and Women Bodybuilding.
The first start for the new Professional Sportsmen will be on October 16, 2016. That will be the 13-th WFF-WBBF Pro World Championship „Amber Prix OLYMPIA“ held in Lithuania.

Today the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International unites National Federations from 124 Countries that represent all Continents.
Every year the WFF-WBBF International holds over 60 International Events World Wide.
Before the coming 2016 WFF-WBBF World AM Championship (October 15, Lithuania) and under support of the President WFF-WBBF Benelux Countries LEVENT DEVECI, a famous German Bodybuilder JORG FUCHS has been nominated to the high Position of the President National Federation WFF-WBBF Germany.
Also at the same time the Position of Vice Prersident WFF-WBBF Germany took HACI DOMNEZ and of General Secretary ERKAN KARAKOC.

GET TO KNOW WORLD BODYBUILDING HISTORY.
Last 2015 was an extraordinary year for the World Bodybuilding. In 2015 the International Sport Society was celebrating the World‘s Oldest Traditional Bodybuilding Contest „Amber Prix International“ (международный турнир „Янтарный приз», “Gintarinio prizo” turnyras) 48-th anniversary (1968-2015). Soon we will celebrate the 50-th anniversary!
In 2015 the International Sport Society was celebrating the 117-th anniversary of the first bodybuilding contest ever (held in 1898 in England and Russia). Also in 1898 in England the first Bodybuilding „Health and Strenght“ Magazine has been started to issue and it is issued until now by ROY EDWARDS (UK).
In 2015 the International Sport Society was celebrating the 87-th anniversary of female fitness. It is connected with the famous BRONE‘s DUBAR regular trainings and participation in New York City in 1928. We are glad to state that the Americans started collecting additional historic information about BRONE DUBAR for the coming „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“. BRONE DUBAR with her family emigrated from Lithuania to the US right before the First World War.
WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA.
Crowning it‘s 50 years of International Bodybuilding activities, the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) works on the unique Global Bodybuilding Project - the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ («Энциклопедия мирового культуризма»). The Encyclopedia Project works are led by the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS.
Until now nobody even tried to work on such a huge International Project. To be frank, only few people can do it. There were attempts to name some works „Encyclopedia“ too, but that were not Encyclopedias of Bodybuilding Sport in real (for example, as Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s „Encyclopedia“ which he has written about himself in person mostly). Every Encyclopedia covers much wider basic things.
Our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ is based on the fivety years collected Archives of the WFF-WBBF International, the Archivic Documents were presented to us by the Owner and the President of WABBA SERGE NUBRET (France), the Heads of the UK Public Club NABBA OSCAR HEIDENSTAM (England) and IVAN DUNBAR (Ireland), the Owners and Heads of the IFBB Commercial Company BEN WEIDER (Canada), PAUL CHUA (Singapore), ALEX BAUER (Austria), JOSE PARDO HIDALGO (Spain).
Starting with EUGENY SANDOW our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ covers the period of over 100 years time. It presents over 2500 known International Bodybuilding Sport personalities who were very important for the World Bodybuilding Sport during the last Century. Important - all these 2500 Bodybuilding Persons are representing all historically known traditional International Bodybuilding Federations.
Our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ will be published in various popular languages.
VIKTORAS JUCYS - WORLD BODYBUILDING LEGEND.
Among many other bodybuilders the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ mentions World Bodybuilding Legend VIKTORAS JUCYS (Викторас Юцис, Klaipeda, Lithuania). VIKTORAS JUCYS never lost a single contest he participated at. Along with numerous winnings of International and National Competitions VIKTORAS JUCYS was the first Over All USSR Cup Champion (1988, Leningrad, Russia), three times Over All World‘s Oldest Bodybuilding Traditional „Amber Prix International“ Contest Champion (1987, 1988, 1989) and also the Over All „Amber Prix International“ Junior Contest Champion (1985).

