[b][b]It is already the second decade when the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) [/b]International organizes Competitions for Professional Bodybuilders. [/b] Some time ago the WFF-WBBF Executive Concil decided to make the Pro Division much wider. We are preparing the refreshed Rules for Pros. New Categories will appear. 2016. REMEMBER BODYBUILDING LEGENDS. VIKTORAS JUCYS. GET TO KNOW WORLD BODYBUILDING HISTORY. Last 2015was an extraordinary year for the World Bodybuilding. In 2015 the International Sport Society was celebrating the World‘s Oldest Traditional Bodybuilding Contest „Amber Prix International“ (международный турнир „Янтарныйприз», “Gintarinio prizo” turnyras) 48-th anniversary (1968-2015). Soon we will celebrate the 50-th anniversary! In 2015 the International Sport Society was celebrating the 117-th anniversary of the first bodybuilding contest ever (held in 1898 in England and Russia). Also in 1898 in England the first Bodybuilding „Health and Strenght“ Magazine has been started to issue and it is issued until now by ROY EDWARDS (UK). In 2015 the International Sport Society was celebrating the 87-th anniversary of female fitness. It is connected with the famous BRONE‘s DUBAR regular trainings and participation in New York City in 1928. We are glad to state that the Americans started collecting additional historic information about BRONE DUBAR for the coming „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“. BRONE DUBAR with her family emigrated from Lithuania to the US right before the First World War. WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA. Crowning it‘s 50 years of International Bodybuilding activities, the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) works on the unique Global Bodybuilding Project - the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ («Энциклопедиямировогокультуризма»). The Encyclopedia Project works are led by the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. Until now nobody even tried to work on such a huge International Project. To be frank, only few people can do it. There were attempts to name some works „Encyclopedia“ too, but that were not Encyclopedias of Bodybuilding Sport in real (for example, as Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s „Encyclopedia“ which he has written about himself in person mostly). 2016. NABBA. NATIONAL FEDERATIONS BECAME MEMBERS OF ENGLISH CLUB. MOST INTERNATIONAL SPORT FEDERATIONS ARE NOT FEDERATIONS. Today the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International unites National Federations from 125 Countries that represent all Continents. Some time ago National Federation WFF-WBBF Republic Equatorial Guinea became the 125 -th Country-Momber of the WFF-WBBF International. Every year the WFF-WBBF International holds over 60 International Events World Wide. MOST INTERNATIONAL FEDERATIONS ARE NOT FEDERATIONS. THEY PLAY GAMES AND FOOL PEOPLE. SPORT MINISTRY ADDRESSED WFF-WBBF PRESIDENT. In July 2016 the WFF-WBBF International was addressed through it‘s representative by Sport Ministry of one Country. Working with the National WFF-WBBF Federation of this Country the Sport Ministry wants to organize the 2017 WFF-WBBF World AM Championship. Such contacts are possible only with the WFF-WBBF International. Relations with the National Olympic Committees and Sport Ministries are evident only of in 2009 split in between IFBB-1(International Federation of Body Builders, Owner and President Raphael Santonja from Spain) and IFBB-2 (Leader Paul Chua from Singapore) and working from 1968 WFF-WBBF International. All other so called “International Federations” and “International Associations” can not work with Sport Ministries as they are not International Sport Federations by Law. Have you ever seen a single other so called “International Sport Federation” working with Olympic Committees and Sport Ministries but these three spoken above? No! now we will speak about various International Federations and we will start from ourselves – the WFF-WBBF International. WFF-WBBF INTERNATIONAL. Now the WFF-WBBF International presents a new Global Sport Educational Institution – the INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY (МеждународныйУниверситетСпорта). The ISU is registered in the EU.
IFBB
With the juridical, financial and historical documents of the IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) Commercial Company we have spoken in details before. That were our famous Articles in the International Internet Page www.wff.lt, our multiple Facebook Pages and in the International Magazine “Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding”, that is issued in various languages since 1989. The Articles are named “IFBB Illegal Juridical and Financial deals”.
