Dear Mr. Alexandra Lopez and Mr. Manuel Solano,

We hope this letter finds you both in the very best of good health.

We haven’t heard from you since your last email on October 24th 2008.

We are delighted to see you that Mexico is hosting the 2009 WFF-WBBF North American Championships. We will do whatever we can at this late date to send athletes from the USA and Canada to your event.

In the future we will need at least six months to gather the best athletes and allow ample time, posters, air lines and interests for a large event such as the North American.

Please send all the necessary information to our North American Office and website: Poster, Venue, Time, Date, Entry forms, where the event will be held, and your website and phone numbers.

Please note: You need also to send the necessary dates in November to the WFF-WBBF Contests schedule. The WFF-WBBF North American is listed as “Unconfirmed”.

We look forward in a great North American in Mexico City.
