“STEP AEROBIKA” varžybų taisyklės
KATEGORIJOS IR AMŽIAUS GRUPĖS
- varžybose dalyvauja vyrai ir moterys. Gali būti ir mišrios lyčių poros bei grupės.
- dalyviai pasirodo individualiai ir grupėse - duettas, trio ir t.t.
- amžiaus grupės - mišrios, tačiau individualiai dalyvaujantiems iki 16, 18, 21 ir per 21, 40, 50 metų amžiaus.
APRANGA
- laisvos formos drabužai ir avalynė, atitinkantys kompozicijos mintį
KOMPOZICINĖ PROGRAMA
- kompozicinė programa atliekama pagal dalyvio (dalyvių) pasirinktą muziką (fonograma nuo 60 iki 90 sekundžių). Registracijos metu varžybų dalyvis pateikia varžybų sekrettoriui savo muzikinį kūrinį, įrašytą į USB laikmeną.
TEISĖJŲ VERTINIMAS
- varžybų teisėjai vietomis vertina laisvos kompozicinės programos sudėtingumą, jos atitikimą muzikiniam kūriniui, bendrą varžybų dalyvio (dalyvių) išvaizdą bei jo aprangą
- po visų dalyvių pasirodymo didžiausias ir mažiausias teisėjų vertinimas atmetamas, o likusieji rezultatai sumuojami. Nugalėtoju skelbiamas mažiausiai taškų surinkęs sportininkas.

AR DAR KURI NORS TARPTAUTINĖ FEDERACIJA KĄ PANAŠAUS NUVEIKĖ?
Dabar enciklopedijos darbai tebevyksta ir apsistojo ties antruoju tomu, tačiau temos persilieja ir į trečiąjį. Atrodo, sportinis gyvenimas vyksta stabiliai ir vingiuotai, tačiau, pažiūrėjus per laiko prizmę - nė viena kita federacija nuveiktais darbais mums prilygti negali. Pažiūrėkite į trečiojo enciklopedijos tomo temas! Pabrėšime, kad nuo socialistinio pasaulio žlugimo 1991 metais ir iki šiol Pasaulinės W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) federacijos veikla Lietuvoje vyksta nuolatinėje konfrontacijoje su I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders) federacija. I.F.B.B. atstovams nepatinka, kad W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. bendradarbiauja su su įvairių šalių vyriausybinėmis, visuomeninėmis ir sporto organizacijomis, kad siekia aukštų tarptautinių tikslų. Ir tuos tikslus pasiekia (žodžius puikiai patvirtina žemiau išvardinta federacijos veikla). Tuo pačiu metu nė viena kita federacija netgi visai neturi jokių aiškių tikslų ir siekių. Visą W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. federacijos kelią teko nuolat susidurti su kliūtimis, kurių priežastis kenkėjiška I.F.B.B. federacijos veikla. Žemiau išvardinsime kai kurias trečiojo enciklopedijos tomo temas:
-minėtu laikotarpiu vyko W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. federacijos prezidento Dr. EDMUNDO DAUBARO (DSc. Edmundas Daubaras) oficialūs susitikimai su Estijos, Latvijos, Lietuvos ir Irano Respublikų Nacionalinių Olimpinių komitetų vadovais
- minėtu laikotarpiu vyko dvi dešimtys Dr. EDMUNDO DAUBARO priėmimų Europos Sąjungos parlamentuose, dešimtys susitikimų su įvairių Europos Sąjungos bei Azijos šalių valdžios atstovais
- 1996, 1997, 1998 metais Dr. EDMUNDO DAUBARO Lietuvos Respublikoje organizuoti Vyriausybės remiami Europos čempionatai, kuriuos filmavo ir rodė “Eurosport” televizija
- 1998 metais Dr. EDMUNDO DAUBARO Lietuvos Respublikoje organizuotas Vyriausybės remiamas W.F.F. pasaulio čempionatas, kurį filmavo ir rodė “Eurosport” televizija
- 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 metais Lietuvos Respublikoje vyko Lietuvos valstybės remiami W.F.F. pasaulio čempionatai.
