OLYMPIA AND ALL THE BODYBUILDERS ARE ON DRUGS (HEAVY DUTY DRUGS) AND YET THE IFBB EXECUTIVE COUNCIL CONVENIENTLY SEPARATED THE AMATEUR FROM THE PRO AND GRADUALLY INTRODUCE THE WINNER OF THE AMATEUR TO TURN PRO AND TAKE MORE DRUGS TO BE IN THE PRO DIVISION OF THE MR. OLYMPIA AND PRO TOUR TOURNAMENTS.

Here's another real example on how thing work in the IFBB under Rafael's dictatorial leadership :
At our 2007 Nationals, the office of youth and sport's medical team showed up by surprise and tested all of our winners, all test came back negative except for one guy who tested positive for the anabolic steroid Stanolozol. The test were performed by the IOC accredited lab of Chatenay Malabry in France and paid for by the Office of Youth and Sports (body of the French governement). The athlete asked for the analysis of the second sample which confirmed the first finding. Then, as per French law he had to go to the National Anti-Doping 's commission (its local arm), this commission is something very serious (President is a Judge) and is financed and ruled by the french Governement. After the hearing this athlete was sanctionned to 3 years suspension (instead of 2) because of his behavior at the hearing where he showed no remorse and no intention to stop doping whatsover. This sanction as per french law is applicable to all competitions in all federation in all sports...
One month later the same athlete was arrested at the international airport on his way back from France with a large quantity of steroids and other drugs. When the police officers searched his home they found even more drugs and also a large amount of cash which leads the investigators to think that he is also dealing the drugs to other people....
Since the IFBB-France was dismantled on december 19th, 2009 is is now run by Pierre Scatolini and Jose Ramos from Spain under the direct supervision of Rafael Santonja with cooperation of IFBB pro Eric Castagnet (who is the promoter of the 2010 French Nationals this coming April), this same athlete has been fully re-instated in the IFBB and will not only compete in the up coming French Nationals, but is also explaining in the main French Muscle Magazine how he will compete in the year's IFBB international events such as the European championships and the World Championhsips (probably using more drugs than ever before !!). By the way, Rafael Santonja will be attending the French Nationals in April.... (he will probably personnaly remit a medal to this athlete !!)
The governement can't do much about this as the IFBN is not recognized at all in France (do you wonder why ?..)
Another example of how corrupted the IFBB is and how full of drugs it is ! The promoter of the French Nationals himself tested positive each time he got tested, except at the European Championships once where he could compete because he did not get tested before departure and then he used a hidden urine bottle to give the sample at the european championships.... what a great example and leader this guy is !!! It is also well known that he sells drug programs to aspiring bodybuilders in France (Guess where our athlete gets his drugs and programs from ?....)
What a shame......

