On June, 2013 the International President of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS paid the Official Visit to the Ukraine City Lvov.
Having beautiful historic background and nice history rich with the original architectural monuments and buildings Lvov with it‘s 800 000 Citizen is a real old European City.
Coming to Lvov the President W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was respectfully met by the Lvov City Official Representatives and who followed him to the best ancient Lvov City „Leopolis“ Hotel Apartments.
After the evaluation of the International work done by the President W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Lvov Stavropigion University (started it‘s history in 1788) Academic Council presented EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Honorable Academic „University Science Doctor‘s“ Degree (Doctor Honoris Causa, Doctor of Sciences, DSc). And this is the Highest Academic Degree.
At the Lvov City Stavropigion University Honour Ceremony were present many High Representatives of Science, among them the Rector of Lvov Stavropigion University, Vice President the U.N.E.S.C.O. Program Centre Professor DSc. JAROSLAV KMIT (Ярослав Кмiт), the Rector Moscow University and Academic of the International Academy of Euroasia, Academic Science Academy of High Schools Ukraine, Professor VIKTOR IDZIO (Вiктор Iдзьо).

2026 NEW YEAR!
Celebrating sixty years of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International Activities and confronting the coming New Year of 2026 - Congratulating Words of the President W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International DSc. Edmundas Daubaras.
When all international bodybuilding organizations go down the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International goes on seeking huge goals. W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. plans of great future comparing with other federations. Our great works are observed by lots of people around the World. I am thankful and I am proud of our International W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. family.
W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. is the only one to analize historical and contemporary situation in our sport. Our analytic articles in various languages read lots of athletes. A number of months in a row our official International Site www.wff.lt has 400 000 monthly visitors. Not a single bodybuilding book or magazine has so many readers.
Step by step we separate bodybuilding and fitness. After I.F.B.B. was thrown out of the I.O.C. in 1998 today bodybuilding is no more sport. Instead we aim to make fitness officially recognized sport. This fitness has nothing to do with bodybuilding. Today W.F.F. - International unites many new activities that seek to become real sport. Even Olympic. At the same time International bodybuilding will go on developed and ruled by the World Bodybuilding Federation (W.B.B.F.).
In 2025 we organized the 58-th „Amber Prix International“ („Gintarinis prizas“, 1968 – 2025), the 36-th World AM-Pro Championship, the 30-th Europe Championship and the 26-th „Universe“. Every competition had numerous participants – 200 athletes. Other federacions collect only 20-30 sportsmen at their contests. Over 30 years „Fit-kids“ and disablet athletes use to participate at our events. Contemporary bodybuilding became very narrow. Public is not interested in bodybuilding any more. Even I.F.B.B. Lithuania having comparitivelly big state financing can not collect athletes to competitions and public to see them. 2025 I.F.B.B. World Championship in Saudi Arabia was without public spectators... During the last time I.F.B.B. World Championships were organized in Riga (Latvia) and Kedainiai (Lithuania). Contests were financed by state. Until now even sport specilists do not know much about these contests. The names of their winners are unknown to anybody too. Silent „I.F.B.B. World Championships“...
In 2025 Lithuania celebrated 60 years of bodybuilding. The event was held in Gargzday. A number of Lithuania Parliament members and polititions participated at the happening. Internationally famous athletes were awarded by International W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. Athletes of local level were awarded by the organizers too.
The year of 2025 is important of definite dates: 50 years of competitions „Lithuania Cup Open“ (1975 – 2025); 50 years of Czechoslovakian SSR bodybuilders participating at the I.F.B.B. Europe Championship. Bodybuilding was prohibites sport in Socialist Countries in that time. Then led by VOJTECH FIALA Czechoslovakia bodybuilder PETR STACH became the Historic Over All Europe Champion. 60 years of historic competition „Amber Prix Interbnational“ is closer.
In 2025 in Klaipeda International Seminar of Judges was organized. Judges from Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine participated there.
In 2025 new National federation was registerred in Lithuania – „Lithuania sport fitness federation“. It is totally different of others – it is free of doping. The federation already joined the W.A.D.A. (World Anti Doping Agency) Anti Doping Code. When we will receive Governmental support, in future this National federation will organize Lithuania Championship with doping control.
