At the same time OLEG AKOPOV went on official visit to Dubai as WFF-WBBF International plans federation International events in Dubai in 2019. In the nearest future our Malaysia, Iran and India officials will assist him in his work.

(International Sport University) Rector and also the Vice President „Regina Cancer Welfare Society International“ DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS G.S.St.S for his International Social Activities was awarded with highest Poland historic „Order of St. Stanislaw“. This Order was set in 1765 by the last King of the Zecpospolita STANISLAW AUGUST PONIATOWSKI to honour the St. Stanislaw (Order Świętego Stanisława Biskupa i Męczennika ustanowiony został 7 maja 1765 przez króla Stanisława Augusta Poniatowskiego).
HIGH UKRAINE HONOUR ORDER AWARD.
In 2018 for the active International social work the WFF-WBBF International President and the I.S.U. Rector DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was awarded with the “Order of Ukraine Getman Ivan Sulima” (Орден “Гетьман Украiни Iван Сулима“). The Honour Ceremony took place at the basic Lvov Greek-Catholic Church.

LITHUANIA HOLDS INTERNATIONAL FITNESS AND BODYBUILDING TRAINERS AND WELLNESS COACH SEMINAR.
2019 Seminar will be held in the Lithuanian Klaipeda City „Ibis Styles Klaipeda Aurora“ Hotel (Nemuno Str. 51) Conference Hall on January 27 (Sunday). The usual International Trainer‘s Seminar will be held by the in European Union registered International Sport University (I.S.U.) that is recognized by the UNESCO at the UN and under support of the WFF-WBBF-WPSF International.
The programme of the Seminar will be more wide as the usual seminar questions and it was added with a number of specific food and diet subtilities.
UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL TRAINER‘S CERTIFICATE.
According to the registered ISU University Programme and the USU Statute the Seminar attendants for one year time will receive the International Trainer‘s Certificate with the qualification – Fitness and Bodybuilding and Powerlifting Trainer and Wellness Coach.
SEMINAR ACADEMIC HOURS WILL BE ACCEPTED TO PROLONG TRAINER‘S LICENSES.
For a number of seminar attendants is important, that our seminar academic hours will be accepted to prolong trainer‘s licenses which were given to trainers by other Governmental or Social Institutions before.

2019. INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY AND WFF-WBBF-WPSF NEWS.
ISU CHAIRMEN WILL PAY OFFICIAL VISIT TO UKRAINE.
On February, 2019 the Heads of the International Sport University (I.S.U.) led by the ISU Rector DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and the Director of the ISU teaching programmes LALIT SONI will pay official visit to Ukraine.
WORK PLANNED.
During the official visit the meetings with the Rector of the oldest Ukraine University Professor DSc. YAROSLAV KMIT (профессор Др. ЯРОСЛАВ КМИТ) and the Rector of the East Europe Institute VIKTOR IDZIO (Віктор Ідзьо) will be organized.
The preliminary work will be done by the Professor of four Ukraine Universities VASILIJ BESPALENKO (профессор четырёх украинских университетов ВАСИЛЬ БЕСПАЛЕНКО).
INTERNATIONAL STUDIES.
In autumn 2019 the ISU plans to start in various languages University studies in Ukraine. In the coming studines will take part specialists and students of various countries.