AGAIN I WISH TO BRING ANOTHER DIRTY GAME AND TRICK OF THE IFBB TO GAIN FAVOUR FROM THE NATIONAL FEDERATIONS IN ASIA TO SUPPORT THEM.
FACTS:
In the Arnold Classic "Amateur" Bodybuilding Championships in Columbus, Ohio - United States of America, the IFBB invited a banned bodybuilder for DOPING OFFENCES from the UAE to participate in this competition. ESSA IBRAHIM HASSAN OBAD was banned for doping infringements by the Emirates Bodybuilding Federation a member of the Emirates Olympic Committee. This athletes did not go through the process to be reinstated. This case is known to the IFBB because their Executive Assist in Egypt - Adel Fahim is known as "father of drugs" condoned and urged his boss Rafael Santonja, President of IFBB to compete in the Arnold Classic. To be fair to the Organizer, they do not know who is who...only the IFBB knew about the doping cases.
Essa Ibrahim Hassan Obed does not represent the legally registered UAE Bodybuilding Federation but went on own and participated. The IFBB is interfering into the local recognized bodies by their NOC and trying to create parallel federations.
In which rules or constitution allow an athlete to participate in Arnold Classic without permeation from his local federation, ONLY IN RAFAEL SANTONJA AND HIS CORPORATION.
The IFBB fixed the results to make Essa Ibrahim Hassan Obed to win because the President of the Asian Bodybuilding Federation and World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Federation is from Emirates so the IFBB using this dirty trick to gain ground in UAE.
My concern is if the IFBB keep on allowing individuals who were banned for drugs and break their own rules why they are not being disciplined? Are they a SPECIAL international federation???? The violated so many of the international rules and yet they are not punished by the relevant authorities.
In Doha last November 2009, they cleverly made the Omani bodybuilder to win medals to gain support, as well as this year in Arnold Classic 2 Gold medals. This is their NEW TRICK to get members to support them.
IFBB under Rafael Santonja, and Adel Fahim are damaging the image of sports and they do not respect the International controlling bodies like WADA, IOC, IWGF or SPORTS ACCORD. They don't care about the life of the athletes and allow doping freely.
Was there a DOPING TEST in the Arnold Classic? IFBB COVER UP AGAIN ..NO NO NO...
The IFBB President acting like GOLD, because his lackney's and stooges have no guts or boldness to put a stop to his nonsense. Under Article 20.1 ...the President has absolute power to do what he want. Rafael think he is the boss and everyone in the IFBB is an idiot deaf, dumb and blind.
May I beg the authorities to look into their bullying tactics and double-standard please.
Their medical team are all puppets and they have no power to tell Rafael and Adel, they simply follow as long as they get free air tickets and accommodation for the competitions.
One guy called Prof Maricio is a paid staff working directly under the IFBB President and he is in charge of Doping. Of course this Maurico cover for Rafael on all doping results.
IF IFBB SIGNATORY TO WADA ANTI – DOPING RULES, WHY THEY DON'T FOLLOW THE RULES:
1. Allowing BANNED athlete to participate in Arnold Classic.
2. Allowing an athlete to participate without have an official letter of permission from his LOCAL FEDERATION.
3. Why there was NO DOPING TEST in ARNOLD CLASSIC, if NO TEST. WHY IFBB SACNTIONED SUCH CHAMPIONSHIP.

Bei den World Games treffen sich die Athleten, deren Sportarten nicht im Olympischen Programm vertreten sind. Nun haben die Delegierten der Verbände die Bodybuilder ausgeschlossen. Grund dafür ist das systematische Doping der Muskelmenschen.
Die jährliche Generalversammlung der International World Games Association (IWGA) hat den Dachverband der Bodybuilder (IFBB), von der Teilnahme an den Wettkämpfen mit sofortiger Wirkung ausgeschlossen. Die Versammlung folgte damit einer Entscheidung des Exekutivkomittees.
Den Anlass für die nun gefassten Beschlüsse lieferten die International World Games 2009 in Kaohsiung (Taiwan), wo bei vier Bodybuildern verbotene Substanzen nachgewiesen wurden. Seit 1989 gab es bei den Spielen 25 Dopingfälle, von denen 17 Bodybuilder betrafen.
Today we received a letter from Singapore. A number of times the former Vice President IFBB PAUL CHUA underlines, that in April, 2010 the IFBB was thrown out of the World Games. The Executive Committee of the World Games decided this because of often positive doping tests in the IFBB commercial company (IFBB is not a sport federation, it is a private company – see www.wff.lt, read forum).

