2024. DURING LAST SIXTY YEARS W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. ALWAYS WAS NON COMMERCIAL SPORT ORGANIZATION.
IF YOU HAVE NO GREAT HISTORY – YOU HAVE NO FUTURE!
During the sixty years of it‘s activities the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) always kept on the real official sport side. Though there were various political and economical difficulties, the federation never stopped working on (read historical articles on the International Site www.wff.lt).
W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. athletes always had possibilities to seek the highest titles at the International recognized official contests. Historic statistics prove the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. is a prestigious International Federation among all federations. One can organize several successful competitions, but it is not the same as the sixty years of constant serious stable work. The power of the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. – sixty years of constant International Sport work.
Today the valuables of the mankind changed. For most people money means everything. No morality, only money and lies. Today most of International Sport Organizations are commercial companies. Even W.A.D.A. (World Anti Doping Agency) seeks profit and this is the reason that not every International Sport Organization can join W.A.D.A.. Such mentioned above organizations proclaim commerce, not sport. It is a theater of absurd now and we were writing about this many times before.
W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. will remain conservative and it will not follow other commercial sport organizations. W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. will remain on the real recognized sport side and this is our priority. Yes, sometimes we are in a clumsy financial situation, but it happens sometimes, not always.
In difference to other organizations W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. collaborates with the recognized International Sport Institutions, National Governmental Structures and representatives of all religions. All of them notice and valuate the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. activities. We see the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. as a strong friendly unit and this is our power.

ZYGIMANTAS JUODEIKIS.
LITHUANIA OLDEST BODYBUILDING GYM.
Twenty years ago at the Lithuania oldest bodybuilding “Gintaras” (“Amber Gym”) gym trained ZYGIMANTAS JUODEIKIS. “Amber Gym” celebtrates 58 years of it’s activity. Being 16 years old at a Lithuania power contest ZYGIMANTAS JUODEIKIS bentch pressed 220 kgs. barbell and squatted with 260 kgs.. In 2005 he made a try at the bodybuilding contest and won his category. That was the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Bodybuilding Federation) Europe Championship in Riga (Latvia). Then ZYGIMANTAS JUODEIKIS was a junior but participated and won against grown up athletes.

WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA.
ALL BODYBUILDING ORGANIZATIONS BASED ON DOPING.
W.F.F. DECLARES FEDERATION WITHOUT DOPING.
Since 1971 until 1998 bodybuilding was sport only through activities of I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders) federation. Other bodybuilding federations were not recognized ever. Since 1998 bodybuilding is no more sport. In 1998 I.O.C. (International Olympic Committee) refused to accept bodybuilding as sport and then it threw away the I.F.B.B. federation of the recognized sport federations list. Aiming to get governmental money national I.F.B.B. federations of former Socialist Countries started fooling their Ministries of Sport. They were hiding behind the G.A.I.S.F. (Global Association of International Sports Federations). In 2023 G.A.I.S.F. was closed. Also in 2023 W.A.D.A. (World Anti Doping Agency) stopped working with the I.F.B.B.. LEGENDARY BODYBUILDER VIDMANTAS MALAKAUSKAS.
We are presenting Exceprional Persons of the World Bodybuilding History. Placing high in the World Ranking List Lithuania Professional bodybuilder VIDMANTAS MALAKAUSKAS is multiple World, „Universe“, „Amber Prix International“ („Gintarinis prizas“, «Янтарный приз», 1968 – 2024) and Europe Champion. He participates at the bodybuilding competitions since 1994. Due to huge achievements in the International sport in 2024 at the Parliament Republic Lithuania VIDMANTAS MALAKAUSKAS was awarded with the International W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. „Honour Silver Medal“ (“Международная серебряная медаль почёта”).
In 2024 we celebrate 40 years of VIDMANTAS MALAKAUSKAS participating at the W.F.F. -W.B.B.F. competitions. VIDMANTAS MALAKAUSKAS confirmed his participation at the 2025 W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. events.

INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY.
10 YEARS OF UNIVERSITY.
Basing on the sixty years of W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) activities in 2015 the International Sport University (I.S.U.) was registered in the Republic Lithuania. In 2017 I.S.U. became an associated member of the U.N.E.S.C.O. organization. I.S.U. collaborates with a number of universities of other countries. Basic work is performed in India and Ukraine. Due to pandemia and war I.S.U. enthusiasm is not so high now. In various countries I.S.U. organizes teaching seminars for trainers, athletes and sport specialists. First seminar for bodybuilders was organized in 1986 in Klaipeda (Lithuania) and since that time seminars go on on regular basis.

NEWS INTERNATIONAL.
FALL OF BODYBUILDING.