In 2025 Bodybuilding World farewelled one of Europe Bodybuilding Pioneers VALERIJ KORESHKOV (Валерий Корешков, 1940 – 2025) from Vilnius. For his social work he had many awards and U.N.E.S.C.O. Diploma among them.
We are living in the times of drastic political and economical and social changes. W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. goes on seeking associated membership in United Nations, International Olympic Committee and recognition of fitness as official sport.

WORLD BODYBUILDING HISTORY IN ONE PAGE.
ARTICLE IS ON THE WAY.
In the article we will speak about official sport only. We will cover World bodybuilding history shortly.
During the last Century World was didvided in to two parts – „Capitalist“ („Western“) and Socialist. Being in confrontation both parts communicated in between very little. Through A.A.U. („Amateur Athlete‘s Union“, established in 1888) basing on Olympic weightlifting sport in 1940 bodybuilding was controlled by USA weightlifting authority BOB HOFFMAN (Robert Collins Hoffman, 1898 - 1985 m.). Due to efforts of BOB HOFFMAN World‘s bodybuilding sterted to be governed by International F.I.H.C. (F.I.H., „Federation Internationale Halterophile“) federation. F.I.H.C. was a member of the International Olympic Committee (Tarptautinis Olimpinis Komitetas, I.O.C., М.О.К., Международный Олимпийский Комитет). This way bodybuilding became officially recognized sport. For many years there were many misunderstandings about the I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders) commercial company. In 1946 one of founders of the I.F.B.B. BEN WEIDER wrote in his biography, saying he was so much happy when I.F.B.B. made it‘s first business – sold for several dollars two barbells... That was the start of the I.F.B.B. company. When I.F.B.B. commercial company started organizing bodybuilding contests – F.I.H.C. was leading World‘s bodybuilding at that time. Nobody could replace I.O.C. member F.I.H.C.. World‘s bodybuilding strategy was created and developed by F.I.H.C..
„Socialist“ bodybuilding was separated from the „Western“. Both did not communicate at all. In 1959 BOB HOFFMAN presenetd bodybuilding sport to Socialist countries. Influenced by BOB HOFFMAN International „U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Federation“ («Федерация культуризма С.С.С.Р.») was created. It was governed by the „U.S.S.R. Ministry of Sport“ («Министерство спорта С.С.С.Р.»). The federation was not working. Then in 1968 another „U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Federation“ was created in Kaunas (Lithuanian SSR). This federation was not under the U.S.S.R. Government and it was active until bodybuilding was prohibited in Socialist Countries in 1973.

2008 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
UNIQUE ORIGINAL COMPETITION.
In 2008 W.F.F. -W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Bodybuilding Federation) World Championship was held in Bydgoszcz (Poland). The competition was organized by city Mecenat JERZY GOTOWSKI and city Vice Mayor KAZIMIERZ DROZD.
The preparation started one year before with huge confrontation with the I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders) Chairman of trainers PAVEL FILEBORN. Before the event eight various level press conferences and meetings were organized. Among them official meetings of the International President W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS with the Minister of Sport Republic Poland ZBIGNIEW PACELT and Mayor City Bydgoszcz KONSTANTY DOMBROWICZ.
HIGH INTERNATIONAL AWARDS.
During the preparation of the World Championship a number of Officials of the Republic Poland were awarded with the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. “International Honour Silver Medal”. Among them Minister of Sport Republic Poland ZBIGNIEW PACELT, Mecenat JERZY GOTOWSKI, Mayor City Bydgoszcz KONSTANTY DOMBROWICZ.
MINISTER SPORT POLAND. OFFICIAL VISIT.