On Monday, the 26th of April, the Annual General Meeting of the IWGA (International World Games Association) confirmed the decision of the Executive Committee to suspend the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB). At their meeting in the context of the SportAccord Convention 2010 in Dubai the representatives of 19 member federations voted to confirm the suspension decided by the Executive Committee (with 9 votes against and no abstentions).
The re-elected IWGA President Ron Froehlich described the vote by the assembly as an important expression of support for the decision of the Executive Committee to suspend the IFBB. The IWGA Executive Committee had unanimously suspended the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness and its athletes from The World Games.
The reason was: four bodybuilders had been tested positive for banned substances under the IWGA Anti-Doping Rules at The 8th World Games 2009 in Kaohsiung. One athlete tested positive twice. All in all, only five athletes tested positive during the 2009 games. Of all 25 cases of doping detected during The World Games since 1989, 17 had to do with bodybuilding (more than 68 percent).
After illegal financial and law deals of the International Federation of Body Builders (IFBB) came out to public, last year (2009) IFBB divided into two parts. Still confronting and fighting in between both IFBB parts continue accusing one another. Dear colleagues, I have decided to use this way to inform you about my intention to stand as a candidate for EBFF President, where I have been nominated by Czech Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness. 2. More than 8 years ago, I was together with Pawel Filleborn the impulsive force of foundation EBFF. After 8 years, I reached the opinion that EBFF does not work as I envision EBFF should work. I comprehended that our President Rafael Santonja lost the ability to define interests of World federation and European federation after being elected IFBB President. Obviously, in such a big federation as IFBB, there is too much work and logically there is not enough time for EBFF. From my view, EBFF is nearly functionless. I do not like this state and I am ready to restart intensive activity of EBFF.
3. I made research of many world sports and I have not find any other sport where would the same president lead world and continental federation on the same time. I supposed that our President would wisely realise that he should not stay in leading of two so important organisations and would not stand as a candidate for EBFF President mainly because we well know that we have no problems among us and everybody supports him as IFBB President.
4. One of the basic things I would to improve in principle is economic situation in EBFF. I am really anxious about economy and I proclaim: if am I will be elected I will bensure economical prosperity of EBFF.
5. I am sure you all well know me and you know that I am able to work expertly in any field of our federation, in organising contests, contest rules, disciplinary proceedings, sponsors, media and other, including leading team like European Federation.

You will be interested to know that we received this copy letter from one of our friend's in Honkgong. Guess what? The IFBB and their Hongkong federation are cheating on doping and allowed a suspended bodybuilder from the Philippines who is a resident in Hongkong to participate in their IFBB sanctioned competition.
The IFBB was informed of the suspension of this particular bodybuilder and they are fully aware of it, and they allowed this athlete to compete in their competition. Is this not a double-standard???
Shame on the IFBB and they never learn their lesson. They were suspended by the International World Games Federation and now they are VIOLATING the WADA rules...We hope that WADA will investigate. WADA must also test all Egyptian bodybuilders, all of them are on drugs and yet the IFBB close one eye and allow them to participate.
Can we have justice done?

Omani officials barred from Beach Games bodybuilding

Officials of the Oman Bodybuilding Committee have been barred from being part of the Asian Beach Games by the world and Asian governing bodies for the sport as a penalty for participating in competitions organised by two rival bodies recently.
At one point, even Oman's team was on the verge of being barred from the competition to be held at the City Amphitheatre, Qurm from December 9 to 11. But the host's team was finally cleared 'in the interests of the bodybuilders' and under certain conditions including fresh dope tests.
The bodybuilding competition at the Beach Games is being held by Asian Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation (ABBF) and the World Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Federation (WBPF), both operating under the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA).
The Beach Games is being held in Muscat and Musannah from December 8-16 under the patronage of the OCA.
However, the ABBF and WBPF objected to Oman's participation in an Asian championship (Bahrain, October) and a world championship (Azerbaijan, November) organised by the rival federations - Asian Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness (AFBF) and International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness (IFBB).
These two rival federations are not recognised by the OCA. Speaking exclusively to Muscat Daily from Singapore, Paul Chua, ABBF and WBPF secretary- general, said, “We were upset with the participation of Oman teams at the championships organised by the rival bodies. The Oman Bodybuilding Committee (OBC) is responsible for the athletes' participation. But the executive council of the ABBF, in the interests of the bodybuilders, unanimously decided that Omani competitors will be allowed to participate at the Asian Beach Games on certain conditions.
“The executive council agreed that the athletes should not suffer for the violations committed by the Oman Bodybuilding Committee. One of our primary conditions for an athlete to participate is that he must provide a dope test clearance certificate from a recognised International Olympic Committee laboratory. We want to ensure a dope free event, which is one of the main goals of OCA. Besides that, athletes will have to follow the competition rules of the ABBF and the WBPF.”
However, Chua confirmed there would be no place for members of the Oman Bodybuilding Committee at the Games. “None of the members, even if they are qualified judges, will be allowed to officiate at the Asian Beach Games,” he said. “There is no role, be it technical or another, for any member of the Omani committee. We have already announced a high-powered delegation for the Muscat Games. The participation of Oman teams in the rival Asian and world championships has not gone down well with us and we want to send a clear warning.
“Having said that, we have high regard for the Oman Olympic Committee (OOC), which is making all efforts to make the Games a success. We would like to ensure that the Muscat Asian Beach Games is a grand success. I have been in Muscat twice and am happy with the arrangements made for the competition.”
Reacting to the development, an official from the Oman Bodybuilding Committee told Muscat Daily, “We are happy that our athletes are participating at the Games as we have hopes for medals from them. They have trained hard. I would not like to get into any debate on our past participation and I am happy that we have managed to resolve the row for the moment.”