2018. UNIQUE RECORD – PROFESSOR VASILIJ BESPALENKO PARTICIPATES 40 YEARS IN A ROW.
REMEMBER BODYBUILDING LEGENDS. GET TO KNOW WORLD BODYBUILDING HISTORY.
The 2017 was an extraordinary year for the World Bodybuilding. In 2017 the International Sport Society celebrated the World‘s Oldest Historic Traditional Bodybuilding Contest „Amber Prix International“ (международный турнир „Янтарный приз», tarptautinis “Gintarinio prizo” turnyras) 50-th anniversary (1968-2017).
In 2017 the International Sport Society celebrated the 120-th anniversary of the first bodybuilding contest ever (held in 1898 in England and Russia). Also in 1898 in England the first Bodybuilding „Health and Strenght“ Magazine has been started to issue and it is issued until now by ROY EDWARDS (UK).
In 2017 the International Sport Society celebrated the 90-th anniversary of female fitness sport. It is connected with the famous BRONE‘s DUBAR regular trainings and participation in the New York City in 1927 - 1930. We are glad to state that the Americans started collecting additional historic information about BRONE DUBAR for the coming „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“. Historically BRONE DUBAR with her family emigrated from Lithuania to the US right before the First World War.
WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA.
Crowning it‘s 50 years of International Bodybuilding activities, the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) works on the unique Global Bodybuilding Project - the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ («Энциклопедия мирового культуризма», “Pasaulio kultūrizmo enciklopedija”). The Encyclopedia Project works are led by the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS.
Until now nobody even tried to work on such a huge International Project. To be frank, only few people can do it. There were attempts to name some works „Encyclopedia“ too, but that were not Encyclopedias of Bodybuilding Sport in real (for example, as Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s „Encyclopedia“ which he has written about himself in person mostly). Every Encyclopedia covers much wider basic things.
Our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ is based on the fivety years collected Archives of the WFF-WBBF International, the Archivic Documents were presented to us by the Owner and the President of WABBA (World Amateur Body Building Association) SERGE NUBRET (France), the Heads of the UK Public Club NABBA (National Amateur Body Building Association) OSCAR HEIDENSTAM (England) and IVAN DUNBAR (Ireland), the Owners and Heads of the IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) Commercial Company BEN WEIDER (Canada), PAUL CHUA (Singapore), ALEX BAUER (Austria) and JOSE PARDO HIDALGO (Spain).
Starting with EUGENE SANDOW our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ covers the period of over 120 years time. It presents over 9000 known International Bodybuilding Sport personalities who were very important for the World Bodybuilding Sport during the last Century. Important - all these 9000 Bodybuilding Persons are representing all historically known traditional International Bodybuilding Federations.
Our „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ will be published in various popular languages.
WORLD BODYBUILDING LEGEND – PROFESSOR VASILIJ BESPALENKO.
Ukraine Bodybuilding Legend Professor VASILIJ BESPALENKO (профессор Василий Беспаленко, Lvov) takes a high place in the prestigeous World Ranking List among over eight thousand bodybuilders covering the period of time over one hundred twenty years.
Professor VASILIJ BESPALENKO is the World‘s Oldest Historic Bodybuilding Traditional „Amber Prix International“ („Gintarinis prizas“, „Янтарный приз», 1968-2017) Contest Champion, World and Europe Champion, multiple National Champion Ukraine.
We should underline the unique bodybuilding sport record. Professor VASILIJ BESPALENKO started particiapting at the 1970 „Amber Prix International“ in Klaipeda (Lithuania) and participates until now.
HONOUR PROFESSOR OF UNIVERSITY.
On March 30, 2017 the oldest University of the Republic Ukraine – the Stavropigion University - represented by it’s Rector Professor DSc. JAROSLAV KMIT (Ярослав Кмiт), presented the “Honour Professor” degree for the lecturer of four universities VASILIJ BESPALENKO. VASILIJ BESPALENKO is the pioneer of bodybuilding in Ukraine, a famous athlete and organizer. At the moment VASILIJ BESPALENKO works as the National President WFF-WBBF Ukraine.

2018. INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT VISITED THAILAND.
ASIA CONGRESS PLANS 2019 INTERNATIONAL EVENTS.
In November, 2018 to set the actual working questions of the International Events the International President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS visited Thailand. The arranged progamme of the visit was very wide.

Preparing the Professional Asia Championship a number of Official meetings with Sport Leaders, Organizers, Sponsors and Supporters were made. Also the International press conference was arranged.
ASIA CONGRESS.On November 24, 2018 the Asia Congress was organized in Pattaya. At the congress the folowing countries were represented: Pakistan, Iran, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Cambodia. The congress decided to organize official International events in the next Asia countries in 2019 – China, India, Thailand and Malaysia:

HISTORIC THIRD BRICS CHAMPIONSHIP.
AGAIN LITHUANIA HOSTS THE BRICS EVENT.
During the 2015 International WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) Congress in presence of the Official Representative of BRICS was decided to organize the first BRICS Championship in 2016. BRICS is the acronym for an association of five major emerging national economies: Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
The third BRICS Championship was held together with the 29-th WFF-WBBF World AM and Pro Championships in Lithuania (October 19-22, 2018, City Kaunas).

ASIA CONGRESS PLANS 2019 INTERNATIONAL EVENTS.
In November, 2018 to set the actual working questions of the International Events the International President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS visited Thailand. The arranged progamme of the visit was very wide.

