After 2009 IFBB - International Federation of Body Builders - split, Vice President IFBB International PAUL CHUA (Singapore) and President IFBB Austria and Lower IFBB International ALEX BAUER presented for the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Headquartres over 600 IFBB juridic documents and asked to publish them on the International Internet Site www.wff.lt . To study so many documents takes a lot of time. We published some of them before, but after a lot of reguests from bodybuilders of many countries it should be done once again. STEP 1. JURIDIC REGISTRATION
This is the real IFBB private Company Registration Certificate and the document of the USA Bodybuilding Legend DAN LURIE and attorney of Law ADAM ATLAS showing that in 1969 three real owners (shareholders) of the IFBB company, all from Canada: BEN WEIDER, REIMOND CREPAULT and JAGUELINE ROY. It also shows that until 1969 IFBB has been never registered oficcally by Law.

1. The below letter from ALEX BAUER to contemporary Owner of the IFBB commercial company RAFAEL SANTONJA proves, that 2004 - 2007 IFBB declarations for Canada (Quebec) government were signed by DIANE GIROUX, KIM VU, LUC AUTET. I am sere the Bodybuilding World knows very well all these persons, who rule the IFBB...
2. Though the Ownership of the IFBB company was tranfered from Canada to Spain (from BEN WEIDER to RAFAEL SANTONJA), the official juridic address remained the same, the Canadian one. 3.
3. The very important juridical document of resighning of BEN WEIDER and appointing RAFAEL SANTONJA was signed by PAMELA KAGAN. How it could be? Maybe some IFBB documents were sighned by some passer-by of the street?

This year 2009 Rafael blundered and acted in a dictatorial manner and used his power of Article 20.1 mercilessly attacking and punishing federation and loyal members of the IFBB. We curse at this man for his unbecoming behaviour and unbecoming attitude. He will pay a price or members of his family may get the curse, he cannot escape God's wrath.
1. He cancelled the Championships in Dubai, U.A.E. this year by postal votes (actually it was unilateral) but he said that it was done by postal votes; Why because he will look like a toy compared to Mr. Osama the champion of bodybuilders for Asia.
2. For not communicating with Rafael, Datuk Paul Chua was removed as the Executive Assistant? This is the most stupid reason given.
3. He suspended Datuk Paul Chua the man who served loyally and faithfully to the late Ben Weider in Asia for over 38 years. He used the doping incidents of the Hongkong Bodybuilders as a pretext to remove him. I understand Chua does not care anymore about the IFBB, he will not associate with these dirty rats.
4. He suspended Mr. Simon Chan, the Chairman of the ABBF Judges' Committee by holding a special meeting with all his YES-MEN ?
5. He suspended ABBF and its Executive Members for not obeying Rafael the dictator. His Executive Assistant happily announced in Arabic about this decision but he does not know the back-lash of the Asians. They underestimated the Asians pride.
6. We guess the next head to roll will be Mr. Axel Bauer for boldly speaking and exposing Rafael's crooked ways and the IFBB Corporation and their business empire???
I urge ABBF not to be a member of the so called "IFBB SPAIN" operating under the business corporation. You should not support the IFBB because it has many dirt's to clear.
You should read the emails which I sent to you: Mr. Axel Bauer asked many questions about their accounts, registration number etc. etc. but Rafael did not respond. Why is he hiding and avoiding all the questions from Mr. Bauer? IF THE IFBB IS CLEAN WHY NOT SUBMIT ALL THE INFORMATION AND CLEAR THE STORY OF SUSPICION ONCE AND FOR ALL».

More and more question appeared from the IFBB member to RAFAEL SANTONJA, who became the IFBB President in a very hard to explain way. IFBB members asked about the IFBB finances, activities, the difference from IFBB privete Company in Canada, IFBB private Company in Spain and Spanish commercial firms of RAFAEL SANTONJA. They asked why the IFBB International documents were without signatures, why everything was so secret. Then RAFAEL SANTONJA tried to explain the situation to the General Secretary and Lower IFBB International, President IFBB Austria ALEX BAUER. STEP 9. IFBB REGULARLY VIOLATES WADA RULES.
During the last twenty years owners of the IFBB commercial company declare their priorities over other federations due to the IFBB anti doping Contract with WADA. Sometimes it sounds like absurd. It irritates other federations, which know the IFBB real situation to be very different from thet in the declarations.
The documents below prove the false declarations of IFBB. They show that among suspected to manipulate with doping are even the wife of RAFAEL SANTONJA and a high IFBB International Officer and President National federation IFBB Poland PAWEL FILEBORN. Some of the mentioned facts are:
- IFBB takes 30 doping test samples at the contest for doping control and present for WADA only 15;
- IFBB hides doping control results from IFBB members and International sport society;
- For the selected athletes, who received „live“ disqualification for multiple positive doping results, IFBB gives minimal simbolic punnishment;
- A high IFBB International Officer and the National president federation IFBB Poland PAWEL FILEBORN is in under long lasting court trial. The sportsmen accuse PAWEL FILEBORN selling for bodybuilders definite „doping usage“ programmes for 1 000 US dollars and offering for the sportsmen, caught with doping at the contests, to escape the punnishments for 10 000 US dollars;
- IFBB is hiding cases, when it‘s young sportsmen were dead;
- At IFBB contests were some cases, when total National teams were caught using doping (for example, Russia, Czech);
- National team Egypt is the real World‘s doping leader. Though it has constant doping problems, the IFBB always praise it. Last case was in Thailand, when 8 of 9 Egypt bodybuilders left the contest for this reasons;
- Forgetting about WADA very often there is no doping control at IFBB competitions, including the highest level.
- That were main reasons, that IOC refused to recognize and support IFBB. It was the reason, that the „World games“ and „Asia games“ „deleted“ IFBB from their members.