2016. NABBA. NATIONAL FEDERATIONS BECAME MEMBERS OF ENGLISH CLUB.

Some time ago National Federation WFF-WBBF Republic Equatorial Guinea became the 125 -th Country-Momber of the WFF-WBBF International.[/b]
Every year the WFF-WBBF International holds over 60 International Events World Wide.
[b]MOST INTERNATIONAL FEDERATIONS ARE NOT FEDERATIONS. THEY PLAY GAMES AND FOOL PEOPLE. SPORT MINISTRY ADDRESSED WFF-WBBF PRESIDENT.[/b]
[b]In July 2016 the WFF-WBBF International was addressed through it‘s representative by Sport Ministry of one Country. Working with the National WFF-WBBF Federation of this Country the Sport Ministry wants to organize the 2017 WFF-WBBF World AM Championship. Such contacts are possible only with the WFF-WBBF International. Relations with the National Olympic Committees and Sport Ministries are evident only of in 2009 split in between IFBB-1(International Federation of Body Builders, Owner and President Raphael Santonja from Spain) and IFBB-2 (Leader Paul Chua from Singapore) and working from 1968 WFF-WBBF International. All other so called “International Federations” and “International Associations” can not work with Sport Ministries as they are not International Sport Federations by Law. Have you ever seen a single other so called “International Sport Federation” working with Olympic Committees and Sport Ministries but these three spoken above? No! now we will speak about various International Federations and we will start from ourselves – the WFF-WBBF International.[/b]
WFF-WBBF INTERNATIONAL.
We have spoken to the International Sport Society about the history of the WFF-WBBF International in the International Internet Page [b]www.wff.lt, our multiple Facebook Pages and in the International Magazine “Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding”, that is issued in various languages since 1989. In all the World International historical materials about our sport collect only WFF-WBBF. Nobody else has so huge historic documents as the WFF-WBBF has. Other commercial federations care only about themselves and the Global development of our sport does not interest them. The WFF-WBBF International is the only one unique exception. [/b]

IFBB
[b][b][b]With the juridical, financial and historical documents of the IFBB ([/b]International Federation of Body Builders[/b]) Commercial Company we have spoken in details before. That were our famous Articles in the International Internet Page www.wff.lt, our multiple Facebook Pages and in the International Magazine “Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding”, that is issued in various languages since 1989. The Articles are named “IFBB Illegal Juridical and Financial deals”. [/b]
Some time before the Owners of the IFBB Commercial Company tried to hide the essence of the IFBB. Today all of us know that the IFBB is not a federation. It is a private Commercial Company. Formally IFBB is ruled by Spanish RAFAEL SANTONJA, but it has some more owners in the USA too.
[b]NABBA. NATIONAL FEDERATIONS BECAME MEMBERS OF A PUBLIC NABBA CLUB.[/b]
[b][b][b]International Sport Society got acquinted with the NABBA ([/b]National Amateur Body Building Association[/b]) long ago. NABBA was the first to organize regular International Bodybuilding Contests – the “NABBA Universe”. In 1948 “Health and Strength” Magazine organized the first “Universe” Contest in London. In 1950 the magazine gave the right to the UK Public Club NABBA (NABBA UK, National Amateur Body Building Association) to go on to organize “Universe” Contest. In such Juridical Public Club Status NABBA egzisted until 1995. From time to time NABBA members organized World and Europe Championship. It forced some changes in the structure of NABBA. Then “NABBA International” appeared. All was not so easy. At that time NABBA had several ambitious personalities and each of them called himself “President of NABBA International”. That were IVAN DUNBAR (Ireland), JOE LOPEZ (Australia) and KLAUS P.J.HOFFMANN (Germany). Racing one with another each of the “presidents” did their best to collect annual fee from NABBA members. Several NABBA members worked officially. Some national federations were registered officially and they did right book-keeping operations. These federations had to work with the Sport Ministries of their Countries. Due to this DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS insisted to get the truth about the NABBA juridical status and get the truth about NABBA finances. We needed accounts and real financial documents to present to Sport Ministry. Then IVAN DUNBAR “opened the secret”. IVAN DUNBAR said that NABBA UK is a Public Club by Law Registration. Also he said that NABBA International has no official registration at all. It was so childish unserious about NABBA! During the twenty years at NABBA International Congresses nobody spoke about the development of our sport, but DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. All International Congresses included only collecting annual fee from NABBA members and speaking about the nearest future contests. Yes, it was more democratic as at the IFBB Congresses for decades nobody even had right to speak. This could not last for long and finally in 1999 NABBA split. JOE LOPEZ registered his private Company in Australia and named it “NABBA International”. JOE LOPEZ unsuccessfully tried to copy original NABBA structure and contests. Some time ago IVAN DUNBAR and KLAUS P.J.HOFFMANN left NABBA. NABBA is still in the hardly understandable juridical and financial status. It is so much unserious. During 70 years no sport ministries or higher Official International Institutions ever communicated with NABBA. They even can not do this.[/b]
