I am proud of all our common work done. It is a pity that pandemia and wars made so many obstacles to do it better.
Closing the year of the 2024 we want to thank all of You for the huge work that was done. We have been working much and achieved good positive results in 2024 again. Today the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International federation unites national organizations of 141 countries that represent all Continents.
Just after the 35-th W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. World Championship in Lithuanian Nida Resort bodybuilders of the Kingdom of Bahrain addressed the International W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. Headquarters. It is already the 141 Country Member of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International.
During the last sixty years of it‘s International activities, W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. presented the highest International Honour Sport Award – the International Honour Gold Medal. Among the World Sport V.I.P. Persons this Award was proudly presented to the President Parliament Austria Professor Alfred Gerstl, Slovakia Prime Minister Vladimir Meciar, Slovakia Prime Minister Robert Fico, the Mecenats Stefan Hrcka (Slovakia) and Jerzy Gotowski (Poland), Kestutis Virketis, Aleksandr Gridin (both Lithuania), and Hollywood Sport Personalities Aleksandr Nevsky (Russia-USA), Sylvester Stallone (USA), Ralf Moller (Germany-USA) and Chuck Norris (USA).
We would like to underline that in 120 years of the World Sport History it was the first time when representing our sport the International President W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. DSc. Edmundas Daubaras visited and worked at the Headquarters of the United Nations in Geneva (Switzerland). Basing on the U.N. our federation knows the way to get out of International bodybuilding crisis and to develop official sport in future.
A number of decades World Fitness Federation (W.F.F. - International) was working together with the World Body Building Federation (W.B.B.F. - International). Until now aims of W.F.F. and W.B.B.F. were common. But now W.F.F. takes the lead and goes ahead. Today W.F.F. surprises the World with it’s innovations and new ideas again. The 2024 International Fitness Congress was held on November 16, 2024 in Klaipeda (Republic Lithuania). Participants of the Congress were International W.F.F. Chairmen, specialists of the new eight fitness activities from biggest cities of Lithuania and Latvia. The new fitness activities were created and spoken over. Working on the new ideas participants underlined the W.F.F. attempts to seek the associated membership at the United Nations, under the supervision of the Ministry of Sport and National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Lithuania joining the W.A.D.A. Anti Doping Code. Participants spoke also basing on the associated membership of U.N.E.S.C.O. (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) the International Sport University (I.S.U.) start preparing specialists and trainers of the news fitness activities. In 2024 developing fitness in the country Chairmen of W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. International had meetings with Mayors of five Cities of the Lithuanian Republic - Klaipeda, Palanga, Nida, Vilkaviskis and Naujoji Akmene. Preliminary steps were made at the 2024 International events in Klaipeda, Nida, Vilkaviskis (Republic Lithuania), Kandava (Republic Latvia) and Parnu (Republic Estonia). The greatest 2025 International happenings will take place in Klaipeda again. That will be the 58-th “Amber Prix International” (“Gintarinis prizas”, «Янтарный приз», 1968 - 2024) and the 36-th World Championship (May 10, 2025). To speak about future goals already on the next day the W.F.F. Chairmen will meet governmental officials in another Lithuanian city of Vilkaviskis.
In May, 2024 being among the delegates at the Parliament Republic Lithuania official representatives of the Republic Estonia – the U.R.K. EESTI KASAKATE UHING S.A. Colonel - General ANDREI GRITSKOV, Colonel - General VASSILI TROFIMOV, ALEKSEJ FILATOV, EVGENIA TOFFERT highly evaluated activities of International W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. For the active social work the Estonians presented DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Order of the „U.R.K. Silver Cross“.