Some time before the Owners of the IFBB Commercial Company tried to hide the essence of the IFBB. Today all of us know that the IFBB is not a federation. It is a private Commercial Company. Formally IFBB is ruled by Spanish RAFAEL SANTONJA, but it has some more owners in the USA too.
NABBA. NATIONAL FEDERATIONS BECAME MEMBERS OF A PUBLIC NABBA CLUB.
International Sport Society got acquinted with the NABBA (National Amateur Body Building Association) long ago. NABBA was the first to organize regular International Bodybuilding Contests – the “NABBA Universe”. In 1948 “Health and Strength” Magazine organized the first “Universe” Contest in London. In 1950 the magazine gave the right to the UK Public Club NABBA (NABBA UK, National Amateur Body Building Association) to go on to organize “Universe” Contest. In such Juridical Public Club Status NABBA egzisted until 1995. From time to time NABBA members organized World and Europe Championship. It forced some changes in the structure of NABBA. Then “NABBA International” appeared. All was not so easy. At that time NABBA had several ambitious personalities and each of them called himself “President of NABBA International”. That were IVAN DUNBAR (Ireland), JOE LOPEZ (Australia) and KLAUS P.J.HOFFMANN (Germany). Racing one with another each of the “presidents” did their best to collect annual fee from NABBA members. Several NABBA members worked officially. Some national federations were registered officially and they did right book-keeping operations. These federations had to work with the Sport Ministries of their Countries. Due to this DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS insisted to get the truth about the NABBA juridical status and get the truth about NABBA finances. We needed accounts and real financial documents to present to Sport Ministry. Then IVAN DUNBAR “opened the secret”. IVAN DUNBAR said that NABBA UK is a Public Club by Law Registration. Also he said that NABBA International has no official registration at all. It was so childish unserious about NABBA! During the twenty years at NABBA International Congresses nobody spoke about the development of our sport, but DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. All International Congresses included only collecting annual fee from NABBA members and speaking about the nearest future contests. Yes, it was more democratic as at the IFBB Congresses for decades nobody even had right to speak. This could not last for long and finally in 1999 NABBA split. JOE LOPEZ registered his private Company in Australia and named it “NABBA International”. JOE LOPEZ unsuccessfully tried to copy original NABBA structure and contests. Some time ago IVAN DUNBAR and KLAUS P.J.HOFFMANN left NABBA. NABBA is still in the hardly understandable juridical and financial status. It is so much unserious. During 70 years no sport ministries or higher Official International Institutions ever communicated with NABBA. They even can not do this.

EUROPEAN UNION OFFICIALLY RERISTERED INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY.
As You know the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Federation works since 1968 (soon all of us will celebrate the 50-th aniversary!). Today the WFF-WBBF unites 125 Country-Members from All Continets and it holds over 60 annual International Events Worldwide.
Now the WFF-WBBF International presents a new Global Sport Educational Institution – the INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY (МеждународныйУниверситетСпорта). The ISU is registered in the EU.
THE IDEA TO ORGANIZE INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY COMES FROM INOC.
Three years ago the idea to organize the INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY came from INOC (International Non Olympic Committee). Then communicating actively with the INOC and the University of the INOC the WFF-WBBF International made this unbelievably brave decision.
Again this proves that the WFF-WBBF is the today’s International Bodybuilding Leader as nobody in the World did it before us.
EUROPEAN UNION OFFICIALLY RERISTERED INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY.
Some time ago in European Union the International Sport University (ISU) was officially registered. According the Constitution the ISU will work in all World‘s Countries. At this moment only some formalities left, like making the Official Flag of the University, etc..
PREPARATION INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY TEACHING PROGRAMMES STARTED.
A number of the preliminary talks of the International Sport University studying programmes for it‘s students were made. The known sport studies specialists from veriuos countries took part in the mentioned talks. It was decided to prepare the studying programmes untij June 2016. Then these University programmes will be discussed, corrected, accepted and translated to various languages.
ADMINISTRATION OF INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY.
