W dniu 12/06/2013 odbyło się uroczyste wręczenie tytułu Honorowego Doktora Nauk Ścisłych.
Tytuł ten został wręczony Panu Edmundas DAUBARAS jest on Międzynarodowym Prezydentem Federacji WFF - WBBF (Światowa Federacja Fitness ,Światowa Federacja Kulturystyki).Dla samego Pana Prezydenta była to ogromna niespodzianka po otrzymaniu tej informacja, ponieważ już w miesiącu kwietniu został wykonany telefon z tego właśnie uniwersytetu do siedziby głównej Międzynarodowej Federacji z przekazaniem,powiedzmy tajemnicy iż procedura związana z wszystkimi potrzebnymi formalnościami została już uruchomiona,i pozostało tylko czekać na oficjalne zaproszenie by móc przybyć do Lwowa i odebrać ten tytuł.
Historia tego uniwersytetu rozpoczęły się w 1788 roku,i to właśnie ten uniwersytet po ocenie prac jakie zostały wykonanych przez Pana Edmundas DAUBARAS nad rozwojem sportu jakim jest kulturystyka i fitness, postanowił wręczyć mu tytuł Honorowego Doktora Nauk Ścisłych(Doctor Honoris Causa, Doktor Nauk, DSC )jest to najwyższy stopień naukowy.

LVOV – LEOPOLIS - THE LION CITY.
On June, 2013 the International President of the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS payed the Official Visit to the Ukraine City Lvov.
Having beautiful historic background and nice history rich with the original architectual monuments and buildings Lvov with it‘s 800 000 Cityzen is a real old European City.
Coming to Lvov the President WFF-WBBF International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was respectfully met by the Lvov City Official Representatives and who followed him to the best ancient Lvov City „Leopolis“ Hotel Appartments.

MAJOR CITY LVOV ANDREJ SADOVYJ.
During the first day of the Official Visit to the City Lvov the President WFF-WBBF International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS at the Municipal Lvov City Headquarters had the Official Meeting with the City Major ANDREJ SADOVYJ (голова львовской городской рады Андрiй Садовий).
Also at the meeting were present the Chairman Administration City Lvov ANDRIJ MOSKALENKO (Андрiй Москаленко), the Chairman of the City Social and Sport Affairs, the Chairman of the City Foreign Affiars and the President WFF-WBBF Region West Ukraine VASILIJ BESPALENKO.
The questions of the common future work in total fitness and Professional sport were spoken over and the preparation of the huge WFF-WBBF International Event in the City of Lvov started.

At the Lvov City Stavropigion University Honour Ceremony were present many High Representatives of Science, among them the Rector Lvov Stavropigion University, Vice President UNESCO Programm Centre Professor JAROSLAV KMIT (Ярослав Кмiт), the Rector Moscow University and Academic of the International Academy of Euroasia, Academic Science Academy High Scools Ukraine, Professor VIKTOR IDZIO (Вiктор Iдзьо).

FIRST BODYBUILDING AND FITNESS UNIVERSITY CAPHEDRA.
During the Lvov City Stavropigion University Science Council meeting the Lvov City Stavropigion University presented to the President WFF-WBBF International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Honorable Academic „University Science Doctor‘s“ Degree (Doctor Honoris Causa, Doctor of Sciences, DSc).
Also during the Lvov City Stavropigion University Science Council meeting was announced that the Lvov City Stavropigion University Bodybuilding and Fitness Caphedra was been established.
Then the President WFF-WBBF Region West Ukraine VASILIJ BESPALENKO was appointed to lead the Lvov City Stavropigion University Bodybuilding and Fitness Caphedra.
VASILIJ BESPALENKO is the first known Ukraine participating Internatiional Bodybuilding Athlete (from 1973). During the prohibition of bodybuilding sport in the Socialist Countries VASILIJ BESPALENKO was brave enough to come to Klaipeda (Lithuania) and participate at the Worlds Oldest Traditional Bodybuilding „Amber Prix International“ Contests (1968-2013) that were regularly organized by EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. At those times the „Amber Prix International“ Competitions were the unofficial Bodybuilding Championship of the USSR and the World Championship of the Socialist Countries as well in fact. And this fact was officially recognized by the USSR Sport Ministry (Goskomsport) when later the USSR Sport Ministry started to present the Highest „USSR Sport Master“ Degrees for the „Amber Prix International“ Champions.
When the times of bodybuilding prohibition in the Socialist Countries were over the above mentioned Ukrainian VASILIJ BESPALENKO was the first Official President National Bodybuilding Federation Ukraine, recognized by Ukraine State Sport Ministry (1986-1990).
From now led by VASILIJ BESPALENKO the Lvov City Stavropigion University Bodybuilding and Fitness Caphedra will prepare highest level Bodybuilding and Fitness trainers and teachers for the Ukraine State.

