He is an International Judge, the President of the National W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) federation of Estonia. During his life he organized many International Events. Among them the 2015 W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. Europe Championship and „Universe“ contest in Tallinn, the 2024 W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. „World Grand Prix“ and 16-th „Georg Tenno Momorial“ («Мемориал Георга Тенно», 1971 - 2024) in Parnu. For active International social work on May 13, 2024 in the Parliament Republic Lithuania ALEKSEJ FILATOV was awarded with the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. „Honour Silver Medal“ («Международная серебряная медаль почёта»).
