 WORLD BODYBUILDING PROFESSOR PETER PAPULA.
Working from 1968, today WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International is evident International Bodybuilding Leader. The WFF-WBBF unites National Organizations from 128 Countries, that represent all Continents. Every year WFF-WBBF organizes 60 International Events in various Countries. WFF-WBBF International Work is seen by various International Institutions.
 
PETER PAPULA WILL LEAD THE NATIONAL TEAM AUSTRIA.
International Federation WFF-WBBF informes, that on May 19-22, 2017 several International Bodybuilding Mega Events (50-th „Amber Prix International“, 18-th AM and Pro „Universe“ and Europe AM and Pro Cup, Cities of Klaipeda, Kaunas and Vilnius) will be held in Lithuania.
National Team Austria to the above mentioned events will be led by the World Bodybuilding Professor PETER PAPULA.

AEROBICS PERFORMANCE
 
1. Clothing
  • The competitors wear short that reach from the lower abdominals area. Viewed from the back the beach short have to cover all of the glut area down to just above the knee area.
  • The material, texture and color of the beach short are at the discretion of the competitor.
  • Except for a wedding ring, competitors will not wear footwear, glasses, watches, pendants, earrings, wigs, distracting ornamentation or artificial aids to the figure.
  • The use of props during the Prejudging or Finals presentation is strictly  prohibited.
  • The use of tans and bronzers that can be wiped off is not allowed. If the tan comes off by simply wiping, the athlete will not be allowed to enter the stage. Artificial body colouring and self-tanning products may be used The use of tans and bronzers that can be wiped off is not allowed.
  • Professional competition tanning methods (airbrush tanning, cabin spray tanning) may be used if applied by the professional companies and qualified personnel.
  • The excessive application of oil on the body is strictly prohibited; however, body oils and moisturizers may be used in moderation.
 
2. Presentation.
  • Competitors will not chew gum or candy while onstage.
  • The use of props is prohibited
  • Note: the term “props” means any object, device or item
  • A competitor must enter and exit the stage to perform the routine without the assistance of any other person.
  • For safety reasons, the use of body oil is strictly prohibited.
  • The Performance routine may be performed barefoot, or in tennis or athletic shoes.
  • Competitors are solely responsible for making sure that their posing attire meets the standard of decency.
40% of the points will be given for the Physique in swim short , 60% for the routine
The points of the prejudging will be added in the final round.
 
1 Round
1.      All competitors will be brought onstage, in a single line and in numerical order, wearing a swim short.
2.      In groups of not more than 5 competitors at a time they will be guided through the four quarter turns. This will give the judges sufficient time to prepare for individual comparisons. Once this preliminary assessment in the quarter turns is completed each judge is given the possibility for call outs of not more than 5 competitors at one time. After the individual comparisons are concluded the onstage expediters will guide the competitors off the stage.
The 4 Quarter turns are:
a.       Quarter Turn Right
b.      Quarter Turn Back
c.       Quarter Turn Right
d.      Quarter Turn front    
3.      If there are a large number of competitors in the category, the chief judge may decide to divide the category into equal number or groups in order to carry out the four quarter turns.
4.      Man Performance athletes are strongly reminded that they are participating in a FITNESS AEROBIC competition and not a men BODYBUILDING competition. Bodybuilding poses are not allowed in this competition.
5.      Throughout the comparisons, competitors will be judged as a “Total Package”. Competitors will be judged on their overall athletic appearance of their physique. The overall athletic of the musculature; the presentation of a balanced, symmetrically developed physique and the condition of the skin tone. The muscle groups should have a round and firm appearance with a small amount of body fat.
 
Round 2 – Routine
  • In this round the athletes perform a fitness performance routine, accompanied by music of their own choice, the length of which shall not exceed 90 seconds.
  • Once again, competitors will be judged on the total package, that is, the entire routine from the moment the athlete presents herself onstage until the athlete walks offstage.
  • In this round competitors will only be judged on their fitness performance routine and NOT their physique.

WOMAN FITNESS MODEL (no muscule)
 
1.Categories:
There are 4 categories in women’s model physique.
a.      Up to 165 cm
b.     Up to 175 cm
c.      Above  175 cm
d.     Master +40 years
NO muscularity and definition must be marked down!!!
 