Working since 1968 W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International unites today members from 141 Countries. Some time ago Bahrain joined the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. .In difference to other International Bodybuilding Structures under the leadership of W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International seeks recognition of the U.N. (United Nations), I.O.C. (International Olympic Committee) and W.A.D.A. (World Anti Doping Agency). W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. knows the way to reach these goals. Under the basis of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. the International Sport University (I.S.U.) was created in 2015. Since 2017 the I.S.U. university is an associated member of the U.N.E.S.C.O. organization which works under the U.N..
OTHER INTERNATIONAL BODYBUILDING ORGANIZATIONS.
We will not speak about other federations. Concerning real recognized sport their activities are of zero value. Zero... We mean real SPORT and nothing else. Every day appear some new „international federations“... They have never been in real recognized sport and they will never be there. What are the „great“ aims of these federations? Can anybody say? Why these federations live and what they want?
If You want official bodybuilding sport – there was F.I.H.C. (Fédération Internationale Haltérophile et Culturiste) which ruled official bodybuilding sport in the World. Since 1947 until 1969 due to efforts of American BOB HOFFMAN (Robert Collins Hoffman, 1898 - 1985) through the F.I.H.C. federation bodybuilding was an officially recognized sport and it was very close to be Olympic. Since 1971 until 1998 F.I.H.C. was replaced by the I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders). If You want real big not recognized anytime anywhere muscle battle – since 1950 You have N.A.B.B.A. (National Amateur Body Building Association). What else a bodybuilder could dream of? Why appeared so many „mickey – mouse“ federations? Let us take as an example Lithuanian Republic. There are representatives of several „mickey – mouse“ federations. They make various festivals and they are proud of this. Where it could lead? To the festivals in other countries? Are they participant bodybuilders or they are „singers and dancers“ of the „song and dance festivals“? What is the official status of these federations? What is official status of their festivals? Really it is not sport.
For example, let us speak of last forty years of the Independent Lithuania Republic. What are the Great Bodybuilding Names of that period? That are the only ones – I.F.B.B. Over All World Champions NATALIJA MURNIKOVIENE, ROLANDAS BUCINSKAS, ROLANDAS POCIUS and OLEG ZUR. Disaster came to this sport when twenty years ago WEIDER brothers JOE and BEN left bodybuilding. All contemporary „World Champions“ can not be compared to any of the mentioned bodybuilders. During the „Weider times“ bodybuilding was sport since 1971 until 1998. It was recognized sport. Now – not! Sport is finished for all times. The above mentioned Lithuanian bodybuilders were representing sport and their achievements were official. Today’s I.F.B.B. “world champions” are of zero value if we speak about sport. The aim of contemporary National I.F.B.B. federation is to go on fooling Ministry of Sport of Lithuania and this way go on receiving governmental money for their activities. And their activities according the I.O.C. official statement already long ago are not sport anymore. Nobody knows the names of today’s “world champions”. Nobody even tries to know.
SHORT HISTORY OF WORLD’S OFFICIAL BODYBUILDING SPORT.
F.I.H.C. was a member of the I.O.C. and it influenced the „U.S.S.R. Sport Ministry“ («Министерство спорта С.С.С.Р.») to set the „U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Federation“ (Comission, «Федерация культуризма С.С.С.Р.») in 1963. The federation was set at the „U.S.S.R. Weightlifting Federation“ («Федерация тяжёлой атлетики С.С.С.Р.»). After 1973 bodybuilding prohibition in the U.S.S.R. and Socialist Countries bodybuilding was prosecuted for twenty years. During this time in the „Western World“ official recognized bodybuilding sport was led by the I.F.B.B. and not recognized bodybuilding activities were ruled by N.A.B.B.A.. at the same time in the Socialist World public U.S.S.R. bodybuilding lived and survived in the Estonian SSR only through „Georg Tenno Memorial“ («Мемориал Георга Тенно», 1971 - 2024) contest organized by INNAR MARDO (Иннар Мардо, 1945 – 2002) and in the Lithuanian SSR only through the „Amber Prix International“ („Gintarinio prizo“ «Янтарный приз», 1968 - 2024) organized by DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. During the prohibition years for political reasons it was not possible to set any International Bodybuilding Organization in the U.S.S.R.. Nevertheless DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS initiated official registration of „Klaipeda Bodybuilding Federation“ („Klaipėdos kultūrizmo federacija“, «Федерация культуризма г. Клайпеда»). It was registered at the governmental „Klaipeda Sport Committee“ („Kūno kultūros ir sporto komitetas“, «Комитет физкультуры и спорта г. Клайпеда»). In all U.S.S.R bodybuilding was prohibited and at the same time in Klaipeda bodybuilding was allowed. For many years „Klaipeda Bodybuilding Federation“ was the only one officially registered bodybuilding federation in the U.S.S.R.. This was the reason that all World‘s Bodybuilding leaders were in touch and correspondence with DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. That were I.F.B.B. President BEN WEIDER, N.A.B.B.A. (National Amateur Body Building Association) Chairman OSCAR HEIDENSTAM and W.A.B.B.A. (World Amateur Body Building Association) President SERGE NUBRET. In 1970 F.I.H.C. General Secretary British OSCAR STATE created the I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders) sport federation in Belgrade (Yugoslavia). Until 1970 I.F.B.B. was just a private commercial company, not sport federation. In 1971 again OSCAR STATE opened doors of G.A.I.S.F. (Global Association of International Sports Federations) to the I.F.B.B.. This way from and after the F.I.H.C. the I.F.B.B. took ruling leadership of the International official sport of bodybuilding. International sport was in shock. Soon in the USA was organized the A.A.U. International Council to stop I.F.B.B. membership in G.A.I.S.F.. I.F.B.B. President BEN WEIDER was present there. He was ready to join the A.A.U. with his new I.F.B.B.. The delegates did not listen to BEN WEIDER and voted not to let him to speak.