As we mentioned above high I.F.B.B. Official POWEL FILEBORN in order to ruin the 2008 W.F.F. World Championship was writing public letters. To stop this process organizers of the World Championship addressed the Minister Sport Poland ZBIGNIEW PACELT. W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. Officials were invited to the Ministry of Sport in Warsaw where they met the Minister. During the meeting required juridic W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. and I.F.B.B. questions were spoken over. Supporting the W.F.F. World Championship ZBIGNIEW PACELT wrote official letter. This letter stopped all I.F.B.B. aggressiveness. We would like to remind that due to doping usage International Olympic Committee (I.O.C.) refused to recognize I.F.B.B. federation and bodybuilding as sport. Also I.F.B.B. statements that W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. International was not among W.A.D.A. (World Anti Doping Agency) members were stopped. At that time the National President of the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. Poland was ANDRZEJ MACIEJEWSKI. For many years ANDRZEJ MACIEJEWSKI was the Vice President of the I.F.B.B. Poland. He collected materials from press accusing I.F.B.B. Official PAWEL FILEBORN being involved in doping business and corruption. Polish athletes accused PAWEL FILEBORN selling doping usage schemes for 1 000 USD and proposing to cancel doping disqualifications for 10 000 USD. For this reason PAWEL FILEBORN was for a long time in various courts. Doping business of PAWEL FILEBORN was in popular Polish newspapers - among them in “Zycie Warszawy”, “Wiadomosczy dnia”, “Interia.pl”, “Kulturystyka” and others. By the way, after this doping scandals PAWEL FILEBORN was several times in Lithuania. There at I.F.B.B. seminars he teached Lithuanians about his personal ptactice and knowledge.
INTERNATIONAL JUDGES AND ORGANIZERS International Judges and Organizers from Argentina, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Germany, Serbia, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Cyprus, Belarus, Denmark, Ukraine, Hungary, Croatia, Austria, Bosnia and Herzogovina participated at the event.

MEETINGS AT SPORT MINISTRY.
BEGINNING. SITUATION IN SOCIALIST WORLD.
Bodybuilding sport has never been created and developed by athletes. Bodybuilding was developed by top officials and organizers. On the bodybuilding way to future organizers were building the road to sport. Bodybuilders were like kilometre signs at this road. Often organizers led bodybuilding wrong way. Today problems of bodybuilding are evident and guilty persons are known very well.
Contemporary bodybuilding does not appear as it is. Only few persons dared to act when bodybuilding was prohibited in Socialist Countries. Being afraid of prosecution nearly all bodybuilders left the sport.
We will speak about bodybuilding in Czechoslovakian SSR – they influenced all Socialist Countries. Now after fifty years we look upon our relations with Czechoslovaks from another angle.
Due to political reasons bodybuilding was prohibited in Socialist World in 1973. Socialist States started to prosecute bodybuilders. After 1968 revolution in Czechoslovakia their Government was lojal to bodybuilders. Comparing with other Socialist Countries after the revolution U.S.S.R. political powers let Czechoslovaks much more. At the same time bodybuilders in other Socialist Countries suffered much. Everybody envied the Czechoslovaks. There is no another person who was and still is close to Czechoslovak bodybuilding so much as President W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Bodybuilding Federation) International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS.
Activities of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS were supported only by the leader of bodybuilding in Estonian SSR INNAR MARDO (Иннар Мардо, 1945 – 2002) and creators of famous „Vilnius Bodybuilding School“ («Вильнюсская школа культуризма») CESLAV TAMULEVIC (Чеслав Тамулевич) and VITALIJ ASOVSKIJ (Виталий Асовский). Today we are proud that we respected both of them in time – at the Parliament Republic Lithuania both received „International Honour Silver Medals“ («Международной Серебрянной Медалью Почёта», „Tarptautinis Garbės Sidabro Medalis“).
During the prohibition of bodybuilding only few officially permitted not regular contests were held in Tallinn (Estonian SSR). That was the International „Georg Tenno Memorial“ („Georgo Tenno memorialas“, «Мемориал Георга Тенно», 1971 – 2024). Also at the same time several underground and not officially permitted contests were organized in Lithuanian SSR. It lasted until in 1978 DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS dared to write bodybuilding defending petition and brought it to Headquaretrs of the Central Committee of the U.S.S.R. Communist Party in Moscow.
This way we got political permittion to organize the International „Amber Prix“ („Gintarinis prizas“, «Янтарный приз» 1968 - 2025) in Klaipeda (Lithuania SSR) in 1978.
Being afraid of prosecution all orther U.S.S.R. bodybuilding organizers did nothing. After defeat at 1974 „Georg Tenno Memorial“ best R.S.F.S.R. bodybuilder VLADIMIR DUBININ (Владимир Дубинин) isolated himself and left bodybuilding for thirteen years. Until 1987 VLADIMIR DUBININ was not among bodybuilding organizers, he was only athlete. Only in 1980 representing their gyms Russians led by VLADIMIR SUBOV (Владимир Шубов, Moscow) and EUGENE KOLTUN (Евгений Колтун, Tiumen) started particiapting at bodybuilding contests in Baltic Countries. Both were representing their bodybuilding gyms that were acting illegally.