Women’s Fitness Model consists of two rounds as follow:
 Round 1 in evening dress
The competitors will enter the stage one by one in evening dress they will be introduced by number, name and country and may upon their discretion present a few poses (Bodybuilding and vulgar Poses are not allowed) during their “ catwalk”.
1.     The competitor will walk to the center of the stage, will stop and perform four different positions of her choice.
Comparisons in the quarter turns in evening dress
The competitors are guided on stage by the onstage expediters in numerical order in a single line. In groups of not more than 5 competitors at a time they will be guided through the four quarter turns. This will give the judges sufficient time to prepare for individual comparisons. Once this preliminary assessment in the quarter turns is completed each judge is given the possibility for call outs of not more than 5 competitors at one time. After the individual comparisons are concluded the onstage expediters will guide the competitors off the stage.
The judges will score the competitors from the first place to the last place in the same way like in other disciplines.
The scoring of the preliminary is the same like in other disciplines.
Evening dress choice from competitor

Round  2 in bikini
ATTIRE
a.       The bikini will be opaque two-piece in style.
b.      The colour, fabric, texture, ornamentation and style of the bikini as well as the colour and style of the high-heels will be left to the competitor’s discretion, except as indicated in the below.
c.       Sole thickness of the high-heels may have maximum of 1 cm and stiletto height may have maximum of 12 cm. Platform shoes are not allowed.
d.      The bikini bottom will cover a minimum of 1/3 of the gluteus maximus and all of the frontal area. The bikini must be in good taste. Strings are strictly prohibited.
e.       The attire will be inspected during the Official Athlete Registration.
f.        The hair may be styled.
g.       Except for a wedding ring, bracelets and earrings, jewellery will not be worn.
h.      Competitors will not wear glasses, watches, wigs or artificial aids to the figure, except breast implants.
i.         The use of tans and bronzers that can be wiped off is not allowed.
The competitors will enter the stage one by one, they will be introduced by number, name and country and may upon their discretion present a few poses (Bodybuilding and vulgar Poses are not allowed) during their “T-walk”.
1.      The competitor will walk to the center of the stage, will stop and perform four different positions of her choice.
2.      The competitor will walk to the left of the stage, and perform 2 different position of her choice.
3.      The competitor will walk to the right (other side) of the stage, and perform 2 different position of her choice.
4.     The competitor will then walk to the line-up in the rear part of the stage.

The competitors are guided on stage by the onstage expediters in numerical order in a single line. In groups of not more than 5 competitors at a time they will be guided through the four quarter turns. This will give the judges sufficient time to prepare for individual comparisons. Once this preliminary assessment in the quarter turns is completed each judge is given the possibility for call outs of not more than 5 competitors at one time. After the individual comparisons are concluded the onstage expediters will guide the competitors off the stage.
Front Position:
Competitors will stand erect, head and eyes facing the same direction as the body, with one hand resting on the hip and one leg slightly moved to the side. Second hand hanging down along the body, slightly out of to the side, with open palm and straight, aesthetically configured fingers. Knees unbent, stomach in, chest out, shoulders back.
Quarter turn right:
Competitors will perform the first quarter turn to the right. They will stand left side to the judges, with upper body slightly turned toward the judges and face looking at the judges. Right hand resting on the right hip, left arm hold down and slightly back from the centerline of the body, with open palm and straight, aesthetically configured fingers. Left hip slightly raised, left leg (nearest the judges) slightly bent in the knee, left foot moved forward a couple of centimeters, resting on the toes.
Quarter turn back:
Competitors will perform the next quarter turn to the right and will stand back to the judges. They will stand straight, not leaning the upper body forward. with one hand resting on the hip and one leg slightly moved to the side. Second hand hanging down along the body, slightly out of to the side, with open palm and straight, aesthetically configured fingers. Knees unbent, stomach in, chest out, shoulders back. Lower back curvature natural or with slight lordosis, upper back straight, head up. Competitors are not allowed to turn their upper body towards the judges and should face the back of the stage at all time during the comparison.
Quarter turn right:
Competitors will do the next quarter turn to the right and will stand their right side to the judges, with upper body slightly turned toward the judges and face looking at the judges. Left hand resting on the left hip, right arm hold down and slightly back from the centerline of the body, with open palm and straight, aesthetically configured fingers. Right hip slightly raised, right leg (nearest the judges) slightly bent in the knee, right foot moved forward a couple of centimeters, resting on the toes. The judges will score the competitors from the first place to the last place in the same way like in other disciplines.
  • The judges will score the competitors from the first place to the last place in the same way like in other disciplines.
  • The scoring of the preliminary is the same like in other disciplines.
 