- 2008 metais Lietuvos Respublikoje Seimas balsavo už jubiliejinio istorinio “Gintarinio Prizo” turnyro finansavimą tiesiogiai iš valstybės biudžeto atskira eilute
- pirmą kartą pasaulio kultūrizmo istorijoje 2005 metų W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. pasaulio čempionatas buvo tiesiogiai pasauliui transliuojamas internetu. Pasak Lietuvos Radijo ir Televizijos sporto žurnalistės LAIMOS JANUŠONYTĖS, tuomet peržiūra gerokai viršijo Lietuvos Krepšinio Lygos krepšinio finalo žiūrovų skaičių, kol skaitliukas “užlūžo”. W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. varžybų transliaciją rėmė AB “Lietuvos telekomas”, tam išleidusi daugiau nei 41 000 eurų.
- 2005 metais Pasaulio anti dopingo agentūros (W.A.D.A., World Anti Doping Agency) direktorius RUNE ANDERSONAS oficialiu raštu pripažino W.F.F. federaciją esant formaliai prisijungus prie pasaulinio anti dopingo kodekso
- Čekijos Respublikos Vyriausybės finansuoti kaskart po 500 000 eurų 2006 - 2009 metų W.F.F. pasaulio fitneso čempionatai vyko istoriniuose Prahos Žofrino rūmuose
- 2008 metais vyko oficialus Dr. EDMUNDO DAUBARO susitikimas su Lenkijos Respublikos sporto ministru ZBIGNIEVU PACELTU (Zbigniew Pacelt)
- 2009 ir 2011 metais vyko oficialūs Dr. EDMUNDO DAUBARO priėmimai Slovakijos Vyriausybėje ir asmeniniai susitikimai su ministru pirmininku ROBERTU FICO (Robert Fico)
- 2006 - 2012 metais Austrijos Parlamento pirminikas profesorius ALFREDAS GERSTLAS (Professor Alfred Gerstl) - daugelio W.F.F. varžybų Austrijoje svečias ir rėmėjas
- 2011 metais vyko oficialus W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. federacijos vadovų priėmimas Vatikane. Išklausęs W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. federacijos istoriją, Vatikano Kardinolas Kongregatas Prefektas J. Em. JOZEFAS TOMKO (Vatican Congregat Prefect J. Em. JOZEF KARDINAL TOMKO) pripažino federacijos veiklą “disidentine” komunistinio režimo atžvilgiu ir apdovanojo Dr. EDMUNDĄ DAUBARĄ Romos Popiežiaus Medaliu (Medaglia Ufficiale di Pontificato di Sua Santita Benedetto XVI, Headquarters State Vatican, Cita del Vaticano, March 29, 2011).
- 2011 metais vyko Dr. EDMUNDO DAUBARO oficialus susitikimas su Lietuvos Respublikos Parlamento pirmininku ARŪNU VALINSKU
- 2012 metais vyko Dr. EDMUNDO DAUBARO oficialus susitikimas su Slovakijos Respublikos Parlamento pirmininku JANU FIGELIU (Jan Figel).
- 2012 metais už aktyvią tarptautinę visuomeninę veiklą seniausias Ukrainos Respublikos “Stavropigiono” universitetas suteikė EDMUNDUI DAUBARUI aukščiausią akademinį “Garbės mokslų daktaro” vardą - DSc., Doctor Honoris Causa
- 2015 metais Lietuvos Respublikjoje įstegtas tarptautinis sporto universitetas (I.S.U., International Sport University), kuris nuo 2017 metų yra asocijuotas U.N.E.S.C.O. organizacijos narys.
- 2017 metais reportažą iš W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. pasaulio čempionato Klaipėdoje milijardams žemės gyventojų transliavo globali C.N.N. televizija.
- 2019 metais vyko Dr. EDMUNDO DAUBAROsusitikimas su Indijos Respublikos Parlamento komiteto pirmininku SARDARU RAVINETU BITU (Sardar Ravneet Bittu).