HISTORY OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS.
Working since 1968 W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International unites today members from 141 Countries. Some time ago Bahrain joined the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. .In difference to other International Bodybuilding Structures under the leadership of W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International seeks recognition of the U.N. (United Nations), I.O.C. (International Olympic Committee) and W.A.D.A. (World Anti Doping Agency). W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. knows the way to reach these goals. Under the basis of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. the International Sport University (I.S.U.) was created in 2015. Since 2017 the I.S.U. university is an associated member of the U.N.E.S.C.O. organization which works under the U.N..
ASIA BODYBUILDING LEADERS.
We see evident Asia bodybuilding leaders during the last period of time. Under the leadership of International W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. Vice President LALIT KUMAR SONI - they are: TOLGA MURAT BALIKCI (Turkey), ALI REZA RASA (Iran), RAMANDEEP SINGH (India), ALLAOUDIN BHATTI (Pakistan).
2018 OFFICIAL MEETING IN SWITZERLAND.
To meet high representatives of Arab Countries in 2018 President W.F.F. -W.B.B.F. International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was invited to Switzerland. Arabs wanted W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. to organize big International contest in Zurich. Well known Companies of Switzerland were ready to finance the project together with the representatives of Dubai. The venue of the contets was chosen exceptional - old castle on the hill of Zurich. Arabs wanted this contest to be repeated in the main Capitals of the World. Their wish was the only one - ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER must be present at the banquet. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS addressed his friends in Hollywood who were in close relations with ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER and all was done well. Unfortunately at the same days ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER was operated on his heart. He isolated himself from the people for several months and we could not reach him. We hope to fulfill these plans in future.
ASIA AND ARAB COUNTRIES.
First time we got acquainted with Asia and Arab Countries in 1989 when DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was invited as Personal Guest of the I.F.B.B. President BEN WEIDER to the World Championship in Paris (France). Then BEN WEIDER presented DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to all I.F.B.B. National Presidents. The same was done in 1990 in Malaysia (I.F.B.B. World Championship) and in New York (“Miss Olympia”). Twenty five years ago WEIDER brothers JOE and BEN left bodybuilding. Then they sold the I.F.B.B. federation, “Olympia” contest and all their magazines. IF.B.B. started inner wars. I.F.B.B. split in two parts. I.F.B.B. Vice President PAUL CHUA (Singapore) and I.F.B.B. lawer and finance director ALEX BAURE (Austria) and Prince of Dubai OSAMA AL SHAFAR were fighting with RAFAEL SANTONJA (Spain) who took the lead in the I.F.B.B.. The case went to court in London. RAFAEL SANTONJA lost the case but remained in the I.F.B.B.. Then PAUL CHUA with forty Arab and Asia Countries left the I.F.B.B. and created his own federation. Then PAUL CHUA and OSAMA AL SHAFAR wanted to join the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. and invited DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to London. Unfortunately DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was organizing W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. Europe Championship in Lithuania at the same days and could not come to London.
INDIA AND THAILAND.
Popularizing sport around the World DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS visited nineteen times India and four times Thailand. Every time various International events were organized as well: Asia Championships, “Universe” and “World Grand Prix” Contests, meetings with High Governmental officials.
TURKEY, PAKISTAN AND IRAN.
Since 2006 bodybuilders of Turkey, Pakistan and Iran are participating at the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. International events. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS visited Turkey many times. Also he was on Official Visit to Iran where he had meetings with sport leaders at the Olympic Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Leaders of Pakistan bodybuilding DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS met at the International W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. events in Ukraine, Thailand, Russia and Belarus.
BODYBUILDING FEDERATION OF ARAB COPUNTRIES AND W.F.F.-W.B.B.F..
Some time ago asking for cooperation bodybuilding leader of Lebanon DSc. Professor FAWZI KHODARI addressed the International W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. Headquarters. FAWZI KHODARI is old representative of the I.F.B.B. federation and also he is the Chairman of the Arab Physical Culture Federation (A.P.C.F.).