Some days ago the administration structure of the International Sport University was discussed over. The ISU administration will be the same as it is at any Institution of the High Education. The ruling administration will be led by the Rector, Pro-Rectors and Deans of the International Sport University. The teaching and scientific fields will be led by Professors, Docens and Teachers-Lecturers.
STUDENTS OF INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY WILL SEEK UNIVERSITY DIPLOMA.
Studies at the International Sport University are open to everybody. To receive the ISU University Diploma students must pass all necessary examinations and practical works. All is done according the University teaching Programmes and the Study Specialization students have chosen. Nothing new. All is common to any Institution of High Education. Also ISU students will have possibilities to study „on-line“ and „off-line“.
At the same time the USU will continue thirty years lasting International Trainer‘s Seminar work. As usual the Seminar attendants will receive International Trainer‘s Certificate which opens the doors for them to get a Gym Trainer‘s work. During thirty years with such International Trainer‘s Certificated Trainers are working in more than twenty Countries World Wide.
COMMON WORK WITH UNIVERSITIES OF OTHER COUNTRIES.
Some time ago the President of the International Sport University DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS visited Russia and spoke with the representatives of the Moscow State University. ISU agreed to use Moscow University teaching programs in it’s work. Only ISU has to develop them to the necessary requirements and translate to the English language. ISU plans to start the student teaching process in September 2016. Besides Moscow ISU already received preliminary suggestions of the common work from the State Universities of Dehli (India), Dubai (UAE), Ottava (Canada) and Tehran (Iran).
INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY WILL HAVE IT’S COLLEGE.
Just before the start of the International Sport University studies it was decided to set the International Sport College too. ISU College will have a more narrow program of studies and will represent the education level between known the Secondary and High Educational Institutions.
INTERNATIONAL SPORT UNIVERSITY AND UNESCO.
Working with the Universities of the neighbour countries, the International Sport University (ISU, International Sport University) aims to work together with the UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization). Due to this the Official Meeting of the President USU DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS with the UNESCO representatives is planned at the end of September, 2016. At the same time DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS is the President WFF-WBBF International (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation). UNESCO is the Organization of the Unated Nations that works on Education, Scientific and Culture programmes. UNESCO is set in 1945 to develop Education, Scientific and Culture programmes among different Nations. Today UNESCO unotes over 200 Nations. The Headquarters of the UNESCO are in Paris (France). The regional work is fullfilled by it‘s 60 departments World Wide. UNESCO is the World's main organization to develop physical education and sport. Among the multiple UNESCO supported scientific programmes are also the ones the ISU works on.

2016. WORLD BODYBUILDING LEGEND INNAR MARDO. INNAR MARDO – THE HEART OF ESTONIA BODYBUILDING. During the long lasting history of Estonia bodybuilding there were no more so High Bodybuilding Personalities, so skilled organizers and trainers as INNAR MARDO. INNAR MARDO started his International activities with the prestigeous „Georg Tenno Memorial“ competitions. During his life he became very Professional in this sport. Together with the contemporary President of the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Federation DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS, INNAR MARDO was for many years in contact with all main World‘s Bodybuilding Leaders such as BEN WEIDER, OSCAR HEIDENSTAM, SERGE NUBRET. WORLD HISTORIC CONTEST „AMBER PRIX INTERNATIONAL“. Representing Estonia INNAR MARDO was the Head of all National Teams to the World‘s Oldest Tradinional Bodybuilding Contest – the „Amber Prix International“ (1968-2016). INNAR MARDO was the first President of the National Federation WFF-WBBF Estonia. In 2001 INNAR MARDO was one of the main organizers of the WFF-WBBF Europe Championship in the capital Estonia City of Tallinn. After unexpectidly early INNAR MARDO passed away the Estonians use to organize anual „Innar Mardo Memorial“ Contest.