Imagine – we organized so many International Events World Wide! The Official Flag and the Official Himna of the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. International federation were presented at the most important World‘s Events. Especially important to the World‘s official sport were the our sport live history the 57-th „Amber Prix International“ (1968 - 2024, «Янтарный приз», «Gintarinis prizas“), the 35 -th World Amateur and Professional Championships.
No one other International Organization, that represents our sport, can not be proud of so long history of it’s International activities. No one of them has so many Country - Members. No one organizes so many official International events. No one of other organizations seek developing of our sport on official level, but the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F.. They even do not try to do this. To say more – today all International Federations have chosen the commercial way of their development and nearly all of them are private commercial profit companies today, not sport federations.
Especially we were would like to underline tremendous work done by the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International V.I.P. Officials Lalit Soni (India), Andrej Basov, Svetlana Pugacheva, Oleg Lunin (all Russia), Ugne Raudyte Daubariene, Darius Daubaras, Edita Sendriene, Jurij Stepanov and Vytautas Mikuckis (all Lithuania), Jorge Cedale (Argentina), Peter Papula (Austria), Alloudin Bhatte (Pakistan), Tolga Murat Balikci (Turkey), Alireza Rasa (Iran), Omid Ramez (Canada), Amirhossein Pourezzat (Malaysia), Pibe Rodriguez (Paraguay), Wander Primenta (Brazil), James Davidsom (South Africa), Angelina Romanovic, Maris Sveiduks, Jurans Normunds (Latvia), Vasilij Bespalenko (Ukraine), Gvidon Alvantzian (Cyprus), Sergej Medvedev (Uzbekistan), Simo Bogdanoff and Aki Mahonen (both Finland), Dave Foster (U.K.), Leonor Hilario Greffel (Mozambique) and Oleg Akopov (Bulgaria), Wojciech Nadolski (Poland), Roman Gurjev (Estonia) and many other our sport personalities.
The W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International goes on working on the unbelievable huge unique work – the “World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia” (“Pasaulinė kultūrizmo enciklopedija”, «Энциклопедия всемирного культуризма»). It will be published in various languages. Until now nobody in the World ever dared to do such a tremendous project. We are sure – this way many facts of our one hundred years lasting history, many names of the International organizers and sportsmen will be not forgotten. We plan to issue a book about the “Encyclopedia” in 2025.
In 2016 under the initiative of the W.F.F.-W.B.B.F. International the International Sport University (I.S.U., Tarptautinis sporto universitetas, Международный университет спорта) was established and registered in the European Union. Under the guidance of talanted administrators and scientists now it works successfully. In 2017 the I.S.U. became an Associated member of the U.N.E.S.C.O. organization at the U.N.. Professor of four Universities VASILIJ BESPALENKO and Professor LALIT KUMAR SONI work actively at the International Sports University.
We would like to remember that in 2012 in Vatican through His personal letter the Roman Pope Benedictus XVI (Benedetto XVI) blessed the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International activities.
As we have mentioned above we do not mean “festivals” and various “expo”. We mean only official sport. Representing World‘s Fitness and Bodybuilding Sport the W.F.F. - International and the W.B.B.F. - International are the only ones World Wide Officially Registered International Non Profit Sport Organizations that work well for official sport for so long time. New ideas and tremendous work done for the International Sport make the W.F.F. and W.B.B.F. to be the today’s International Leaders in Bodybuilding and Fitness World Wide. We mean the Official Level. The W.F.F. and W.B.B.F. do not live yesterday’s life. We have lots of new Global Bodybuilding Projects ahead.