FRIEND OF WEIDER BROTHERS FROM YEMEN.
Some time ago a Yemen bodybuilding leader DSc. NAJEEB AL JAWFI addressed International W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. He feels pity that after deaths of WEIDER brothers JOE and BEN World’s bodybuilding goes down. A hundred of bodybuilding federations make mess in the sport, including I.F.B.B. of RAFAEL SANTONJA and N.P.C. of JIM MANION. Sport is finished and everybody became crazy about business and money. DSc. NAJEEB AL JAWFI likes the initiatives of the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. International about the way to get back official recognition of our sport, including the recognition of I.O.C. (International Olympic Committee). today the only W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. speaks truth to athletes and does not make “festivals” and “carnavals” of bodybuilding.
ASIA BODYBUILDERS AIM TO PARTICIPATE IN LITHUANIA.
Several years in a row Egypt, Iraque and Pakistan bodybuilders try to participate at the W.F.F. -W.B.B.F. International events in Europe. European visa politics is very strict and make big obstacles. In 2026 we hope to meet delegations of India, Japan and China.

1987. SOCIALIST BODYBUILDING NEWS.
The most important happening 1987 in the Socialist World was the creation of the official recognized by the „U.S.S.R. Ministry of Sport“ («Министерство спорта С.С.С.Р.», «Госкомспорт С.С.С.Р.») the „U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Federation“ («Федерация культуризма С.С.С.Р.»). The prohibition of bodybuilding ended. Earlier after the 1986 „Amber Prix International“ („Gintarinis prizas“, «Янтарный приз», 1968 – 2025) several people gathered at the apartments of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS in Klaipeda (Lithuanian SSR) and set the plan to establish the new „U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Federation“. On August 11, 1987 active U.S.S.R. bodybuilders, trainers and organized gathered in Kubenka (Кубенка, Moscow Region, R.S.F.S.R.). Under the proposal of the „U.S.S.R. Weightlifting Federation“ («Федерация тяжёлой атлетики С.С.С.Р.») a well known R.S.F.S.R. weightlifter Olympic Champion JURIJ VLASOV (Юрий Власов) was elected the be the Chairman of the new federation. His deputies were VASILIJ CAIKOVSKIJ (Василий Чайковский, Leningrad, R.S.F.S.R.) and ROMANAS KALINAUSKAS. The Secretary was a representative of the „U.S.S.R. In 1987 „Amber Prix International“ last time served as the „Unofficial U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Championship“ („неофициальный чемпионат С.С.С.Р. по культуризму“). It lasted since 1978. It became possible when in 1978 DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS wrote bodybuilding defending petition. Then he brought it to the highest U.S.S.R. political institutions in Moscow including the „Central Committee of the U.S.S.R. Communist Party («Центральный Комитет Коммунистической партии С.С.С.Р.»). Representing the „U.S.S.R. Ministry of Sport“ VALERIJ TAMARLAKOV was present at the 1987 „Amber Prix International“ in Klaipeda. At this competition Category Winners were: Juniors - ALEKSANDR CERKASOV (Александр Черкасов, R.S.F.S.R.), OLEG ZUR (Олег Жур, Lithuanian SSR), BORIS VELIKOIVANENKO (Борис Великоиваненко, R.S.F.S.R.) and the winners of the Main Categories were - VLADIMIR ALEKSANDROVIC (Владимир Александрович, Belorussian SSR), VALERIJ BOGDNOVIC (Валерий Богданович, Belorussian SSR), VIKTORRAS JUCYS, SAULIUS MISEVICIUS (both Lithuanian SSR). The Over All Winners were OLEG ZUR and VIKTORAS JUCYS.
By ranking the second Socialist bodybuilding competition was the „White Nights“ («Белые ночи») contest in Leningrad (R.S.F.S.R.). The Category Winners were: Juniors - GINTARAS KRISCIUNAS (Lithuanian SSR), ALEKSANDR CERKASOV, GOL GRIGORIJ (Григорий Гол, Ukrainian SSR). Winners of the Main Categories were: NIKOLAJ MALYSEV (Николай Малышев, R.S.F.S.R.), PAVEL KOSENKO (Павел Косенко, Estonian SSR), BORIS RAJEV (Борис Раев, R.S.F.S.R.), VIKTORAS JUCYS. The Over All winners were ALEKSANDR CERKASOV and VIKTORAS JUCYS.
