Сегодня мы получили письмо из Сингапура.
Вице президент международной ИФББ, имеющий за собой 40 стран Азии и Арабского мира, пишет, что помнит президента Всемирной федерации ВФФ-ВББФ Э.ДАУБАРАСА с 1989 года, когда их познакомил БЭН ВВЕЙДЕР.
Он перечисляет людей на фото 1989 г.:
«мышка», его дочь ЖОЗЕФИНА, БЭН ВЕЙДЕР, ЭДМУНДАС ДАУБАРАС.
ИФББ оказалась не спортивной федерацией, а частной коммерческой фирмой, прикрывающей свою деятельность под видом федерации.
Для дальнейшего развития спорта ПОЛ ЧУА готов сотрудничать с ВФФ-ВББФ вплоть до объединения организаций.

4. He suspended Mr. Simon Chan, the Chairman of the ABBF Judges' Committee by holding a special meeting with all his YES-MEN ?
5. He suspended ABBF and its Executive Members for not obeying Rafael the dictator. His Executive Assistant happily announced in Arabic about this decision but he does not know the back-lash of the Asians. They underestimated the Asians pride.
6. We guess the next head to roll will be Mr. Axel Bauer for boldly speaking and exposing Rafael's crooked ways and the IFBB Corporation and their business empire???
I urge ABBF not to be a member of the so called "IFBB SPAIN" operating under the business corporation. You should not support the IFBB because it has many dirt's to clear.
You should read the emails which I sent to you: Mr. Axel Bauer asked many questions about their accounts, registration number etc. etc. but Rafael did not respond. Why is he hiding and avoiding all the questions from Mr. Bauer? IF THE IFBB IS CLEAN WHY NOT SUBMIT ALL THE INFORMATION AND CLEAR THE STORY OF SUSPICION ONCE AND FOR ALL.

ГРЯЗНАЯ РАБОТА
Как то в разговоре с одним из руководителей ИФББ тот мне рассказал о странном звонке из США на утро Рождества. Случилось это после любительского чемпионата мира, в котором на допинге «залетели» 28 спортсменов-финалистов из 35 (7 категорий по 5 финалистов), в.т. числе поголовно вся сборная РФ (8 человек) и один литовец.
Тогда это выглядело странно, праздник всё же…
Но сейчас картина ясная: коммерческая фирма ИФББ работала по обычной схеме: чем больше своих «кабанов» поймаешь, тем больше штрафов, тем больше и навар.
Всё же 56 000 долларов себе в подарок на Рождество – неплохая штукенция…
Ничего странного: обычная коммерция на шкуре наивных качков.
Не странно и то, что на основе нам присланных документов финансиста ИФББ, за 10 000 долларов можно обмануть ВАДА и срок дисквалификации «скосить» до нескольких месяцев…

На сегодня в мире только Всемирная федерация ВФФ и ВББФ являются официально зарегистрированными не стремящимеся к прибыли международными федерациями (имеем ввиду культуризм и фитнес).
Все остальные единицы, именующие себя как «международные федерации и ассоциации» по существу являются частными коммерческими фирмами или корпорациями (таковы почти все из себя именующих «международными»), просто спортивными клубами (как НАББА) или просто собранием «вольных» физических лиц.
Так как же могут такие организации, как МОК, ВАДА, ГАИСФ и т.д. официально общаться с такими псевдо организациями?
Юридическая ОСНОВА проста, и ей надо соответствовать.

Когда то мир разделял «железный занавес» и обе стороны имели скудную информацию или вообще её не имели о том, что творится в реальном мире. Зачастую по эта информация ещё и скрывалась.
Заморские коммерсанты свои частные коммерческие фирмы-корпорации назвали «международными федерациями» и на все континенты принесли «конфетки да побрекушки», как некогда это сделал Христофор Колумб в Америке.
«Аборигены» разных стран (знай, все качки…) не задумываясь проглотили эти сладости не разжёвывая и поверили сказкам про «царя Султана».
Для массовой торговли изготавливаемой этими частными корпорациями «порошков да побрекушек», бизнесмены написали спортсменам много новых сказок и басней о «международных федерациях», «тренере чемпионов» и др., которые пришлись по душе наивному люду кача.
Для более глубокого «впудривания мозгов» эти коммерческие корпорации издавали разные «спортивные журналы», которые по сути были рекламными каталогами и ценниками их продукции.
Известные спортсмены за «лакомства и сладости» рекламировали продукцию этих частных корпораций, а представители фронта пропаганды (знай, «быки» да «кабаны»…) рвали на себе рубашки и были готовы лечь под танк, унижаясь и прославляя заморского дельца, думая, что здесь присутствует некая «международная федерация».
Так из года в год ком лжи разрастался, а нескольким бизнесменам принадлежащая коммерческая корпорация процветала.
После долгих споров и дискуссий, а особенно в 2009 году, миру были предоставлены документальные доказательства финансового и юридического разгильдяйства вышеупомянутой группы дельцов, которые под видом «международной федерации» обманывали не только качков, но и такие международные организации, как МОК, ГАИСФ, ВАДА, государственные учреждения и министерства спорта разных стран.

