From 2010 the WFF-WBBF International already has it‘s official representatives in India (National President is Sandeep Chander from Nangal, Punjab).
Today we received a letter from India. Another organizers addressed the International Headquarters again with some great proposals for the 2011. This is the WFF-WBBF answer to them:

Dear India friends,
During this year we have many great changes in sport of fitness and bodybuilding. IFBB is split and becomes weeker every day. Other federations do not influence International Sport on official level and can not be counted seriously.
Today the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation and World Body Building Federation) is ruling the sport World Wide in fact.

In October 2010 we will make an extraordinary Amateur and Professional World and "Universe" in Slovakia (Brusno Kupele). I can ensure You that Bodybuilding World has never seen anything like this before. Media will be the greatest International one at the Event. A famous Hollywood Company (USA) will make the "Pumping Iron - 2" on this occassion. There will be many other great things to happen there in Slovakia too.
Next year we will start annual "Amber Prix OLYMPIA".

We did a try to work with You before, but You did not keep Your word.
Your unserious and unresponsible behavior gave to the WFF-WBBF bad reputation then.

The WFF-WBBF can go on working with You as with everybody who comes with good intentions, but we must have Your preliminary guarantees this time. You want the best World Class sportsmen to India and we are ready to organize this for You, but:
- All flight tickets according our list of names and countries are to be payed before November 1, 2010 (latest!!!)
- To be on the safe side we will bring best World Class sportsmen, but it is not You but the WFF-WBBF who decides how many athletes will be invited from each definite country
- We must be sure about the prize money of the contest (20 000 USD). Due to this You will put on a International certain bank account the money for this certain contest cash prizes (also before November 1, 2010). The bank will guarantee us that only 2 persons together (You and the WFF-WBBF official representative) can take the money back and only for the cash prizes of this certain contest, and no more reason.

Having these guerantees we can go on working with You.

NEW TALKS. OLD TOPIC. LOST CONFIDENCE

The WFF-WBBF International receives more and more proposals from India.
First of all we would like to underline, that the National WFF-WBBF President in India is SANDEEP CHANDER (Nangal, Punjab).
OK, we are in dialogue with every smart and respectable organization and it‘s leaders. 2 years ago the WFF-WBBF was struck by the same India organization, when they did not keep their promise to hold the contest. Lots of International Sportsmen and the Federation were cheated then.This is our following answer to the India Organizers:

Dear Friend,
Re. cheating.
February this time as well as last time 2 years ago is a NO SEASON TIME
for bodybuilders in all over the World.
Last time You changed the dates several times, You did much mess as You
liked...
WE, the WFF-WBBF, made a wide presentation of the coming contest in India
2 YEARS AGO.
Sportsmen are not STREET GIRLS to catch them any time You want to.
Sportsmen need 4 months to prepare for the contest.
Do You want SPORTSMEN, or unprepared circus clouns???
Then, 2 years ago we started everything seriously, sportsmen of many
countries were preparing, teams were collected and then, finally, You say
NOTHING and DISSAPEAR for 2 years...
It is CHEATING!
Because of You we were loosing our IMMAGE as the INTERNATIONAL
FEDERATION, not You, who behaved like a small child.
We are ready to work again, but only having 100 percent guarantees. What
we will say for International Teams if You behave the same way as before?

The WFF-WBBF International is in a very active communication with a number of National federations of India. In February 2010 the National WFF-WBBF India Federation was set in the country (President Sandeep Chander). The IFBB-International is suffering tremendous problems World Wide. Last year the IFBB was split. Some years ago the IOC (International Olympic Committee) refused to recognize the IFBB, some months ago the IFBB was thrown out of the World Games. Now after split the IFBB of Rafael Santonja and the IFBB of Paul Chua want to work with us together. Why not? But we already have Official Representatives of the WFF-WBBF in India and Asia as well. This is our answer to one of the India Body Building Federations:

Dear Mahesh,
Let us be frank and honest.
As I told You - it is a very big risk to work with You.
You are asking us to do for You serious things. One time You made very big problems for us and this matters very much as we do not trust You.
Will You make problems for the International Federation again?
On the other hand You say You are representing a definite national federation in India (former IFBB India), but we do not know Your position and role in this federation.
What does this federation do now?
Any contests?
Who is the President?
Can You show Your sportsmen?
Is this federation official in India?
That are the questions that stop us now.
The India National Federation (President Sandeep Chander) is REAL. We saw real national contest in Punjab, we saw real sportsmen, good sportsmen indeed.
The bodybuilder You were with in Greece two years ago looked like a man who trained in a gym for some weeks only... He was of the extremely low level. Sorry. How we can start working with You together with such a project as a World Championship?
Do something real first for the beginning and let us see You real work done.
I think You should start cooperation with the WFF-WBBF India National Federation and Sandeep Chander, step by step.
I am coming to India in September, we will sit together and speak. Then we can make decissions and it is time enough for You to come together with India National Team to the 2010 WFF-WBBF World Pro and Am Championship and "Universe" to Slovakia.

• IBBF founded in the year 1963.
• IBBF recognized by the Ministry of youth affairs and sports, Govt.of India in the year 1973.
• IBBF recognized by the Indian Olympic Association in the year 1998.
• IBBF affiliated with International Federation of Body Builders (IFBB), Canada from 1963 to 2004.
• IBBF affiliated with Asian Body Builders Federation (ABBF), Singapore from 1972 to 2004.
• The Senior Asian Body Building championship organized by the IBBF in New Delhi,India in the year 1996.
• IBBF participated in the Busan Asian Games in the year 2002.
• The first South Asian Body Building Championship organized by IBBF in Nashik, Maharashtra India in the year 1998.
• The Second Commonwealth Body Building championship organized by IBBF in W.Bengal,India in the year 2001.
• The 4th South Asian Body Building championship organized by IBBF in Panjim,Goa,India in the year 2002.

On October 2010 official visit to India President WFF-WBBF International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS had a meeting with the Deputy Inspector General D.I.G. Punjab Police L.K.YADAV, who is a real supporter of sport in India. Mr. L.K.YADAV agreed to be present at the 2010 WFF-WBBF World Pro and Am Championship in Slovakia Brusno Kupele resort on October 28-31 together wit the India National Team.