Fall of bodybuilding sport started in 1998 when after two years trial I.O.C. refused to recognize the I.F.B.B. federation and bodybuilding sport in general. Bodybuilding was thrown out of the officially recognized sports. Seeing no future WEIDER brothers JOE and BEN sold the I.F.B.B. federation, „Olympia“ contest and all their magazines. In 2008 I.F.B.B. split. I.F.B.B. Vice President PAUL CHUA (Singapore) left the I.F.B.B. of RAFAEL SANTONJA. PAUL CHUA took forty Asia Countries with him. Then PAUL CHUA and the Lower and financist of I.F.B.B. ALEX BAUER published I.F.B.B. juridical and finance documents. There was a big scandal about it. PAUL CHUA and RAFAEL SANTONJA met at International Court of London (UK) where RAFAEL SANTAONJA lost the case. In 2015 I.F.B.B. split again. During N.P.C. (National Physique Committee) professional contest I.F.B.B. President RAFAEL SANTONJA was offended and left America with tears. After this he never came to America again. So after 2015 N.P.C. of JIM MANION came to International Bodybuilding Stage. Since that time because of fierce fight between RAFAEL SANTONJA and JIM MANION bodybuilding sport was finished in total. There is no sport of bodybuilding today any more. Along to this the I.F.B.B. commercial company still goes on working. Nobody is interested in sport – only money... In 2023 G.A.I.S.F. (Global Association of International Sports Federations) was closed and I.F.B.B. lost it‘s last formal officiality. For many years I.F.B.B. propaganda was based only on G.A.I.S.F.. In 2023 W.A.D.A. declared stopping work with I.F.B.B..

I.F.B.B. FINANCES.
During the times of WEIDER brothers JOE and BEN the I.F.B.B. was seeking Olympic (I.O.C.) recognition. The game of money flows between the I.F.B.B. sport federation and the I.F.B.B. commercial company was active. Now this game is not needed any more when bodybuilding is no more recognized sport. The I.F.B.B. crisis of 1990 was gone when many Socialist Countries joined the I.F.B.B.. It was not an ordinary joining. Socialist Countries came with governmental money. During all history of bodybuilding Ministries of Sport of any democratic country never supported financially bodybuilding. The exception was when World‘s bodybuilding sport was led by the F.I.H.C. federation which was I.O.C. member. Another case was when the „U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Federation“( «Федерация культуризма С.С.С.Р.») was set in 1987. Then bodybuilding sport got governmental recognition and governmental money. All other Socialist Countries did the same. Even now when bodybuilding is not sport any more former Socialist Countries use to finance national bodybuilding federations with governmental money. Except this - governmental money still comes to the I.F.B.B. through Asia Countries. Basic reason is that from the old F.I.H.C. times Asia bodybuilding federations are under national weightlifting federations which are I.O.C. members. Only this. There are no more sources of governmental money in the I.F.B.B.. We are sure that when National Sport Ministries will learn the truth about the I.F.B.B. the governmental financing will be stopped. During the last years on national governmental money I.F.B.B. makes comedy „world championships“, like it was in Latvia and Lithuania. Also remember big scandal about the I.F.B.B. Asia Championship in India with 5-6 Countries participating... Some time ago a big scandal was in Ukraine. The Ukraine I.F.B.B. President IGOR DELIJEV (Делиев Игорь) disappeared with five hundred thousand US dollars governmental bodybuilding support. Also let us remember big scandals with the RAFAEL SANTONJA‘s assistant Polish PAWEL FILEBORN.
COLUMBUS IS BACK.