I read the IFBB Constitution. Interestingly, I came across Article 15.2 which stipulates:

Documented proof of the organization's acceptance by their Ministry of Sport, or National Olympic Committee, that they are the sole recognized national sport governing body for the sport of bodybuilding and fitness within their country. HOW MANY COUNTRIES SO CALLED MEMBERS OF THE "IFBB CORPORATION" ARE AFFILIATED TO THEIR OLYMPIC COMMITTEES AND TO THEIR SPORTS MINISTRIES???
3. A copy of their constitution and rules, said constitution and rules which must be in conformity with the Constitution and Rules of the IFBB HOW MANY COUNTRIES SUBMITTED THEIR CONSTITUTIONS TO THE IFBB corporation??? Not many have rules or constitution.
We should challenge the IFBB to produce the list of all the countries who are recognized by their Ministry of Sport or by their National Olympic Committee. We doubt that there are more than 40 or 50 countries recognized by their government or National Olympic Committees. Take for example, the English Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation & Australia federation ( they are operating under business). Only a handful number of countries are recognized: Asia, South Pacific and some Pan American/European countries.
The IFBB is actually not 179 countries strong....let's track back the past five years, how many nations participated in the World Men's Bodybuilding Championships, not over 65 and some of them do not even have athletes. Most of the delegates are gym owners and bodybuilders. Where are the 100 over nations?????
The "IFBB" hoodwink the governments. GAISF, IWGF and the sports authorities of the world.
Shame on them.

AGAIN I WISH TO BRING ANOTHER DIRTY GAME AND TRICK OF THE IFBB TO GAIN FAVOUR FROM THE NATIONAL FEDERATIONS IN ASIA TO SUPPORT THEM.
FACTS:
In the Arnold Classic "Amateur" Bodybuilding Championships in Columbus, Ohio - United States of America, the IFBB invited a banned bodybuilder for DOPING OFFENCES from the UAE to participate in this competition. ESSA IBRAHIM HASSAN OBAD was banned for doping infringements by the Emirates Bodybuilding Federation a member of the Emirates Olympic Committee. This athletes did not go through the process to be reinstated. This case is known to the IFBB because their Executive Assist in Egypt - Adel Fahim is known as "father of drugs" condoned and urged his boss Rafael Santonja, President of IFBB to compete in the Arnold Classic. To be fair to the Organizer, they do not know who is who...only the IFBB knew about the doping cases.
Essa Ibrahim Hassan Obed does not represent the legally registered UAE Bodybuilding Federation but went on own and participated. The IFBB is interfering into the local recognized bodies by their NOC and trying to create parallel federations.
In which rules or constitution allow an athlete to participate in Arnold Classic without permeation from his local federation, ONLY IN RAFAEL SANTONJA AND HIS CORPORATION.
The IFBB fixed the results to make Essa Ibrahim Hassan Obed to win because the President of the Asian Bodybuilding Federation and World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Federation is from Emirates so the IFBB using this dirty trick to gain ground in UAE.
My concern is if the IFBB keep on allowing individuals who were banned for drugs and break their own rules why they are not being disciplined? Are they a SPECIAL international federation???? The violated so many of the international rules and yet they are not punished by the relevant authorities.
In Doha last November 2009, they cleverly made the Omani bodybuilder to win medals to gain support, as well as this year in Arnold Classic 2 Gold medals. This is their NEW TRICK to get members to support them.
IFBB under Rafael Santonja, and Adel Fahim are damaging the image of sports and they do not respect the International controlling bodies like WADA, IOC, IWGF or SPORTS ACCORD. They don't care about the life of the athletes and allow doping freely.