He used the doping incidents of the Hongkong Bodybuilders as a pretext to remove him. I understand Chua does not care anymore about the IFBB, he will not associate with these dirty rats.
4. He suspended Mr. Simon Chan, the Chairman of the ABBF Judges' Committee by holding a special meeting with all his YES-MEN ?
5. He suspended ABBF and its Executive Members for not obeying Rafael the dictator. His Executive Assistant happily announced in Arabic about this decision but he does not know the back-lash of the Asians. They underestimated the Asians pride.
6. We guess the next head to roll will be Mr. Axel Bauer for boldly speaking and exposing Rafael's crooked ways and the IFBB Corporation and their business empire???
I urge ABBF not to be a member of the so called "IFBB SPAIN" operating under the business corporation. You should not support the IFBB because it has many dirt's to clear.
You should read the emails which I sent to you: Mr. Axel Bauer asked many questions about their accounts, registration number etc. etc. but Rafael did not respond. Why is he hiding and avoiding all the questions from Mr. Bauer? IF THE IFBB IS CLEAN WHY NOT SUBMIT ALL THE INFORMATION AND CLEAR THE STORY OF SUSPICION ONCE AND FOR ALL.

I heard from my friends that the IFBB is threatening you and Mr. Chua about the Doping Documents and that they will report to the authorities in Hongkong and Singapore. Please DO NOT BE AFRAID...this has nothing to do with them. They lied and said that WADA require the documents. Write to WADA and they will tell you that IFBB is telling full of shits and lies.
1. There is a perjury case against Ms. Pamela Kagan and this is very serious matter because as I know that in Canada and USA, the person could go to jail.
Mr. Chua was not present and the IFBB minutes shows that he was present??
2. Tony Blinn himself tried to cover up and cheat the case on Doping to assist the Brazilian athlete, therefore, this is a proof that the "IFBB" is not an angel or a clean federation. They are cheats.
3. I also came to know that Qatar paid to "IFBB" a sum of US$3000.- for legal fees to draft the Hearing conducted by Adel Fahim.
4. In 2004 the IFBB set a precedent by accepting US$20,000.- from Qatar federation and reduced the suspensions on Kamal and Ali and you should show the letter to the authorities . Rafael and Pamela gave consent to reduce the suspension from 2 years to 8 months. Where did the money went to?
5. The "IFBB" was not registered in Canada or Spain under the association act but they were registered under the corporation "IFBB INC" and in Spain under the Spanish name as Business House. Only 4 peoples' name were registered under the Business corporation which includes Rafael, William
Tieryney, Jose and one more person. This is the biggest JOKE, how can four people own the "IFBB" This is to cheat the national federations for sure. Till today, Rafael did not reply Axel Baeur's allegations, WHY? This is a disgrace. He knows the reason????
6. A company owned by Rafael Santonja has been settling all the IFBB invoices and this is to evade taxes in Spain. This must be reported to the authorities.
Mr. Chua have all the evidences and he should produce all these to the authorities and expose the dirty tactics of Rafael and his YES-MEN..

VERY AMUSING and I was not surprised when I saw that Qatar will be hosting the 2009 World Championships. Two and Two = Four. Qatar is now a subject matter in the legal matters now pursued by the ABBF (Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation). The arrogant and uncouth man Rafael does as he pleases and does not care about the world opinion. This is DICTATORSHIP and TYRANNY.
Why Qatar...because they will not allow PAUL CHUA, AXEL BAUER and many other man of principles to attend to speak. This is a tragedy and sad case for democracy .

I suggest that you send all the documents on perjury and cheating cases and the letters from Mr. Axel about Pamela, Rafael and his associates to the following authorities: Interpol and Justice Department in Madrid and Montreal.

LETTER TO RAFAEL SANTONJA

Dear IFBB Executive Members & ABBF Executive Members:
I am appalled and surprised that Rafael Santonja can forgive Qatar Weightlifting and Bodybuilding Federation in lifting their suspension for FORGERY of DOPING DOCUMENTS which is a criminal offence in the eye of the law and instead targeting the ABBF and Mr. Paul Chua for the doping incidents of 2005 which the late Ben Weider was in charge of this matter together with his staff in Montreal, Canada.
I am aware that all doping results were sent directly to the IFBB Headquarters and not to ABBF. Why the IFBB does not keep all these records and why only now the IFBB under the president-ship of Rafael Santonja who is having a personal conflict and personalty clash with Paul Chua is asking for all these papers after a period of 4 long years. Surely IFBB as a responsible organisation will keep the records of all doping matters and suspensions? Why they are shifting this responsibility to the ABBF?
I smell something fishy?
I was shocked that Rafael appointed the General-Secretary of Qatar W/Lifting and Bodybuilding Federation Mr. Ibrahim Kafood to head the IFBB Commission for Asia? How can he do this when there is a legal case being pursued by the ABBF on the Qatar matter through their lawyers in London against the lifting of the suspension on Qatar.
I think Rafael should stop "double-standard" practises and be honest and straight-forward to all the the nations instead of beating around the bush and asking his Acting General-Secretary William Tierney to write letters here and there to disrupt the great harmony of the Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation.

Интересен факт, что ИФББ покидают много таких национальных федераций, которые в своих странах имеют поддержку и признание Национальных олимпийских комитетов и правительств:

We have now 25 to 28 countries members of their respective Olympic Committees and recognised by their governments and they must be clear about WBBF's direction and I think we need to speak on this openly.
I look forward to hear from you.
Please let me know when I can phone you and at which number.
We are having an Emergency ABBF Special Congress on 23rd April, 2009 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and we will make the decision in this meeting.
