Vytautas Mikuckis – A Long-Standing WFF–WBBF International Federation Official, Organizer, and Coach
Today, Vytautas Mikuckis of Kaunas celebrates his birthday. It is a wonderful opportunity to honor a man whose name has been inseparably linked with the history of Lithuanian and international bodybuilding and fitness for more than three decades.
We sincerely congratulate Vytautas Mikuckis on his birthday and wish him good health, inexhaustible energy, happiness, new ideas, and continued success in his meaningful work for the benefit of sport.
An International Federation Official
For more than thirty years, Vytautas Mikuckis has played an active role in the activities of the World WFF–WBBF Federation, earning the respect of colleagues not only in Lithuania but also in many countries around the world. Throughout these years, his work has been characterized by professionalism, responsibility, integrity, and unwavering dedication to the Federation's values.
For many years, he has headed the Power Fitness Combined Events discipline. Thanks to his initiative, this discipline has been systematically developed through the improvement of competition rules, the education of judges and coaches, and the organization of national and international championships. Today, Power Fitness Combined Events is an integral part of the WFF–WBBF Federation's official sports program.
Organizer of International Championships
Vytautas Mikuckis' name is closely associated with the organization of top-level international bodybuilding and fitness events.
In addition to organizing the Kaunas City Championships and the Lithuanian National Championships, he has for many years promoted prestigious international competitions that have earned an excellent reputation throughout Europe.
Since 2010, in cooperation with the Kaunas City Municipality, Kaunas has hosted numerous World and European Amateur and Professional Championships, as well as one of Europe's oldest international bodybuilding tournaments – the "Amber Prix International".
These events have attracted athletes from dozens of countries across several continents. For many participants, it was their first visit to Lithuania. Excellent organization, professional judging, a warm atmosphere, and genuine hospitality left lasting impressions on competitors, while these international championships significantly contributed to promoting the names of Kaunas and Lithuania within the global sporting community.
A Coach Who Has Developed Champions
Equally significant is Vytautas Mikuckis' work as a coach.
He is an internationally recognized coach who has trained numerous World and European champions, winners, and medalists of international competitions. His athletes have repeatedly brought honor to Lithuania by achieving outstanding results on the world's most prestigious stages.
His students consistently emphasize his professionalism, motivational abilities, extensive experience, and sincere attention to every athlete. For many of them, Vytautas Mikuckis has become not only a coach but also a respected mentor and an inspiring role model.
The sports club he founded in the center of Kaunas has for many years served as one of the principal centers of activity for the WFF–WBBF Federation. Athletes of all ages train there regularly, while world champions, international bodybuilding and fitness stars, and federation officials from many countries are frequent visitors.

Vytautas Mikuckis' decades of dedication have been recognized with numerous Lithuanian and international awards.
One of the most distinguished honors came in 2016, when, during a ceremonial event at the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania (Seimas), he was presented with the World WFF–WBBF Federation Honorary Silver Medal. The award recognized his lifelong dedication to sport, his outstanding contribution to the development of the international bodybuilding and fitness movement, and his significant role in strengthening Lithuania's reputation within the global sports community.
Yet perhaps his greatest achievement is not measured by medals or diplomas. It is reflected in the hundreds of athletes he has helped achieve success, the dozens of international championships he has organized, and the thousands of people he has inspired to choose an active, healthy, and meaningful way of life.