6. Evaluation of the body.
  • The jury evaluates primarily the Body’s symmetry, feminine musculature and fitness level.
  • The jury evaluates the overall impression, the nice posture, and marks the movements as well.
  • It is important to have nice abdomen, legs, buttocks, but paired with a friendly face, beauty, femininity and healthy radiance.
  • Particular attention should be paid to the hairstyle, makeup and accessories, since these also count in the evaluation of the overall impression.
  • The judges has to mark down if a competitor is too skinny.
  • Cellulite, jiggling thighs are going to be marked down too.
  • Fatty, watery total body image is also going to be marked down.
  • Excessive muscularity and definition must be marked down.

DISABLED & WHEELCHAIR
 
In Disabled and wheelchair  the emphasize is placed on an  classic body building physique with less muscular body fat assessed by comparisons of the four quarter turns.
Regulations according to categories
1.      General Disabled
2.      Wheel chair
3.      Arm disabilities
4.      Leg disabilities
Rounds:
Men’s Bodybuilding consists of 2 rounds as follows.
 
Round 1:
The competitors will enter the stage one by one, they will be introduced by number, name and country.
Comparisons in the 4 quarter turns following by the compulsory poses
a)     Front double biceps
b)     Lat spread front
c)      Side chest
d)     Back double biceps
e)     Back lat spread
f)       Triceps pose
g)     Abdominals and Thighs
The competitors are guided on stage by the onstage expediters in numerical order in a single line. In groups of not more than 3 competitors at a time they will be guided through the four quarter turns. This will give the judges sufficient time to prepare for individual comparisons. Once this preliminary assessment in the quarter turns and the compulsory poses is completed each judge is given the possibility for call outs of not more than 3 competitors at one time. After the individual comparisons are concluded the onstage expediters will guide the competitors off the stage.
Round 2
Routine : Free posing for maximum 1 minute .
The judges will score the competitors from the first place to the last place in the same way like in other disciplines.
The scoring of the preliminary is the same like in other disciplines.
 
Attire.
1.      Competitors will wear colored, opaque posing trunks which are clean and decent. The color, fabric, texture and style of the trunks will be left to the competitor’s discretion. The trunks will cover a minimum of ¾ of the gluteus maximus. The front area must be covered and the side of the trunks should be 1 cm in width at a minimum. The use of padding anywhere in the trunks is prohibited.
2. Except for a wedding ring, competitors will not wear footwear, glasses, watches, pendants, earrings, wigs, distracting ornamentation or artificial aids to the figure.
3. The use of props during the Prejudging or Finals presentation is strictly  prohibited.

MEN’S MANDATORY POSES:
A.     Front Double Biceps:
Sitting on his wheelchair, face front to the judges, the competitor will raise both arms to shoulder level and bend them at the elbows. The hands should be clenched and turned down so as to cause a contraction of the biceps and forearm muscles, which are the main muscle groups that are to be assessed in this pose. In addition, the competitor should attempt to contract as many other muscles as possible as the judges will be surveying the whole upper body, from head to hips.
B.     Front Lat Spread:
Sitting on his wheelchair, face front to the judges, the competitor will place the open hands, or clenched fists, against, or gripping, the lower waist or oblique’s and will expand the latissimus muscles. At the same time, the competitor should attempt to contract as many other frontal muscles as possible.
C.      Side Chest:
Sitting on his wheelchair, the competitor may choose either side for this pose, in order to display the “better” arm. He will sit with his left or right side towards the judges and will bend the arm nearest the judges to a right-angle position, with the fist clenched and, with the other hand, will grasp the wrist. The competitor will then expand the chest and by upward pressure of the front bent arm and contract the biceps as much as  possible.
D.     Back Double Biceps:
Sitting on his wheelchair, with his back to the judges, the competitor will bend the arms and wrists as in the Front Double Biceps pose. He will then contract the arm muscles as well as the muscles of the shoulders, upper and lower  back.
E.      Back Lat Spread:
Sitting on his wheelchair, with his back to the judges, the competitor will place his hands on his waist with his elbows kept wide. He will then contract the latissimus dorsa as wide as possible.
F.      Side Triceps:
The competitor may choose either side for this pose so as to show the “better” arm. Sitting on his wheelchair, with his left or right side towards the judges, he will place both arms behind his back, either linking his fingers or grasping the front arm by the wrist with his   rear hand. The competitor will exert pressure against his front arm, thereby causing the triceps muscle to contract. He will also raise the chest and contract the abdominal   muscles.
G.     Abdominals:
 Sitting on his wheelchair, face front to the judges, the competitor will place both arms behind the head. He will then contract the abdominal muscles by “crunching” the trunk slightly forward. The judge will survey the abdominal muscles, and then conclude with the head-to-hips examination.