THE START.
During the life nearly everybody somehow is connected with Bodybuilding and Fitness.
Being the World‘s leader of the Official Sport of Bodybuilding and Fitness the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Federation is working over the Article-revue of the World‘s Bodybuilding Sport. The International Bodybuilding Organizations and the Countries that were and still are really important for the Official International Bodybuilding Sport will be covered in this Article. You know that many of so called „International federations“ just fool the public as they are not official and play no role for the Official Sport in real.

ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MODERN BODYBUILDING
Crowning it‘s 50 years of International Bodybuilding activities, the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) works on the unique Global Bodybuilding Project - the „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“ («Энциклопедия современного культуризма»). Until now nuobody even tried to work on such a huge Project. To be frank, only few people can do it. There were attempts to name some works „Encyclopedia“ too, but that were not Encyclopedias of Bodybuilding Sport in real (as Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s „Encyclopedia“ written about himself in person mostly). Every Encyclopedia covers much wider things.
The above mentioned Article-revue is based on the same things as the „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“.

The Highest International Recognition of a Lifetime of Achievement
In June 2013, Edmundas Daubaras, President of the World Fitness Federation (W.F.F.) and the World Body Building Federation (W.B.B.F.), paid an official visit to the city of Lviv, Ukraine.
Lviv, one of Eastern Europe's oldest cities, is renowned for its rich history, remarkable architectural heritage, and long-standing academic traditions. It was in this distinguished setting that an event of special significance took place—one recognizing Edmundas Daubaras' decades of international leadership and achievement.
Upon his arrival, the President of the W.F.F.–W.B.B.F. was officially welcomed by a delegation of the City of Lviv, which escorted him to the apartments of the prestigious Leopol Hotel.
The highlight of the visit was the solemn ceremony held at Lviv Stavropigion University, one of Ukraine's oldest institutions of higher education, whose origins date back to 1788. In recognition of more than three decades of outstanding international organizational, sporting, and public activity, the University's Academic Council conferred upon Edmundas Daubaras the honorary academic title of Doctor Honoris Causa (Doctor of Sciences, D.Sc.).
This distinction is among the highest academic honors awarded in recognition of exceptional contributions to society, international cooperation, science, sport, and culture.
The ceremony was attended by distinguished representatives of the academic community from Ukraine and neighboring countries. Among them were Professor Dr. Yaroslav Kmit (Ярослав Кміт), Rector of Lviv Stavropigion University and Vice President of the International UNESCO Programs Implementation Center, as well as Professor Viktor Idzio (Віктор Ідзьо), Rector of Moscow University, Academician of the International Eurasian Academy, and Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Ukraine, together with many other prominent scholars.
The honorary doctorate awarded to Edmundas Daubaras represented far more than personal recognition. It became an international acknowledgment of the global W.F.F.–W.B.B.F. movement, to whose development and worldwide expansion he devoted a substantial part of his life. Over the years, the organization united dozens of countries, organized numerous international championships, and established close cooperation with academic institutions, public organizations, and governmental bodies throughout the world.