Traditional „Comsomol Cup“ («Кубок комсомола», „Komjaunimo taure“) was held in Kaunas (Lithuanian SSR). Category Winners were: STANISLAV POLIAKOV (Станислав Поляков, Latvian SSR), PAVEL KOSENKO, BORIS RAJEV, ALEKSANDR VASIN (Александр Васин, R.S.F.S.R.). The Over All winner was ALEKSANDR VASIN.
Also in Kaunas first International women contest was organized in 1987. The Over All Winner was MERIKE MADAR (Estonian SSR).
In Leningrad first Couples competition was held too. The Over All Winners were INGA MISEVICIENE and SAULIUS MISEVICIUS (Lithuanian SSR).
In Riga (Latvian SSR) was organized the „Over All Winner‘s Cup“ («Кубок абсолютных победителей»). The Over All Winner was VINCAS DUBICKAS (Lithuanian SSR).
Also in Liepaja (Latvian SSR) an International Contest was organized too. The Over All Winners were representatives of the Lithuanian SSR: EDUARDAS RUDYS (Juniors) and VIKTORAS JUCYS (Main Categories).
In Kedainiai (Lithuanian SSR) the National Championship of the Lithuanian SSR was held. It still was of two parts – power exercises and posing.
In 1986 leader of bodybuilding in the Estonian SSR INNAR MARDO (Иннар Мардо, 1976 – 2002) left sport. In 1987 for three months DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was sent for studies to Tallinn (Estonian SSR). Communicating with local bodybuilders he learned that nobody is going to organize the traditional „Georg Tenno Memorial“ («Мемориал Георга Тенно», 1971 - 2024) Contest. Then DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS decided to organize this Contest himself. A famous bodybuilder of the Estonian SSR INDREK OTSUS helped with local technical matters and DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS collected U.S.S.R. bodybuilders. The Category Winners were: Juniors - TOM PAUL (Estonian SSR), ALEKSANDR JEMELJANENKOV (Estonian SSR). Main Categories: NYMM IMRE (Estonian SSR), PAVEL KOSENKO, AIN PAAVO (Estonian SSR), RIMANTAS MAZIONIS (Lithuanian SSR). The Over All Winner was PAVEL KOSENKO.
Presenting bodybuilding sport in 1987 DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS organized huge public seminar in Klaipeda. It lasted for two days. The Palace of Culture of the Klaipeda Trading Sea Port was full of people. The audience was collected through addresses in the local newspapers. Bodybuilders made a show and DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS answered to the questions of the Citizen.
In 1987 „Sandow“ and „Trener“ competitions were held in the Czechoslovakian SSR. The Over All Winner at „Sandow“ Contest was PAVOL JABLONICKY (Czechoslovakian SSR). The Category Winners at the „Trener“ Contest were: ANTON SARAJ, JAN KUS (both Czechoslovakian SSR), SAULIUS MISEVICIUS and PETER MOLNAR (Hungarian SSR). The Over All Winner of the „Trener“ Contest was JAN KUS.

HIGH EVALUATION OF WORK DONE.
On June, 2013 the International President of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS paid the Official Visit to the Ukraine City Lvov.
Having beautiful historic background and nice history rich with the original architectural monuments and buildings Lvov with it‘s 800 000 Citizen is a real old European City.
Coming to Lvov the President W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was respectfully met by the Lvov City Official Representatives and who followed him to the best ancient Lvov City „Leopolis“ Hotel Apartments.
After the evaluation of the International work done by the President W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Lvov Stavropigion University (started it‘s history in 1788) Academic Council presented EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Honorable Academic „University Science Doctor‘s“ Degree (Doctor Honoris Causa, Doctor of Sciences, DSc). And this is the Highest Academic Degree.
At the Lvov City Stavropigion University Honour Ceremony were present many High Representatives of Science, among them the Rector of Lvov Stavropigion University, Vice President the U.N.E.S.C.O. Program Centre Professor DSc. JAROSLAV KMIT (Ярослав Кмiт), the Rector Moscow University and Academic of the International Academy of Euroasia, Academic Science Academy of High Schools Ukraine, Professor VIKTOR IDZIO (Вiктор Iдзьо).