HISTORIC F.I.H.C. BODYBUILDING „MR. UNIVERSE“ CONTESTS.
Since 1947 until 1969 a member of the I.O.C. (International Olympic Committee) International Weightlifting Federation F.I.H.C. (previor F.I.H., Federation Internationale Halterophile) rulled the World‘s official bodybuilding sport and organized International bodybuilding contests. This way for the first time bodybuilding was officially recognized sport since 1947 until 1969. The Over All Champions of the first F.I.H.C. „Mr. Universe“ competitions were pupils of BOB HOFFMAN (Robert Collins Hoffman, 1898-1985) Americans STEVE STANKO (1917 – 1978; 1947 F.I.H.C. „Mr. Universe“ in 1947 in Philadelphia, USA) and JOHN GRIMEK (John Carroll Grimek, 1910-1998; 1948 F.I.H.C. „Mr. Universe“ during the „Olympic Games“ in London, UK).
In 1963 following F.I.H.C. regulations the U.S.S.R. Sport Ministry (Goskomsport, Госкомспорт С.С.С.Р.) set the first in the World‘s sport history International Bodybuilding Organization. International Sport Federation I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders) was established only in 1970 in Belgrade (Yugoslavia).

BOB HOFFMAN BROUGHT BODYBUILDING TO LONDON.
Since 1947 until 1969 World’s official bodybuilding sport was ruled by F.I.H.C. (Federation Internationale Halterophile et Culturiste). F.I.H.C. was a member of International Olympic Committee (I.O.C.). Mostly due to the efforts of American BOB HOFFMAN(Robert Collins Hoffman, 1898 - 1985 m.) the first F.I.H.C. “Mr. Universe” contest was organized in the USA in 1947. Basing on the support of the I.O.C. the 1948 F.I.H.C. “Mr. Universe” was organized in London together with the “London Olympic Games”. Together with BOB HOFFMAN local organizers of the 1948 F.I.H.C. “Mr. Universe” in London were B.A.W.L.A. (British Amateur Weight Lifting Association) and representatives of local British magazine “Health and Strength”. Full of emotions of the 1948 F.I.H.C. “Mr. Universe” Britishers established N.A.B.B.A. association in 1950. The N.A.B.B.A. name was copied from B.A.W.L.A.. In the same 1950 N.A.B.B.A. held it’s first “Mr. Universe” in London. Anyway until F.I.H.C. .stopped ruling official bodybuilding sport in 1969 N.A.B.B.A. and private I.F.B.B. Commercial Company could not pretend to any recognition.

I.F.B.B. BASED ON DOPING.
I.F.B.B. TODAY. COURTS AND FIGHTS.
Long time I.F.B.B. accused other bodybuilding federations using doping. It is high time to speak about this.
In 1970 F.I.H.C. General Secretary British OSCAR STATE created the I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders) sport federation in Belgrade (Yugoslavia). Until 1970 I.F.B.B. was just a private commercial company, not sport federation. In 1971 again OSCAR STATE opened doors of G.A.I.S.F. (Global Association of International Sports Federations) to the I.F.B.B.. This way from and after the F.I.H.C. the I.F.B.B. took ruling leadership of the International official sport of bodybuilding. International sport was in shock. Soon in the USA was organized the A.A.U. International Council to stop I.F.B.B. membership in G.A.I.S.F.. I.F.B.B. President BEN WEIDER was present there. He was ready to join the A.A.U. with his new I.F.B.B.. The delegates did not listen to BEN WEIDER and voted not to let him to speak.
Fall of bodybuilding sport started in 1998 when after two years trial I.O.C. refused to recognize the I.F.B.B. federation and bodybuilding sport in general. Bodybuilding was thrown out of the officially recognized sports. Seeing no future WEIDER brothers JOE and BEN sold the I.F.B.B. federation, „Olympia“ contest and all their magazines. In 2008 I.F.B.B. split. I.F.B.B. Vice President PAUL CHUA (Singapore) left the I.F.B.B. of RAFAEL SANTONJA. PAUL CHUA took forty Asia Countries with him. Then PAUL CHUA and the Lower and financist of I.F.B.B. ALEX BAUER published I.F.B.B. juridical and finance documents. There was a big scandal about it. PAUL CHUA and RAFAEL SANTONJA met at International Court of London (UK) where RAFAEL SANTAONJA lost the case. In 2015 I.F.B.B. split again. During N.P.C. (National Physique Committee) professional contest I.F.B.B. President RAFAEL SANTONJA was offended and left America with tears. After this he never came to America again. So after 2015 N.P.C. of JIM MANION came to International Bodybuilding Stage. Since that time because of fierce fight between RAFAEL SANTONJA and JIM MANION bodybuilding sport was finished in total. There is no sport of bodybuilding today any more. Along to this the I.F.B.B. commercial company still goes on working. Nobody is interested in sport – only money... In 2023 G.A.I.S.F. (Global Association of International Sports Federations) was closed and I.F.B.B. lost it‘s last formal officiality. For many years I.F.B.B. propaganda was based only on G.A.I.S.F.. In 2023 W.A.D.A. declared stopping work with I.F.B.B..

I.F.B.B. FINANCES.
During the times of WEIDER brothers JOE and BEN the I.F.B.B. was seeking Olympic (I.O.C.) recognition. The game of money flows between the I.F.B.B. sport federation and the I.F.B.B. commercial company was active. Now this game is not needed any more when bodybuilding is no more recognized sport. The I.F.B.B. crisis of 1990 was gone when many Socialist Countries joined the I.F.B.B.. It was not an ordinary joining. Socialist Countries came with governmental money. During all history of bodybuilding Ministries of Sport of any democratic country never supported financially bodybuilding. The exception was when World‘s bodybuilding sport was led by the F.I.H.C. federation which was I.O.C. member. Another case was when the „U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Federation“( «Федерация культуризма С.С.С.Р.») was set in 1987. Then bodybuilding sport got governmental recognition and governmental money. All other Socialist Countries did the same. Even now when bodybuilding is not sport any more former Socialist Countries use to finance national bodybuilding federations with governmental money. Except this - governmental money still comes to the I.F.B.B. through Asia Countries. Basic reason is that from the old F.I.H.C. times Asia bodybuilding federations are under national weightlifting federations which are I.O.C. members. Only this. There are no more sources of governmental money in the I.F.B.B.. We are sure that when National Sport Ministries will learn the truth about the I.F.B.B. the governmental financing will be stopped. During the last years on national governmental money I.F.B.B. makes comedy „world championships“, like it was in Latvia and Lithuania. Also remember big scandal about the I.F.B.B. Asia Championship in India with 5-6 Countries participating... Some time ago a big scandal was in Ukraine. The Ukraine I.F.B.B. President IGOR DELIJEV (Делиев Игорь) disappeared with five hundred thousand US dollars governmental bodybuilding support. Also let us remember big scandals with the RAFAEL SANTONJA‘s assistant Polish PAWEL FILEBORN.