Under the leadership of JIM MANION in 1983 some A.A.U. bodybuilders left the organization. For long years A.A.U. was supported by the USA Sport Ministry and the USA Olympic Committee. In 1983 JIM MANION set his private company N.P.C.. Until that time there was a fierce fight between I.F.B.B. and A.A.U.. In 1983 I.F.B.B. President BEN WEIDER and the owner of the new N.P.C. JIM MANION agreed to divide the bodybuilding world. It was like 1939 agreement between ADOLF HITLER and Communist STALIN. Amateur bodybuilding in the USA went to JIM MANION, the rest of the World went to the G.A.I.S.F. member I.F.B.B. of BEN WEIDER. Professional bodybuilding as a private commercial activity went to JOE WEIDER. He continued his private “Olympia” competition which always had nothing to do with official recognized bodybuilding sport. That was the game of WEIDER brothers. JIM MANION kept his promise and never touched any questions of his agreement with BEN WEIDER. When WEIDER brothers left bodybuilding and passed away JIM MANION changed his mind. In 2015 during a professional contest in the USA I.F.B.B. President RAFAEL SANTONJA was offended and left America forever. So aiming to finish the I.F.B.B. of RAFAEL SANTONJA now N.P.C. goes aggressively through the World.
Today the I.F.B.B. and N.P.C. make many festivals around the World. Yes, festivals, not competitions. Sport is finished and forgotten. N.P.C. play games with „Olympia“ festivals and I.F.B.B. play with „Arnold Classic“ festivals. RAFAEL SANTONJA is hiding behind the name of ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER. These festivals have nothing connected with real recognized sport. We can say they are like “festivals of dancers and singers” but not sport. Fine – if bodybuilders like it. No International Official Sport Organizations see there any sport. No serious Institutions of any Country recognize them as sport. Long ago CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS came to America and used to change various worthless things to real gold with local Indians. Now the N.P.C. and I.F.B.B. festival organizers do the same. Bodybuilders are fooled. They forgot the sport and started being “singers” and “dancers”…
OUTSTANDING SOVIET BODYBUILDING THEORETICS AND PRACTICS.
Analyzing today‘s situation we can underline that the officially recognized „Socialist“ bodybuilding of eighties of the last Century was very close to the International Sport Standards and it could lead bodybuilding even to Olympics. Then bodybuilders thought, made decisions and saw real goals of the future. The movement was based on the theoretical and practical works of the leaders of famous „Vilnius Bodybuilding School“ («Вильнюсская школа культуризма», “Vilniaus kultūrizmo mokykla”) CESLAV TAMULEVIC (Чеслав Тамулевич) and VITALIJ ASOVSKIJ (Виталий Асовский). At that time contest halls were full of spectators. Now nobody goes to watch bodybuilding competitions – they are boring and not interesting. Contemporary bodybuilders can only dream about normal relations with society. Comparing with that mentioned above time even today bodybuilding is at the very primitive level. Joining the „Western“ bodybuilding „Socialist“ bodybuilding lost it‘s identity and nice future and it was eaten by „West“ organizers.
We do not say that bodybuilders are stupid. Bodybuilders do not think and do not see the essence. Look around and start thinking!

2025. INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY ORGANIZES TEACHING EVENTS IN VARIOUS COUNTRIES.
W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Federation works since 1968 (soon all of us will celebrate the 60-th anniversary!). Today the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. unites 141 Country-Members from All Continents and it holds over 60 annual International Events Worldwide.
The W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. International presents a new Global Sport Educational Institution – the INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY (Международный Университет Спорта). The I.S.U. is registered in the E.U. and since 2017 it is an Associated member of U.N.E.S.C.O..

2025. Celebrating sixty years of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International Activities and confronting the coming New Year of 2025 - Congratulating Words of the President W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International DSc. Edmundas Daubaras.
I am proud of all our common work done. It is a pity that pandemia and wars made so many obstacles to do it better.
Closing the year of the 2024 we want to thank all of You for the huge work that was done. We have been working much and achieved good positive results in 2024 again. Today the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International federation unites national organizations of 141 countries that represent all Continents.
Just after the 35-th W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. World Championship in Lithuanian Nida Resort bodybuilders of the Kingdom of Bahrain addressed the International W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. Headquarters. It is already the 141 Country Member of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International.
During the last sixty years of it‘s International activities, W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. presented the highest International Honour Sport Award – the International Honour Gold Medal. Among the World Sport V.I.P. Persons this Award was proudly presented to the President Parliament Austria Professor Alfred Gerstl, Slovakia Prime Minister Vladimir Meciar, Slovakia Prime Minister Robert Fico, the Mecenats Stefan Hrcka (Slovakia) and Jerzy Gotowski (Poland), Kestutis Virketis, Aleksandr Gridin (both Lithuania), and Hollywood Sport Personalities Aleksandr Nevsky (Russia-USA), Sylvester Stallone (USA), Ralf Moller (Germany-USA) and Chuck Norris (USA).
We would like to underline that in 120 years of the World Sport History it was the first time when representing our sport the International President W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. DSc. Edmundas Daubaras visited and worked at the Headquarters of the United Nations in Geneva (Switzerland). Basing on the U.N. our federation knows the way to get out of International bodybuilding crisis and to develop official sport in future.
