There is not enough information to start cooperation.
This is our question to the nice initiatives of Ireland by now:
Dear Sir,
WFF-International is in close contact with over 60 countries. WFF works on International level successfuly.
Will you answer a question, please:
1.What official status has your created organization? Is it a registered public international organization or a private firm or just nothing (as NABBA-International of Ivan Dunbar)?
Yours faithfuly,

Playing international games is only playing. Working seriously means offcial documents and registration.
What are you - this is the question.
Without the official registration of an organization (federation), especialy international one, all nice work is worthless. It is done just for fun!
Evident!
Our friend from Ireland is welcomed to the 2006 WFF-International seminar in Latvia:
I know these organisations are very tight and run by strict politics.Ive encountered this first hand as a competitor.I would like to get a committee with all (most) federations presidents forming one body with the soul aim of joining together once each year for the all federations world championships, and discuss the future of bodybuilding in Europe. If we can achieve this, and the afore mentioned federations get left out of this, it wont be long before they come knocking on our door.
I think i can make it to your seminar, although ill have to check my calendar before confirming.
Thanks again