2016. UNIQUE RECORD – EUGENIJ GORELIK PARTICIPATES 30 YEARS IN A ROW. REMEMBER BODYBUILDING LEGENDS. GET TO KNOW WORLD BODYBUILDING HISTORY. Last 2015 was an extraordinary year for the World Bodybuilding. In 2015 the International Sport Society was celebrating the World‘s Oldest Traditional Bodybuilding Contest „Amber Prix International“ (международный турнир „Янтарныйприз», “Gintarinio prizo” turnyras) 48-th anniversary (1968-2015). Soon we will celebrate the 50-th anniversary! In 2015 the International Sport Society was celebrating the 117-th anniversary of the first bodybuilding contest ever (held in 1898 in England and Russia). Also in 1898 in England the first Bodybuilding „Health and Strenght“ Magazine has been started to issue and it is issued until now by ROY EDWARDS (UK). In 2015 the International Sport Society was celebrating the 87-th anniversary of female fitness. It is connected with the famous BRONE‘s DUBAR regular trainings and participation in New York City in 1928. We are glad to state that the Americans started collecting additional historic information about BRONE DUBAR for the coming „Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding“. BRONE DUBAR with her family emigrated from Lithuania to the US right before the First World War. WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA. Crowning it‘s 50 years of International Bodybuilding activities, the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) works on the unique Global Bodybuilding Project - the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ («Энциклопедиямировогокультуризма»). 2016. WORLD BODYBUILDING SITUATION TODAY. MORE AND MORE NEW FEDERATIONS APPEAR. NOTHING CHANGES. Every year the International Sport Society meets a number of new National and International Federations of various names and various kinds. Being very little public information available people and sportsmen have difficulties to understand what is what. Every of these federations use to declare they are better than the other ones. But that are only declarations. For example NABBA (National Amateur Body Building Association, juridically it is a UK Public Club) was split three times during the last twenty years and the new federations appeared then. After these organizations also fighted inside and again were split. The process never ends and it gives nothing positive especially on for the Official Sport, for the recognition of bodybuilding... For decades due to the false ways of development by the former International Sport Leaders today nobody looks towards bodybuilding seriously. Former beautiful kind of sport is turned in to business only. Manipulating with sportsmen, doping affairs, health and even lives of bodybuilders is a „normal everyday‘s“ case. Nothing is official and it seems like never stopping children‘s game. Bodybuilding lives in a closed inner circle, closed narrow society, which most people do not like or even hate. This is the image of bodybuilding today. And this image is very negative. The main question for every federation today is the only one: what really positive this federation is doing for the OFFICIAL SPORT, what it can do to make contemporary problematic bodybuilding to be RECOGNIZED and RESPECTED sport not only for bodybuilders themselves, but for all World‘s public society? We say „really positive“ because most federations say one and do the opposite. For example, a private commercial company IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) declared many interesting positive things. But some years ago after inner fighting the IFBB was split and divided. Then the Vice President IFBB PAUL CHUA (Singapore) and IFBB Lower ALEX BAUER (Austria) published the IFBB juridical documents. The long lasting IFBB lies was finished. The documents proved that he IFBB is not a federation, it is a provate commercial company. High International IFBB Officials were manipulating with doping. They were hiding doping results, for definite amount of money they let the guilty for doping usage sportsmen and officials remain unpunished. They were selling the programmes of how to use doping. That was the reason of a number of court trials in Poland for the High International IFBB Official and National President IFBB Poland PAVEL FILEBORN. The IFBB was hiding the cases when young sportsmen died. For these reasons IOC (International Olympic Committee) refused to recognize the IFBB. For this reason the IFBB was thrown out of the World Games and Asia Games, not long ago after a scandal at the International Event in Azerbajan Governments Poland and Ukraine stopped supporting and financing national IFBB federations (see documents on the International Site www.wff.lt, read forum topics „IFBB/EFBB illegal financial deals“ and „Various International Federations“). And when this we say about the IFBB the juridical situation in another International Federations is even more worse. We could speak with humor about them, but all they do is not serious. This is the reason no Official International Organizations communicate with them. WFF-WBBF TAKES THE LEAD. Different to other International Federations being officially registered as a no profit International Social Sport Federation and having historical bodybuilding work background of nearly 50 years, the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International have already tried many ways to go (read in various languages published 33-34 Issues of the International Magazine „Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding“ and see on the International Site www.wff.lt, read forum topics „Unknown History of Bodybuilding. How it was in real“). Being the World‘s Bodybuilding Leader today the WFF-WBBF unites 125 Countries from all Continents. Every year WFF-WBBF organizes over 60 International Events in many Countries. The university already works. It seems that the WFF-WBBF International is the sole one International Bodybuilding Structure which really cares for the bodybuilding sport to make it recognized and official, to make it real sport as many others Olympic Sports are. It is not easy, even not real, but the WFF-WBBF declares this to be it‘s priority and it permanently goes this way. That is why we underline that speedy growing number of new federations does not change the position of bodybuilding at all and it has zero value from the point of view of the OFFICIAL SPORT RECOGNITION.