- 2019 metais vyko oficialus Dr. EDMUNDO DAUBARO vizitas į Jungtinių Tautų (United Nations) būstinę Ženevoje (Šveicarija).
- 2020 pandemija ir 2022 metų karas Ukrainoje sustabdė savo mastu grandiozinius W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. federacijos projektus Šveicarijoje, Prancūzijoje ir Indijoje. Tikimės juos ateityje sėkmingai užbaigti.
- 2025 metais glaudžiai bendradarbiausime su Pasauline anti dopingo agentūra W.A.D.A. (World Anti Doping Agency). Siekiant atskirti šimtą procentų dopinginį kultūrizmą nuo fitneso, 2005 metais greta Pasaulinės fitneso federacijos (W.F.F.,) įsteigta Pasaulinė kultūrizmo federacija (W.B.B.F.). W.F.F. sukūrė visiškai naują be dopingo fitneso koncepciją, įvedė naujas sporto kategorijas ir sieks oficialaus pripažinimo Tarptautiniame Olimpiniame Komitete (I.O.C., International Olympic Committee).

“ŠOKIO FITNESAS” varžybų taisyklės
KATEGORIJOS IR AMŽIAUS GRUPĖS
- “šokio fitnesas” (“Dance Fitness”) apima visas galimas šokio pakraipas - zumba, latino, šiuolaikinis šokis ir t.t.
- varžybose dalyvauja berniukai, meragitės, vyrai ir moterys. Gali būti ir mišrios lyčių poros bei grupės.
- dalyviai pasirodo individualiai ir grupėse - duetas, trio ir t.t.
- amžiaus grupės - mišrios, tačiau individualiai dalyvaujantiems iki 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 21 ir per 21, 40, 50 metų amžiaus.

PASAULINĖ FITNESO FEDERACIJA
PIRMOJI FEDERACIJA BE DOPINGO.
Kultūrizmą toliau plėtos Pasaulinė kultūrizmo federacija (W.B.B.F., World Body Building Federation). Pasaulinė fitneso federacija (W.F.F., W.F.F. - International) savo veiklą sieja su 1968 metais Klaipėdoje pradėtu organizuoti tarptautiniu “Gintarinio prizo” (Amber Prix International”) turnyru. Ilgus dešimtmečius fitnesas buvo tapatinamas su kultūrizmu, tačiau atėjo laikas juos atskirti, ką mes ir darome. Remdamiesi į savo šešių dešimtmečių įdirbiu, kūriame naują fitneso sporto koncepciją. Siekiame, kad fitnesas taptų oficialiai pripažinta sporto šaka ir taikomės net į olimpines aukštumas. Su fitneso sporto istorija galima susipažinti tarptautiniame puslapyje www.wff.lt .

1991 SOCIALISTINIO PASAULIO NAUJIENOS.
LIETUVAI IR SOCIALISTINĖMS ŠALIMS ŽENKLUS N.A.B.B.A. EUROPOS ČEMPIONATAS.
Kadangi su vizomis į W.A.B.B.A. (World Body Building Association) pasaulio čempionatą Japonijoje buvo keblumų, Dr. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS (DSc. Edmundas Daubaras) nusitaikė į N.A.B.B.A. (National Amateur Body Building Association) Europos čempionatą Prancūzijoje. Po 1991 metų tarptautinio „Gintarinio prizo“ („Amber Prix International“, «Янтарный приз», 1968 – 2024 m.) turnyro buvo suformuota Lietuvos Respublikos nacionalinė rinktinė: NATALIJA MURNIKOVIENĖ (Наталия Мурниковене), EDMUNDAS REPŠYS, ROLANDAS BUČINSKAS, VADIMAS SRYVKINAS (Вадим Срывкин) bei EUGENIJUS GORELIKAS (Евгений Горелик, kuris paskutiniu metų vykti į varžybas atsisakė, tiesiog laiku neatvyko į susibūrimo vietą). į Prancūziją delegacija vyko nemokomai. Visos išlaidos buvo padengtos iš pinigų, uždirbtų pardavus Dr. EDMUNDO DAUBARO leidžiamus tuo metu ypač aktualius sportininkams ir treneriams kultūrizmo žurnalus. Išviso Dr. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS išleido 37 skirtingus žurnalus. Vien pirmojo žurnalo “Arnoldas Švarcenegeris rekomenduoja” (1989 m.) socialistinėse šalyse buvo parduota du milijonai egzempliorių. Be to, iš minėtų lėšų kai kurie sportininkai gaudavo nuolatines stipendijas ne tik ruoštis varžyboms, bet ir pragyvenimo išlaidoms (pav. NATALIJA MURNIKOVIENĖ).