POLE DANCE FITNESS.
Fitness “Pole dance” combines dance and acrobatics centered around a vertical pole. Judges present four scores: Presentation, Execution, Choreography and Overall Performance. Under the guidance of the World Fitness Federation (W.F.F. - International) annual Amateur and Professional World, Continental, “Universe” contests are organized as well as various lower level competitions.
Individual and Group (2 - 6 Athletes, may be gender split) Men, Women and Disabled Athlete’s Categories and Age Groups:
- Juniors until 16, 18, 21 years
- General Group over 21 years
- Seniors Over 40, 50, 60 years

SHORTLY ABOUT N.A.B.B.A..
Speaking about federations what is more important - bodybuilders or organizers? Every part is important as it can not survive without another one. We will underline organizers of federation. Bodybuilders often participate at various federations and in most cases they can not represent any of them.
F.I.H.C. and A..A.U. (Amateur Athletes Union) American bodybuilders led by BOB HOFFMAN were N.A.B.B.A. leading participants for a long time. Many years bodybuilders of BOB HOFFMAN were participating at N.A.B.B.A. “Mr. Universe” and many years Europeans could not win against them. The basic reason was that American weightlifters started using steroids first. Americans were much ahead of Europe in this field.
In the nineties of the last century N.A.B.B.A. Chairman British OSCAR HEIDENSTAM was the European bodybuilding leader. At that time DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS started correspondence with him.
In 1990 after “Miss Olympia” in New York (USA) I.F.B.B. President BEN WEIDER refused to support the Independence of the Republic of Lithuania. He did not accept bodybuilders of Lithuania in his I.F.B.B. federation. BEN WEIDER was on the U.S.S.R. Side. This was the reason that DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS decided to join N.A.B.B.A. association.
Everything seemed very optimistic - we got FREEDOM... at that tome our knowledge about International Bodybuilding Federations was zero. To get the information during next twenty years we had to press leaders of these organizations. Finally we learned that there were much lies and even stupid things in those organizations. And still are... Only today we are the only ones who speak truth about this.

Some time ago Bahrain joined the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. .In difference to other International Bodybuilding Structures under the leadership of W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International seeks recognition of the U.N. (United Nations), I.O.C. (International Olympic Committee) and W.A.D.A. (World Anti Doping Agency). W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. knows the way to reach these goals. Under the basis of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. the International Sport University (I.S.U.) was created in 2015. Since 2017 the I.S.U. university is an associated member of the U.N.E.S.C.O. organization which works under the U.N..

We see evident Asia bodybuilding leaders during the last period of time. Under the leadership of International W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. Vice President LALIT KUMAR SONI - they are: TOLGA MURAT BALIKCI (Turkey), ALI REZA RASA (Iran), RAMANDEEP SINGH (India), ALLAOUDIN BHATTI (Pakistan).
2018 OFFICIAL MEETING IN SWITZERLAND.
To meet high representatives of Arab Countries in 2018 President W.F.F. -W.B.B.F. International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was invited to Switzerland. Arabs wanted W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. to organize big International contest in Zurich. Well known Companies of Switzerland were ready to finance the project together with the representatives of Dubai. The venue of the contets was chosen exceptional - old castle on the hill of Zurich. Arabs wanted this contest to be repeated in the main Capitals of the World. Their wish was the only one - ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER must be present at the banquet. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS addressed his friends in Hollywood who were in close relations with ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER and all was done well. Unfortunately at the same days ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER was operated on his heart. He isolated himself from the people for several months and we could not reach him. We hope to fulfill these plans in future.