Preparing the Professional Asia Championship a number of Official meetings with Sport Leaders, Organizers, Sponsors and Supporters were made. Also the International press conference was arranged.
ASIA CONGRESS.On November 24, 2018 the Asia Congress was organized in Pattaya. At the congress the folowing countries were represented: Pakistan, Iran, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Cambodia. The congress decided to organize official International events in the next Asia countries in 2019 – China, India, Thailand and Malaysia:

CZECH AND SLOVAK BODYBUILDING. ANALYTICAL REVUE.
(Continuation of the previous Article)
ONE MORE STEP AGAINST COMMUNIST REGIME. WE FIGHTED TO SAVE BODYBUILDING AND THIS WAY BECAME DISIDENTS.
The first great victory against the political Communist Regime during the time of prohibition and prosecution of bodybuilding sport in the Socialist Countries was achieved in 1977 by personal efforts and personal risk of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS wrote a pettition and collected signatures of famnous people. Then he went to Moscow and addressed the Communist Party headquarters and main USSR newspapers. After a dialoque the USSR political power gave DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the unique exceptional permittion to organize anual bodybuilding contest „Amber Prix International“ in Klaipeda, Lithuania.
That were the exact activities and actions of the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS which during his Official Visit to the Vatican Administration were named by the Vatican Congregat Prefect J. Em. JOZEF KARDINAL TOMKO as the „dissident“ actions against the political Communist Regime (2011).
For this work done the Vatican Congregat Prefect J. Em. JOZEF KARDINAL TOMKO presented the Vatican Pontific Medal (Medaglia Ufficiale di Pontificato di Sua Santita Benedetto XVI) to the International President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS (Headquarters State Vatican, Cita del Vaticano, March 29, 2011). More information and documents about all these matters are published in various languages in the International Magazines „Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding“ («Спортивный фитнес и культуризм», “Sportinis fitnesas ir kultūrizmas”) and on the International Web Site www.wff.lt, read Articles on the main page and forum topics „World Bodybuilding History. In 1977 already for the second time in a row DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS went to work in Czechoslovakia for two months again. After the first real political victory to organize „Amber Prix International“ was achieved, DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS went to Prague with another unbelievable brave International idea that did not corresponded with the political Communist Regime politics again. During the time of bodybuilding prohibition DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS set a plan to organize International Bodybuilding Competition between USSR and Czechoslovakia National Bodybuilding Teams. Thet was the unbelievable brave and fantastic idea. First the contest should be organized in Klaipeda (Lithuania) and after in Prague. The USSR and Lithuania Official Sport Stuff did not support DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. Even more, they wanted to stop and thretenned him. But the big wish of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to do good for the bodybuilding sport was very big and he dared to go on.
Then in Prague were organized a number of mutual meetings of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and the President Czechoslovakia National Bodybuilding Federation VOJTECH FIALA and his assistant IVAN MACH. After this all of them met the Chairman of the Ministry Sport Czechoslovakia. During these meetings were set and spoken all details to fulfil the International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS idea.
It was very good that Czechoslovacs were positive towards DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS International plans as the Czechoslovakia bodybuilding was on the same way as the prohibited USSR and Lithuania sport. All of us had to behave brave in order to get the positive results in standing against the bodybuilding sport enemies we had to use not standard methods.
Nobody of the Bodybuilding Sport Leaders believed in success, but DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS won again. It was the second time DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS managed to make the Political Communist Regime Officials (not the Official Sport officials who were afrayed to move!!!) to beleive of the necessity of the International Sport Cooperation between the Socialist Countries. In Bodybuilding as well. Especially it was about the Czechoslovakia Republic which was right after the 1968 unsuccessfull anti – Communist Revolution. The polititians a little changed DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS palns and suggested to organize the first International Bodybuilding Event in Czechoslovakia Prague and only after this in Klaipeda. But that was not so important . We won again!
Step by step DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS received for all top USSR Bodybuilders personal invitations to participate in Prague in 1978. During the years the best bodybuilders of the USSR were the Lithuanian ones and that made DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS contest preparation work much easier. It seemed that it is the time to make the last finishing touches... Unfortunatelly some bad sides of the human being appeared – the envy. The USSR and Lithuania Bodybuilding Leaders who were afrayed to support DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS initiatives and works before, now they could not stand the success of the coming International Project. They wrote blackmailing letters to the Political Police. And their intriques and activites ruined the plans and all the hard work done went to zero. Later on the same USSR Bodybuilding Officials many times did the same „devils“work - they offended and blackmailed their collegues. It had happened during the first visits of the Owner and the President of the IFBB Commercial Company BEN WEIDER to the USSR (1974 and 1987). They organized International intriques about the Over All „Amber Prix International“ Champion OLEV ANNUS (Estonia, 1981). They organized International intriques about the Over All „Amber Prix International“ Champions ROLANDAS BUCINSKAS and JURUJ GUSEV (Lithuania, 1980-1981). They organized International intriques about the Over All „Amber Prix International“ Champions VIKTORAS JUCYS and SAULIUS MISEVICIUS (Lithuania, 1988). End a number of more similar facts...