A number of decades World Fitness Federation (W.F.F. - International) was working together with the World Body Building Federation (W.B.B.F. - International). Until now aims of W.F.F. and W.B.B.F. were common. But now W.F.F. takes the lead and goes ahead. Today W.F.F. surprises the World with it’s innovations and new ideas again. The 2024 International Fitness Congress was held on November 16, 2024 in Klaipeda (Republic Lithuania). Participants of the Congress were International W.F.F. Chairmen, specialists of the new eight fitness activities from biggest cities of Lithuania and Latvia. The new fitness activities were created and spoken over. Working on the new ideas participants underlined the W.F.F. attempts to seek the associated membership at the United Nations, under the supervision of the Ministry of Sport and National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Lithuania joining the W.A.D.A. Anti Doping Code. Participants spoke also basing on the associated membership of U.N.E.S.C.O. (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) the International Sport University (I.S.U.) start preparing specialists and trainers of the news fitness activities. In 2024 developing fitness in the country Chairmen of W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. International had meetings with Mayors of five Cities of the Lithuanian Republic - Klaipeda, Palanga, Nida, Vilkaviskis and Naujoji Akmene. Preliminary steps were made at the 2024 International events in Klaipeda, Nida, Vilkaviskis (Republic Lithuania), Kandava (Republic Latvia) and Parnu (Republic Estonia). The greatest 2025 International happenings will take place in Klaipeda again. That will be the 58-th “Amber Prix International” (“Gintarinis prizas”, «Янтарный приз», 1968 - 2024) and the 36-th World Championship (May 10, 2025). To speak about future goals already on the next day the W.F.F. Chairmen will meet governmental officials in another Lithuanian city of Vilkaviskis.
In May, 2024 being among the delegates at the Parliament Republic Lithuania official representatives of the Republic Estonia – the U.R.K. EESTI KASAKATE UHING S.A. Colonel - General ANDREI GRITSKOV, Colonel - General VASSILI TROFIMOV, ALEKSEJ FILATOV, EVGENIA TOFFERT highly evaluated activities of International W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. For the active social work the Estonians presented DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Order of the „U.R.K. Silver Cross“.
Imagine – we organized so many International Events World Wide! The Official Flag and the Official Himna of the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. International federation were presented at the most important World‘s Events. Especially important to the World‘s official sport were the our sport live history the 57-th „Amber Prix International“ (1968 - 2024, «Янтарный приз», «Gintarinis prizas“), the 35 -th World Amateur and Professional Championships.
No one other International Organization, that represents our sport, can not be proud of so long history of it’s International activities. No one of them has so many Country - Members. No one organizes so many official International events. No one of other organizations seek developing of our sport on official level, but the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F.. They even do not try to do this. To say more – today all International Federations have chosen the commercial way of their development and nearly all of them are private commercial profit companies today, not sport federations.
Especially we were would like to underline tremendous work done by the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International V.I.P. The W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International goes on working on the unbelievable huge unique work – the “World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia” (“Pasaulinė kultūrizmo enciklopedija”, «Энциклопедия всемирного культуризма»). It will be published in various languages. Until now nobody in the World ever dared to do such a tremendous project. We are sure – this way many facts of our one hundred years lasting history, many names of the International organizers and sportsmen will be not forgotten. We plan to issue a book about the “Encyclopedia” in 2025.
In 2016 under the initiative of the W.F.F.-W.B.B.F. International the International Sport University (I.S.U., Tarptautinis sporto universitetas, Международный университет спорта) was established and registered in the European Union. Under the guidance of talanted administrators and scientists now it works successfully. In 2017 the I.S.U. became an Associated member of the U.N.E.S.C.O. organization at the U.N.. Professor of four Universities VASILIJ BESPALENKO and Professor LALIT KUMAR SONI work actively at the International Sports University.
We would like to remember that in 2012 in Vatican through His personal letter the Roman Pope Benedictus XVI (Benedetto XVI) blessed the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International activities.
As we have mentioned above we do not mean “festivals” and various “expo”. We mean only official sport. Representing World‘s Fitness and Bodybuilding Sport the W.F.F. - International and the W.B.B.F. - International are the only ones World Wide Officially Registered International Non Profit Sport Organizations that work well for official sport for so long time. New ideas and tremendous work done for the International Sport make the W.F.F. and W.B.B.F. to be the today’s International Leaders in Bodybuilding and Fitness World Wide. We mean the Official Level. The W.F.F. and W.B.B.F. do not live yesterday’s life. We have lots of new Global Bodybuilding Projects ahead.

WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA.
Today the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International unites 141 Country – Members and organizes nearly 60 annual Amateur and Professional International Events World Wide. Looking from the juridical point of view the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International is no doubt the Real World Bodybuilding Leader.
Crowning it‘s 50 years of International Bodybuilding activities, the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. works on the Unique Global International Bodybuilding Project - the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ («Энциклопедия всемирного культуризма», “Pasaulio kultūrizmo enciklopedija”).
HISTORIC F.I.H.C. BODYBUILDING „MR. UNIVERSE“ CONTESTS.