First time we got acquainted with Asia and Arab Countries in 1989 when DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was invited as Personal Guest of the I.F.B.B. President BEN WEIDER to the World Championship in Paris (France). Then BEN WEIDER presented DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to all I.F.B.B. National Presidents. The same was done in 1990 in Malaysia (I.F.B.B. World Championship) and in New York (“Miss Olympia”). Twenty five years ago WEIDER brothers JOE and BEN left bodybuilding. Then they sold the I.F.B.B. federation, “Olympia” contest and all their magazines. IF.B.B. started inner wars. I.F.B.B. split in two parts. I.F.B.B. Vice President PAUL CHUA (Singapore) and I.F.B.B. lawer and finance director ALEX BAURE (Austria) and Prince of Dubai OSAMA AL SHAFAR were fighting with RAFAEL SANTONJA (Spain) who took the lead in the I.F.B.B.. The case went to court in London. RAFAEL SANTONJA lost the case but remained in the I.F.B.B.. Then PAUL CHUA with forty Arab and Asia Countries left the I.F.B.B. and created his own federation. Then PAUL CHUA and OSAMA AL SHAFAR wanted to join the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. and invited DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to London. Unfortunately DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was organizing W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. Europe Championship in Lithuania at the same days and could not come to London.

Popularizing sport around the World DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS visited nineteen times India and four times Thailand. Every time various International events were organized as well: Asia Championships, “Universe” and “World Grand Prix” Contests, meetings with High Governmental officials.
TURKEY, PAKISTAN AND IRAN.
Since 2006 bodybuilders of Turkey, Pakistan and Iran are participating at the W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. International events. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS visited Turkey many times. Also he was on Official Visit to Iran where he had meetings with sport leaders at the Olympic Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Leaders of Pakistan bodybuilding DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS met at the International W.F.F. - W.B.B.F. events in Ukraine, Thailand, Russia and Belarus.

Step by step working on the third book of the “World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia” (“Pasaulio kultūrizmo enciklopedija”, «Энциклопедии всемирного культуризма») we are presenting histories of various International bodybuilding organizations. It was easy until fall of the Socialist World: since 1971 until 1998 I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders) represented officially recognized sport and since 1950 N.A.B.B.A. (National Amateur Body Building Association) represented never officially recognized bodybuilding. We will make a number of unexpected articles on the history of N.A.B.B.A. in the nearest future. You will learn things You never dreamed of...
BEGINNING OF N.A.B.B.A..
BOB HOFFMAN BROUGHT BODYBUILDING TO LONDON.
Since 1947 until 1969 World’s official bodybuilding sport was ruled by F.I.H.C. (Federation Internationale Halterophile et Culturiste). F.I.H.C. was a member of International Olympic Committee (I.O.C.). Mostly due to the efforts of American BOB HOFFMAN(Robert Collins Hoffman, 1898 - 1985 m.) the first F.I.H.C. “Mr. Universe” contest was organized in the USA in 1947. Basing on the support of the I.O.C. the 1948 F.I.H.C. “Mr. Universe” was organized in London together with the “London Olympic Games”. Together with BOB HOFFMAN local organizers of the 1948 F.I.H.C. “Mr. Universe” in London were B.A.W.L.A. (British Amateur Weight Lifting Association) and representatives of local British magazine “Health and Strength”. Full of emotions of the 1948 F.I.H.C. “Mr. Universe” Britishers established N.A.B.B.A. association in 1950. The N.A.B.B.A. name was copied from B.A.W.L.A.. In the same 1950 N.A.B.B.A. held it’s first “Mr. Universe” in London. Anyway until F.I.H.C. .stopped ruling official bodybuilding sport in 1969 N.A.B.B.A. and private I.F.B.B. Commercial Company could not pretend to any recognition.
SHORTLY ABOUT N.A.B.B.A..
Speaking about federations what is more important - bodybuilders or organizers? Every part is important as it can not survive without another one. We will underline organizers of federation. Bodybuilders often participate at various federations and in most cases they can not represent any of them.
F.I.H.C. and A..A.U. (Amateur Athletes Union) American bodybuilders led by BOB HOFFMAN were N.A.B.B.A. leading participants for a long time. Many years bodybuilders of BOB HOFFMAN were participating at N.A.B.B.A. “Mr. Universe” and many years Europeans could not win against them. The basic reason was that American weightlifters started using steroids first. Americans were much ahead of Europe in this field.
In the nineties of the last century N.A.B.B.A. Chairman British OSCAR HEIDENSTAM was the European bodybuilding leader. At that time DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS started correspondence with him.
In 1990 after “Miss Olympia” in New York (USA) I.F.B.B. President BEN WEIDER refused to support the Independence of the Republic of Lithuania. He did not accept bodybuilders of Lithuania in his I.F.B.B. federation. BEN WEIDER was on the U.S.S.R. Side. This was the reason that DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS decided to join N.A.B.B.A. association.
Everything seemed very optimistic - we got FREEDOM... at that tome our knowledge about International Bodybuilding Federations was zero. To get the information during next twenty years we had to press leaders of these organizations. Finally we learned that there were much lies and even stupid things in those organizations. And still are... Only today we are the only ones who speak truth about this.

