SHORT INFORMATION:
The negotiations over the Contract with India Organizers go on.
Preliminary dates of the WFF-WBBF India Event’s - April 3-5, 2009.

The WFF-WBBF International works seriously on the details of the Contract with the 2009 WFF-WBBF Amateur World Championship in India Organizers.
It is the very special case with hundreds thousand of US dollars involved.
There are many important moments to be spoken over: terms, guarantee etc.
The process goes on.

The WFF-International prepared a 6 pages long Contract for the India Organizers.
We did our best to get maximum guarantee that the Event will take place.
The Contract says the deadline to give the List of the participants to India is February 25, 2009 and the deadline to pay 100 e.mail tickets to India is March 1. 2009.
We shall see what is the reaction from India.

If the dates will not be moved again, there is not so much time left to collect the national teams to the 2009 WFF-WBBF Amateur World Championships in India.
The WFF-WBBF International Federation started the preliminary work already now.
When the Contract with India Organizers will be signed, we must be in a hurry at once.

The preparation to the 2009 WFF-WBBF Amateur World Championships in Mumbai goes on.
The WFF-WBBF International still works on the Contract with the Organizers:

Dear Friend Edmundas,
I can understand the misunderstanding about me you must
be having in your mind.
But be sure that we are commited for World Championship.
About dates - we think 5-th April is proper date foe us.
About agreement copy - It is for the India Government and sponsorer
sake.
When I come to Vilnius,we will have detailed agreement
according to your ideas.
Herewith sending littele modified Agreement copy.