Since 1947 until 1969 a member of the I.O.C. (International Olympic Committee) International Weightlifting Federation F.I.H.C. (previor F.I.H., Federation Internationale Halterophile) rulled the World‘s official bodybuilding sport and organized International bodybuilding contests. This way for the first time bodybuilding was officially recognized sport since 1947 until 1969. The Over All Champions of the first F.I.H.C. „Mr. Universe“ competitions were pupils of BOB HOFFMAN (Robert Collins Hoffman, 1898-1985) Americans STEVE STANKO (1917 – 1978; 1947 F.I.H.C. „Mr. Universe“ in 1947 in Philadelphia, USA) and JOHN GRIMEK (John Carroll Grimek, 1910-1998; 1948 F.I.H.C. „Mr. Universe“ during the „Olympic Games“ in London, UK).
In 1963 following F.I.H.C. regulations the U.S.S.R. Sport Ministry (Goskomsport, Госкомспорт С.С.С.Р.) set the first in the World‘s sport history International Bodybuilding Organization. International Sport Federation I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders) was established only in 1970 in Belgrade (Yugoslavia).

On May 13, 2024 after 2024 mega International Events in Kandava (Latvia), Parnu (Estonia), Klaipeda and Vilkaviskis (both Lithuania) many International leaders paid official visit to Parliament Republic Lithuania.

In 2007 W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International started awarding Known World Persons with the „International V.I.P. Honour Medals“. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) World Amateur Champion among the Disabled Athletes. It was her famous International Trainer, a former W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. Amateur Champion LILIYA OSIYA (Лилия Осия) who led her to reach such a high goal.

International bodybuilding will be led by the W.B.B.F. (World Body Building Federation).World Fitness Federation it’s activities started with the historic “Amber Prix International” (“Gintarinis prizas”) contest in 1968. For many decades fitness was understood as a part of bodybuilding. Now it is time to separate them and we will do it. Basing on the sixty years of our work we start totally new fitness concept. We seek to make fitness an officially recognized sport. We aim to be Olympic too. You can learn International fitness sport history on Global Site www.wff.lt . FALL OF BODYBUILDING.
Working since 1968 W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International unites today members from 141 Countries. Some time ago Bahrain joined the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. .In difference to other International Bodybuilding Structures under the leadership of W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International seeks recognition of the U.N. (United Nations), I.O.C. (International Olympic Committee) and W.A.D.A. (World Anti Doping Agency). W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. knows the way to reach these goals. Under the basis of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. the International Sport University (I.S.U.) was created in 2015. Since 2017 the I.S.U. university is an associated member of the U.N.E.S.C.O. organization which works under the U.N..
OTHER INTERNATIONAL BODYBUILDING ORGANIZATIONS.
We will not speak about other federations. Concerning real recognized sport their activities are of zero value. Zero... We mean real SPORT and nothing else. Every day appear some new „international federations“... They have never been in real recognized sport and they will never be there. What are the „great“ aims of these federations? Can anybody say? Why these federations live and what they want?
If You want official bodybuilding sport – there was F.I.H.C. (Fédération Internationale Haltérophile et Culturiste) which ruled official bodybuilding sport in the World. Since 1947 until 1969 due to efforts of American BOB HOFFMAN (Robert Collins Hoffman, 1898 - 1985) through the F.I.H.C. federation bodybuilding was an officially recognized sport and it was very close to be Olympic. Since 1971 until 1998 F.I.H.C. was replaced by the I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders). If You want real big not recognized anytime anywhere muscle battle – since 1950 You have N.A.B.B.A. (National Amateur Body Building Association). What else a bodybuilder could dream of? Why appeared so many „mickey – mouse“ federations? Let us take as an example Lithuanian Republic. There are representatives of several „mickey – mouse“ federations. They make various festivals and they are proud of this. Where it could lead? To the festivals in other countries? Are they participant bodybuilders or they are „singers and dancers“ of the „song and dance festivals“? What is the official status of these federations? What is official status of their festivals? Really it is not sport.
For example, let us speak of last forty years of the Independent Lithuania Republic. What are the Great Bodybuilding Names of that period? That are the only ones – I.F.B.B. Over All World Champions NATALIJA MURNIKOVIENE, ROLANDAS BUCINSKAS, ROLANDAS POCIUS and OLEG ZUR. Disaster came to this sport when twenty years ago WEIDER brothers JOE and BEN left bodybuilding. All contemporary „World Champions“ can not be compared to any of the mentioned bodybuilders. During the „Weider times“ bodybuilding was sport since 1971 until 1998. It was recognized sport. Now – not! Sport is finished for all times. The above mentioned Lithuanian bodybuilders were representing sport and their achievements were official. Today’s I.F.B.B. “world champions” are of zero value if we speak about sport. The aim of contemporary National I.F.B.B. federation is to go on fooling Ministry of Sport of Lithuania and this way go on receiving governmental money for their activities. And their activities according the I.O.C. official statement already long ago are not sport anymore. Nobody knows the names of today’s “world champions”. Nobody even tries to know.