When in 1991 OSCAR HEIDENSTAM died, for two decades N.A.B.B.A. was ruled by Irish IVAN DUNBAR. Though IVAN DUNBAR was not a strong personality but he was very loyal to N.A.B.B.A.. That was the reason that in 1999 N.A.B.B.A. had three Presidents at one time. They were IVAN DUNBAR, German KLAUS P.J. HOFFMANN and Australian JOE LOPEZ. It was interesting to observe when all three “presidents” were in conflict in between when annual fee was collected from national members. Every of them tried to be first to take the money. N.A.B.B.A. Lithuania (Lietuvos Nacionalinė Kultūrizmo Asociacija) was registered officially at the Ministry of Law of the Republic Lithuania. We had to go to N.A.B.B.A. “Mr. Universes” paid by money of the Ministry of Sport Lithuania. To prove the expenses (fees, traveling money, hotel costs) journey documents and final results of competitions had to be signed and sealed by N.A.B.B.A. Officials. For many years IVAN DUNBAR tried to escape of this. Finally DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS pressed him and IVAN DUNBAR told that N.A.B.B.A. is registered as a “public club” and there is no “Association of N.A.B.B.A.” in reality. It lasted until the Russians made a false seal of N.A.B.B.A. and presented it to IVAN DUNBAR. Three N.A.B.B.A. presidents always fighted in between and always addressed DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to support each of them against others.

2025.SECOND INTERNATIONAL FITNESS CONGRESS.
We can state - bodybuilding is not a sport today. In 1998 I.O.C. (International Olympic Committee) declared stopping relations with I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders”) and bodybuilding in general. Since 1971 until 1998 I.F.B.B. was representing official recognized bodybuilding sport in the World. Since 1998 bodybuilding in no more sport. Hiding behind G.A.I.S.F. (Global Association of International Sports Federations) organization national I.F.B.B. bodybuilding federations of former Socialist Countries fool their Ministries of Sport. This way they still get governmental financial support. Anyway bodybuilding is no more sport. Many athletes and governmental officials do not understand that they are cheated. Today bodybuilders participate at various festivals as these festivals are like dance and song festivals. No more sport... In 2023 G.A.I.S.F. was closed. In 2023 W.A.D.A. (World Anti Doping Agency) stopped relations with I.F.B.B.. Bodybuilding is out of International Sport.
2025.SECOND INTERNATIONAL FITNESS CONGRESS.
On January 26, 2025 the second International Fitness Congress was held in Klaipeda (Lithuania). The Congress worked on the topics and tasks that were spoken at the first Congress.
FIRST INTERNATIONAL FITNESS CONGRESS.
A number of decades World Fitness Federation (W.F.F. - International) was working together with the International Federation of Body Builders (W.B.B.F. - International). until now aims of W.F.F. and W.B.B.F. were common. But now W.F.F. takes the lead and goes ahead. Today W.F.F. surprises the World with it’ innovations and new ideas again. The 2024 International Fitness Congress was held on November 16, 2024 in Klaipeda (Republic Lithuania). Participants of the Congress were International W.F.F. Chairmen, specialists of the new eight fitness activities from biggest cities of Lithuania and Latvia. The new fitness activities were created and spoken over. Working on the new ideas participants underlined the W.F.F. attempts to seek the associated membership at the United Nations, under the supervision of the Ministry of Sport and National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Lithuania joining the W.A.D.A. Anti Doping Code. Participants spoke also basing on the associated member of U.N.E.S.C.O. (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) the International Sport University (I.S.U.) start preparing specialists and trainers of the news fitness activities. Preliminary steps were made at the 2024 International events in Klaipeda, Nida, Vilkaviskis (Republic Lithuania), Kandava (Republic Latvia) and Parnu (Republic Estonia). The greatest 2025 International happenings will take place in Klaipeda again. That will be the 58-th “Amber Prix International” (“Gintarinis prizas”, «Янтарный приз», 1968 - 2024) and the 36-th World Championship (May 10, 2025). To speak about future goals already on the next day the W.F.F. Chairmen will meet governmental officials in another Lithuanian city of Vilkaviskis.