The IFBB President acting like GOLD, because his lackney's and stooges have no guts or boldness to put a stop to his nonsense. Under Article 20.1 ...the President has absolute power to do what he want. Rafael think he is the boss and everyone in the IFBB is an idiot deaf, dumb and blind.
May I beg the authorities to look into their bullying tactics and double-standard please.
Their medical team are all puppets and they have no power to tell Rafael and Adel, they simply follow as long as they get free air tickets and accommodation for the competitions.
One guy called Prof Maricio is a paid staff working directly under the IFBB President and he is in charge of Doping. Of course this Maurico cover for Rafael on all doping results.
IF IFBB SIGNATORY TO WADA ANTI – DOPING RULES, WHY THEY DON'T FOLLOW THE RULES:
1. Allowing BANNED athlete to participate in Arnold Classic.
2. Allowing an athlete to participate without have an official letter of permission from his LOCAL FEDERATION.
3. Why there was NO DOPING TEST in ARNOLD CLASSIC, if NO TEST. WHY IFBB SACNTIONED SUCH CHAMPIONSHIP.

Here's another real example on how thing work in the IFBB under Rafael's dictatorial leadership :
At our 2007 Nationals, the office of youth and sport's medical team showed up by surprise and tested all of our winners, all test came back negative except for one guy who tested positive for the anabolic steroid Stanolozol. The test were performed by the IOC accredited lab of Chatenay Malabry in France and paid for by the Office of Youth and Sports (body of the French governement). The athlete asked for the analysis of the second sample which confirmed the first finding. Then, as per French law he had to go to the National Anti-Doping 's commission (its local arm), this commission is something very serious (President is a Judge) and is financed and ruled by the french Governement. After the hearing this athlete was sanctionned to 3 years suspension (instead of 2) because of his behavior at the hearing where he showed no remorse and no intention to stop doping whatsover. This sanction as per french law is applicable to all competitions in all federation in all sports...
One month later the same athlete was arrested at the international airport on his way back from France with a large quantity of steroids and other drugs. When the police officers searched his home they found even more drugs and also a large amount of cash which leads the investigators to think that he is also dealing the drugs to other people....
Since the IFBB-France was dismantled on december 19th, 2009 is is now run by Pierre Scatolini and Jose Ramos from Spain under the direct supervision of Rafael Santonja with cooperation of IFBB pro Eric Castagnet (who is the promoter of the 2010 French Nationals this coming April), this same athlete has been fully re-instated in the IFBB and will not only compete in the up coming French Nationals, but is also explaining in the main French Muscle Magazine how he will compete in the year's IFBB international events such as the European championships and the World Championhsips (probably using more drugs than ever before !!). By the way, Rafael Santonja will be attending the French Nationals in April.... (he will probably personnaly remit a medal to this athlete !!)
The governement can't do much about this as the IFBN is not recognized at all in France (do you wonder why ?..)
Another example of how corrupted the IFBB is and how full of drugs it is ! The promoter of the French Nationals himself tested positive each time he got tested, except at the European Championships once where he could compete because he did not get tested before departure and then he used a hidden urine bottle to give the sample at the european championships.... what a great example and leader this guy is !!! It is also well known that he sells drug programs to aspiring bodybuilders in France (Guess where our athlete gets his drugs and programs from ?....)

IFBB Owner and World‘s bodybuilding Giant BEN WEIDER passed. Great respect to him.
During the last years the Former IFBB Vice President PAUL CHUA (Singapore) and IFBB Lower and Official ALEX BAUER (Austria), Vice President IFBB Spain JOSE PARDO HIDALGO sent to the WFF-WBBF Headquarters leters attahched with over 600 juridical value documents of the IFBB. Only now we found enough time to put them in order and sart scrutinizing and evaluation them. After this we will make juridical conclusions and present it in public (first at the International Site www.wff.lt ).
There were many changes in the IFBB last time. Today the International Sport Society learned, that the IFBB is not an International Sport Federation and it has never been such by Law, It is a private commercial company by juridic registration. Hiding this in IFBB managed to join the GAISF, WADA, World Games and dealed with the IOC. A decade ago IOC refused to accept the IFBB. Two years ago Asia Olympic Committee and the World Games stopped connections with the IFBB. Last week the International WFF-WBBF President EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS has spoken with EU Officials about still lasting the doubtfull IFBB membership in GAISF.