1991 metų gegužės mėnesį N.A.B.B.A. Europos čempionato metu Epinalyje Dr. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS susipažino su Vokietijos atstovu KLAUSU HOFMANU (Klaus P. J. Hoffmann), kuris ką tik į N.A.B.B.A. asociaciją atėjo iš W.A.B.B.A. organizacijos. Po kelerių metų abu įsteigė Pasaulinę W.F.F. (W.F.F. - International, World Fitness Federation) federaciją, bet apie tai pasakosime vėliau, jau trečiame „Pasaulinės kultūrizmo enciklopedijos“ («Энциклопедия всемирного культуризма», „World Fitness Encyclopedia“) tome. Pirmi Nepriklausomos Lietuvos Respublikos medaliai buvo iškovoti 1991 metų gegužės mėnesį N.A.B.B.A. Europos čempionate Epinalyje (Prancūzija). Klaipėdietė NATALIJA MURNIKOVIENĖ ir šiaulietis ROLANDAS BUČINSKAS tapo N.A.B.B.A. Europos čempionais.
Po L.N.K.A. pergalių Prancūzijoje, “T.S.R.S. kultūrizmo federacijos” («Федерация культуризма С.С.С.Р.», “U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Federation”) vice prezidentas bei Lituvos TSR kultūrizmo federacijos vadovas ROMANAS KALIMAUSKAS tiesiog pasiuto. Prasidėjo Dr. EDMUNDO DAUBARO puolimas Lietuvos žiniasklaidoje. ROMANAS KALIMAUSKAS su savo vadovaujama Lietuvos TSR kultūrizmo federacija, matydami ir jo organizacijai BENO VEIDERIO užtrenktas I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders) duris, planavo įstoti į W.A.B.B.A. asociaciją. Jei ne Maskvos “rugpjūčio perversmas” («Августовский путч»), taip ir būtų nutikę.

PASAULINĖ FITNESO FEDERACIJA
PIRMOJI FEDERACIJA BE DOPINGO.
Kultūrizmą toliau plėtos Pasaulinė kultūrizmo federacija (W.B.B.F., World Body Building Federation). Pasaulinė fitneso federacija (W.F.F., W.F.F. - International) savo veiklą sieja su 1968 metais Klaipėdoje pradėtu organizuoti tarptautiniu “Gintarinio prizo” (Amber Prix International”) turnyru. Ilgus dešimtmečius fitnesas buvo tapatinamas su kultūrizmu, tačiau atėjo laikas juos atskirti, ką mes ir darome. Remdamiesi į savo šešių dešimtmečių įdirbiu, kūriame naują fitneso sporto koncepciją. Siekiame, kad fitnesas taptų oficialiai pripažinta sporto šaka ir taikomės net į olimpines aukštumas. Su fitneso sporto istorija galima susipažinti tarptautiniame puslapyje www.wff.lt .
Šiuo metu fitneso sportą atstovauja sekančios kvalifikacinės vyrų bei moterų kategorijos, kurios artimiausioje ateityje bus pildomos ir plečiamos:

- Pole Dance Fitness (“Pole Stage”, Women and Men; Individuals; Novice (first time on stage), Age Groups: until 18, 21, over 21, 40, 50, 60)
- Women Model Fitness (Categories: one peace swimsuit, two peace swimsuit + evening dress; Age Groups: until 16, 18, 21, over 21, 40, 50, 60; Novice (first time on stage), High Categories: until 165, 175 and over 175 cm.; mixed pairs model fitness)
