Today WFF-International Headquarters received a letter from Australia.
President WFF-WBBF Australia ALEX ENCEL writes;

Dear Edmundas,
I won't be able to come to the competition in Moscow due to commitments here that I can't change. I hope to come to the next European competitions which will be in my 74th year!
I am sure the World competition will go very well and I congratulate you on the rise in status under your organisation which has been achieved
