We are an association of bodybuilders in Pakistan (Pakistan Amateur Bodybuilding Association) and require some information regarding the competitions and the registration process involved in order for our athletes to compete internationally. Following are the basic required pieces of information and an elaborate reply/explanation will be appreciated.
Can the athletes only apply as individuals or as a part of the Association
If the association apply for the contest can it send any number of contestants for said categories What is the registration process to enroll in the competition
Is there a prior experience required for the contestants to be able to compete
Finally what is the registration process involved in getting a registration/affiliation

let us say You have a formal membership in the World Fitness Federation (WFF) and the World Body Building Federation (WBBF). We can make legal steps needed at the 2011 WFF-WBBF Asia Championship in India (April), later on at the 2011 WFF-WBBF World Grand Prix in Russia (May) and then at a number of contests in autumn - World Am and Pro Championship, "Universe" etc..

During the last time the WFF-WBBF International (World Fitness Federation and World Body Building Federation) are working on the International Bodybuilding Project in Asia. The Initiative is of the Afghanistan Government and the Afghanistan Embassy in Japan. Thr WFF-WBBF International received a proposal to involve the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs of the Republic Lithuania in this Project too.

I am Latypov Evgeny, Europe’s Fitness Champion 2009 and an official of World Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation (WFF and WBBF) in Japan as well as a member of Afghanistan support network.
The WFF and WBBF are not-for-profit organizations aimed at organizing competitions based on IOC and international laws.
We will be holding an official fitness and bodybuilding competition in Kabul, a place where the sport has quickly gained popularity and world-class athletes have emerged already.
Many body builders from around the world have expressed interest in joining the competition making this a great opportunity for cultural exchange between athletes and fitness enthusiasts from around the globe.
Since the early 2000s sports have boomed in Afghanistan and many teams have received world wide recognition, especially in cricket, soccer, and the various martial arts. While bodybuilding is on the rise, no world wide officially recognized competitions have been staged in the country and most Afghans cannot afford to go abroad to compete.
The planned event will allow up to 500 athletes of all classes to compete, with a maximum of fifty in the final stage.
This event will promote physical health, mental health, diplomacy, and perhaps touch future leaders – the next Schwartzenhager might be there!

Today the International WFF-WBBF Headquarters received a call from Iran. President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) Iran ALI REZA RASA informed about the preparations of the National Bodybuilding Team Iran to the 2011 WFF-WBBF World Am Championship (November 2-4, Vienna, Austria) and Pro „Amber Prix OLYMPIA“ (20 000 euro, November 4-6, Brusno Kupele, Slovakia).
Also ALI REZA RASA told us that the World and Asia Champion ABBAS ALI AGBAR AGHELI forgot his Medal in Russia and the WFF-WBBF will send him another one by post.

The President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) Japan SAWAKO IWAMOTO and WFF-WBBF International Official in Asia EVGENY LATYPOV (a former WFF-WBBF Europe Champion) confirmed the Official registration of National WFF-WBBF Federation of Japan.
On July 11, 2011 the Open International Meeting of the National WFF-WBBF Japan Federation was held in Tokyo (Japan).
Participants: GAREN BAGHDASARIAN (Armenia), ADNAN HUSEYN (Azerbaijan), MICHIKO ITAKURA (Japan), JAMES McGUIRE (United States of America), RYUICHIRO OZAWA (Japan), MASAHIRO UEDA (Japan), MICHAEL WINTERS (United Kingdom).
During the Open International Meeting in Japan the election of the WFF-WBBF Japan Official Representative (Delegate) was held. The WFF-WBBF International Official in Asia EVGENY LATYPOV received this right from the International President EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. After the voting the position of the WFF-WBBF Japan Official Representative (Delegate) was given to Azerbaijan national ADNAN HUSEYN.
In near feature to meet the Azerbaijan State Government Officials the Official visit of the WFF-WBBF Delegates are to be organized to Azerbaijan soon.

Today the International WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) President EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS had a meeting with the official representative from Tokio (Japan). The Member WFF-WBBF International Executive Council for Asia EVGENY LATYPOV (a former WFF-WBBF Europe Champion) came to Lithuania to meet the International President EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS.
Important Asia bodybuilding and fitness concerning questions were spoken over at the meeting, especially concerning India, Iran, Japan, Afghanistan and Azerbaijan.
Tomorrow to meet the highest State Officials the Official Representative WFF-WBBF Japan will come to Azerbaijan. The National Federation WFF-WBBF Azerbaijan will be registered in Baku City and the new International Event will be started to be organized.

The International President WFF-WBBF EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS is still on official visit in India. A number of official and friendly meetings took place. Tomorrow will happen greatest bodybuilding event in India: the selection contest for the 2011 WFF-WBBF Am and Pro World Championship in Austria and Slovakia.
During the official visit of the International President WFF-WBBF EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to India the new strategic goal was set: in the nearest future to organize in India the "2011 WFF-WBBF Asia Pro Championship Open" (20 000 euro). Also the WFF-WBBF International Executuive Committee thinks of the possibilities to organize two Pro Events in India in a row (making prize money doubled – 20 000 and again 20 000 euro), just some days separating one Pro Event from another. The President WFF-WBBF Asia PRINCE UPPAL is looking for the possibilities to pay air tickets for overseas professionals.

We are totally involved in the preparation of the coming 2012 WFF-WBBF Asia Championship in India. The Vice President WFF-WBBF Asia ALI REZA RASA (Iran) is on the Official visit to Dubai (UAE). A number of Arab Countries will be present at the 2012 WFF-WBBF Asia Championship too.
The 2012 WFF-WBBF Asia Championship will be OPEN and teams from OTHER CONTINENTS are expected to be present in India.
Under the request of Asia Countries there will be 7 Classic Bodybuilding Categories (65, 67, 70, 72, 75, 77, 80 kgs) along with the usual Categories we are used to present. Also Men and Women Model Fitness Categories will be present in India first time.
2 Disabled Sport Categories will be presented in 2012 WFF-WBBF Asia too: General and Wheel-Chair. Also Juniors until 18 and 21 years and Seniors Over 40, 50 and 60 years.

2012 ASIA CHAMPIONSHIP WORK GOES ON. „TUT BROTHERS“
Preparing the coming 2012 WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) Asia Championship in India a number of important meetings were held.
President WFF-WBBF Asia PRINCE UPPAL visited the USA-India „TUT BROTHERS“ Company Headquarters in Jallandhar. The „TUT BROTHERS“ Owners are among main Organizers and Sponsors of the coming WFF-WBBF Asia Championship. In the nearest days the „TUT BROTHERS“ are leaving to the USA for three months. It was decided to organize the 2012 WFF-WBBF Asia Championship in July in Jallandhar when „TUT BROTHERS“ will be back from the USA.