Some of them were from Lithuania and twenty years ago they had to leave the WFF-International due to the intriques and jealousy. Then they unsuccessfully tried to work with IFBB Lithuania and after joined the Intternational Federation of Homosexual Bodybuilders. Some of them were from Latvia and ten years ago they had to leave the WFF-International when being drunk during the contest in fromt of the major City Prague (Czech) behaved awfully and made problems for the federation. Also the Latvians was the reason when a number of athletes had to go to hospital under surgery operation due the false „supplements“ the mentioned Latvians were producing and selling to the sportsmen (we have documents about this). These presonalities never did any strategic International work, they have never did anything sufficient Internationally during their lives. They were only the observers to the Global historic work that was done by other persons. It seems like a humour when now these persons try to make false WFF-International history and try to present it in public. TELLTALERS AND LOOSERS ARE MAKING FALSE INTERNATIONAL WFF HISTORY. WFF WILL ADDRESS THE COURT FOR THIS. It is already some time when the mentioned telltalers and loosers try to make false WFF-International history. They try to use illegally our patented names like WFF, World Fitness Federation, „Amber Prix International“ etc. Some years ago they did it too, but then we warned them about our addressing to the Court to clear the matter then they appologized in public their illegal actions. With the official congratulations Vice President Parliament Republic Slovakia JAN FIGEL was present at the 2013 WFF-WBBF World Amateur Championship in Brusno.
After the WFF-WBBF International Himna was played, the Vice President Parliament Republic Slovakia JAN FIGEL awarded the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS with the Silver Medal of the Parliament Republic Slovakia and the Parliament Diploma of Honour.
„DIPLOMA OF HONOUR to the President of the Global Federation of WBBF and WFF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS for his lifetime contribution to fitness and bodybuilding and promotion of the sport between youth and physically disabled people around the world“.
2013 OFFICIAL VISIT TO PARLIAMENT.
During the visit to the 2013 WFF-WBBF World Amateur Championship in Brusno Kupele resort the Vice President Parliament Republic Slovakia JAN FIGEL invited the International President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to pay the Official Visit to the Parliament Republic Slovakia.
Right after the World Championship in Brusno the International President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS came to the Slovakia Capital City Bratislava where the Official Meeting at the Headquarters Parliament Republic Slovakia was payed.
During the meeting in the Parliament a number of important National and International sport and fitness questions were discussed and spoken over.

WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International informes about the activities in Africa. Some time ago the 2016 WFF-WBBF World Amateur and Pro Championship was held in Lithuania. Among Africa Contestants at the 27-th WFF-WBBF World AM Championship a Category Winner was El Hardi Zakaria (Marocco) and at the 13-th World Pro Championship „Amber Prix OLYMPIA“ the Champion in the Category Over 100 kgs. was JANNIE COETZEE (Republic South Africa). Every year the WFF-WBBF International holds over 60 International Events World Wide. Before the coming 2017 WFF-WBBF International Contest in Cyprus and under support of the Vice President WFF-WBBF International ANDREJ BASOV, GVIDON ALVANTZIAN has been nominated to the high Position of the President National Federation WFF-WBBF Cyprus.