SHORT HISTORY OF WORLD’S OFFICIAL BODYBUILDING SPORT.
F.I.H.C. was a member of the I.O.C. and it influenced the „U.S.S.R. Sport Ministry“ («Министерство спорта С.С.С.Р.») to set the „U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Federation“ (Comission, «Федерация культуризма С.С.С.Р.») in 1963. The federation was set at the „U.S.S.R. Weightlifting Federation“ («Федерация тяжёлой атлетики С.С.С.Р.»). After 1973 bodybuilding prohibition in the U.S.S.R. and Socialist Countries bodybuilding was prosecuted for twenty years. During this time in the „Western World“ official recognized bodybuilding sport was led by the I.F.B.B. and not recognized bodybuilding activities were ruled by N.A.B.B.A.. at the same time in the Socialist World public U.S.S.R. bodybuilding lived and survived in the Estonian SSR only through „Georg Tenno Memorial“ («Мемориал Георга Тенно», 1971 - 2024) contest organized by INNAR MARDO (Иннар Мардо, 1945 – 2002) and in the Lithuanian SSR only through the „Amber Prix International“ („Gintarinio prizo“ «Янтарный приз», 1968 - 2024) organized by DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. During the prohibition years for political reasons it was not possible to set any International Bodybuilding Organization in the U.S.S.R.. Nevertheless DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS initiated official registration of „Klaipeda Bodybuilding Federation“ („Klaipėdos kultūrizmo federacija“, «Федерация культуризма г. Клайпеда»). It was registered at the governmental „Klaipeda Sport Committee“ („Kūno kultūros ir sporto komitetas“, «Комитет физкультуры и спорта г. Клайпеда»). In all U.S.S.R bodybuilding was prohibited and at the same time in Klaipeda bodybuilding was allowed. For many years „Klaipeda Bodybuilding Federation“ was the only one officially registered bodybuilding federation in the U.S.S.R.. This was the reason that all World‘s Bodybuilding leaders were in touch and correspondence with DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. That were I.F.B.B. President BEN WEIDER, N.A.B.B.A. (National Amateur Body Building Association) Chairman OSCAR HEIDENSTAM and W.A.B.B.A. (World Amateur Body Building Association) President SERGE NUBRET. In 1970 F.I.H.C. General Secretary British OSCAR STATE created the I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders) sport federation in Belgrade (Yugoslavia). Until 1970 I.F.B.B. was just a private commercial company, not sport federation. In 1971 again OSCAR STATE opened doors of G.A.I.S.F. (Global Association of International Sports Federations) to the I.F.B.B.. This way from and after the F.I.H.C. the I.F.B.B. took ruling leadership of the International official sport of bodybuilding. International sport was in shock. Soon in the USA was organized the A.A.U. International Council to stop I.F.B.B. membership in G.A.I.S.F.. I.F.B.B. President BEN WEIDER was present there. He was ready to join the A.A.U. with his new I.F.B.B.. The delegates did not listen to BEN WEIDER and voted not to let him to speak.
Fall of bodybuilding sport started in 1998 when after two years trial I.O.C. refused to recognize the I.F.B.B. federation and bodybuilding sport in general. Bodybuilding was thrown out of the officially recognized sports. Seeing no future WEIDER brothers JOE and BEN sold the I.F.B.B. federation, „Olympia“ contest and all their magazines. In 2008 I.F.B.B. split. I.F.B.B. Vice President PAUL CHUA (Singapore) left the I.F.B.B. of RAFAEL SANTONJA. PAUL CHUA took forty Asia Countries with him. Then PAUL CHUA and the Lower and financist of I.F.B.B. ALEX BAUER published I.F.B.B. juridical and finance documents. There was a big scandal about it. PAUL CHUA and RAFAEL SANTONJA met at International Court of London (UK) where RAFAEL SANTAONJA lost the case. In 2015 I.F.B.B. split again. During N.P.C. (National Physique Committee) professional contest I.F.B.B. President RAFAEL SANTONJA was offended and left America with tears. After this he never came to America again. So after 2015 N.P.C. of JIM MANION came to International Bodybuilding Stage. Since that time because of fierce fight between RAFAEL SANTONJA and JIM MANION bodybuilding sport was finished in total. There is no sport of bodybuilding today any more. Along to this the I.F.B.B. commercial company still goes on working. Nobody is interested in sport – only money... In 2023 G.A.I.S.F. (Global Association of International Sports Federations) was closed and I.F.B.B. lost it‘s last formal officiality. For many years I.F.B.B. propaganda was based only on G.A.I.S.F.. In 2023 W.A.D.A. declared stopping work with I.F.B.B..

I.F.B.B. FINANCES.