WOMEN BODYBUILDING
 
Regulations according to categories
1.     Categories
There are 4 categories in body building.
a.      Up to 165 cm

The competitors will enter the stage one by one, they will be introduced by number, name and country.
Comparisons in the 4 quarter turns following by the compulsory poses
a)     Front double biceps
b)     Lat spread front
c)      Side chest
d)     Back double biceps
e)     Back lat spread
f)       Triceps pose
g)     Abdominals and Thighs
h)     Most muscular
The competitors are guided on stage by the onstage expediters in numerical order in a single line. In groups of not more than 5 competitors at a time they will be guided through the four quarter turns. This will give the judges sufficient time to prepare for individual comparisons. Once this preliminary assessment in the quarter turns and the compulsory poses is completed each judge is given the possibility for call outs of not more than 5 competitors at one time. After the individual comparisons are concluded the onstage expediters will guide the competitors off the stage.
Round 2
Routine : Free posing for maximum 1 minute .
The judges will score the competitors from the first place to the last place in the same way like in other disciplines.
The scoring of the preliminary is the same like in other disciplines.
 
WOMAN MANDATORY POSES:
a.      Front Double Biceps:
 Standing face front to the judges, with one leg slightly moved forward and to the side, the competitor will raise both arms to shoulder level and bend them at the  elbows. The hands should be clenched and turned down so as to cause a contraction of the biceps and forearm muscles, which are the main muscle groups that are to be assessed in this pose. In addition, the competitor should attempt to contract as   many other muscles as possible as the judges will be surveying the whole physique, from head to toe.
b.     Lat Spread front:
Standing face front to the judges, with the legs and feet in-line and up to 15 cm apart, the competitor will place the open hands, or clenched fists, against, or  gripping, the lower waist or obliques and will expand the latissimus muscles. At the same time, the competitor should attempt to contract as many other frontal muscles as possible. It shall be strictly forbidden for the competitor to pull up on the posing trunks so as to show the top inside of the  quadriceps.
c.      Side Chest.
 The competitor may choose either side for this pose, in order to display the “better” arm. He will stand with his left or right side towards the judges and will bend the arm nearest the judges to a right-angle position, with the fist clenched and, with the other hand, will grasp the wrist. The leg nearest the judges will be bent at the knee and   will rest on the toes. The competitor will then expand the chest and by upward pressure of the front bent arm and contract the biceps as much as possible. He will also contract the thigh muscles, in particular, the biceps femoris group, and by downward pressure on his toes, will display the contracted calf  muscles.
d.     Back Double Biceps:
Standing with his back to the judges, the competitor will bend the arms and wrists as in the Front Double Biceps pose, and will place one foot back, resting on the   toes. He will then contract the arm muscles as well as the muscles of the shoulders, upper and lower back, thigh and calf  muscles.
e.      Back Lat Spread :
Standing with his back to the judges, the competitor will place his hands on his waist with his elbows kept wide, with the legs and feet in-line and up to 15 cm apart. He   will then contract the latissimus dorsi as wide as possible and display a calf  contraction by pressing downward on the rear toes. The competitor should make an effort to display the opposite calf to that which was displayed during the back double biceps pose so the judge may assess both calf muscles equally. It shall be strictly forbidden for the competitor to pull up on the posing trunks so as to show the gluteus maximus muscles.
f.        Side Triceps :
The competitor may choose either side for this pose so as to show the “better” arm. He will stand with his left or right side towards the judges and will place both arms behind his back, either linking his fingers or grasping the front arm by the wrist with his rear hand. The leg nearest the judges will be bent at the knee and the foot will rest flat on the floor. The leg farthest the judges moved back and the foot resting  on the toes. The competitor will exert pressure against his front arm, thereby causing the triceps muscle to contract. He will also raise the chest and contract the abdominal muscles as well as the thigh and calf  muscles.
g.      Abdominals and Thighs :
Standing face front to the judges, the competitor will place both arms behind the  head and will place one leg forward. He will then contract the abdominal muscles by “crunching” the trunk slightly forward. At the same time, he will contract the thigh muscles of the leg(s). The judge will survey the abdominal and thigh muscles, and then conclude with the head-to-foot examination.

WOMAN BIKINI
 
1.Categories:
There are 4 categories in bikini classes.
a.      Up to 165 cm
b.     Up to 175 cm
c.      Above 175 cm
d.     Master +40 years
Excessive muscularity and definition must be marked down.  Abs and shoulders
 
ATTIRE
a.       The bikini will be opaque two-piece in style.
b.      The colour, fabric, texture, ornamentation and style of the bikini as well as the colour and style of the high-heels will be left to the competitor’s discretion, except as indicated in the below.
c.       Sole thickness of the high-heels may have maximum of 2 cm and stiletto height may have maximum of 12 cm. Platform shoes are not allowed.
d.      The bikini bottom will cover a minimum of 1/3 of the gluteus maximus and all of the frontal area. The bikini must be in good taste. Strings are strictly prohibited.
e.       The attire will be inspected during the Official Athlete Registration.
f.        The hair may be styled.
g.       Except for a wedding ring, bracelets and earrings, jewellery will not be worn.
h.      Competitors will not wear glasses, watches, wigs or artificial aids to the figure, except breast implants.
i.         The use of tans and bronzers that can be wiped off is not allowed.
Bikini classes consists of two rounds as follow:
Round 1: T- walk
The competitors will enter the stage one by one, they will be introduced by number, name and country and may upon their discretion present a few poses (Bodybuilding and vulgar Poses are not allowed) during their “T-walk”.
1.      The competitor will walk to the center of the stage, will stop and perform four different positions of her choice.
2.      The competitor will walk to the left of the stage, and perform 2 different position of her choice.
3.      The competitor will walk to the right (other side) of the stage, and perform 2 different position of her choice.
4.      The competitor will then walk to the line-up in the rear part of the stage.
Round 2: Comparisons in the quarter turns.
The competitors are guided on stage by the onstage expediters in numerical order in a single line. In groups of not more than 5 competitors at a time they will be guided through the four quarter turns. This will give the judges sufficient time to prepare for individual comparisons. Front Position:
Competitors will stand erect, head and eyes facing the same direction as the body, with one hand resting on the hip and one leg slightly moved to the side. Second hand hanging down along the body, slightly out of to the side, with open palm and straight, aesthetically configured fingers. Knees unbent, stomach in, chest out, shoulders back.
Quarter turn right:
Competitors will perform the first quarter turn to the right. They will stand left side to the judges, with upper body slightly turned toward the judges and face looking at the judges. Right hand resting on the right hip, left arm hold down and slightly back from the centerline of the body, with open palm and straight, aesthetically configured fingers. Left hip slightly raised, left leg (nearest the judges) slightly bent in the knee, left foot moved forward a couple of centimeters, resting on the toes.
Quarter turn back:
Competitors will perform the next quarter turn to the right and will stand back to the judges. They will stand straight, not leaning the upper body forward. with one hand resting on the hip and one leg slightly moved to the side. Second hand hanging down along the body, slightly out of to the side, with open palm and straight, aesthetically configured fingers. Knees unbent, stomach in, chest out, shoulders back. Lower back curvature natural or with slight lordosis, upper back straight, head up. Competitors are not allowed to turn their upper body towards the judges and should face the back of the stage at all time during the comparison.
Quarter turn right:
Competitors will do the next quarter turn to the right and will stand their right side to the judges, with upper body slightly turned toward the judges and face looking at the judges. Left hand resting on the left hip, right arm hold down and slightly back from the centerline of the body, with open palm and straight, aesthetically configured fingers. Right hip slightly raised, right leg (nearest the judges) slightly bent in the knee, right foot moved forward a couple of centimeters, resting on the toes. The judges will score the competitors from the first place to the last place in the same way like in other disciplines.
6. Evaluation of the body.
  • The jury evaluates primarily the Body’s symmetry, feminine musculature and fitness level.
  • The jury evaluates the overall impression, the nice posture, and marks the movements as well.
  • It is important to have nice abdomen, legs, buttocks, but paired with a friendly face, beauty, femininity and healthy radiance.
  • Particular attention should be paid to the hairstyle, makeup and accessories, since these also count in the evaluation of the overall impression.
  • The judges has to mark down if a competitor is too skinny.
  • Cellulite, jiggling thighs are going to be marked down too.
  • Fatty, watery total body image is also going to be marked down.