During the times of WEIDER brothers JOE and BEN the I.F.B.B. was seeking Olympic (I.O.C.) recognition. The game of money flows between the I.F.B.B. sport federation and the I.F.B.B. commercial company was active. Now this game is not needed any more when bodybuilding is no more recognized sport. The I.F.B.B. crisis of 1990 was gone when many Socialist Countries joined the I.F.B.B.. It was not an ordinary joining. Socialist Countries came with governmental money. During all history of bodybuilding Ministries of Sport of any democratic country never supported financially bodybuilding. The exception was when World‘s bodybuilding sport was led by the F.I.H.C. federation which was I.O.C. member. Another case was when the „U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Federation“( «Федерация культуризма С.С.С.Р.») was set in 1987. Then bodybuilding sport got governmental recognition and governmental money. All other Socialist Countries did the same. Even now when bodybuilding is not sport any more former Socialist Countries use to finance national bodybuilding federations with governmental money. Except this - governmental money still comes to the I.F.B.B. through Asia Countries. Basic reason is that from the old F.I.H.C. times Asia bodybuilding federations are under national weightlifting federations which are I.O.C. members. Only this. There are no more sources of governmental money in the I.F.B.B.. We are sure that when National Sport Ministries will learn the truth about the I.F.B.B. the governmental financing will be stopped. During the last years on national governmental money I.F.B.B. makes comedy „world championships“, like it was in Latvia and Lithuania. Also remember big scandal about the I.F.B.B. Asia Championship in India with 5-6 Countries participating... Some time ago a big scandal was in Ukraine. The Ukraine I.F.B.B. President IGOR DELIJEV (Делиев Игорь) disappeared with five hundred thousand US dollars governmental bodybuilding support. Also let us remember big scandals with the RAFAEL SANTONJA‘s assistant Polish PAWEL FILEBORN.
COLUMBUS IS BACK.
Under the leadership of JIM MANION in 1983 some A.A.U. bodybuilders left the organization. For long years A.A.U. was supported by the USA Sport Ministry and the USA Olympic Committee. In 1983 JIM MANION set his private company N.P.C.. Until that time there was a fierce fight between I.F.B.B. and A.A.U.. In 1983 I.F.B.B. President BEN WEIDER and the owner of the new N.P.C. JIM MANION agreed to divide the bodybuilding world. It was like 1939 agreement between ADOLF HITLER and Communist STALIN. Amateur bodybuilding in the USA went to JIM MANION, the rest of the World went to the G.A.I.S.F. member I.F.B.B. of BEN WEIDER. Professional bodybuilding as a private commercial activity went to JOE WEIDER. He continued his private “Olympia” competition which always had nothing to do with official recognized bodybuilding sport. That was the game of WEIDER brothers. JIM MANION kept his promise and never touched any questions of his agreement with BEN WEIDER. When WEIDER brothers left bodybuilding and passed away JIM MANION changed his mind. In 2015 during a professional contest in the USA I.F.B.B. President RAFAEL SANTONJA was offended and left America forever. So aiming to finish the I.F.B.B. of RAFAEL SANTONJA now N.P.C. goes aggressively through the World.
Today the I.F.B.B. and N.P.C. make many festivals around the World. Yes, festivals, not competitions. Sport is finished and forgotten. N.P.C. play games with „Olympia“ festivals and I.F.B.B. play with „Arnold Classic“ festivals. RAFAEL SANTONJA is hiding behind the name of ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER. These festivals have nothing connected with real recognized sport. We can say they are like “festivals of dancers and singers” but not sport. Fine – if bodybuilders like it. No International Official Sport Organizations see there any sport. No serious Institutions of any Country recognize them as sport. Long ago CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS came to America and used to change various worthless things to real gold with local Indians. Now the N.P.C. and I.F.B.B. festival organizers do the same. Bodybuilders are fooled. They forgot the sport and started being “singers” and “dancers”…
OUTSTANDING SOVIET BODYBUILDING THEORETICS AND PRACTICS.
Analyzing today‘s situation we can underline that the officially recognized „Socialist“ bodybuilding of eighties of the last Century was very close to the International Sport Standards and it could lead bodybuilding even to Olympics. Then bodybuilders thought, made decisions and saw real goals of the future. The movement was based on the theoretical and practical works of the leaders of famous „Vilnius Bodybuilding School“ («Вильнюсская школа культуризма», “Vilniaus kultūrizmo mokykla”) CESLAV TAMULEVIC (Чеслав Тамулевич) and VITALIJ ASOVSKIJ (Виталий Асовский). At that time contest halls were full of spectators. Now nobody goes to watch bodybuilding competitions – they are boring and not interesting. Contemporary bodybuilders can only dream about normal relations with society. Comparing with that mentioned above time even today bodybuilding is at the very primitive level. Joining the „Western“ bodybuilding „Socialist“ bodybuilding lost it‘s identity and nice future and it was eaten by „West“ organizers.
We do not say that bodybuilders are stupid. Bodybuilders do not think and do not see the essence. Look around and start thinking!
